When my Gr8 Grandma passed, it was about 10 yrs after her late husband. It seemed Grandma Era changed quite a bit after Pop's passed. She & I weren't that close, but she seemed 2 have a shorter fuse, compared. Around the same time, her daughter had a set of love birds. 1 died & the other cried itself 2 death, while becoming a shitty mess. Literally. Life no longer made sense 2 this lonely bird. He cried alot. Hardly ate. Wouldn't stop crappin until 1 day he just fell over dead... This is soo many people's reality right now. This heartbreak counts as 1 of the 9 deaths the body has b4 the soul leaves the body. I've come 2 innerstand that when a union is broken, the hearts of the love birds involved r broken as well. The world has a tough time adjusting cuz the lil balls of sunshine have morphed 2 combative warriors blastin @ anything that moves. This is American behavior @ it's best/worse... 💨😳💨 What if we stopped keepin score? What if we wiped the board of our hearts clean & started over again? Could we manifest love under more fair circumstances? I believe I can. I've just completed a 9 day turpintine & castor oil detox 2 put my money where my mouth is. Pain hurts much deeper when high off meat, sugar & gmo foods. Add the numbing power of weed, sex & alcohol 2 the mix & u have a I hate life special. Well, if we takin all this in, what besides this can we put out? If the people of 2018 want the ever lasting love we saw our gr8 grandparents demonstrate, we must be loving enough 2 accept 1 another as we organically r. Whatever we're in2 should be honored & highlighted off top. Instead of runnin, hiding the bare basics of our existence from a potential husband/wife. This earth is full of the children we birthed. The least we can do is get love right. Our babies r watching. We all deserve love. One last visit with my orthopedic before we head out tomorrow morning. His best recommendation was a cortisone shot in my ankle and hip to kick in so I can cross the finish line on Sunday without too much pain and still be able to walk around on my anniversary the next day. 😬 ⁣ ⁣ I know this is just a short term medical intervention but it may be the one thing that helps. I’m not taking the chance with the anti-inflammatories jacking with my UC so this is the only option I have. Es ist nicht dämlich sich ab und an einem Leistungstest zu unterziehen. Naja ich und beim laufen Leistung😜, mein Ziel ist klar definiert... nur nicht schlechter werden. So stand am Freitag nach dem Job und nicht gerade munter ein Feldtest an. Gar nicht so leicht sich alleine zu Tempo und Beißen motivieren, doch es klappte dann so einigermaßen. Am Anfang etwas holprig und zum Ende hin schwer 😱doch ich hab mal wieder Tempobereiche , wenn auch kurz, gekratzt bei denen ich vor über 10 Jahren mal gut 10 und 21 Kilometer laufen konnte. So ganz muss ich es trotz der Schwimmerei nicht verlernt haben, oder gerade wegen dieser? Ich warte auf die Auswertung. Und heute?
