Random Scene
The clanging of metal echoed through the quiet yet heavily guarded corridor. (A) flinched as the metal door clashed with another, rubbing her arm and feeling iffy with the atmosphere. “This way, miss.” The guard said gruffly, followed by a yawn as he started to walk in a direction. (A) followed the guard and the corridor was filled with the tapping of their shoes as they walked, until they reached a room.
The guard opened the door for (A), gesturing them to come in with their head.
They could already see a familiar person inside the room, cuffed to the table, wearing the prisoner’s uniform, his ankles chained together. (A) nervously walked inside, looking at (Z) with fear in her eyes.
He killed 20 people after all, who wouldn’t be afraid?
The guard closes the door behind (A). Leaving the two of them alone in a big room, with four walls surrounding them.
“Sit down.” (Z) said flatly, (A) followed sitting down slowly across (Z) cautiousness in their eyes. Then the room went silent, and moments pass as such, until (Z) broke the silence.
“Why did you do it?” He asks.
“...What are you talking about?” (A) asked back quietly, leaning back on the chair.
“Why me?” He continued to ask, rising anger evident in his tone.
“...What-”
“Cut your bullshit (A). It’s just the two of us here.” (Z) bit out, fist slamming down on the table. Despite being -apparently- afraid, (A) didn’t even flinch. They just stared at (Z) blankly, before slowly revealing a cunning smile on their lips.
“...Out of everyone, why me?” (Z) repeated, desperation on his tone but tried to not let it show.
They chuckled lightly, the look in (A)’s eyes, though looking ahead, felt like they were looking down on (Z). “Because why not you?” (A) answered back, gone was the scared person that entered the room and was instead replaced by a confident and cunning person.
“Why?” He asks with frustration.
The smile on (A)”s face went wider as they stood and leaned closer to the one sitting across them, and said with confidence for (Z) to hear “Because no one would believe you.” She smiled brightly as she moved away to sit back down. (Z) glared at (A) his fists clenched on the table.
After (A) sat back then, a winning smile appeared on the prisoner’s face. (A) lifted a brow in curiosity, their eyes went wide as they froze in their place as (Z) lifted a voice recorder that was apparently on his lap.

Random thought...
I want to see -like read and/or watch- a villain who just at like the final epic fight against the hero or whatever and is like "you leave me no choice" and shit like that, forgets their very own final move.
Seems stupid I know (like most of my ideas)
But think about it.
If like it's been a long ass time since they've fought against someone on equal footing and basically just defeats those that oppose him no sweat or makes his minions do it for him.
So like what's the purpose of the final move if he can't use it on anyone? Or do they just use it randomly cuz they feel like it? See my point??
Like at the final fight he'll be like "Mike! What's my final move again? It's been a couple of hundreds of years since I've used it." And their minion be like "I don't know sir! I've been only serving you for the last 10 years." Or something like.
I don't know if it's my weird humor or what but I want to see that (most probs the first rather than the later knowing my weird ass imagination). That would be awesome.
(I just felt I needed to share this😅)

Y’all... It’s been 2 days since I’ve read the chapter 285 (yes i will not stop thinking about that shit because my works like that) and it feels like an eternity that I’ve been feeling numb and pain at random intervals.
But that also means I’ve been looking for shit that will give me hope so i dont fucking fall apart and just start crying (again) nonstop. And I’ve thought of something. I just wanted to share.
Have y’all noticed the chapter title for 285??? It says “Katsuki Bakugo: Rising” and now I’ve thought... does that mean he’ll live? (fucking hope, i fucking want him to fucking live) Does it mean that it’s like his starting line of becoming a true hero? and no i do not mean that in like passing UA or getting the job or some shit.
I mean it where like now that he has accepted his weakness. He’s trying to atone for the shit he has done before. He’s growing and not just content as to how he was before and being stubborn to keep doing it the way he has been doing. He’s helping someone who he’s had a strained past with. He’s not thinking of just himself anymore, he’s thinking of other people as well.
And the last things that were written on the last page... “At that moment, without thinking, my body, simply moved on its own.” Didn’t Izuku say the same thing?? When he tried to save Katsuki from the sludge monster dude.
...
just saying... i need to hold on to hope right now. i need it or else im gonna cry at like random times. let me fucking hold on to this and if anyone (if there will be anyone who will even reads this) needs some kind of hope to hold onto like i do, there it is. my hope may be slim but ill hold on to it until the next update comes.
Also no one fucking point out that fucking chapter title means like he’s going to heaven or some shit cause he is “rising”. I will fucking throw hands.

"No matter how much it hurt, no matter how much it tore me apart, I couldn't fucking tell you." Katsuki admitted. Feeling like he's letting go of something he's been keeping for a long time.
"Why couldn't you tell me!? If it pained you that much why not just tell me?!" Izuku shouted. Tears flowing down their cheeks. Not leaving any room for debate.
"Because you were happy!" Katsuki shouted back. Meeting Izuku's eyes with the same pained yet frustrated eyes, tears pricking his eyes. "I didn't tell you because you were happy with them.” He spat out that last word like it was acid on his tongue.
"It's something I can't give you no matter how much I tried. Damn it, I haven't been able to properly atone for the bullshit I've put you through when we were younger! And you think I can make you happy?!" Katsuki said, Izuku stunned to silence as to what they said.
"No matter how much I fucking want to be that person for you, I can't, cause I know i can't make you happy. And the thought of you being sad because of me?" Katsuki slowly shook their head slowly resolutely. "Not gonna happen. Not anymore. Absolutely not." They look away, not wanting to look at Izuku's eyes, a few stray tears falling down their cheek as he breathes in and out heavily, attempting to calm himself.
"Kacchan…" The greenette called out softly a few moments later, slowly reaching out to the blond.
"Don't." Katsuki said, knowing fully well what Izuku is planning to do without them seeing. "Just don't."
"But…"
"Let's just," Person B cut them off, taking a deep breath before looking back to Person A. "Let's just don't talk about this, and forget all this. You should go home."
(stress makes me write shit.)

I need to vent. I need to put my thoughts into words (i will fail to do so but i will try)
(spoilers for chapter 284 of boku no hero academia, in case someone will read this (highly doubt it) and haven’t read the manga; read it yesterday and still cant take my mind off it, probably never will)
HE DOES CARE!!
HE DOES REGRET THE THINGS HE HAS DONE TO IZUKU!!
I hate it when I see shit about saying that Katsuki hasn’t grown or is an asshole. He changed. He acknowledged his weakness and is trying to make up for the mistakes he has done. He’s trying to atone it in a way he knows he can. Katsuki is worried about Izuku just like the rest. He knows Izuku since they were little, he’s known him and knows how he would think.
HE FUCKING CARES!!
If that isnt character development I dont know what else is.
My bakudeku shipping heart cant take this.

Izuku slowly walked up to the kneeling hero in the midst of all the chaos and destruction around them. His suit was bloodied and ripped, even his favorite tie was ripped -couldn’t be helped if the fight was that intense. His freckled face was covered with dirt, bruises, cuts and blood -both his and his enemies.
Green eyes looked down on the hero, still kneeling on his spot, arms limp, breathing short and fast. The hero slowly looked up to Izuku. His piercing red eyes looking directly at Izuku’s green ones.
Slowly, the greenette raised his hand that formed like a finger gun, his quirk activated.
“Choose your last words wisely.” He said in a cold tone that undoubtedly matched the look on his face. A huge difference to the one the ash blond was used to since they were kids.
Katsuki felt a chill down his spine when he saw that look. It felt so wrong. No.
It is wrong.
It is oh so wrong.
Katsuki swallowed audibly and visibly, only noticing now how thirsty he was.
“I...” Katsuki started softly but his voice cracked.
“I love you.” The ash blond repeated. Which was true. He didn’t seem nor acted like it but he did. Ever since they were little kids.
But he was stupid for misinterpreting it and ended up hurting Izuku instead.
Izuku smiled. But it wasn’t the heart warming kind, it wasn’t the smile filled with purity and unyielding hope in his eyes.
It was cold and uncaring.
Izuku sneered. “You do?” He asked, before he shot through Katsuki’s head. a gaping hole on the hero’s head as he fell to the ground from the force. a pool of blood surrounding him.
“Shame.” Izuku drawled out, lowering his hand and looking down on the lifeless body of the hero.
“If only I even remotely remembered who you were to me I might’ve considered it”

His eyes cracked open, revealing emerald eyes. He groaned loudly when he tried to raise his head from the ground and a splitting headache rushed to his head, pain spreading. Izuku tried to use his head hand to rub his head only to find his arms were tied together behind him and his mouth was covered with some cloth. The greenette tugged his arms apart in a weak attempt to free his arms.
 Where am I?
 When the headache he had become somewhat bearable, he pushed himself off of the ground –groaning once more from the headache left on his head.  Big emerald orbs roamed the dimly lit room. The only light bulb in the room was flickering. On one side of the room there was water dripping from the ceiling, parts of the wall were cracked, there were bugs and mice running around.
 A table and two chairs –on opposite ends of the table- was in the room other than him.
 Why didn’t they just put me on a chair?
Why was he here? The last thing he remembers he was with Katsuki on a stroll on the streets. It’s been a while since they could get out since his father rarely lets him out unless its work –then again he goes out without permission in the first place, but that isn’t important.
 Who in the right mind will capture him?
 Soon the only door in the room swung open with a loud slam. The loud sound making the greenette flinch on his place, his head still throbbing.
 God.
 Did they hit them on the head or something?
 Green orbs zeroed in to the person –or rather people- that came in, their eyes zeroing to the greenette still on the floor.
 A sneer came to the pale blue guy –isn’t that Shigaraki Tomura?- in front of the group that came.
 “To think that, that man’s kid was so easy to kidnap like this.” Shigaraki said. “Wonder why it took too long for our men to take you.”
 Izuku glared at them as Shigaraki sat on one of the chairs facing Izuku while the other two –Dabi and Toga, Izuku recognized- pulled him off of the ground –in a very uncomfortable way with the way Toga had that weird, creepy smile on her face- and placed him on the other chair right across from Shigaraki.
 “What do you want from me?” Izuku asked, his voice shaking as he spoke.
 Shigaraki just smirked, putting his feet on the table. His chapped mouth opened, but before he could speak a sound of a chicken singing to the Mission Impossible’s theme song was heard throughout the room. The sound making Shigaraki flinch and flush from his place, cussing under his breath as he fished out his phone in his pocket.
 Is that his ringtone?
 Izuku glanced behind him where the other two were standing.  The greenette saw them trying to stifle their laughter, their shoulders were shaking as they tried. And… are those tears in their eyes?
 “You finally called babysitter.” Shigaraki said, putting the phone on speaker then placing it on the table to put his hands on the back of his head. Obviously, trying to forget what has just happened.
 “Who are you fucking calling a damn babysitter, asshole?!” A familiar voice screamed from the phone. If only Izuku can cover his ears he would’ve done so from the beginning. “Give him back.” Katsuki said onto the phone moments after, sounding much calmer but still commanding.
 Shigaraki hummed, acting like he’s thinking in a sarcastic manner. “How about~” He drawled. “No.” He said.
 “I’m giving you a chance, asshole. It’s for your own good.” Katsuki insisted.
 “Or what, babysitter?” Shigaraki taunted. “Is that so called mafia family of yours coming after us?” Confidence was in his tone. The chapped mouth man probably thought the mafia can’t do anything if there any chances Izuku will be hurt.
 Katsuki didn’t answer immediately, neither him or Shigaraki talked actually. After a beat of silence.
 “Don’t say I didn’t warn you.” Katsuki said. “Hey Deku.” Katsuki said, The greenette grunted through the cloth on his mouth to let the blond know he was listening. “I’ll be waiting for you, dipshit.” Katsuki said then proceeded to hang up the phone.
   ~~~
  Katsuki stood next to the car parked at the dock, his face was lit up by the light of his phone as he played some game dunce face has downloaded on his phone without his knowledge. It was already eight something and Izuku still isn’t here yet.
 He knows he shouldn’t worry. Knowing the nerd, he probably has this shit down already,
 The next thing he knows he felt a gun pointed at him at the back of his head, he could smell the scent of fire and burnt clothes.
 Now, usually he would either do a roundhouse kick or grab the fuckers hand behind him and break his arm or at the very least his arm. But this time he just let out a small chuckle as he turned around. His red eyes boring into familiar green ones.
 A pure smile was on his face, a face that’s could possibly be able to fool everyone he’s the sweetest, purest, most innocent thing on earth. No one knows the things he has done, what he can do, and what he could do.
 “Finally you’re here, stupid nerd.” Katsuki said as Izuku lowered his gun and putting his hands on his back. The greenette’s shirt was burned and bloodied from reasons Katsuki can only imagine since he wasn’t there. “Took you awhile, almost went home without you.”
 “I took my time.” Izuku shrugged, sounding indifferent. “And I know you will never do that.”
 “I thought of it.”
 “You didn’t and I know it.” Izuku said confidently. “Anyway, let’s go home.” Izuku said as he rounded the car to the other side and got in, sitting on the passenger seat at the front while Katsuki sat at the driver’s seat.
 “We’ll be busy for the next few days.” Izuku said leaning on his hand as Katsuki started up the car.
 Katsuki didn’t need to look at the greenette to see the small smile and mischievous green eyes he had as they went back home.
This is something I’m still working on. Very vague and confusing and plain, if you’ve read the one I posted on archive this isn’t the sequel to that. but if you want to read this and you want it to make sense (like how they met and shit like that) then click THIS if you want to read it. Im posting this so I can get other people’s opinion on this, so to whoever is reading this please give me your ideas and criticism about my shitty writing skills.
Again this is just a DRAFT not a sequel.
It’s been ten minutes since Izuku last turn the page on the book he was reading. His mind was elsewhere. Where you ask? Nothing much… Just the ticking sound from the clock, the sound of the piano from the speakers he usually plays whenever he reads a book and…
 The venomous uncomfortable glare he receives from a pair of crimson red eyes from behind him. He’s used to glares, as someone who’s in the mafia –the next head at that- he’s used to glares, the kind that wants you dead by their hands, though unlucky for them they’re dead before they got the chance to. But this one, this one cannot kill him no matter how much he wanted.
 Not that he couldn’t –he totally can do it, according to the information that was gathered- but he won’t. He won’t if he doesn’t want to die.
 Izuku sighed as he looked back to the man standing behind him, by the door of his room, standing guard by the orders of his over protective, doting father despite knowing he can handle it by himself no problem.
 Emerald eyes met with crimson ones, one was calm and unfazed while the other was murderous and extremely cautious. It’s been almost 2 weeeks since the blond became his bodyguard along with the other two –their names were Eijiro and Denki, they were nice honestly he prefers those two, they’re really nice unlike this angry Pomeranian.
 The blond looked like he was cautious of him. Overly cautious of him, but why? Is it because he’s the son of the boss of the family? Not likely, most people suck up to him to get a better standing in the family. Is it about that weird ability his father told him about the blond? The thing about knowing someone’s danger level by looking at them?
 Well, doesn’t hurt to ask right?
 “Katsuki,” Izuku called out, the blond flinching slightly by the sudden call after the stare off they did for a moment. “Why are you so cautious of me?” Izuku asked straight to the point.
 “Hah?”  He said, confused.
 “You’re cautious of me, why?” Izuku repeated. Good thing he has a good temper, or else he wouldn’t even bothered to repeat himself. He should be thankful he’s part of the family.
 Katsuki didn’t respond, more like thinking of what to say or maybe he doesn’t know what to say, Izuku waited, the blond definitely knows better than to ignore the next head.
 “I don’t get it.” Katsuki finally said, no longer meeting Isuku’s eyes, head hanging low and his fist clenching. Izuku raised a brow, he notices the annoyance in his tone, but still the greenette remains quiet waiting for the answer he wants.
 “I don’t get how the fuck a freckled face nerdy ass spoiled brat like you be a fucking ten!” Exclaimed Katsuki, meeting Izuku’s eyes now Izuku can clearly see it was not only caution but also frustration in his eyes.
 Is being a ten big of a thing?
 Izuku raised a brow, clearly confused about what Katsuki was saying but still offended by what Katsuki has described him as.
 “That’s judgemental of you.” Izuku said, rolling his eyes as he did. There are times when he appreciates that people think he’s weak –a lot of things go his way faster- and there are times of course it’s annoying. Reminds him of the other heads doubting him, hmm, wonder what can give them fear…
 “It’s called honesty, idiot, and I’m honest to a fault.” Katsuki said as a matter a factly.
 “Sure.” Izuku said in a dead panned tone. “Anyway, is being a ten that big of deal?” he asked, gesturing Katsuki can come near him, his neck is starting to hurt.
 “Hell yeah it’s a big fucking deal.” Katsuki said as he walked cloer, now looking down on the greenette who was still sitting on the couch, he wasn’t exactly sure what the fuck does the nerd means when he gestured him to come closer but he knows he’s not supposed to sit down, he’s still on guard duty and all. Not that he wants to sit down with him anyway.
 “Why?” Izuku asked, the blond is seriously making his neck hurt, and it’s starting to irritate him. “It’s not like I’m the only one that got a ten you know.” He asked with a raised brow.
 “That’s the thing dumbass,” Katsuki said through gritted teeth.
 “You’re the only ten I’ve ever seen in my entire fucking life.”
"Kacchan!" A familiar squeaky cheerful voice called out to him. Katsuki turned around to look at the owner of the voice.
Katsuki released a fond sigh softly, not to look fondly at the greenette running towards him. For a minute there, the blond thought he won't come and Katsuki will have to come to their apartment just to fetch him.
"There you are Izuku." Katsuki said, acting to be annoyed and crossing his arms, watching as Izuku came to a stop in front of him, hands on his knees as tried to catch his breath.
"Sorry Kacchan." He panted out, head hung low, taking in deep breaths.
"What took you so long?" Katsuki said, still acting grumpy. They agreed on meeting on their usual meeting place today before Katsuki had to go with his parents to their grandparents for his birthday, and they won't meet until the day after tomorrow.
Now, with Izuku being late, they have lesser time to be together. Not that Katsuki likes hanging out with the nerd or anything.
"Sorry," Izuku whined out again. "Mom wanted me to do my chores before I went here."
"Bet you didn't clean your room properly, stupid Izu." Katsuki teased with a smirk.
"Kacchan~" Izuku whined out, with a pout. Katsuki just laughed.
"Anyway!" Izuku said cheerily, making no effort to hide the fact he's changing the subject, "Happy Birthday Kacchan!" He beamed, along with his trademark sunshine smile -although he was missing a tooth cause it fell out a couple of days ago.
A hint of pink were on Katsuki's cheeks as he averted his gaze mumbling out a small "Thanks." Not wanting to look at Izuku in the eyes.
For a second, the blond stole a glance towards the greenette, however he wasn't sure whether he was happy or embarrassed when he saw the wide toothy beaming smile the greenette still had in his face.
"Ah!" Izuku exclaimed, removing his gaze away from the blond and instead to his hand. "I found this for you!" He said, handing out 3 yellow hellebores flowers towards him.
Katsuki's eyes were wide with surprise, surely he didn't expect this from the greenette. Moreover where did he get this from?
"Where did you get these?" Katsuki asked rather softly than how he usually speaks, taking the flowers from Izuku, holding the flower with both hands.
"The nice lady from the flower shop nearby gave them to me. I was looking at them from the window and it reminded me of you, she might have caught me staring so she asked if I wanted one then I said i didn't have any money, I was a bit embarrassed when she said I didn't have to..." Katsuki didn't hear the rest of his explanation, instead focusing on the flowers on his hands instead.
Here he thought, they'll just play for a while before he had to leave for he rest of the day.
Katsuki was caught in a daze for a minute, just staring at the flowers in his hands, and just standing there.
Izuku managed to stop mumbling by himself as he looked at his best friend. Not expecting the blond to be so in awe with the flowers he himself wasn't expecting to give them either.
To be honest, he's really happy he's able to give the flowers to his best friend. It's his birthday after all.
"Do you like it Kacchan?" Izuku asked, tilting his head to the side a little.
The tinge of pink went back to Katsuki's cheeks, hiding - and failing- himself behind the flowers.
"Yeah...." he answered softly, earning him a bigger smile from the greenette.
Katsuki caressed the neatly pressed and laminated flowers on his book. Remembering the day when Izuku gave it to him, quickly pressing it into a book the moment he got home and before he left for his grandparents house.
Who would've thought that was the last thing Izuku gave to him before everything went to absolute shit between them.
Still, he kept them. Kept them, and cherished them. Not even bothering to use another bookmark when this one was still good even after all the years of use.
Of course, no one knows about said bookmark. Even if they did, no one knows the meaning of it or where it came from. Not that anyone knows.
Loud knocking was heard in from his door, pulling Katsuki our of his daze from reminiscing of what happened when they were 4 or 5 years old.
He frowned, but didn't say a thing, closing the book and tucked it away in his bookshelf. Then headed for the door, opening it, although he already has an idea of who is on the other side of it.
There's no one else in the entire dorm that could knock on his door that loudly.
"What the fuck do you want?" Katsuki asked, wrenching open the door, revealing spiky red hair and bright blond hair.
"Come hang out with us in the common area!" Kaminari said excitedly.
"The fuck?" Katsuki's scowl went deeper. "Why the hell would I do that?" He asked.
"Come on, dude, just hang out with us." Kirishima said, both he and Kaminari already pulling the ash blond away from his room.
"I don't fucking want to!" Katsuki said, pulling his arms away from his two idiot friends.
"Aww, please Kacchan." Kaminari pleaded with puppy eyes, but Katsuki doesn't give a flying fuck about whatever face Kaminari will give him.
"Don't call me that!"
"You sure let Midoriya call you that though." Kirishima said, with a knowing yet teasing smirk on his lips.
"That's different!"
"Sure it is." Kirishima said in a sarcastic tone, rolling his eyes yet his hold doesn't falter as the blond struggled to get out of the elevator, holding him back as Kaminari closed the door and pressed the button to the ground floor.
"What are you assholes planning?" Katsuki asked, pulling himself away from Kirishima's grip, and glaring at the two meanwhile inspecting them from head to toe.
The ash blond knows them well enough that if they were to drag him somewhere they were up to no good.
Kirishima and Kaminari exchange looks, smiles on their faces then looking back to Katsuki.
"You'll see." Is what Kaminari just says. And Katsuki couldn't help but be curious and be even more cautious of whay the two is planning.
Maybe another prank? Most likely. Are Ashido and Sero in this as well? Maybe. Damn they just can't give him a break huh?
The elevator dinged and the doors slowly started to open. Katsuki was ready to explode their asses and whatever prank they have made, when suddenly he heard party poppers went off.
"Happy Birthday!" The whole class of 2-A yelled out loud, most of them wearing party hats on their heads.
The blond flinched slightly, eyes widening in shock.
Oh yeah...
It's my birthday today...
Kirishima and Kaminari just laughed with the blond unable to say anything then just pushing him out of the elevator.
"The fuck is all this?" Katsuki asked trying to be grumpy and annoyed but all that came out was surprised and bewilderment.
"It's a surprise birthday party, explodoboy." Ashido said, walking up to him and snapping a party hat on him as well. "The whole class helped out!"
"All for our resident grump." Kirishima said placing an arm over his shoulders.
"Don't fucking call me that."
"It's all the Bakusquad's idea." Kaminari said proudly, chin up high, his arms crossed.
"Stop fucking calling it squad!"
The rest of the class just laughed at the group's antics. The class suddenly parted into two, revealing the greenette holding a birthday cake, the candles already lit up.
"Blow your candles, Bakugo!" Sero encouraged as if he was a child, earning him a punch to his arm Izuku just approached the blond, the million dollar smile on his face.
A hint of pink on Katsuki's cheeks, as he bent down and blew on the candle. The class cheering, then proceeded to give Katsuki a group hug and handing him their gifts.
It went for what felt like hours, but a part of Katsuki was actually happy about the whole thing.
While the other part of him was wishing that hopefully at least this year, Izuku would give him something. He doubts it, but he hoped.
Katsuki sagged on the couch, his arms was getting tired from carrying their gifts, not once did they leave him alone to set them aside until now.
He sighed, as he sat up straighter on the couch. Turning his head when he felt the couch dip next to him.
"Happy Birthday Kacchan." Izuku said, in a less hyper voice than the rest of the class has given him, a smile on his face.m handing him a piece of cake. How he managed to get a piece while the rest of the class has been gobbling it down, Katsuki will never know.
"Thanks." He said, accepting the cake. He could at least say thanks just for today right? Plus the cake was his favorite flavor, -it was a spiced cake with a creamy caramel icing- which is a surprise since no one ever asked him nor did he ever ate cake with the class.
"Did you make this?" Katsuki asked in a suspicious tone because no one else in class would ever think of it, and with the greenette's cooking skills in mind....
"What?" Izuku asked before laughing. "Of course not! You know how horrible I am at the kitchen, Kacchan. Sato made it." Izuku informed.
"Thank God, I thought we would have to handle food poisoning on my birthday of all days." Katsuki teased, his shoulders sagging in act of acting relieved.
"That's mean!" Izuku exclaimed cutely, a pout on his lips, while Katsuki just laughed fondly and proceeded to feed himself.
Katsuki will never say it, but this cake is really really good. Izuku just smiled knowing the blond liked the cake, he won't say he was the one who requested it for the party, and ate his own share of the cake.
Although Katsuki already knew it was his idea.
The two remained in comfortable silence as they ate, minutes later Katsuki broke the silence.
"You aren't gonna give anything to me?" Katsuki asked like a fucking child and he regrets it, he sounds like a fucking desperate loser, he just really couldn't help himself huh?
The question startled Izuku, based from the way his hand that holds his fork stops midway, and the way his green eyes widened, mouth hanging open.
"Huh?"
Katsuki quickly turned his head away from Izuku, embarrassed, he could feel the heat on his cheeks for having asked such a question. Not daring to spare even a glance to Izuku.
"I..." Izuku started hesitantly, scratching his cheek letting out an awkward chuckle. "I d-did actually." He stuttered out.
Katsuki eyes widened looking back to the greenette.
"I didn't expect you wanted one from me."
I always expected one from you... Katsuki thought but didn't say.
"Though I don't think you'll like it." Izuku said, meaning there's a possibility that he won't give it to Katsuki.
And Katsuki wants it.
What he wants, is what he gets.
"I'll be the judge of that, nerd." Nice. He doesn't sound desperate. Yes. Thank you mouth for cooperating.
"Y-you sure?" Katsuki could see the hesitancy in his eyes. "It's not really that... great."
"Wouldn't say so if I wasn't."
"O-okay then..." Izuku stuttered out, setting his cake aside and standing from his seat. "Oh uh..." Izuku said stopping in his tracks. "Do... uh... you mind if you come with me? It's not something that should be laid out with the rest..."
Katsuki immediately stood up. Now fully curious if whatever the nerd wants to give him. Really, Katsuki will just be happy with whatever he'll give to him.
They quietly snuck past the class, which was not that hard to do way too in their own conversations and games and food to mind the two.
As they reached Izuku's floor, Izuku warned. "I'll just remind you, it's okay if you don't like it, it's really childish and-"
"Just show it to me nerd." Katsuki said, growing impatient.
"Okay, okay!" Izuku said, opening the door to his dorm and headed inside, Katsuki in tow.
Katsuki will always be amazed with the All Might shrine that's in Deku's room. No other All Might fans will ever top this room. Filled with posters, action figures, magazines, even the damn bed covers is All Might.
But that shouldn't be his main concern right now...
Where was his gift?
There was no signs of gift wrapped presents anywhere. Was it under his bed perhaps? Maybe.
Red eyes continue to wander until it landed on Izuku's table. His eyes widening when he lands on a particular flower pot with a red ribbon tied around it on the table.
"This is it..." Izuku said, not looking Katsuki in the eye, clearly embarrassed.
"Are those hellebores?" Katsuki asked, approaching the table, using the back of his index finger to caress one of its petals.
"Yeah..." Izuku said shyly, a small blush on his cheeks. "It's just that, I saw the flower on the bookmark when you brought your book down on the common room a few weeks ago and I thought maybe you wanted one so I looked for the flower online and on flowershops in town. I thought it would be a good birthday present so I bought it but then I realized it was too childish and-" Izuku caught himself off when he saw the fond look and smile -not a sinister or teasing one, just a pure, genuine happy smile- on the blond's face.
The blond didn't say anything just continued to caress the flower's petal with the back of his finger. Gentler than he how usually acts.
"Do..." Izuku started hesitantly, fiddling with his fingers. "Do you like it?" He asked, looking at Katsuki with expectant eyes, he doesn't know which was worse, him being quiet or him glaring daggers at him.
Katsuki small chuckle, the smile on his face not wavering as he met Izuku's eyes. A fond look on his face especially in his eyes.
"Yeah..."
《END》
Just a little something for the explosive grump for his birthday. Hahaha
