Note

Had a thought about Sebastian taking his darling with his family for a annual picnic they have every two months. So can you write about Sebastian being the second eldest child and going on picnics to a waterfall where people can take a bath, but this waterfall is in a very deep forest and only their parents know the way because it's a traditional place and it is kept safe by a place meaning if anyone else enters the place, people will drown in the place, but it kind of impossible.

(A/N: Sebastian is actually a bit younger in this, that's why he is more extroverted and social. It is implied that the Michaelis family and their servants were humans before some type of accident.It is not a X reader imagine)

Watching the clock with his crimson eyes too excited to take his eyes off of it. Sebastian was filling up a few boxes with food, as he finally tore his eyes from the clock and paid attention to the food to make sure nothing mixed together or spilled out of their boxes, as he looked over the stove where his older brother was frying some vegetables, the clock struck 03:00 at the night, it was actually uncommonly quiet in the Michaelis manor as everyone in the manor except Sebastian and Sean who were busy cooking for the family and the servants were sleeping soundly due to the trip they all had to leave for next early morning.

The brothers were making many things including foods from different cuisines like Korean, Japanese, Thai and Indian plates as it was always fun to try out different pallets and since there weren’t just servants from Britain, but from other countries as well and maybe it was to bring them a bit of nostalgia through the foods they used to eat back in their home country.

Just as the clock was about to struck 4:30 the brother were finally finished cooking and packing the food, sweets and drinks. As they both were walking to their rooms, Sebastian jumped on Sean’s back and asked “What do you think dad will think about the food?” , “I think dad will appreciate your hard work on this night Seb!” as his brother replied, a huge smile split on the demon’s face, as they walked through the long lilac and red hallways. As the brothers were walking Sebastian kept asking question to his brothers demanding answers from his quiet brother “I have a feeling that Eleanor is gonna fall on her face on the ground again like last time!”, “I hope mom lets me and dad take a few kitten… Do you want to take a specific cat with Sean?”, “DO YOU THINK AUNT MERIBELLE IS GONNA COME WITH US!?”, “I hope lady YeRin is coming with us too!” and on and on the questions came, not being able to answer Sean asked his brother questions about his day in order to stop him from asking random questions.

Soon they both reached their wings and reached Sebastian’s room, the elder male put his younger brother in the bed, covered him with his blanket turned off the candle, said goodnight and left the room quietly closing the door behind him, as Sebastian laid in bed covered by his warm duvets and blankets, he heard rustling from the windows near his bed. He immediately jumped up and opened the window and looked at the windows sill, there were two white and brown kittens sitting on it along with tiny tufts of black hair. Confused, Sebastian pulled on the strands of hair, just as he did that a tiny yelp was heard, which belonged to his sister “AHH! STOP PULLING ON MY LOVELY HAIR YOU RAT!” as Eleanor and Sillian’s heads popped up as Sebastian was taking the kitten on his bed and got his secret stash of cat treat out to feed them.

As he was put out some snack for the kitten in tiny bowls, he turned to them with his eyes glimmering pink, “Don’t you dare call me a rat, you spoiled brat!” And with an angry pout looked away from them to bring his attention to the little fur babies. Scared, Eleanor hid behind Sillian who was walking near Sebastian and asked his “Hey big bro, do you want another cat or two?” As he pulled out three more, tiny kittens from his coat, each with beautiful, soft fur. As Sillian placed the kittens on the bed, Eleanor went to get more snacks from his stash for the kittens. There was a comforting silence between the siblings, as the kittens were meowing, eating and playing with them. Soon Eleanor broke the silence by asking “Hey! What type of things did you pack this time? Did you pack my strawberries?!” Knowing his sister would ask these types of questions, Sebastian said “yeah I did pack your favorite strawberries, but I am not gonna tell you what we are eating tomorrow cause otherwise you are going to throw a tantrums that you don’t want to eat this, you don’t want to eat that! So quiet down you both and you both should also go back to your rooms.” As looked at the clock on his room wall. Agreeing it was getting late; they younger siblings left their elder brother’s room and went back to their rooms to sleep, leaving their kitten in his brother’s care.

As he removed the bowls, cleaned and laid back on his bed, the five tiny kittens were also starting to get tired and were sitting on his bed as Sebastian was falling asleep, it was extremely rare for him to fall asleep almost impossible, but these moments where his family would get tired, showed that maybe there were still a little part of him and them that was still a human. As soon as he fell asleep, he just hoped that these types of things would still continue.

Though he only got one hour of sleep, he felt refreshed and energetic as his father shook him awake and told him to get out of bed and go to freshen up. Quickly went to brush his teeth, wash up, get dressed and go visit the servants of the manor as his usual schedule. As he quickly ran towards the servants’ wing, he bumped into YeRin, his regular maid, who was carrying a bag, upon noticing his curiosity he opened the bags with extra clothes, suddenly remembering that they will definitely play with water after eating. Smiling he greeted her good morning and ran off to see the other, but only finding some who were packing they’re things, knowing the others are in the kitchen packing the food and loading it up on the carriages.

Turning back, he ran towards the kitchen and stopped near the door, where his mother was instructing some servants how and where to keep. Just as his mother’s eyes met his, she dismissed the servants and hugged him as she wished him good morning and asked him if he actually had some sleep and did not just stay awake all night. Agreeing, Seb left to go help his father outside.

As he walked outside the manor, he felt the cool breezing flowing through his hair and it was amazing across his cheeks, as he walked towards the door, as he saw the carriages and a few butlers being instructed by his father. Immediately he ran near them and stopped near his father, beside his father was a carriage, where Sebastian could see his younger siblings sleeping inside it. Brushing it off, he asked “Good morning father is there any way I can help you?” As he smiled innocently. His father turned to him and smiled at him before telling him to help the younger head butler and the head maid, Avarice and Liling check to make sure everything is in place.

Agreeing with it, Sebastian walked towards the end of the carriages where he saw Avarice’s tall figure and a smaller figure resembling the younger head maid, Liling. Sebastian had always looked up to them and wanted to be like them. They were always so elegant and tall and graceful as they worked around the manor doing their chores like cleaning the windows or watering the plants, helping his father do his paperwork or helping his mother in cooking but Sebastian didn’t had the confidence to tell Avarice and Liling about this admiration he had, so most of the time Sebastian was shy around the two.

As he silently greeted Liling and Avarice good morning, Avarice asked him “So, younger master. Why are you here shouldn’t you be the young duke, Sean or with younger lady and lord, Eleanor and Sillian?” Sebastian wasn’t surprised; these two always looked after him and checked up on him whenever they got the time to do so. Sebastian thought for a moment about how to respond before answering the butler with a shy tone “Well, Sean is gone to the nearby store and Eleanor and Sillian are sleeping in one of the carriages, so father asked me to help you look after all the things.”

Smiling, Liling and Avarice lead Sebastian and taught how to look after the things and told him to check whether all the bags were inside the carriages, there were 2 large bags, and 13 smaller tiffin for the food. While Avarice went back, Liling made sure that every box containing food was sealed tightly, while Sebastian started counting the bags in one of the carriages, helping the head butler and maid.

After an hour, everyone was done with their jobs, and climbed in on their carriages. There was one for Seb’s parents, on for him and his siblings, one for the head servants like Avarice and Liling along with the older head servants, one for the other servants of the manor and one for the bags and boxes.

As the carriages began moving there was a burst of excitement between the kids, as Sebastian and Sillian started to talk about the things they were gonna do once they get there, while Sean had Eleanor on his lap and was showing her the sceneries which were passing by their carriage. As they were talking, Sebastian poked his head out of the carriage as he heard noises of laughing behind him. Confused, he looked behind him to see the faces of Avarice and Liling smiling widely and laughing at the strong wind blowing in their faces, but as soon as they both saw Sebastian’s face looking at them, their faces held a polite smile as they waved their hands at their young master.

Looking at the two head servants smiling and laughing, his stomach held tiny butterflies of happiness as he sat back down on his seat and looked at his elder brother smiling at his younger siblings. After a few minutes, Sean suggested a game of cards to pass the time a bit, to which all the siblings agreed to. Yelling at Eleanor for trying to cheat, from laughing at how smug Sillian was about winning up until he lost five rounds in a row, from being surprised at how good Sebastian was at the card games, all the siblings were happily playing together without fighting in what seemed like forever.

Finally two hours later, did they all arrive at their destination as all the kids climb down the carriages. Sean, Eleanor and Sillian going towards their parents telling them about the games they all played together, while Sebastian looked at the colorful butterflies near the river, suddenly he felt soft and cool hands on his eyes as he quickly tried to remove them from his eyes. Just as he heard the voice of the owner of the hands did he calm down for a second before jumping up and down with excitement. It was his godmother, Meribella.

As he was hugging and greeting Meribella, his siblings suddenly called out to him and asked him to come over near the river to tell him about a frog present there. He excused himself from his godmother and asked her to talk with his parents, he walked over to his siblings near the waterfall and as he leaned near the river. Suddenly he felt coldness all over and a shove; before he could react he heard laughing of his elder brother. Finally did Sebastian react that he was pushed under the waterfall and his siblings were laughing at him. As soon as he understood what happened, he immediately pulled Sillian who was nearest to him and pulled him towards the water; unbeknownst to him Sillian had a good grip on Mirabella’s hand who had a strong hold on his mother’s arm who was holding Eleanor and Sean’s hand. Using all his strength he pulled everyone in the water making everyone wet.

Unfortunately for his siblings, his mother couldn’t yell at him as this was expected, and was instead laughing, making everyone smile. As everyone was playing with the water and having fun, Alistair and the servants were preparing food and dry clothes and towels for everyone before they all could play under the waterfall. Everyone was smiling and having fun, even though they were demons. this was the effects of the Michaelis Family Annual picnic
