Ok but what if Link and Zelda were Han Chinese in a cheesy wuxia drama
NOTE: I made a twitter thread [HERE] explaining certain design decisions, especially regarding Zelda and Link's outfits being from different eras.
TLDR: I'm aware of the anachronicity of the inspirations (zelda = wuxia/xianxia, link = hong kong 90s gong fu ip man vibe), and am not bothered enough to change it. Let's just say Link's a time traveller, he does that in every game anyway

九九消寒图 Jiǔjiǔ Xiāohán Tú / Figure of  9 * 9 (looking forwards to) cold dispersing
Starting on Zongzhi (the Winter Solstice), people will mark the days one by one. After 9 x 9 days (81 days), the spring will have arrived. There are many ways to mark the days. This year 霖与尘 have presented a drawing of persimmons. Persimmons signify that everything will go well. One could print out the drawing and fill the persimmons one by one from day to day.
Blanket permission to repost for non-commercial purpose in introducing Zongzhi here.
The artist’s xiaohantu from previous years here.
