Just realize that during the time Cale cosplayed as a priest, he never explicitly said "I serve the Sun God" aloud ever.

He just did some leading things (pointing at the sky, spouting Sun God teachings, etcs) and let the rest come to their own conclusions, but he never outright said it.

Was it just him being cautious, or did he know something, I wonder? After all, in a world where Gods exist and are actively paying attention, words have power.

Maybe nothing will happen and he's just being unneccessarily cautious, but it also doesn't hurt to not tempt fate, right?
