About Requests

Here are the kinds of requests we are willing to full fill, examples of how to request if you're new to requesting, which mod is willing to provide such requests, and possible requests to come in the future! -----------------------------------------------

Moodboards: 9 or less images in a grid formation, made to match a theme and based around the requested kin. Usually stagnant images (no gifs) with a picture of your kin in the middle. Can also be requested as a ship! Feel free to include what aesthetic you would like if any! Both Mod 🦇 and Mod 🪽 are willing to do this request type.

Stimboards: 9 or less gifs in a grid formation to match a theme & encourage stims for visual stimmers. This can also be a ship request. Feel free to specify a specific kind of stim you would/wouldn't like and any themeing! Both Mod 🦇 and Mod 🪽 are willing to do this request type.

ex: Hello, can I have a vampirekin stimboard with themes of bl00d and bats? No soft or slime stims please!

🦇 * 18+ non - binary here, looking for someone who is at least 18+ to rp in the STAR WARS fandom with me, preferably in the prequel trilogy on my side, and I would be musing an oc of mine (who I will share with you in pms), paired with Anakin Skywalker. i'm also looking for a lot of angst between the characters, and it can eventually get a bit of romance over time. we can also include nsfw (smut), but it should be occasional, and after the characters establish a relationship and such.

Would you ever make moodboards for your fanfics? Because I think one for your Homelander date crashing fanfic would be great😈

Honestly, moodboards are an involved process for me because I try my damnedest not to use images that would imply the reader is one specific race or body type. I want as many readers as possible to see themselves in my fics, whether they view the reader as an alternate version of them or a separate character entirely.

I try to be as aware of representation as I can, especially since as a white woman, if I want my fics and moodboards to be accessible, I have to make a conscious effort to do that and not inadvertently alienate readers of color, even if that isn’t my intention. I like using photos of people’s shadows or line art of people. Also, if I have specific makeup or outfit in mind for the reader to be wearing (like the black dress in My Destruction Is an Hour Late) I’ll use a flat lay of a similar outfit or an aesthetic photo of the clothing on a hanger, but not on a person. Using a photo of a specific eyeshadow, lipstick or nail polish color can add a lot to a moodboard if the product’s name is related to the tone of the fic (eyeshadows are especially great for this).

Long ass answer to say I’m open to it, but I’m very particular so it ends up being time consuming, which is why this ask has been sitting in my inbox for a hot minute while I put this together.
