Canon Destiel Timeline Masterpost

I wrote this all in a fugue state while listening to Green Grow the Lilacs on repeat so forgive any mistakes. @gay-fae ask and ye shall receive

So much has happened in the long and storied history of his fandom so I've decided to try to document it. I've started by looking up every time that canon destiel, destiel event, misha collins, jackles, or some other search terms have spiked on Google and cross referenced them with tumblr or twitter posts from that day. I know a lot of this is Misha stuff, but he does tend to be the one to say things

November 5th, 2020: Season 15, Episode 18 "Despair" airs and Castiel declares his love to Dean. The presidential election, Georgia turning blue, the presumed retirement of Vladamir Putin, Dabi from My Hero Academia, Ouran Host Club season 2, Sherlock season 5, the president of Bolivia being attacked with dynamite, ongoing BLM protests, a twitter artist making racist art of Ted Bundy, Hetalia returning, a dead man being elected Representative for North Dakota, V for Vendetta, scientists discovering a "hell" planet that rains rocks and has lava oceans, and half of Europe being in lockdown all became tumblr news around the same time. Some of these are true, some not.

November 8th, 2020: Misha Collins, in a panel with Richard Speight, states that the confession scene was a "declaration of homosexual love", and that when Castiel goes to the Empty, it is an example of the "Kill your gays" trope.

November 19th, 2020: The finale airs and it is not well loved to say the least. The episode is short, Dean dies by falling on a nail to death fighting vampire clowns, and there are several characters left with dangling unresolved plot threads and arcs, including Castiel. The car is in heaven though. There is very little heard from the cast and crew, if anything.

November 22nd, 2020: Misha Collins, in a livestream, tells a fan that Castiel and Jack are remaking heaven together, Cas has his wings back, and they are rainbow-colored. He had, however, mentioned the rainbow wings before.

November 24th, 2020: The Spanish dub of the confession is released and a "rogue" translator has written "Y yo a ti" or "I love you too" as Dean's response. Destiel goes canon in Spanish. Tumblr stops working as a result.

November 25th, 2020: tumblr user @thebloggerbloggerfun claims Jensen Ackles said "I had a member of the film crew record the confession scene on my phone for me" #unsourced #releasethetapes

November 26th, 2020: Misha doesn't appreciate the rogue translator, but walks that opinion back later the same day

November 27th, 2020: A "leaked" Italian dub of the confession scene shows a mutual confession.

November 28th, 2020: President Obama follows a destiel account on Twitter

November 30th, 2020: The supposed "Italian dub" is revealed as a fake created by user @iotiamo using sound clips from other parts of the Italian dub on show.

December 1st, 2020: Twitter user @mothdean says "misha I know you have a stan acc and spy on us so can we have a hazel update please"

December 3rd, 2020: Misha tweets about Hazel snoring and this is taken as possible confirmation of Misha's secret stan account

December 11th, 2020: A script from Cas's perspective leaks. It says "We see Cass's POV of Dean again - his face drawn, drained of hope. But still beautiful. Still Dean Winchester."

December 16th, 2020: Newsweek runs an article about an article that Misha wrote about the Lewinsky affair while interning in the Clinton White House in which Misha comes off as rather thirsty for Bill

December 20th, 2020: All Supernatural related materials disappear off the CW's website due to a copyright dispute with Warner Brothers

December 31st, 2020: Mishapocalypse redux

February 9th, 2021: Spn cast members Chad Lindberg and Samantha Ferris tweet about a party at the Roadhouse and it grows to become a full Destiel wedding

February 16th, 2021: @steveyockey made a fairly benign post about Jensen Ackles. The notes went wild in a variety of ways and started a rumor that Spn writer Steve Yockey was dead

February 20th, 2021: Steve Yockey is not dead and he should say it

March 3rd, 2021: The German dub drops and it is also romantic in tone

March 6-8th, 2021: A virtual con happens where Jensen discusses Chaos Machine and Jared says he wants to be in their next project. They also show that WAP video. Jensen is giving full mountain man preparing to play Soldier Boy.

March 10th, 2021: The French dub is released. Cas says, "I love you, Dean" and Dean now responds, "Don't do this to me, Castiel"

March 13th, 2021: The company Amazon tweets about Castiel and Misha Collins asks if they ship Deancas or Wincest. Subsequently apologizes.

March 16th, 2021: Misha says he can't speak as Castiel because Warner Brothers" specifically forbade it. #cwsniperconfirmed

March 17th, 2021: Sam and Eileen are getting married! I have no idea how this came about but I'm happy for them

March 23rd, 2021: Chad Lindberg and Samantha Ferris claim on Twitter that the Roadhouse party was about Valentine's day and not a wedding. Ferris specifically said that she worked on the show and that people tried to make Dean/Cas into "something that it wasn't", She also stated she doesn't "know what queerbaiting is" and that it was due to an "agenda". This led to #deanisbi trending on Twitter and Tumblr.

March 31st, 2021: Some possibly fake leaked scripts come up for sale on eBay. Also, Jensen is Batman.

April 1st, 2021: Mishapocalypse redux

April 6th, 2021: Leaked scripts from the 2 final episodes pop up and have several mentions of Cas in them that were omitted. Dean even thinks about Cas's confession when confronting Chuck.

April 18th, 2021: Scripts from seasons 12 and 13 leak. These include scenes from after Cas's death

May 17th, 2021: Jensen's band Radio Company releases an album including the song Watching Over Me

June ~5th, 2021: Misha says at a convention that Watching Over Me is about Castiel. Jensen neither confirms nor denies this when asked about it

June 11th, 2021: It is announced that Misha is publishing a book of poetry

June 18th, 2021: The Russian dub airs and Dean's line is changed to "Don't you dare, Cas"

June 24-28th, 2021: Jensen and Daneel Ackles reveal that they are making a Supernatural prequel series following John and Mary Winchester (a story that NOBODY was asking for). Jensen will reprise his role as Dean and will narrate. Misha hints that he would like to be involved, as do Ruthie Connell, Samantha Ferris, Matt Cohen, and Julie McNiven (the perils of having a cast of mostly immortal characters). But Jared Padalecki first says that he is happy for the Ackles's, he later said he was "gutted", then responded to Robbie Thompson's tweet calling him a "coward" and saying "what an awful thing you've done". The next day, Jensen and Jared both do damage control and say they'll always be brothers

July 17th, 2021: People are asking if Destiel will be canon in Space Jam, Misha's poetry book's cover is revealed to lukewarm reviews and people are talking about a particular poem about piss, and Perfume Genius releases an article that is a self-insert vore fanfiction about having sex with Jensen Ackles

August 2nd, 2021: Perfume Genius is at it again with "Last Friday, I had my eyes removed by Jared Padalecki". No, I do not know why she is doing this.

August 9th, 2021: Destiel fics hit 100k on Ao3. Misha tweets his support and people remember that he sometimes reads fanfiction and theorize he has an A03 account

September 1st, 2021: Misha makes his first Tiktok. There is a short intro before he calls cut, walks behind a screen, and strips his clothes off

September 3rd, 2021: Jake Abel uses Michael and Adam to help sell his hot sauce brand

September 4th, 2021: Misha confirms that the love between Castiel and Dean was "reciprocated"

September 9th, 2021: A clip of the real Italian dub of the confession scene goes viral as it is revealed that, unlike the Spanish dub, they change the line to "ti voglio bene" or essentially "I love you like family". Misha responds with a video saying "Ciao Italia, ti amo" with the subtitle "Love is love in any language"

September 21st, 2021: Misha drops the fact that one of his poems is from Castiel's perspective.

September 30th, 2021: Jensen will be appearing at a con on the same day as Misha and not with Jared for "professional reasons"

October 4th, 2021: Misha responds to a fan's tweet by saying that Jensen has "crazy eyes and a knife in his pocket"

October 10th, 2021: Daneel posts a picture of Jensen intently reading Misha's poetry book in front of a roaring fire on Instagram. Misha responds that he misses them even more

October 12th, 2021: Jensen is cast in Rust, a (rather ill-fated) western and Misha says "Yippie-ki-yay" and calls him a stud in the comments

October 16th, 2021: Denvercon. Jensen and Jared reunite for the first time since THE INCIDENT

April 24th, 2022: Misha Collins says in terms of being an extrovert, an introvert, or a bisexual, he joked "I'm all three". This led to the internet celebrating Misha's newly revealed bisexuality.

April 25th, 2022: Misha Collins comes out as straight. Oops!

June 19th, 2022: According to Misha, Dean's heaven was supposed to be at the Roadhouse with all his friends and Cas was going to be there with him

November 7th, 2022: Misha calls Elon Musk a snowflake

November 12th, 2022: Tumblr starts planning another Mishapocalypse

January 24th, 2023: Jensen and the cast of the Winchesters throw Dean Winchester a birthday party, including wearing silly little hats

February 26th, 2023: At JIBcon 11, Jensen sings an improvised song about an angel while Misha sits cross-legged on the floor looking up at him

April 1st, 2023: 10 year anniversary of the Mishapocalypse

April 16th, 2023: A year after his bisexual whoopsie daisy, Misha says that Warner Brothers asked him to "let it go" and keep pretending to be bisexual.

August 23, 2023: Rogue Spanish translator is revealed to not have gone rogue at all but instead to have followed the script he was given, confirming the existence of a mutual love confession that was cut at some point.

If you can remember any events and dates that I haven't found, please let me know and I'll add them! I haven't really rounded out 2022 and 2023 yet.

HELLO I'M BACK WITH MORE CHRONICLE PAMPHLET TRANSLATIONS

Life has been more chaotic than I expected so that is why I've been MIA but Super Live and Chronicle DVD have summoned me to do more translations! This time it's the cast introduction and a small Q&A! First is the Inners + Chibi Moon! Outers and the rest of the cast will be translated at a later date lol

Sailor Moon/Super Sailor Moon/Usagi Tsukino

Q: What do you remember of being selected to be part of the Sailor Moon musicals?

When I heard that I was cast as Sailor Moon, it felt really unbelievable. But then due to corona, I had to wait a year before that news could be shared so it didn't feel very real at all. But finally when i went to costume fitting, I really got the feeling that I have become Sailor Moon.

Q: If you ever have to fight villains like Sailor Moon and her friends, what would be your fighting style?

Manipulating thunder like Sailor Jupiter, making them feel so much regret that it'll leave them numb lol. Supreme Thunder!!! And I also yearn to fight with huge items like Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn!

Q: A few words about the character you play.

She is clumsy but also strong, energetic, honest and a very hardworking girl. I will always admire her. I'm really happy to play character who is loved by many people! I will do my best for Sera Myu Fes(Chronicle) as well!!

Born 27th of February, Tokyo

Has appeared in commericials since she was 6 years old, such as Pokemon and others. She was won an ACC from her radio commercial Morinaga in-Jelly. She has also appeared in movies and played the role of a heroine's childhood self. She has been more active as an actress since high school and has appeared in many performances, such as ...from the moonlight ~A Delivery from the Moon~ and others.

Sailor Mercury/Ami Mizuno

Q: What do you remember of being selected to be part of the Sailor Moon musicals?

It was my stage debut so I was very honored. After the final audition, I went home together with Sailor Jupiter, Kisara Matsumura, who I have been good friends with for a while now and she said that "it would be nice if we could perform together."

Q: If you ever have to fight villains like Sailor Moon and her friends, what would be your fighting style?

I love pickled plums, so I would be Sailor Vinegar, protected by acid. With my powers of sour stimulus, I would weaken my enemies taste buds.

Q: A few words about the character you play.

Congratulations on the 30th anniversary! Please keep on loving Ami Mizuno and as for Sailor Mercury who I admire so much, i hope you shine forever. I love you!

Born 23th of February, Osaka

in 2018 she was accepted into the Yasushi Akimoto x TV Tokyo Project, Seishun High School 3-C so she moved to Tokyo after she graduated high school. She wast part of the 1st generation and appeared in the program for three years. She had her CD debut from EMI Records in Universal Music. She has also appeared in several TV dramas such as, Ore no skirt, doko itta?(Where did my skirt go?) and Anata wa hannin ja arimasen. (You are not the culprit.)

Q: What do you remember of being selected to be part of the Sailor Moon musicals?

From the very beginning i have loved Sailor Mars and my manager knew that I wanted to play her so when the call came that I got the role, we both screamed with excitement. And when I told my mom and grandma about it, both of them started crying tears of joy which made me very happy. Seeing this made me want to work even harder!

Q: If you ever have to fight villains like Sailor Moon and her friends, what would be your fighting style?

At first, I'll try to talk to them and get along with them. Maybe I will find the good points in them, there is a high chance that they will change their mind! But if they keep on doing evil deeds, I will give it right back at them, Evil Spirit, Begone!!

Q: A few words about the character you play.

When I was 4 years old I fell with the canny and cool Rei. And when I found out that we had the same name, I felt it was fate. I love the Rei-chan who has a lot of charms, such as the way she hides her passion, the way she says things clearly and honestly, and the fact that she is kind and cares about her friends! Through the Sailor Moon musicals, and by playing Rei, I have met really wonderful and important friends. I'm really grateful. I will cherish each and every performance with love!

Born 29th of November, Saitama

in 2010, she made her model deubt by becomeing and exclusive model for the fashion magazine "Pichi Lemon". After that she joined the idol group, Yumemiru Adolescence. After graduating from the group in 2019, she started to be more active in stage performances and TV shows as an actress and model. Her main performances have include, Kishiryuu Sentai Ryusoulger on TV Asahi, Suiensaa on NHK, Peach Boyz (Ariake Garden) in XFLAG PARK 2020 and others.

Q: What do you remember of being selected to be part of the Sailor Moon musicals?

When I heard from my agency that I was cast as Sailor Jupiter, I remember being so surprised and full of joy that i couldn't stop trembling. And when we, the 5 Inner Soldiers, finally met face to face, all of them were those who had left a strong impression on me from the auditions. At the beginning, it was. a bit difficult to communicate due to the tension and corona but now everyone has become irreplaceable friends to me!

Q: If you ever have to fight villains like Sailor Moon and her friends, what would be your fighting style?

If I fight, I will fight like in my favorite RPG games and defeat evil! In the game, I can become as strong in mind and body as the Sailor Soldiers. I want to collect the strongest characters from all over the world and defeat evil and protect the world! Or course if possible, i would rather discuss and solve the problem without fighting.

Q: A few words about the character you play.

At first I was very nervous and worried if I could properly play such a cool character as Sailor Jupiter. But soon after, I started to admire her, who is by far the most powerful, the most sweetest and kindest of all. I learned to believe in my friends, to protect and love them. I will also continue on loving Sailor Jupiter so that I can get step by step closer to her.

Born 21th of July, Shizuoka.

Made her debut in 2019 in the NTV drama, Ore no skirt, doko itta?(Where did my skirt go?). She was also a regular in the CX TV show, Mezameshi TV Imadoki Girl. From June of 2021 to February of 2022, she appeared in three parts of AmebaTV's show, Kyou, Suki ni narimashita.(Today I fell in love). In 2022 she appeared in Kao's Essential THE BEAUTY advertisement and AbemaTV drama series　Fukumen D. She is active in a wide range of fields, including stage plays, modeling and movies.

Sailor Venus/Minako Aino

Q: What do you remember of being selected to be part of the Sailor Moon musicals?

When I found out I was chosen, I was so happy and immediately told my family about it!! At the final audition, I remember Rei Kobayashi-chan talking to me when I was nervous. So I was really happy that I was able to become a Sailor Soldier with Rei-chan and everyone else! When I'm with the rest of the 5 Sailor Soldiers, I'm just so happy <3 Unlike Minako-chan, I'm far form being a leader, but since she is, I'll do my best to make everyone to able to rely on me!

Q: If you ever have to fight villains like Sailor Moon and her friends, what would be your fighting style?

Special Attack!!; Even though we meet for the first time, it feels like we have met before!! And then we become friends ♪ I call this special attack "Becooome my friend"!

Q: A few words about the character you play.

Please lend me your power so I can play the cute Minako-chan that everyone loves <3

Born 25th of November, Nagano

Received the Glico Award at the Pretty Girl Museum2 audition held in 2011. Moved to Tokyo when she entered junior high school. After taking lessons in dancing, singing and acting, she made her debut in 2016 in Eki Stage A (Ace). She actively performs LIVE activites and from 2021 she started to properly work as an actress.

Sailor Chibimoon/Chibiusa

Q: What do you remember of being selected to be part of the Sailor Moon musicals?

When I went to the audition for the first time, it was the winter of my last year in kindergarten, so only 6 years old. That audition was for Chibi Chibi and when I was asked what my special skill is, I remember saying it was doing tricks with a ball and I started doing it lol. I was so happy when I passed was chosen to play Chibi Chibi! And now that i'm 12 years old, I'm really excited to play Chibiusa!

Q: If you ever have to fight villains like Sailor Moon and her friends, what would be your fighting style?

When I'm around town, I take notice of the license plates of the cars and phone numbers written on signboards of different shops and create them into mathematic formulas and solve them! I find it very enjoyable. Even in math class, I feel very accomplished when I understand a difficult problem. I once heard that "mathematics is connected to the mysteries of the universe". Because of that, if I were to fight evil, I would like to fight them with mathematics! I would challenge them by giving them complex figures and formula problems!

Q: A few words about the character you play.

My beloved Chibiusa, who I admire since she is adorable, strong and brave. Like Chibiusa, I will never give up no matter how small I am! With these strong feelings, I want to do my very best in singing, dancing, and acting to play Chibiusa on stage to the fullest!

Born 23th of May, Tokyo

She made her debut when she 4 years old in the musical Miss Saigon. She played Chibi Chibi in the Sailor Moon musical, Le Mouvement Final. She is part of the music unit Foorin. She is active in my other ways such as, the movie 3-gatsu no Lion (March Comes In Like a Lion), and NHK show Come Come Everybody.

zane is very scorpio the more i think about it. At first i was like nooo…noooo.. but i’m freaking surrounded by scorpios (why are so many of you born around this time of year . Stop that.) and the sassier/more comfortable zane becomes with time as he connects w human emotions more (THE SASSYMAN APOCALYPSE HIT THIS NINJA HARD) the more i’m like oh for sure. he’s such a sweetie but he can Come for Smoke for the ninja for laughs ruthlessly and that’s so scorpio.

Fine fine we will address Kai Taurus. vincent tong is such a sweetie so it makes sense for him but i cannot lie and say it’s the perfect match for kai. But! But. he definately has some taurus traits in him- stubborn and hardworking. perhaps he is a taurus rising. Perhaps

I'll tell you some funny stories about me & reasons why I'm on tumblr

I've been a fan of the KP Series for so long, I fell for A first. It was love at first sight that I never ever believe it will. I actually saw the 1st version and I fell for A immediately, but that version didn't attract me at all (sry not sry). Then I wasn't paying attention that much until I found M. That's right I fell for him too. Late 2021 actually was the first time that I called myself a fan of MA. I've been following them since then. I've been participating in their EVERY event and spent a huge amount of money supporting them. Concerts in Thailand and overseas, I also went there; Singapore, Manila, Taiwan, and back again at KPWT 2023. Supporting them isn't all about participating in their in-person event. Supporting them online, encouraging them, or putting a positive environment fandom for ourselves and them is A HUGE supporting which I always do.

A couple of weeks ago, I've seen too many hating on A and M because of misunderstanding or mistranslating (maybe idk). So I decided that I want to open ANOTHER personal account (I have already one which i used to follow them from the beginning) just to help translate. And I myself know that I WILL NEVER EVER PUT HATE ON ANYONE OF THEM so it became pizzapartyma account. I did this because I love them so much that I want people to know more about them. At the very first tweets I also did translation for other KP boys as well. (I'm doing it now but didn't tweet about because too scare of super toxic MA stand that wanting me to tweets only about MA)

The story started here;

Unnamed account announced to close their account down, I've gain rapidly followers which I don't know why. So I started to introduce myself and pinned that tweets and I went to sleep. I worked up with confusion that there's rumor that the owner of pizzapartyma (which is me) is the same person with those who just closed down her translating account (the unnamed one which is who idk) And thing started to be chaos when that rumors hit Thai fandom, I received many hating tweets (it passed by my eyes in for you section) I also received hateful dm as well. The only reason is they believe in thing without any proof or any of sample size to prove their assumptions. Their theories were totally funny, some said .........+ ....... is equal to pizza, some said I was the same person covering up with new account and image. Some said I came back this time to fully putting hate on A. That's funny at first, but when I think carefully into it. it's hurtful because all those people in the world they dare to choose A as my anti. The only thing I always do toward A is support. (A is my super bias, M is my bias) Someone suggested me here so I am now here and find some peace. lol

I have been reading one shots of H for good a year or two, I'd say almost 85-90% of H fanfictions are read by me. So, I am able to say I am a little bit expert of Harry ffs.

Hello! Recently I have made a new twst acc that I plan to use as my side-main and wanted an opinion about a team I was planning to use on Fire Exams. This is only a small team I wanna make while I'm deciding which cards to pull for in the future so don't mind if this team only works as early-game.

I also made a Note with the buddies of each card, maybe it can help.

I am fairly new on tumblr so I apologize in advance if I made any sort of mistakes, and thank you for your time! <3

This team works well for both fire basic and defense for early game. As you build your cards, you might want to consider swapping some of them. For fire basic, you'll want more duos and consider adding Jade to the team to boost Dorm Azul's damage and replace Robe Riddle with his Dorm SSR when you get him.

For fire defense, I would consider adding more healers or cards with more HP. For defense exams, you are allowed one or two weak elements if you can end on turn 5-1st hit. A fully built Dorm Ortho would be too much for fire defense so you can switch to Robes Ortho for his heal and either another healer, a debuffer or a defense SR in TsumTsum Cater’s place.

squishes you and your cheeks, i hope you’re doing well too!! okay i know the prompt says ‘three plots’, but since you didn’t specify muses, i... maybe went a little overboard (and i didn’t even include everyone i could think of, just one obvious connection and some less obvious ones :’)).

1. yamaguchi: one of the obvious choices probably but how can i not :’) i think their friendship is really sweet, especially once the anime and manga starts showing them really be friends, like at the training camps or at nationals, and i would be really interested in exploring how yamaguchi and hinata went from vaguely antagonistic (since at the very beginning yamaguchi was kind of put in the same basket as tsukishima in terms of bully behaviour fvbjf) to friends. and if you’re ever interested in writing timeskip stuff, i would love to xplore their friendship once yamaguchi becomes team captain in their third year, and them keeping in touch after hinata goes off to brazil!

2. iwaizumi: probably less obvious, but hear me out. timeskip hinata goes to brazil to train in beach volleyball so he can come back and be a better indoor player. iwaizumi studies to be an athletic trainer in the US. iwaizumi, despite seijoh’s defeat, is also shown to be pretty invested in/enthusiastic about hinata’s progress, so how about after oikawa and hinata meet up in brazil, oikawa tells iwaizumi about it (in the manga he sends him a selfie i think dbjhvf) and iwaizumi decides to contact hinata to see what he’s up to, for old times sake - and perhaps it is one of those moments when hinata is in a pinch or feels like he’s not making progress... which could lead to iwaizumi giving him advice and encouragements from his new professional perspective. an unofficial preview of what their work will be like once they’re both on the olympic team, if you like B)

3. ushijima: this guy is so estranged to the concept of rivalry, i love that he pretty much discovers it in season 3 all thanks to hinata bfvjfdhvb so i honestly would love to explore that, hinata being the first player ushijima really wants to compete against, but also being a source of inspiration and advice for hinata (like in season 4 rookie camp when hinata just walks up to him to ask him questions and everyone else goes o___o he’s talking to ushijima wat). some post-qualifiers interactions as ushijima prepares for the world championships and hinata focuses on highschool and going back to nationals, interactions in timeskip when they’re in the schweiden adlers and the black jackals... all of it, i need it all.

4. goshiki: 1st year future aces rivalry!! 1st year future aces friendship!! i just love their little interactions in season 4, how easily hinata’s enthusiasm and flattery squashes goshiki’s resentment about shiratorizawa’s defeat, and in the 10th anniversary chapter when they reunite on the same team and they’re so happy to see each other!! calling each other by their first name! i don’t know how they became best buds but that’s also something i would love to write about because who doesn’t need two over-excited puppies being friends in their lives.

5. bokuto & atsumu: i’m roping these two together because otherwise this is going to get REALLY LONG but hum yeah, owl senpai and baby crow friendship, both in highschool and in timeskip, and timeskip atsumu/hinata and that setter/hitter dynamic and how it shapes up when atsumu has to adjust to not having his twin, and hinata is adjusting back to indoors volleyball and not having kageyama as his setter.

USAF deploys F-35s for NATO's "airblinding" mission

The Air Shielding mission combines surface- and air-based allied anti-missile units in NATO's IAMD system.

The U.S. Air Force (USAF) sent its F-35A fighters from Spangdahlem, Germany, to support NATO's "airblinding" mission on the east flank.

The F-35A Lightning II fighters flew from Spangdahlem on July 6 to join the F-16 fighters of Belgium and Mirage 2000 fighters from France at Ämari Air Base in Estonia, which are currently deployed to support the NATO air policing mission and conduct air patrols in the Baltic Sea region.

The air policing mission aims to increase surveillance over NATO airspace to ensure that the allied territory is safe. Such activities also contribute to the deterrence and defense of the Euro-Atlantic region.

“The F-35 is an incredibly capable and versatile aircraft. Operating alongside other allied nations in the Baltic, they are maintaining the integrity of European airspace and contributing directly to the NATO Air Protection Mission," said NATO Allied Air Command (ACC) Deputy Commander, Lieutenant General Pascal Delerce. “In support of NATO's Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) system, Air Shielding offers an agile solution, although currently focused on NATO's east flank, maintains the flexibility to orient itself to any emerging threat.”

According to NATO's ACC, the air shielding mission combines surface-based and air-based allied air defense and anti-missile units in NATO's IAMD system as part of the Alliance's command and control.

Together, the integrated units provide a strong shield from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea region.

Ensures that NATO allied nations are able to protect the alliance's territory, populations and forces from various air threats and missiles.

did discord change the way they handled img files? iirc they worked Fine even after my acc was gone, since the dms still existed on my friends' sides, so??

but now all i hav r the imgs i saved when i started 2 port the chatlogs manually on google docs, rather than use a scrubber. so, like, only the 1st week or so of msgs in our dms ever. n so many of these msgs lack context now n it makes reading convos back hard.. .......god.

How I would realign college football

Here's my best idea for to save college football from itself, the best compromise between the money of a national super league and the tradition of the regional conferences...

Regions and history

Make winning your conference a big deal again. A conference title is a thing to be celebrated in its own right, for teams and fans to cherish and remember over generations.

Go back to 6 "power" conferences. Embrace the beauty of the regional rivalries and traditions. Embrace the symmetry and simplicity of the 12-teams conference structure: 2 divisions per conference, 8-game regular season schedule, 5-game round robin inside the division, 3 inter-division games. Rivalry games last weekend of November, championship games first weekend of December.

SEC, Big XII and ACC are simple, they go back to circa 2010. Mizzouri, Texas A&M, Colorado and Nebraska stay in the Big XII. ACC keeps Maryland, and they leave the Big East alone. The B1G adds Notre Dame not Nebraska. I wanted to make it work to keep ND independent, but the structure I am proposing below won't allow for it. Pac 12 adds Utah but BYU instead of Colorado.

The Big East might need a rebrand. But they'll have Syracuse, Connecticut, Rutgers, WVU, Pitt and Cincinnati for their north division. We'll give them Louisville, UCF, USF, TCU, SMU and Houston for their south division. This is only loosely a "power" conference, essentially they're the middle between the top 5 and bottom 5 leagues, because we are going back to 11 conferences. The bottom 5, or "group of 5," are the Mountain West, CUSA, Sun Belt, MAC, WAC. The American isn't needed because the Big East still exists.

National title and the big money

National title is determined via the Super League, the big money league that the big schools seems to be leading us toward. Qualification for Super League is based on last year's results. This is new for American sports, but normal for European soccer. I think we can get used to it. We'll need some sort of calculation to stack rank the "power" conferences to determine how many teams they get in next year's Super League.

Super League runs concurrently to conference regular season, 20 teams, 4 groups of 5, round robin format inside each group, top 2 teams in each group advance to playoff. Round 1 is 3rd weekend of December, so there's a rest week after conference championship games, each group winner hosts a second place team. Use some method to mix up 1st v 2nd matchups so they don't come from same group. Rotate the New Year's 6 bowls so 2 of them host the semifinals and 1 hosts the National championship game.

Have a next level down league from the Super League with the same format, call it Next League or Futures League or Ascension League, something creative. Their semifinals and finals are the other 3 major bowls per the rotation.

So the Super League 20 teams are top 5 from #1 conference, top 4 from #2 conference, top 3 from #3, #4 and #5 conferences, top 1 from #6 conference, and winner of Ascension League. If winner of Ascension League qualifies in one of those spots, we pick the next team in that league standings.

And the Ascension League 20 teams are 2 teams from #1 and #2 conferences, 3 teams from #3, #4 and #5 conferences, 2 teams from #6 conference, top teams from the group of 5 conferences, i.e. Mountain West, CUSA, Sun Belt, MAC, WAC.

So each conference could have it's only TV deal. Plus, there's a separate TV deal for the Super League and Ascension League. Could have "super weekends" or stagger them throughout, whatever works best for TV. So those 40 teams have their 12 games figured out. Teams outside of the top 40 on a given year would have to fill out their other 4 games against each other. Bowls can still exist for teams not involved in Super League or Ascension League semifinals.

Example overview:

Let's say the "power" conference rankings in a given year are 1- SEC, 2- B1G, 3- Pac 12, 4- Big XII, 5- ACC, 6- Big East:

SEC gets 7 teams in, 5 Super/2 Ascension

BIG gets 6, in 4/2

Pac 12, Big XII, ACC get 6 each, 3/3

Big East gets 3, 1/2

Group of 5 get 5, 0/5

So next year's Super League that would run concurrent to conference leagues could look something like this (no Ascension league winner to start, so I just grabbed the next highest ranked team, that's why the Big XII gets 4):

Group 1

Michigan (B1G)

FSU (ACC)

Oklahoma (Big XII)

LSU (SEC)

Louisville (Big East)

Group B

Washington (Pac 12)

Ohio St (B1G)

Tennessee (SEC)

Clemson (ACC)

Missouri (Big XII)

Group C

Texas (Big XII)

Georgia (SEC)

Notre Dame (B1G)

Arizona (Pac 12)

NC St (ACC)

Group D

Alabama (SEC)

Oregon (Pac 12)

Penn St (B1G)

Oklahoma St (Big XII)

Ole Miss (SEC)

One team example:

Let's take a look at what Michigan's season would look like. They play Ohio St, Michigan St, Penn St, Indiana and Purdue every year in their division. They play 3 from the other division, maybe the make an annual inter-division rivalry like the SEC does with Florida/LSU, Auburn/Georgia, Alabama/Tennessee and make ND an annual opponent. Picking the other 2 at random, make it Illinois and Minnesota.

Since they have a #1 seed in their Super League group from winning the 2nd toughest conference the prior year, they likely avoid a top SEC team. Maybe the get something like FSU, Oklahoma, LSU, Louisville.

That's a very compelling 12-game schedule. Annual games against OSU, MSU, PSU and ND would be huge. Super League games against FSU, OK and LSU would be huge. 2 annual garbage games against IU and Purdue, 2 rotating garbage games against Illinois and Minnesota, 1 decent Super League game against Louisville.

They have 2 distinct titles to play for: 1) beating OSU+PSU to make/win the B1G title game and 2) winning their Super League group to put them on track for the national title.

This obviously can't happen, it's too late

But this is the best compromise. Gives a little taste of promotion/relegation but without the jeopardy of being relegated out of your historic league. Indiana doesn't have to worry about getting relegated to the MAC.

And if the B1G and SEC fancy themselves as the top 2 leagues, their big dogs--OSU, Mich, Alabama, Georgia--going into each season knowing top 4 keeps them in the Super League for next season, some years top 5. The other true "power" leagues is top 3. Big East, or whatever its rebrand after becoming 5/12ths TX+FL, knows it's a distant 6th and should be happy with 1 Super League spot.

I will think about this over the coming weeks/months, edit for clarity, be more concise where I can, and turn this into a Twitter/X thread before the college football season starts later this year.

ok so an okay day, i think writing a blog has unexpectedly made me feel worse about myself. i remember more, but i feel like shit more than usual, but i like writing so im not sure what to do. it sucks. i had history first "the sub" was in today he wanted us to acc learn shit, sooooo boring. they played a roblox obby in class and they kept getting caught so they decided to take out their calculators and PRETEND, it was so embarassing the sub told them not to go on their phones after 10 minutes of them fake playing on their calculators just for carmite to say "hehe not a phone its a calculator, gottem" it was SO EMBARRASSING. HE SPENT 10 MINS. anyways, granite is gone to tenerife so its just me and diorite for a while.

french was good. yknow that girl bluebird that i talked about yesterday, well she got in trouble for not doing her hw again and like she was talking to the teacher and the teacher had to ask her what three times because she was so quite. some other things but i cant remember. for pe we did badminton because the pitch flooded, me and diorite were partners and we bet 1 other team. i was pretty shit tbh. for lunch diorite bought me a chocolate bar and stole some kinder bars. she talked about how she started feeling guilty last night cuz she stole some stuff from a shop and then she found out that there was only one of them (not family owned but not a corporation). i said i also felt guilty when i did that because i have the resources to pay i just dont like spending money. i dont steal, it was a once off chance and just felt like shitty of me.

for business a bunch of 2nd years were in our seats eating lunch and chatting, they musnt have gotten the message to leave when i thre my bag over them to reach my fucking seat. i had to get the guy in crutches to help me out because i just dont like talking to 2nd years because idk they have a weird vibe. also at lunch coming from the shop me and diorite got swarmed by 1st years we didnt know, and asked us for stuff, they asked me for popcorn and i kinda just ignored them and walked through them, maybe i should have been nicer and given them the rest but also im a hungry hungry hippo. they also knew my friends name?? my friend stopped and gave them kinder bars, on the way to business another first year asked for a kinder bar and she gave it to him, "they really took the worst you can get is a no to heart". it was really funny and sweet though the way they flew to food like bees to pollen. anyways the teacher didnt show up for the first 15 mins in class and it got REAL silent, so a girl in my class decides we need to d icebreakers (the only new person in the class is bluebird, and weve all known each other for a little over 2 years). we have to say our full name then our hobby, im 2nd and i CRUSHED it. i did amazing, we got to every1 and out of like 28 only 4 people didnt do it. in geography i felt rly lonely, sure i got a back seat but at what cost, i didnt have anything to do, i felt like shit, and a group of people played among us and i kinda wanted to aswell but i dindt have it downloaded and i just felt awkward, the worst they can say is no but, they remember that no, it was kinda nice seeing them play but i didnt want them to see me smiling so i did it every rarely. diorite wasnt there becasue they had a music thing, i dont do music cuz i sound like a drowned rat. i then walked to my dads work, stayed in his van for an hour so he could finish work and then went home.

i forgot to mention but 1st class ended 10 minutes early for some reason, and no teachers were told so it was rly confusing, my mom got home 4 hours late from work, her top boss is visiting her work and shes one of the managers so she has to do lots of things, we didnt get dinner till 9 cuz dad had to drive my brother to basketball which he just started. i could have just made dinner myself but also yknow, your supposed to eat the food people cook for you and they were going to cook it was really a matter of when. ive decided to learn portuguese which is really stupid but of well, i can try. i hope i shift tonight, wish me luck xoxo
