I shouldn’t speak on anyone else’s behalf, but I’d like to hear about the new angsty not-fake-dating au idea please
Tumblr media
Ok 👀
Gonna preface this by saying Clarke's overall character in the first half is... questionable. But listen just, set that aside for a minute and think of Clexa and also endgame 😅
So I was thinking something along the lines of Lexa gets recruited by a friend of a friend of a friend/distant classmate/ad in the college paper? Idk, whatever. But anyway, someone she's not at all close with or really has any ties to, and she's basically hired to pretend to be this girl's girlfriend for a group vacation her and her friends are going on (She's a nice girl, but a lonely gay/bi in a group of party girls/ habitually dating girls who always have Someone™ dangling off their arm, but this girl does not. Always looked over, the eternally single friend, etc. You get the gist.) And Lexa's hot. And kind of intimidating. Has that whole smokey eyed badass, femme fatale aura about her. It's... a reach, but also kind of perfect because it'll make this girl look fantastic to her friends in the street cred department and also possibly give her confidence the little boost that it needed. And considering Lexa grew up the only gay in her town, and didn't grow into her very gangly and awkward body until senior year of high school, she gets what it's like to always be the one passed up. Plus she could use the cash. So she's more than down for this. Everything's great, right? Right.
Except for the fact that one of said girls on the trip is in fact, Clarke. Who does have her own date. Now, I can't quite decide if Clarke would know about the arrangement or not, but regardless, Clarke has always been the main one in the group who is this girl's cheerleader. Very "you're better than how you treat yourself. You deserve everything, and it's not fair that people don't see it. The right person will fall in love with you in an instant, believe me. You're worth it." Very that supportive friend. She's ride or die until the end.
Now, Lexa's technically "on the clock" so to speak the entire trip, which means she is laying on the charm thiccc af. It's not exactly a stretch by any means because she is naturally a doting girlfriend in relationships (when she has one), but ya know, she's giving this girl her money's worth. She wants her feel like a princess for the entire trip. Yes it's a job, but it's also nice just making a girl feel special when she's not used to it.
The only problem is... Clarke is also seeing all of this. All of Lexa's sweetness and all of her thoughtful actions. Her attentiveness and her softness beneath the edgy exterior. The little presents Lexa surpises her friend with, the way she remembers her friend's little quirks. Always remembering her food preferences, her favorite drinks. Lexa's got this girlfriend thing down to a science. She's just so goddamn thoughtful and charming to boot. And also hot. Can't forget hot. Like really, unfairly hot. But mostly it's the way she's so gentle and sweet.
The other issue is, Lexa sees that in Clarke too. She sees that out of everyone, Clarke is pretty much the only one who actually treats this girl with kindness and respect. Never talking down to her or placating her, never just treating her like an afterthought. Clarke is so damn sweet and thoughtful, beautiful and fiery sometimes to a fault. She's funny, and warm, and just... the entire package. She understands why Clarke is never single.
But. It quickly becomes A Problem™. Because it's in the moments that Lexa is trying very hard to just focus on her "job" that she constantly finds herself in Clarke's orbit. In the mornings when she's up early making ~her girl~ her fancy coffee, late at night when she's tinkering around in the kitchen making her a lil snackie snack so they can watch a movie before bed. Those stolen interacting becomes moments of them just talking, Clarke on the counter as they chat while Lexa feels her eyes on everything she does. Them lounging by the pool while the others run into town for supplies. Dinners out with Clarke sat close on one side,,, while the girl sits on the other.
And there's flirting. Way too much flirting whenever they're in private. Effortless flirting that Lexa isn't really aware of until it smacks her in the face that they're both just idiots smiling. But it's all very cloaked in joking and throwaway moments because, technically, they're both supposed to be attached.
And as most things are, everything is fine. Until it's not.
The whole situation comes to a boiling point when they just get lost in one of those moments. A night of too many drinks and way too much flirting, finding themselves entirely too close in their villa's bathroom. It feels dangerously like the period on the end of a sentence that was written the second they'd layed eyes on each other. Before they realize what they're doing, Lexa's hoisted Clarke up onto the bathroom counter, her fingers pumping between Clarke's legs. It's a heated rush of moans and licks to sex-sweetened skin, both grabbing at each other through messy kisses meant to leave bruises. Both way too far gone into the release of all the tension to realize that... Clarke's being kind of loud...
It's a fucking catastrophe after that because yeah, well, Clarke definitely just cheated. In front of everyone. Including her "boyfriend". Though granted she'd only been seeing the guy for like a month so it's... it's not as earth shattering for her as it could be. But the real issue, the real vomit inducing kick in the moral gut is that she's just ruined the entire facade for het friend. Made her a look fool in front of everyone. Basically fucked the entire thing up for this girl who had only wanted to feel like she fit in. Just once. It honestly makes her feel awful. It's not like she just accepts it and feels ok with it, she is thoroughly disgusted with herself.
Obviously Lexa returns the money, letting herself be branded a homewrecker and cheater rather than embarrassing this girl further with exposing the truth that they were never actually together. She can carry that stigma as long as it means she's not doing anything to hurt this girl worse. She's caused enough problems as it is.
In the end everyone goes home. Pissed off or hurt or with a new bit of gossip to tell. Clexa going their own separate ways, without a single other word to each other.
The girl never talks to Clarke again when they get home and despite Clarke's efforts to try and make amends, she doesn't blame her. It was the single worst fuck up she'd ever made in her life. Which is why she takes the time to stop dating altogether and start really working on herself. Because she didn't like the version of herself who would do something like that to anyone, much less her friend. Feelings or not. Tipsy or not.
Lexa also never hears from the friend again, though that is not even remotely a surprise after everything. But she still wishes she could have done something to make things right. Some gesture or, or... something to fix what she'd fucked up so royally. It's a guilt she carries with her for a long, long while.
Eventually though, a few years down the line when it's more just a distant memory that still stings but doesn't burn quite as bad as it used to, the friend reaches out to Clarke in the form of a very opulent and beautiful wedding invitation that says she's... getting married to the guy Clarke cheated on that weekend. Clarke doesn't want to go, at all, but kind of feels obligated because not only is this the first olive branch she's ever gotten from her old friend, but also like,,, tf??? You're marrying that guy?!??! What the hell happenesd??? So she's gotta go. She has to, just to make the final amends for what she did.
Which works out well because the girl is all smiles and that bubbly laughter that comes from real, true happiness. She seems so easy and free when she tells Clarke that she is total over it. That they'd found the love that they'd been searching for in each other while commiserating through the pain of that trip. "Eh. Burnt toast theory and all that," is how she puts it with a lift of her champagne in response to Clarke's very thought-out apology.
So it's good. It's not great, and it doesn't make up for what Clarke did, but at least she now knows that her friend is at peace with what happened.
And then aND THEN Clarke catches a glimpse of Lexa at one of the tables across the room. Looking awkward and unsure and still disrespectfully hot in her formal wedding attire. And her friend, in all of her wedded blissed out glory, is like "Oh right. So. Speaking of blasts from the past. I invited another old friend... You should go say hi."
With the bride's blessing, she does exactly that despite her absolute terror at the prospect of seeing Lexa again. They have drinks and reminisce over wedding cake about that fucking shitshow of a vacation, catching each other up on where they are in their lives now and how they've been. They talk about how stupid they were. How awful and, honestly, immature. But through their embarrassed commiseration and disgust with their past selves, they both carefully (and not so carefully) toe around the subject that while they both do regret the way it happened... neither actually regret that it did. Because the sex had meant something. Because the feelings were entirely real. Those late night talks and time spent together still mean something today. Even through the messiness and the people hurt in the aftermath, the connection had been real, and in the end it had always sort of felt like the other was 'the one who got away'. So, drinks turn into dancing, which turns into Lexa catching a ride home with Clarke in a designated cab. And before either of them know what's happening, it's Clarke that Lexa is making breakfast for in bed 👀

[MiMo Family AU]
There was a lot of yelling coming from the open first-floor window. Mina stopped in her tracks, pausing to listen before she rang the doorbell; she couldn’t see in.
She could faintly hear footsteps thundering, getting further and closer, and loud, shrieking giggles. There was a big yell and a separate yelp, like someone had jumped out at another person to scare them.
“Surprise attack!!” Her daughter’s voice rang in her ears, full of glee. Mina smiled; Dahyun wasn’t usually this loud, especially outside of their home.
“Ohhh noo, not a surprise attack!” A woman’s voice answered. “Oh no – my own daughter, in on it too?”
“We made a truce!” another kid’s voice joined in – that must have been Chaeyoung. “FIRE!”
“Waaaaaahh!!!”
Mina couldn’t bite back the laugh that escaped her lips at the sudden, ridiculous noise of pure fear that came presumably from the woman who was watching them. She hadn’t interacted with Chaeyoung’s mother much outside of the necessary get-to-know-you-before-you’re-in-charge-of-my-kid phone call pre-playdate. She honestly couldn’t even put a face to the name – Hirai Momo; the school was large, Dahyun had only started at it this year, and she hadn’t shown much interest in having playdates with any of the children before now. Mina hadn’t been too worried, she’d been just as much of a homebody when she was a kid, but it was sort of a relief when she’d asked for this one.
She waited for the giggles of the supposed surprise attack to end before she pressed the doorbell.
“Ah, Dahyunnie, your mother’s here.”
“Nooooo Mom you have to stall her!” Chaeyoung sounded distraught.
“Chaeyoung-ah, if they’ve got places to be, that’d be very rude.”
She heard a small stampede run from the door as it swung open in front of Mina. And there stood who she assumed to be Hirai Momo.
She was a bit taller than Mina expected, and younger – maybe closer to her age than the rest of the parents at the school. Her black hair was pulled into a messy bun and she wore what appeared to be work khakis with an undershirt tucked in, and mismatched socks. The most notable part of her outfit, however, was the Velcro NERF target vest that was hanging around her neck with at least a dozen bright orange foam bullets stuck to the front.
Well, that and the very toned shoulders showcased by the lack of sleeves.
“Hi! Mrs… Dahyuns mom!” She sounded breathless. Mina gave her the benefit of the doubt. Running around playing velcro dart tag with two eleven-year-olds was taxing; she’d been in her fair share of nerf gun wars with her older brother growing up.
“Mina.” She smiled. “You can just call me Mina.”
“Very nice to meet you in person, Mina.”
“Likewise.”
Momo flashed her a bright smile and Mina was a little entranced. The woman cleared her throat.
“Would you like to come in? My daughter wants me to stall you.”
Mina smiled, glancing down at her phone. “I guess a few more minutes wouldn’t hurt. We have nowhere to be.”
A few more minutes turned into an hour, much to Dahyun and Chaeyoung’s delight. Mina completely lost track of time; Momo kept pouring tea and asking about work and Mina kept talking. It was refreshing to talk with someone who asked a question and payed attention to the whole answer. She didn’t get that often in her house, whether it be from her eleven-year-old daughter or her twenty-eight-year-old sister.
She got to learn a bit more about Hirai Momo as well – she was an architect for the city planner’s office, but she taught dance some weeknights as she’d minored in it in college after years and years of contemporary dance training growing up. Her eyes lit up when Mina shared she’d also trained for years, in classical and ballet, and Momo told her she’d need to stop by one of her night classes and show her how it’s done. She’d moved with her family from Japan in highschool, and was very impressed to hear that Mina came over by herself in college.
The conversation even slipped comfortably into Japanese, which Momo was thrilled about, since she didn’t get to use her native tongue that often. All of Chaeyoung’s aunts spoke only Korean, apparently, and Mina got the feeling they helped out a lot. Momo was surprised and impressed to hear that the main language spoken in Mina’s household was Japanese, and that Dahyun was fluent.
The conversation was cut off by Mina’s phone ringing. She’d missed three texts from Sana, who very much wanted her to know that as soon as she’d answered the call. Mina rolled her eyes and apologized, but after promising her she’d be home soon and hanging up she turned to her host.
“My sister’s going to be super insulted if we don’t go home and eat the sludge she so kindly cooked for dinner.”
Momo chuckled. “It sounds like she put lot of love into it, then.”
“She might need to try a little less of that, maybe.” Both women laughed. “Thank you so much for the tea and for watching Dahyun. She really had a blast, I can tell. She doesn’t get to do this often.”
“Well she was absolutely a delight. She’s welcome any time.” Momo smiled. “And Chaeyoung had a great time too. Hopefully we can get them together again soon.”
“Definitely.” Mina smiled back.
For a second, neither of them moved. Mina wanted to say more, but couldn’t get her brain to do much, not with Momo’s kind eyes on her like they were.
Momo cleared her throat and glanced away. “Let me go upstairs into the pillow fort and get them so you guys can be on your way, yeah?”
“Oh – I can get her. You don’t have to be the bearer of bad news.”
“Hmm… Yes I do.” Momo said slowly, already halfway up the stairs. “You don’t know the password to the pillow fort!” And she darted up the rest full-speed.
Mina found herself smiling after the woman.
She hoped Dahyun wanted another playdate soon.

Also for the White Mage au (probably the last one?) - I remember one potential snippet where it's Prompto who kicks off the plot when he takes a photo of Noctis during some festival. How would the search and potential reveal go in that version of events?
Well, first poor Prompto would get dragged into the Citadel by Cor Leonis himself, so Regis could question him.
The poor boy is dying a thousand deaths inside. Only to be absolutely mortified by the fact he met the freaking Crown Prince at the festival. And holy shit, the Crown Prince is married. That was his wife. Holy shit, he got drunk with the Crown Prince.
Let the search begin.
This time in full force, nothing held back. They know now Noctis is in the city somewhere, and Regis will be damned before his boy slips through his fingers again.
People get questioned. Some answers are suspicious and don't add up. Which means a closer look is taken. Because of that they get their hands on someone who has no papers, no nothing. A person who legally does not exists.
Said person has family in Deep City. They want to talk to Healer about their captured relative, but Healer isn't there. Hiemi is. She gets Ardyn to look after the kids and marches up to the Citadel, getting arrested herself. For trespassing onto Citadel grounds. Or something.
Which means Regis only learns about the arrest of his very-likely daughter-in-law when Noctis himself shows up around half a day later, ready to cause some property damage.

My d&d character Ingrid is a half orc! 🥰 She's tall, green skinned lady with an asymmetrical black bob (like barely above the shoulders), a sweet oval face and yellow eyes. She's a wizard and comes from money, she mostly wears dark blue structured robes that are still practical for traveling. Lots of geometric patterns and shapes, a number of belts with little pouches to keep all of her stuff! She's very, very anxious (though she often switches to intense focus when something piques her immense curiosity) and wears her heart on her sleeve. She has a bit of a black and white view of the world, and her reactions can be a bit intense (both when she's happy and when she's annoyed). I love her very much, and I love getting to play her (I'm discovering that she can actually be pretty ruthless when her friends are hurt)
She sounds delightful! Here's what I came up with:
Tumblr media
Imagine the blue of the robes delicately patterned as well. This was fun!
Open invitation to send me the description of a blorbo I don't know to doodle today!

Ice Ninja!Pixal AU Because I Can
This was all thought up late at night on a whim but I'm actually pretty proud of it. I might even make a fic of this some time. Anyway hope you guys enjoy.
For Seasons 1-3 everything goes according to cannon until that last scene in the season 3 finaly.
After a few months in the digivers, Zane manages to find his way back to Borg Tower and uploads his consciousness into an empty drive and alerting Pixal to his presence.
However, before much of anything can be done she and Zane's conscious are stolen to be used as bait for the ninja.
Clouse was going to try to dissect Pixal and figure out how she works like in canon but with the tournament starting soon he decides it would be better to wait until he has more free time and resources.
Pixal finally wakes up a few days later and tries to analyze her new surroundings when Zane's voice comes from the cell next to her. She is elated that he is safe despite his vulnerable position and together they make plans to escape.
Pixal uses a similar saw to Zane's in canon to break out of the chains and is about to go get Zane from the other cell when he insists she goes alone. Without a body Zane no longer has his element, it's Pixal's now and it is more important for her to get out than him.
Pixal, naturally, does not listen to this and goes and gets Zane anyways, inserting his conscious into her processor so they can get out together. However, as she is doing this Clouse manages to knock her out and capture her, but he doesn't realize she has Zane.
While walking by the cell Cole is surprised to hear Pixal talking and is even more surprised when he realizes she's addressing Zane.
Cole goes to investigate but is confused when he finds Pixal alone and after properly greeting her asks why she was talking to no one.
Pixal informs him that Zane is alive but has no body and his consciousness is currently in her computer.
Cole is elated to hear his brother is alive and promises to get all three of them out.
Pixal has a strange dream of an ice dragon (not the titanium dragon) holding her captive in a frozen cave. She nearly escapes the cave but the dragon attacks her before she can go but is thankfully awakened by Cole as he helps her escape.
Unluckily, they are spotted and the alarm is raised and the two make it to the exit with Zane's help.
Before they reach the exit Cole remembers the other factory workers and decides to go back for them but urges Pixal to escape.
Pixal refuses, deciding to go with him to save the elemental masters.
Together they manage to sneak back into the factory and work together with the elemental masters to make an escape plan.
The em trick the guards into thinking the noodle machine is broken and Karlof volunteers to fix it. Instead of fixing the Noodle Machine, he starts work on a roto jet with Pixal helping from the shadows.
Later, Jay is thrown in to work and is surprised to find Cole and Pixal there. Pixal explains how she is here and that she has Zane's consciousness. Jay is surprised but happy.
They then explain their plan to break out. Jay is not entirely convinced but decides it's the best way right now and helps Karlof and Pixal build the jet.
The jet is found, however, and they have to escape before the jet can fly. The em don't seem to care though and they bust out together.
They break into the nearby room where Nya and Garmadon are being held just in time to save them from the snake.
They are surprised but happy to see Pixal and are very happy to find that Zane's consciousness is safe and that she has it.
From there they bust into Chen's throne room and together the remaining ninja and the em fight Chen's goons.
As they are fighting Pixal uses her own self-defense capabilities to fight the goons that come for her. Zane reminds Pixal that she is the master of ice now and that she must use it to fight.
Pixal is uncertain and does not want to replace Zane in any compacity but decides that right now all that matters is getting out of Chen's grasp, they can figure out how to get Zane's power back later and begins to use her new power to uncertainly freeze and trip Chen's goons.
The ninja are shocked to see Pixal using Zane's power but decide to continue fighting and figure that out later.
Once they are out of the palace and have a moment to talk Pixal explains everything she can: Zane managed to get out of the diverse and up his consciousness into a dive that was stolen along with Pixal for Chen. She managed to steal the drive and put it in her processor.
Finally, at the end, she explains that somehow Zane's element has been passed on to her. She hopes to get it back to him but while he does not have a body he can't have his element. She doesn't want to replace him but she wants to help.
The ninja agree that by using ice to help them she is not replacing Zane and that they would be happy for her to come with them.
Later, while the em are destroying any way off the island Pixal finds a quiet spot away from everything to practice her new power. She is not very good at it and needs to be more confident with it if she is to help fight Chen.
Zane does his best to help teach her how to use it and is actually doing a pretty good job. While they don't have much time and he can't teach her spinjitsu or anything too complicated she is a fast learner and is doing much better than before, even if she's not nearly as good as the other ninja.
When they find out Skylor is in danger Pixal goes with them to help but falls into a hole. She tells the ninja to go on and will find a way out herself.
As she looks for a way out the cave begins to look like the cave from her dream and the ice dragon comes.
When Zane tells her he can't see it she concludes it is in her head and attempts to stop it but cannot.
Zane suggests that she use her ice against it but the dragon deflects it Zane encourages her. She must believe in herself and in her power; it is hers, she controls it, not the dragon. She is the master of ice.
After a pep talk, Pixal is able to tame the dragon and make the illusion disappear, revealing her elemental dragon which she uses to return to the others.
Pixal tells the others that in order to summon the dragon she had to believe in herself and not allow herself to doubt that she could.
The others then summon their own dragons and they fly off together to Ninjago City.
In the Samurai X Cave, the ninja are greeted by Wu and Misako along with the Falcon, who seems to sense Zane in Pixal and is very confused.
When everything is explained to them they are happy to hear that they are all safe and that Zane is alive.
Everything basically goes the same as canon for the last couple of episodes of the season, not much to really change there.
Now, to end this off please have a scene because I could not figure out how to write this as a bullet note.
Pixal sat on the edge of the rock looking down at the corridor of elders. She couldn't help but smile as she watched everyone working together to clean it up. It was so peaceful and perfect, like waking up after a glitch had been fixed and relishing in the feeling of cleanness.
Everything was perfect... except for one thing.
"Zane... how will I be able to get your powers back to you once you're back to normal?" she asked.
There was a long moment of silence before Zane's voice rang through her head. I'm not sure that's even possible, Pixal...
"What is it Zane?"
I'm not even sure I'll return to a normal body, at least, not right now.
Pixal's eyes widened "Why?" she asked, "I do not see the logic in this decision"
These past few days I've realized... there's so much I can do to help in your system, maybe I could even find ways to help the others too. But... Zane sighed Pixal, without my powers I don't think I could help much, I would only slow you down.
"I can give back your power Zane, we just have to find a way." she said.
I don't think you can Pixal, I don't think anyone can. He paused, as if remembering something he had forgotten. Pixal, do you want to be a ninja? Pixal paused, she hadn't even let herself consider if she wanted to or not, it simply wasn't an option... but now.
I don't want to force you into anything Pixal, I won't be upset if you don't want to, it's your choice.
"I-i don't know Zane... the more I think about it the more I want to, but I don't want to replace you." she said.
You wouldn't replace me Pixal, you would be something different and special. It's your power now, not mine, you do with it what you choose.
Pixal paused, thinking through it all.
"I think I do." she said slowly after several moments.
Zane smiled. I believe in you Pixal, I believe you might even be better at this than me.
*The Best by Future Royalty plays in the background* If you know you know. ;)
And that's all I got so far! I have a few ideas for various moments across the show but it's not very fleshed out yet, so feel free to send me asks, I need to get the brain going!

Fandom Dive #1: Assassin's Creed
(I was going to call this 'Fandom Report' or 'Fandom Deep Dive' but really, that would be more effort than I am willing to put into things)
A short note to begin with as that could be relevant going forward: turns out Assassin's Creed is a difficult franchise for this sort of thing, as it is a franchise consisting of way too many games - we might look to go for concise series or installments in the future.
With that out of the way, let's do a quick roundup of some stats:
At time of writing, AO3 has 13042 works (although this seems like an older fandom, so one should probably look at platforms like FF.net for a better picture)
AO3 has roughly a four-way split between Gen, Teen, Mature and Explicit, with a slight uptick in T
As usual, the most popular shipping category is M/M, but there's a substantial amount of F/M and Gen as well
For most-tagged characters we've got are Ezio, Altair, Desmond and Connor (which I take to be the protagonists)
The 5 most popular ships appear to be:
Malik/Altair
Enzio/Leonardo Da Vinci
Haytham/Connor
Shaun/Desmond
Jacob Frye/Reader
Following up we've got the most common Crossover franchises:
Tumblr media
We've got all the common story tags (Fluff, Angst, H/C, Romance), plus several NSFW tags (nothing weird, but people seem to be diligent about tagging that stuff) as well as a canon (canon for the fandom, as per the Rule of Threes that I only learned about recently) Modern AU tag
Sorting by Kudos, the top fics are either crossovers (which makes sense, more kudos from other fandoms) or rated E (also not surprising)
Filtering by bookmarks gets you mostly the same
I was somehow hoping for more cool heist and assassination fics. Granted, I only read through like the first three pages for every query, but still :(
So, let me do the thing we're actually here for: summarize the story so far:
- Ezio is the first protagonist I think, he fights the Borgia family for an apple (The Apple of Eden?) and gets to suffer quite a bit
- Desmond might be second? He fights for an eye. Used to be a bartender, be friends with a dude named Clay (Subject 16) and in the end he gets the eye in a temple and dies to stop a solar flare? People are unhappy about this. It's possibly the fault of the organisation they were working for before
- Altair I think is some sort of their ancestor but he seems pretty popular, I presume he gets to do stuff too. He apparently has a key moment in his life in a library, but other than the fact he has a friend called Malik I don't really know stuff about him
- There's a dude named Connor whose other name is inpronouncable and intypeable. No idea what he's up to
- There's several people named after Roman gods, and I refuse to believe that's a coincidencd. They are evil, but seem to have gotten along with the protagonists for a while. They have some sort of Isu Influence, or Isu Technology (possibly tying into how time travel works here). They seem connected to Abstergo, possibly the name of the organisation? They also appear connected to a place called 'The Gray'. One of their evil schemes seems to include the solar flare Desmond dies to stop
- There's an Apple, an Eye, and a Prophet - no clue at which point the prophet comes in
- There's Templar knights that seem to oppose the assassins. I presume they want the relics for religious reasons (I vaguely recall seeing a video about how they came to be because time travel pregnancies, and the girl's dad looking for the perpetrator demon, but I could be misremembering)
- Somebody might run a surveillance state in the present?
- Of course the assassins are time-travelling
- (People ship the time travellers - is that incest? I can't quite tell wether they are related or not)
- There's a Bleeding Effect people seem to really love, I'm not sure what that does exactly, but it seems to be some sort of you know what your ancestors know kinda deal. Sometimes you might literally see them. Unclear.
- I have no idea who this Jacob Frye is or why he's so popular for a Y/N ship
I'm not sure if that's good enough, or absolutely wrong? Also looking forward to formatting suggestions. Do let me know @sanguen.
Sincerely
@yami-musume

Hunt vs. Hunted AU
(a.k.a Vampire Wally AU)
Meet the Cast Part 1 || 2 || 3
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Poppy gets her own canvas because im biased--jk
A lil bit of infordump for each character :3
Frank ★ Gargoyle
Frankie boi is a doctor in his eyes. He's labelled a quack and a criminal by many because he practices medicine without a doctor's license, which is illegal. That and several reports of unethical experiments, but mostly because he doesn't have a license.
He met Wally through Barnaby who asked for him to heal the vampire (who was injured at the time) in exchange for shelter and protection from bounty hunters
Julie ★ Demon
Bbg was summoned by a cult who was immediately apprehended by police officials. With no way to go back home, she moved from place to place being a menace to society
She eventually found her way into Wally's Mansion and became their tenant
Sally ★ San Elmo
Okioki so San Elmo is a Philippine mythological creature which is basically just a ball of fire-- anyways, Sally came down to earth to experience the earth life but then became a local deity à la burning person = God
She ended up burning a whole city and Wally, who was there to witness shit go down, decided to take her in because accidental genocide is a "same hat" moment
Poppy ★ Phoenix
Poppy is an angel. She is the definition of perfect, she has no flaws whatsoever-- she's also the last of her kind.
Poppy, alongside Barnaby, was the one to find Wally at his weakest and help nurture him back to health (literally an angel, how can anybody hate her)
Also some extra sketches of Sally + Barnaby
