HALLOWEEN GAME TIME!!! WE'RE GOING TRICK OR TREATING!!!

ON THE DAY OF HALLOWEEN ask me or anyone else that's reblogged this, "trick or treat" and you shall recieve a random thing in your trick or treater bucket! What thing?

THAT'S UP TO WHO'S BLOG DOOR YOU'RE KNOCKING ON!!

A little doodle of their blorbo? An incorrect quote? A drawing of a little cat? A fun fact about bees? A little drabble (100 words I mean but do as you will) for a random thing? A photo of their pet dog? A headcanon? A fic recommendation? A random meme? An OC? A link to their current favourite song? A nice, virtual slap in the face? A trick? A treat? WHO KNOWS!!! NOT YOU OR ME THAT'S FOR SURE!!! (Just no screamers or shit like that of course lets not forget that lmao)

Why am I saying this now instead of on the day of the game? So anyone else that wants to play has plenty of time to prepare a little handful of things for the trick or treaters!!

Remember, it doesn't have to be anything big!!! You can be the blog that's giving everyone images of rotisserrie chicken you found on google, or you can be the blog that's giving everyone pictures of your cat if you want!! This is a low spoons and low stress game so do whatever you want to do that's easy for you!! Be a mix of everything or just give a 'hi!' it doesn't matter, it's all in good fun!! And we can trick or treat each other too, of course. Not as fun if you can't get any tricks or treats too, right? Anyone can trick or treat and anyone can be trick or treated!

I recommend making/queueing a post on the day so everyone knows you're playing btw (anyone that reblogs this post will get one off me too if they don't say otherwise in tags and if I remember I said this)

i like this style i used for blood4blood i think i want to make these little icon portraits for my halloween game too..

potential player characters 🤔

i wanted to do something similar to birdland & i also liked the portraits in my brother the parasite, where the character portraits appear alongside the text, but i wasn't really sure how to do that, and while searching around i actually ended up liking the look of chapel's speechboxes better... not sure i would use them again for this, or actually try to do what i wanted to originally.

there will be at least 4 (maybe 5, i haven't decided yet) player characters, i think it would be cool to have a screen with all their portraits and maybe even a selection screen at the start and on the menu... that might be too ambitious, my original plan is just assigning a chapter to each girl, but if i could pull off big branches by letting the player choose who to start with that could be fun... 🤔 and if you get them killed, they get blacked out on the menu screen.

#originally the game started off with you playing as naomi (that's naomi on the left)#and then from there would jump perspectives as the night progressed #again similar to until dawn how you have to guide the characters through certain sections #but i also think doing an alternating perspective of the same events (and potentially changing those events) could be interesting #sorry already posting abt this cus i plan for it to be a pretty big undertaking... going to be the game-iest game ive made i think #im mainly just planning characters rn tho #4 or 5... its a small trail crew. the crews i worked on were always pretty small #but i want there to be a crew lead and an assistant lead #also most trail crews are co-ed but i love women so #halloween game

So for Halloween, I found a game challenge that is called "31 Days Of Halloween" And basically you spell out your name or your families first names up to day 31! et me demonstrate with an example! so my name Is Stirling, Vander, Bennett! but that dosent go up to 31 days so ill add some oc names.. But basically you find a scary movie that starts with the first letters of your name! I suck at explaining things so heres the example..
