An attempt to give him somethin for RR so hes not just wearin the same outfit as BW1. I saw it in a dream o-o Peacock feathers at the end of the cape to keep the eye motif and add feathers to match Reshiram. All would have gone according to plan and N would have gotten rid of all trainers w Reshiram´s help. By the time he reflects and tries to confront his father, Colress´s mind control machine is ready and he simply takes Reshiram for himself, and due to the Hero´s bond, takes control of N as well ._. M not fully convinced w the look, I need to circle bak around to it n design somethin nicer

Some baby Gcis.... Going along w the idea that the mark on the concept art is a birthmark of the Harmonia bloodline. I like the theory that hes met Alder and they got their bouffalants together at some point, so I imagine they found each other while Alder was training and Gcis was trying to run away from home. Alder is an old soul and tries to cheer him up by helping him catch his first pkmn uwu (Gcis: I already have a Deino, you weird child)

Alder (He/Him) Master of Earth

One of the older Elemental Masters of the era. Has already married, but has yet to have any children. Eventual grandfather to Lilly, great-grandfather to Cole.

A very gentle and compassionate man. Considered to be something of a shared uncle by the youngest Elemental Masters as he helped to babysit some of them when they were still children.

He is often the one making the plans when the Masters need to go into action, with help from Kronos and Saga. Adjusting these plans in the spur of the moment isn’t his favorite thing to do, but he can be surprisingly flexible if it means protecting the other Masters. This has left him with quite a few scars.

Taking full advantage of the strength afforded by his element, Alder prefers to fight bare-handed or with something heavy like a hammer or ax. He takes no joy in this fighting, but he does what he has to for the sake of Ninjago’s people.

If he hadn’t inherited his predecessor’s element, he would have liked to go into some sort of work to help children. Has considered becoming a teacher when his time as an Elemental Master finally comes to an end.

Of the older Masters, he would consider Roswitha to be his closest friend. Her strength makes her a formidable sparring partner, and he greatly admires her defensive capabilities.

I mean no matter how much you’ll try to make people understand with your writing, there’s still a part about them that is always reserved exclusively for you, that only you will fully grasp. It’s so nice but also kinda sad, in a way.

Past/present comparisons and color concepts! Top is Cycad -> the Harbinger, bottom is Alder -> the Ghost.

Cycad and Alder were mates, but then Cycad was yoinked and modified, becoming the Harbinger (note: Harbinger does not remember being Cycad, so Cycad is basically dead). Alder was forced to leave their home and take their pup with them. Later Alder became a ghost (killed by Mama Scugial) and watches as their daughter searches fruitlessly for her mother...

Dnd ocs! Okay left from right are KenKen the Kenku bard, Alder Nightwood the elf rogue, Sereithia Aetherialis the triton Ranger and Fei Sundancer air genasi monk! They are traveling group of musicians and dancers, with KenKen and Alder being the main musicians while Sereithia and Fei are the usual dancers! Sometimes they switch it up and all four of them can sing, dance, and play at least one instrument, but this is usually how they present themselves. KenKen is currently middle aged, and the Party Dad (tm). Alder is around 19-25 for elven age range. Sereithia is around her mid 20s and Fei is an older teen at about 17-19 in age range! I’m actually pretty happy with these designs and i think I’m finally getting how colors work!! Yippee!!
