When a listing says “As you enter the newly painted home you'll be greeted by red carpet side walk to start the diva experience,” I knew I’d be obsessed with this house.

The home, built in 1992, is in Indio, California and priced at $1.199M.

When they said it’s a diva home, they weren’t kidding.

It’s a large open concept house, so the main floor is one big room- the living room & the dining room.

They said it was freshly painted, so did they just do these murals? There’s an everyday place to eat beside the living room and kitchen.

This is quite the colorful kitchen.

Notice how they painted the bottom moldings gold and the top black.

I don’t think I’d want Cher over my bed though, I never cared much for her music.

Not sure who this even is.

They labeled this one.

Not sure I like the gold paint.

Not sure who this is, either. Maybe the muralist isn’t that great.

Out back is a big covered porch and a pool. Like the yellow umbrellas.

there is something sooo fucking good about early seasons ian and mickey, about watching this summer fling turn into something more, the fear that elicited from mickey but him being unable to stop, finding those little moments hidden away and taking all this meaning from small gestures and persevering in dugouts and under bleachers and barely pressed confessions in the back of a church that is soo good for my brain

like i am very glad mickey gets to shout his love for ian from the mountain tops and also beat his love for ian into his dad's face but when he was clenching his teeth shut and his love for ian was coming out regardless ohhhhh baby i was eating

"Lola's Theme" is the debut single of British house duo the Shapeshifters, featuring soul singer Cookie on vocals. It was released on 12 July 2004 as the lead single from the Shapeshifters' debut album, Sound Advice (2004). The song became the duo's biggest hit, peaking atop the UK Singles Chart and charting highly in Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, and New Zealand. In Australia, it was the most successful club hit of 2004.

The name "Lola's Theme" was originally a working title for this record; Lola was Simon Marlin's wife, and it was while listening to her record collection that the initial idea for the track was conceived. She appears handing out candy floss in the music video.

"Lola's Theme" features a sample from the introduction of Johnnie Taylor's R&B hit of 1982, "What About My Love", and it was originally released at the end of 2003 on their own Nocturnal Groove label as a mostly instrumental track featuring a vocal sample taken from Anthony White's "Love Me Tonight". Due to its immense popularity, "Lola's Theme" was licensed from Nocturnal Groove to Positiva Records.

At the same time, the sample of "What About My Love" was then completely replayed by Mark Summers at Scorccio Sample Replays, recreating all elements of the sample (strings, brass sections, piano, etc.). The duo then set about finding a vocalist. After a long search they met Cookie, a gospel singer from the London Community Gospel Choir, who recorded the vocals for the full release.
