i have a psychiatrist appointment tomorrow finally!!!!! after waiting like 5 months!! i'm a bit nervous about the social interaction part of it but i'm also looking forward to it bc hopefully i'll be prescribed an antidepressant or something else of the sort and then i can finally start therapy after over a year yay!!
