it’s just hard for me to comprehend sometimes how some people can see the absolute horror that „livestock“ animals go through, the environmental destruction our overconsumption causes, the horrific working conditions of the people who make fast fashion….
and then somehow draw the conclusion that they themselves are the biggest victim in this situation, because someone has dared to suggest to them they try stop flying, stop eating animals, start buying second hand. I could just never….
and so many „left wing“ people from rich countries claiming that being asked to do this is somehow discriminatory, and „white colonialist“ and „classist“ like please be serious or stfu you just don’t want to have to question your own overconsumption 💀

I’m gonna say something that’s been weighing on me a bit lately.
I wish to hell that non-Jews hadn’t learned the word antisemitism. Hear me out.
I just watched a video of an anti-racism content creator. She is Black, but not Jewish. She had a video that was directed at Jewish people about her “concern” about the “misuse, harm, abuse, weaponization of the term “antisemitic” levied by Jews at anyone who is pro-Palestinian. And I just blocked her in disgust.
Because first of all, YES. the charge of antisemitism HAS been used to silence any criticism of Israel by bad faith actors. Do you wanna know who I see this THE MOST from?! RIGHT WING GENTILE POLITICIANS.
Most of the time, when Jews say it, it’s because it’s there. And I’m SICK of non Jews gaslighting us about it. This shit is baked into our culture here in the west. It’s fucking everywhere, and unless you have actively done the work to unlearn your biases and unpack your personal antisemitism, you aren’t qualified to speak about it. And you certainly are not qualified to speak over Jewish voices who are begging you to see it.
Have I seen some Jews reflexively saying pro-Palestine content is antisemitic? Yes. Yes I have. But. Jews are fucking traumatized. I don’t know a single Jewish person that wasn’t in some way personally affected by October 7th. Whether it’s a family member, friend, acquaintance being murdered or kidnapped, or even just knowing that 1300 of our people were murdered and several hundred were kidnapped, and over a hundred remain hostages months later. October 7th 2023 was the single biggest massacre of Jews since the fucking Holocaust. And antisemitism in the diaspora has grown to a frightening degree. My friends synagogue was bomb threatened. Synagogues all across the diaspora have been threatened. I personally have had absolutely disgusting things said to me both IRL and online and I’m thankful it’s only been words. A man was arrested in London for being openly Jewish walking past a protest. A Jewish student was jabbed in the eye by a protester with a Palestinian flag. And so no. I don’t fucking blame Jews for having a traumatized response. I believe Jews have a responsibility to try and see past their trauma. To advocate for the freedom and liberation of all peoples. To repair the world. Tikkun Olam. But I don’t blame them if they can’t.
But the number of Jews levying the charge of antisemitism at something that inherently isn’t utterly pales in comparison to the amount of bad faith right wing gentiles I’ve seen using it as a smokescreen for their Islamophobia.
I’m sick of Jews being accused of making this shit up as a result. Because it IS there. Not all the time. Not in everything. But it still there. Just because YOU don’t see it gentiles, doesn’t mean it’s not fucking there. And it’s YOUR responsibility as non Jews to weed that shit out and keep it out of your pro-Palestinian protests.

I’ve previously talked about the moment John nods and smiles at the Deputy in the church during The Atonement but, honestly, I think this entire scene is awesome. So many things are happening, there are a lot of details to notice, and the actors and animators really did a great job.
So here’s a breakdown of the cutscene and a highlight of my favorite moments (under a cut because there are 25 GIFs).
1. First, there’s John’s genuinely surprised reaction to the Deputy grabbing his arm. He quickly regains his composure, but he really jumps when the Deputy moves.
Tumblr media
2. Then, there’s his joy when he’s done tattooing the Deputy. You can see how proud and happy he is to do something he believes is right and helpful.
Tumblr media
3. Look at how theatrically and confidently John, who knows he’s in control of the situation and in a position of strength, turns around. He’s done talking to the Deputy personally and he’s now giving a performance. In contrast, in the background, Mary May and Nick’s fists are clenched; they’re clearly tense and angry. I also like how good the cultist on the right is at handing the book to John, who barely needs to stop when he takes it as if everything is precisely choreographed.
Tumblr media
4. Jerome’s defiance vs John’s impatience.
Tumblr media
5. John is so dramatically annoyed.
Tumblr media
6. When Jerome falls, Nick and Mary May try to help and catch him. Unfortunately, a cultist is holding Nick’s left arm, so he can’t do much.
Tumblr media
7. It seems John has so much faith in his followers’ ability to protect him that he’s totally unimpressed by Mary May’s attempt at attacking him.
Tumblr media
8. And that’s when Jerome switches the books.
Tumblr media
9. John laughs… but he’s clearly not amused.
Tumblr media
10. I love that he breathes a sigh of relief when Jerome finally cooperates.
Tumblr media
11. The reactions to Nick’s “Fuck this”. Jerome’s face is saying, “Oh no, you shouldn’t have done this”, the cultist holding him at gunpoint didn’t expect that, and John just keeps unblinkingly looking at Nick…
Tumblr media
12. …until he snaps. At this point, the two men are ready to come to blows. Thankfully, another cultist arrives to hold Nick back while the one in the background looks a bit unsettled. John, his fists tightly clenched, manages to calm down quite quickly. He’s still angry, but at least he doesn’t look like he wants to punch Nick anymore.
Tumblr media
13. The way John talks with his hands.
Tumblr media
14. Nick has just spit in his face and John is now visibly upset. He’s planning his revenge, and Jerome knows something bad is about to happen.
Tumblr media
15. When John is done whispering in Nick’s ear, the cultist behind him holsters her gun. She is close enough to have heard what John said and she seems confident that Nick is going to stop resisting.
Tumblr media
16. She even nods. Meanwhile, Nick is distressed and looks at his friends. To me, his eyes are saying, “Guys, I’m so sorry… I don’t want to do this, and please don’t judge me, but I have no choice.”
Tumblr media
17. I like how John and the cultist who gives him the scalpel don’t even need to look at each other. How many times have they done this? You can also see Jerome is starting to panic as he understands what’s next. The other cultist might be smiling, I’m not sure… If she is, it’s probably because she’s happy Nick has finally “seen the light”.
Tumblr media
18. As soon as John is done cutting out Nick’s tattoo, one of the cultists bandages his wound.
Tumblr media
19. Again, we can see how well-organized the ceremony is and how efficient John’s “assistants” are. When he needs the stapler, it’s here for him to grab. When he’s done using it, the cultist is there to take it from him. Again, he barely looks at her; he trusts all of them.
Tumblr media
20. Meanwhile, Jerome is in shock.
Tumblr media
21. Judging by the cultist and John’s reaction, making someone Atone is pretty intense. They look exhausted, and also exalted because they see this as a holy thing.
Tumblr media
22. While John is busy washing his hands, Jerome discreetly taps his Bible to remind the Deputy that a gun is hidden inside.
Tumblr media
23. The intensity of John’s stare.
Tumblr media
24. He totally agrees with Mary May when she tells the Deputy to “just say yes”.
Tumblr media
25. And of course, I had to include the face John makes when he believes the Deputy is finally about to give him what he expects.
Tumblr media
This cutscene is intense and sometimes hard to watch, but I think it’s also one of the best in the game. I love it.

Cherry Magic Episode 4 Review - You're A Wizard, Tsuge
As the first half of the episode has shown, Tsuge has become a wizard now. Like Adachi, he has gained the power to listen to people’s hearts. How will Tsuge use this to find a love interest? Well, he found one already. That was darn freaking fast. Who does he fall in love with? The cute deliveryman Minato.
Tumblr media
I think their ship name is called Tsugemina. Anyways, Tsugemina’s portrayal in the live action is a bit exaggerated compared to the manga and anime (which are pretty much identical). In the live action, Tsuge is very dramatic when he falls for Minato and when he realized he’s in love, he actually bashes his head against a bookshelf. When I watched the live action, I thought that Tsuge was a bit of a weirdo, but reading the manga and watching the anime made me realize that the way Tsuge is portrayed here is more faithful as he is a stoic man by nature. While the Tsugemina section seems short, that’s because the Tsuge chapters are pretty short in comparison to the main couple; there aren’t a lot too, so who knows when we’ll get another segment of them in future episodes.
I do like the Tsuge and Adachi scene. As Tsuge is a novice wizard, he’s unsure how to make use of the power, but for Adachi, the power has brought good things into his life; Tsuge even notices this too as Adachi has become a bit more talkative, especially when the topic revolves around Kurosawa. In the manga, this scene actually takes some time after the second Tsugemina scene as Adachi had mentioned that he read Tsuge’s new book and noticed the change in his usual heroine types as he added in a heroine with the exact same description as Minato, showcasing how down bad he is for this guy he barely knows (heck, he doesn’t even know his name until later on). Despite the changes, I do like the scene but I dislike the fact that Tsuge gets blocked from the chances he gets to talk to Adachi about the magic.
After Tsuge and Adachi meet up, the episode then shifts to Adachi being the focus character, which I think is a rather good way to transition. Adachi gets jealous for the first time when he sees a pretty lady talking with Kurosawa and starts getting insecure about himself. Despite his jealousy, he does realize that if he did get jealous of that woman, that means he does like Kurosawa in that way. I do like how he was fast to process that and accepted it right away. It sort of shows that even if he doesn’t have romantic experiences, he’s still mature enough to understand what love is.
It’s kind of sad to see why Adachi’s so hesitant towards romance. I sort of get it. If I heard someone say that it’s impossible to date me because of the lack of experience, I’d get insecure too. I’m glad that Kurosawa exists to show that Adachi can be loved no matter how much he adverses romance. The part where Kurosawa comes over to his house was sweet; however, how the heck did he know his address? The way Kurosawa thought about how he’d cherish all of Adachi’s first was heartwarming. I legit stomped my feet in a giddy mood. Why is this anime so cute? Why are they so cute?
No worries, though. The pretty lady happens to be Kurosawa’s sister, Mari. She’s hilarious as she feels like a typical older sibling trying to pester her brother to get what she wants: to stay at Kurosawa’s place until her boyfriend apologizes to her. She even followed him to Adachi’s house via GPS. I do like how Kurosawa feels like a bullied little brother here. She is also good with words as she managed to convince Kurosawa to stay at Adachi’s house, to which his simp self accepts after fantasizing a domestic AU he conjured up in his mind. Haha, he’s such a simp.
Oh and uh, the voice actor trivia of the week is that Gen Sato, Minato’s VA, only has done BL recently. Like out of the four main cast, he has the least amount of experience in BL media but I’m sure that’ll change. In the drama CD, he was voiced by Kouhei Amasaki.
What are your thoughts on the birth of the side couple? How about Mari as a character? What about the whole Kurodachi segment? What did you think about the episode as a whole?

ELEMENTAL SPOILERS FORTHCOMING
So I went with my daughter today to an early showing of Elemental. I have to say, one of the initial quick takes I had was “this is Zootopia if the WildeHopps shippers were given creative control,” because of certain story beats that lined up for me.
I’ve seen some criticism that it has a lazy racism storyline. I’m here to say that, in my professional (MA in English) opinion, this is not a racial allegory, but instead a commentary on the general immigrant experience, and what it’s like as a first-generation native-born, trying to be yourself.
That’s not to say there isn’t an ETHNIC element: Ember’s family gives a vibe of being from the general area of either the Middle East or Indian subcontinent, especially due to some of their ethnic dress and reverence to the blue flame (the Zoroastrian faith uses fire as a focal point for prayer and devotion). Wade and his family, on the other hand, has the “old-money WASP” thing down to a science.
No, the main commentary here is how immigrant groups are generally treated by native-born populations in society. Starting from the beginning when Ember’s parents are given Anglicized names because of language barriers with an immigration officer (a common practice particularly with Eastern European immigrants at Ellis Island), then the issues with finding housing (reminiscent of many images of landlords refusing to rent to Irish or Italian immigrants), and on into their eventual settlement into a run-down storefront/apartment, in “Firetown,” a segregated district in the city (much like many Chinatowns, Mexicantowns, and Greektowns around the country).
There’s also been gripes about the animation style, that it’s boilerplate Pixar styling, that it’s boring. I refute that, to an extent. The animation works for its purpose, to visualize what’s REALLY doing the heavy lifting, and that’s the writing and acting.
Writing-wise, this is beautifully done, even with some of the rom-com tropes that appear, they’re given a unique feel based on the environment and the strength of the immigrant narrative. The final climax, as the flood bears down on Firetown and Ember finally confesses her love to Wade just before he evaporates, was particularly strong on an emotional level, making the catharsis that much better when Wade returns to life (I had to laugh that he literally cries himself back into existence!).
The voice acting is also a big strong point, especially since this film did not have the typical Pixar stunt-casting: the only name I recognized in the cast was Catherine O’Hara playing Brook. These actors with not-so-recognizable voices did a beautiful job with the script, and brought real feeling to their line reads.
This was well worth the time and money to see. It’s going into my Disney+ rotation the instant it arrives. The only bad luck is that it came out in the same year as Across the Spider-Verse, otherwise it would be a strong contender for best animated feature, based on the writing alone.

I’m getting on the bus way late, but I feel compelled to defend the Wolfwren ship.
To preface, if it was made to be canon, it would be hugely impactful for the LGBTQ community as a whole for so many reason. In the same breath, however, I don’t see it ever becoming canon. Maybe I’m just jaded by the sheer number of queer-coded people in media with literally zero payoff. Never mind the fact that Lucasfilm is owned by Disney, who despite ring-wing criticisms, are by far the most vanilla, lukewarm media creator who shows literally zero inclination or willingness to “rock the boat” in any capacity. Truly, I would be shocked and nothing they have ever done has shocked me. And, honestly, it doesn’t truly matter either way. People should be allowed to enjoy what they enjoy without people judging or constantly attacking people over it. It’s all fiction regardless. The Wolf and the Wren don’t even exist in reality, so…
Still, the actors involved have obviously embraced it, fed into it, appreciate it, and I think that’s adorable and commendable. I find it incredibly interesting, yet not shocking that Natasha Liu Bordizzo picked up on Sabine’s clear queer-coding (whether purposefully done or not) and ran with it. This isn’t wholly relevant in and of itself, but I’m building to my point.
My point is that I have seen some arguments against Wolfwren that come from very homophobic, comphet places. Gayness still makes many people uncomfortable, and I’ll be honest, that’s on the person that’s being made uncomfortable by it and not the gay in question. Particularly, and since it is now sort of socially unacceptable to outright bash the LGBTQ community, I see A LOT of red herring arguments being made to try and divert attention to the real reasons that they hate it. And, I’m going to discuss one of those arguments that feels like is being made in bad faith.
The argument in question is the comparison to Wolfwren and Reylo. Many anti-wolfwrenners argue that they hate the ship because it reminds them of Reylo, a problematic ship between two people with a borderline abusive power dynamic that weirdly fall in love after a series of very questionable interactions.
And first, let’s be honest, some of these people probably do, at some levels, like and appreciate Reylo and that’s fine. To each their own. But, Wolfwren isn’t anything like Reylo at all. And comparisons truly cannot be made like that here.
Is Wolfwren problematic on the surface based on the happenings of Ahsoka season one alone? Yes. Absolutely. It’s not a washed and folded LGBTQ pairing. It’s not supposed to be. Their relationship has started out in kind of an ugly place. They’ve been gritty and violent. They’ve attempted to kill each other multiple times. That’s madness.
Still, there is no lop-sided power dynamic here though. Kylo Ren was obviously more powerful than Rey, both in the force and by societal position. He was a right hand man to the leader of the First Order. Rey was just a scavenger, rummaging for parts on a backwater planet. He’d studied the force since he was a tot. Rey didn’t even realize she had it. They were not equals. Sabine and Shin are, in every aspect of the word, equals in the story. Shin ultimately gay panics and stabs Sabine in the torso, but Sabine struck first in that skirmish. In fact, Sabine struck first in every battle that she and Shin had. And while Shin did have force powers where Sabine had yet to unlock her own potential, Sabine’s a bad ass. She’s not tradwife material (despite a lot of preconceived notions). She’s a warrior, someone that likely had blasters in her hands before she could write. That is something in and of itself. Sabine is equally capable, if not more so than Shin. Sabine is not a helpless victim just because she got stabbed, she has been an equal participant in every interaction that she and Shin have had.
Another difference is that Shin and Sabine have not lobbed words of hate, disdain or abuse at one another. Shin tells Sabine, “you have no power” then Sabine straight up shoots her with an arm cannon as if to say, “bet”. Other than that, there has been no hateful banter between them. At no point have either of them uttered the words “you’re nothing” while the other stood by in tears. It’s basically been well-matched sword duels where neither has truly gotten the upper hand outside of one lucky strike at the beginning. Sabine was unbalanced.
What truly makes this a decent ship is the “enemies to lovers” dynamic, a plot device that has been used time and time again in media (albeit mostly in cishet connotation where it doesn’t seem to bother other cishets). Shin is not beyond redemption. She isn’t inherently evil. She hasn’t truly abused Sabine outside of fighting back after Sabine went after her. Shin has done nothing other than sword fight with an equal, and follow around a master with questionable values. She is still perfectly capable of a redemptive arc, something that I feel was teased in episode 7 when Ahsoka reached out calmly to Shin saying, “I can help you.” It will not shock me when Shin does turn to the Jedi in the story, where she could and likely will find belonging. With that, she and Sabine could find happiness in a more homo-friendly, less heteronormative society. And if either of them were male and the other female, it would totally be embraced by the larger viewing audience as totally normal and okay.
So yeah… there it is.

Personally I feel like the rushed pace of Hazbin is more of an indictment of The Industry of making shows, especially animated ones, rather than of Vivzie and the crew.
There are also some issues I have with some interpretations and expectations people are having, like… Media also has its logistical limitations, especially “alternative” (subversive) media and media spearheaded by women. I personally would much rather they use their time wisely, even if payoff and key character moments aren’t always earned, than waste multiple episodes doing slice of life in an 8-episode season. (Looking at you, Steven Universe.)
I also don’t think y’all understand the limitations of the process of animating (in terms of time, manpower, budget, etc) —but also of how they may not have been able to get signed on with A24 and Amazon if they didn’t have big name actors going with it.
Y’all act like this is just Vivienne stomping around being a mean old Karen, when in reality, that is not how creative productions work. There is so much we don’t know but everyone is content to condemn the series largely based on emotional reactions, assumptions and too often, bad faith. It’s not even done airing yet.
Hazbin Hotel has its flaws—cram packed pacing being the main one—but as a huge fan of animated shows, who grew up in the 90s, to me it is a damn breath of fresh air. Do I wish they’d stop and just let us feel something more often? Sure! I’m sure Viv and the crew do too, if Helluva Boss is anything to go by.
Criticism of a creative work is valid, but only when it takes into account how that thing is actually made and most importantly, the context in which it exists. If you ignore those two things, your criticism is always going to ring hollow and come off as shallow and uninformed.
Shockingly, opinions aren’t always constructive criticism, and some folks seem to have missed that distinction.
EDIT: Would also kindly like to add that as a survivor of SA, abuse, depression, Husk and Angel’s song in ep 4 did not come across as victim blaming to me. Self pity and self hatred lie at the root of self destruction, and no matter how much you’ve earned the right to sit in that mire, admitting that you’re in a fucked up place is the first step toward acceptance and the path to healing. When you’ve been hurt, you grieve, and Angel was in a stage of denial and depression.
Sometimes, the only way to break through that powerful fog is for someone to tell you, yeah, shit is fucked up and you’re an absolute disaster, but you are not alone and I am here with you. I personally would rather have someone just be honest with me instead of spouting some saccharine nonsense. People always talk about how there’s a better place beyond what I’ve walked through, but I hated that, because it offered no honest assessment or comfort for me while I was still in the thick of it.
You can be so hurt that you’re lost in the pain and misery and you lose the perspective you need to hold onto any kind of hope. Husk offered him that hope, and without engaging in the Suffering Olympics. He was open and straightforward and genuine. No more bullshit.
And Angel doesn’t need bullshit, he needs honesty and people that care about him, who will be there through whatever comes next.
But that? That’s just my opinion.

Hi! Im really sorry for coming across like this, i hope im not stepping out any boundary, just in need of dire help right now as my cat needs some emergency treatment and im on financial bind. Im trying to raise some funds for him and I’m hoping that you’d be so kind to help us even by just spreading the word out. I made a post about it on my blog and pinned it, i know times are tough right now for and its a few days before Christmas, just wanted to atleast get the care he needs before its too late. I feel so bad 😭 i hope you would consider, also pls if maybe answer the ask privately or send me a message instead? its just that people sometimes tend to get weird on these things. 🙏😭
Hey I'm gonna interact with you in good faith here, but I can't trust that you're a good actor because there's a lot of red flags of a donation scam here. I'm gonna detail them for you so that if you aren't trying to exploit our mutual aid community, you'll know how to avoid looking like a scam artist
Sending asks to strangers isn't how we disseminate donation posts; some users will reblog your donation post to their audience if asked, but this is usually only done with users you have an established follower/mutual relationship with.
This ask reads very similarly to the sorts of scripted sob stories that scammers will use, usually literally using a program to mass-send these sorts of messages.
Your blog is seemingly brand new, with reblogs and other content starting only a few hours before you made your aid request post. I do believe it's possible that you are having a real emergency and learned that Tumblr is a good platform to fundraise on and you made your blog specifically to fundraise, but the existence of scammers who exploit mutual aid means this is a red flag.
Asking me to respond to you privately is a huge red flag; it triggers suspicion that you're trying to hide that this is a copied message that has been sent to and/or from several different blogs.
I am going to be publishing and tagging this ask so that users whom I trust might verify that you're real, and as an educational resource to help other users recognize the signs of a mutual aid scam.
Remember that mutual aid is about a community helping itself, so that means you need to have a connection to the community to participate in it.

kinnporsche ep. 10: Collateral
-vegas doesn’t try very hard to convince porsche that they are “running away together” in the usual, romantic sense: his pitch largely hinges on their shared responsibility to protect the theerapanyakul family from tawan’s machinations. his one feeble “no matter how bad i am, i would never hurt someone i love” doesn’t seem to make much of an impression on porsche; vegas barely seems to expect it to.
-costume note: vegas in his porsche cosplay is a delight, if rather obvious: he (temporarily) swaps his trademark slutty silk shirt for a white crew-neck tee and plain gold chain, some version of which is what we see porsche in any time he’s not in his work uniform. this was presumably done in an attempt to come off more approachable and trustworthy. though i honestly doubt the costume change made much of a difference to porsche, maybe it helped vegas get into the right headspace?
-porsche saying “you have to trust me” and running off leaves this gutted look on kinn’s face and i think it’s because kinn just realized that he’s being asked for a level of trust that porsche can’t match-- that is, porsche doesn’t trust kinn to trust him. kinn wants porsche to look at him and just know, but they are so far from being on the same page that all he can do is let porsche go and hope that conveys some measure of his faith in porsche’s loyalty and integrity. and this is after kinn came here already knowing porsche’s innocence & planning to free him anyway. this scene just held a mirror up to kinn’s face and he is not liking what he sees in it.
-i know i gloss over a lot of the kimchay stuff but chay’s “i’ve always thought i was an unlucky person but it turns out i was saving all my luck for you” is like. god. porsche loved and protected and sacrificed everything for his brother all so he could have a shot at this; absorbed so many of the shocks of life so that chay could grow up to be this free and open and fearless with his heart. KIM YOU MUST GUARD THIS BOY’S HAPPINESS WITH YOUR LIFE I’M NOT FUCKING PLAYING (narrator voice: He Will Not)
-i wish chay had been conscious to at least note kim’s intervention. the “person b fights hard for person a but due to circumstances person a never finds out” trope stresses me out too much to actually enjoy any of the drama it generates.
-pete’s vote of confidence is especially touching (and clear-sighted!) coming right after porsche beat him in hand-to-hand & escaped with a traitorous miasma trailing visibly after him
-pete casts spell of “no one notice me” (aka: dress as a laborer) and what a surprise, it works perfectly-- all the guards at the compound are too concerned with the contents of pete’s suspicious-looking crate to pay any attention to where he goes once they take their eyes off him
-tawan’s “the thumb drive full of evidence is really a virus that will knock out the main family’s systems!” play makes me, just. SO embarrassed for our guys. like my computer is riddled with disease but that’s because i’m watching thai bl mafia dating sims on dodgy websites; arm has NO excuse. WHY DIDn”T ANYONE LISTEN TO SEXY, DISTRUSTFUL BIG WHEN HE TOLD THEM THE “EVIDENCE” WAS A TRAP??? (porsche running around this echoing warehouse shouting and giving away his position also embarrasses me, but at least he has the excuse of He’s New Here and also that’s his baby brother tied up on the floor)
-very interested in vegas’s behavior in this episode but not sure i have the critical thinking skills to parse it all. he’s been manipulating both porsche and tawan this whole time; if his plan had worked, would he have picked one of them to like, keep around? i sense that at different points he’s had some genuine liking for both of them (or at least that he’s such a method actor that he has a tendency to catch feelings for whoever he’s manipulating at the time).
-there was a brief sour look on vegas’s face when porsche demanded they check on chay before making any other moves; later, in the warehouse, vegas gives it a voice by explaining that he quite actively despises his cousin and doesn’t understand why porsche thinks “but family???” counts as a compelling argument. i feel sorry for porsche in this moment, but i don’t blame him for having been manipulated by vegas. he’s willing to look for the good in even the scummiest characters (see: the uncle he supported for years despite a gambling addiction that threatened the entire household; kinn’s whole... everything), and vegas exploited that weakness handily.
-BIG!! NO!!!! (he looks so offended when tawan fatally shoots him. rest in peace my bitchy king) (seriously though: his split second choice to bodyguard porsche as if porsche were a theerapanyakul... not because he cares abt porsche [he Fuckin Doesn’t] but because porsche’s survival benefits the family.........it hurts me so much)
-pete, earlier in the episode: “if i get caught wiretapping vegas, the minor family will torture information out of me and then kill me.” pete now that he’s been caught wiretapping: >:D
there’s a look of like, breathless anticipation on his face as he’s naked & tied up & waiting for vegas to decide what to do with his spark plugs of torture, but i’m not 100% sure it’s. totally a sexual anticpation? i think at this point pete is just in a bit of a daze & waiting to see what’s going to happen to him-- and to learn how much of it he can handle. tbc, the sexual nature of his response to all the torture must be embedded in there somewhere, but i think it’s still far below the surface. all he knows is that he is feeling everything, so much right now, his body filling up with sensations too big for him to process.

Chapter 1 [Chapter 1]
Excerpt:
Bi-Han observed the training field with crossed arms, watching as some of the prospective Earthrealm champions trained with the Shaolin monks. They hadn’t been there long, but already he was fed up with them. Their blows were weak and moves uninspired, making Bi-Han blow a disgruntled puff of cold air through his mask, shaking his head. He couldn’t see why Liu Kang had so much faith in these people to fight for Earthrealm, and it annoyed him to no end that many of his skills were wasted simply to train others.
But Liu Kang was a god, and Earthrealms protector, so surely there must be some bigger picture. Bi-Han was getting more and more impatient waiting for it to show itself though.
“Yo! Subby!”
Bi-Han cringed, his brows furrowing in agitation as he offered only a cursory glance over his shoulder to show acknowledgment. Johnny Cage was certainly not the ‘big picture’ he had wanted to show up. The actor jogged up to him, dressed in the monk's yellow robes and sporting an obnoxious grin as he often did.
“Hey,” Johnny greeted again as he got closer, slowing down his jog to a walk, forcing himself into Bi-Han’s line of sight, always managing to take up space in a way people’s eyes naturally had to affix to him.
“What is it Cage,” Bi-Han growled.
Johnny smirked, looking quite proud of himself which only ever spelled bad news. “Fireball” (Liu Kang, Bi-Han's mind filled in) “wants you to do a little training with me. Y’know, check my progress, some one on one fight’n.” As emphasis, Johnny did a few air punches, playfully shimmying his body. “Liu-Liu says you held back when we first fought, but I think I can handle you now,” Johnny gloated, “y’know, knock your ass flat.”
Bi-Han's eyebrows arched into a tight furrowed glare at the flaunting actor. “You couldn’t hope to match me in your dreams.”
Johnny scoffed, “Yeah ‘cause I’m too busy doing it I-R-L. My dreams are reserved for getting down with some sexy ladies.”
Bi-Han only growled out a grunt in response. He was used to the crass way in which the actor talked, especially about their sexual exploits which were entirely absurd. The man just couldn’t go two seconds without talking about himself and his so-called achievements, whether in acting or bedding.
As much as it annoyed him, if Liu Kang wanted him to spar with the other then it would be done. If anything, he could turn this into an opportunity. Beating in the others face might just do wonders to relieve his stress.
Turning he only uttered a deep, “Come,” before walking away to find a place to practice, Johnny Cage following eagerly on his heels like a dog.

Is It Really That Bad?
Tumblr media
I don’t think anyone would call 2006’s Silent Hill the greatest horror film ever, but it’s hard to deny that it is one of the better early attempts at a video game adaptation. The film has some really baffling changes to the plot, sure, but it’s honestly pretty faithful in regards to the visuals and the atmosphere. Sure, some of the symbolism is thrown in to look cool—what the fuck is Pyramid Head doing here, for one—but it’s readily apparent that this film was made by someone who gets the games, who understands the appeal. The result is a film that, again, isn’t beloved like some video game adaptations but most definitely commands a lot of respect and has a respectable fanbase in and of itself.
The same cannot be said for the 2012 sequel, Silent Hill: Revelation.
This movie killed the career of director MJ Bassett, relegating her to television work since then with her only upcoming project the eternally-stuck-in-development-hell reboot of Red Sonja. It also killed any momentum the franchise had, with it taking 11 years for another film to begin development, and who knows if Return to Silent Hill will even come out (I’d love for it to, especially if it really is adapting the second game).
On top of all that, fans weren’t exactly receptive to it. In fact, they were so unperceptive that this film barely registers in discussions of bad movies at all; if I wasn’t a big Silent Hill fan I probably wouldn’t remember it even exists. But maybe people were too harsh on this film; maybe it’s yet another hidden gem among video game movies. Something you may not know about me is I am a huge video game movie apologist; aside from enjoying the obvious stuff like the recent Sonic and Mario movies, I also enjoy the 90s Mario movie, Street Fighter, both takes on Mortal Kombat… Sure, I’ve seen some garbage like Max Payne and Doom, but the reputation of video game movies as unwatchable garbage is greatly exaggerated in my opinion.
So with all that said, I promised to take you to that town I see in my restless dreams and figure out if Revelation is really that bad, or if the hole of negative reception for this movie is gone now.
THE GOOD
Well, the practical effects are all still pretty good, with some really creative monsters. And there are a few scenes here and there with cool and creative imagery.
Tumblr media
What else... oh! Adelaide Clemens is actually genuinely good as Heather. I mean, the writing for her is as bad as the writing for everyone else, but by god is Clemens really giving it her all. She manages to outshine veteran actors like Malcolm McDowell, Sean Bean, and Carrie-Anne Moss. So props to her!
Tumblr media
The soundtrack is pretty decent… No complaints there. Fuck guys, I’m really trying... Hm... Oh yeah! Pyramid Head is here for some fucking reason! It makes no goddamn sense, but I’m ultimately a simple man. I see Pyramid Head, I am happy.
Tumblr media
Yeah okay I’m done trying to be nice.
THE BAD
This film is just ass from start to finish.
Here’s something a lot of people don’t understand when it comes to adaptations: Sometimes it’s best not to be completely accurate to what you’re adapting. The first film has the respect it does because it’s a loose adaptation that tells a familiar story with unique elements to it while keeping the core elements that make the series so beloved—the emotional moments, the horror, the atmosphere, the visuals. This film, on the other hand, swings into being way too faithful and trying to shoehorn the plot of Silent Hill 3 into the continuity of the films, which does nothing but rip a dozen plot holes open and comes off as desperate course correction that wasn’t needed at all. I’ll give it this—the movie is putting in a lot of effort to keeping this movement towards accuracy to the games from feeling too contrived.
Unfortunately, it’s hard to appreciate the efforts the film is going to due to how legitimately bad everything is. The acting is undeniably worse all across the board, even from legendary actors like Malcolm McDowell; the script is amateurish and ludicrous, with stupid twists and unbearably bland or bad dialogue in nearly every scene; and the CGI is just not up to the standard the first film set. In a way, this film is the original The Rise of Skywalker in how it dumped everything from the contentious film before it and tried way too hard to course correct to disastrous results, all while the previous film began to get a second look due to the catastrophic failure of the newer one.
The director said she wanted to deliver a continuation of the first film first, and an adaptation of the third game second, but with all the clunky retcons in a desperate attempt to emulate the game we’re left with a poorly-paced mess of a movie that is cramming way too much into a 90 minute runtime. The film is just a fifty car pileup of bad ideas, and genuinely there’s not much else to say. Revelation is so bereft of anything resembling good ideas that there is so little I could say that was positive and everything bad about it is so broad that it’s just not enjoyable to talk about, since what’s the point of singling out a bad element when all the other elements around it suck ass too?
IS IT REALLY THAT BAD?
This is genuinely, truly a bad movie, but honestly? It wasn’t a painful experience.
Like this movie pretty obviously sucks. It’s an abject failure at portraying the story of the game it is ostensibly adapting to the silver screen, it has terrible dialogue, it wastes its actors, and it seems more focused on gory visuals and cheap jumpscares than actually trying to be atmospheric or engaging. I don’t know if you noticed, but there wasn’t a lot for me to talk about here, and that’s because this film is so dull and unoriginal that there’s really not much to say. I hate that I couldn’t really dive deeper into how much it sucks, but it just sucks in the most tepid, uninspired ways, ways that don’t invoke much besides an annoyed eyeroll from me. It is genuinely like if Michael Bay tried to make a horror film.
Ultimately, though, that’s the very thing that “saves” this; it is just so dumb that I can easily see how someone could mine entertainment from this in a “so bad it’s good” way. Sure, I didn’t like this film and was bored watching it, but I didn’t feel vitriolic hate for it or anything. I just thought it was a subpar horror film that can’t live up to the games or the previous movie, which is a tall order to begin with. And really, is being a subpar horror film that much of a crime? I’d say it’s better than being as dogshit as Slender Man, Smiley, The Bye Bye Man, or any of the other genuinely abysmal horror films I’ve had to sit through. Horror is a genre of extremes, where typically you’ll either see one of the best and scariest films of your life or the most tedious waste of time imaginable that will have you calling for the director’s head. To find a horror film that’s just perfectly and stupidly mediocre is genuinely impressive. I’m gonna say that 4.9 score is entirely completely fair; the movie is just below average, and while it’s certainly shitty there’s no denying that it has some value as mindless entertainment.
Again, this is a bad film. I am not in any way recommending watching this, especially when you could watch the first film (or better yet just play the games). But when you consider some of the crap I’ve had to sit through for this show, I’ll take a bad movie that only gets me mildly annoyed over a bad movie that makes me legitimately angry or offended like Land of the Lost. And as piss-poor as this film is, it’s still a better adaptation than Ratchet & Clank was!

major spoilers for t&b s2 cour 2, don’t open if you haven’t watched it all the way through, but
cour 2 handles yuri’s trauma in an extremely off-putting (and frankly? disrespectful) way
what the actual fuck was that ending for yuri. and no, i don’t mean this on a “the writers took the story in a direction that i don’t like so i’m mad” kind of way, but in a “they took the cheap way out. they hurt this character unnecessarily, so many times, and for what? for a nonsensical character assassination that doesn’t resolve anything” kind of way.
Let me explain, using Jinx from Arcane as an example to really clarify why I’m so upset at this writing choice. Both Yuri and Jinx are heavily traumatized characters, and neither seem to “get a break” from the writers in terms of the scenarios they’re put through. The difference, as I see it, is that Jinx’s trauma is an inevitable byproduct of the system she grew up in---aka it’s not difficult to imagine that there are many Zaunite kids suffering through similar trauma by virtue of the horrible living conditions they are in + Piltover’s oppressive system. And Arcane, at its core, is a tragedy, meant to lament the INESCAPABLE reality of life in Zaun, of how such trauma is more the norm than the exception, with Jinx being the most extreme example of this. So it’s narratively sound for Jinx to lose everything in the end, for her to engage in that last act of destruction against Piltover and her own sense of self, because she has known no other life besides this. Do I want Jinx to be happy? Absolutely. But I can understand the direction that the writers are going in, and even though I personally wouldn’t have written Jinx into a downwards spiral, it makes sense within the themes of the story.
T&B, on the other hand, has had “healing through togetherness” as a central theme from day 1. The message that gets hammered into the audience is to learn how to open up to others, how to trust, how to coexist, how to heal even when systemic problems seem insurmountable, how to help others and have hope---that was Barnaby’s whole fucking arc in s1. We’ve seen people like Barnaby and Ryan go through trauma but make it through by relying on others, because those support systems EXIST in that universe. Even the capitalism in Sternbild seems super. . .”nice?” Like, the corporations that control the schedules and daily activities of our protagonists generally have pretty sensible and accommodating bosses (e.g. Lloyd). There are “bad eggs” like Maverick, and as s 2 has shown us, continued discrimination against NEXT, but they’re either portrayed as individual bad faith actors or broader problems that can be resolved using a plot device like Little Aurora.
So why the fuck would the writers deny Yuri the possibility of an ending where he can take accountability within a system that has allowed other criminals to tdo the same without dying (e.g. Virgil and co in The Rising, Origami’s friend from s1)? Why the fuck would the writers find it any more difficult to write a narrative where Yuri learns to heal and trust others again when they’ve done that with other characters before?
And some ppl may respond with, “Oh but Yuri has a different personality---he responded to his trauma differently than Barnaby and so he has difficulties trusting others and doing the right thing besides cosplaying as Lunatic.” And they would be 100% wrong, because we’ve SEEN Yuri take meaningful steps to enact his sense of virtue and justice without being Lunatic. AKA AS A JUDGE. Although he’s the Director in s2, we’ve seen him, both in s1 and the manga, hand out fair sentences for those who come before the courts. We’ve seen him be swayed by Kotetsu’s generosity and goodwill towards Sternbild’s citizens, and help him get out of legal trouble by reducing his fines/imposing a lighter sentence because he empathizes with the act of saving people’s lives. So he’s perfectly capable of enacting his values in a non-harmful way. And cour 2 has also shown us the kindness he is capable of, how he took meaningful steps to not be a vigilante, to try and ignore his father’s presence, to help out the heroes to the best of his ability, to lovingly care for his mother, to wipe away the tears of someone who blamed herself for his mother’s death, even though she was a victim herself---what was all that for, then, if his fate was to die as an unknown, unremembered, not even given a second thought after our two main characters watch him die?
I was already extremely put off by Kotetsu’s and Barnaby’s responses to Yuri opening up about his abusive father. Kotetsu’s response seemed more like “Oh sorry about the horrible things that your father did to you and your mother, but I’m different,” rather than a response of genuine empathy (Kotetsu himself regretted saying what he said immediately afterwards, so I don’t think I’m reading what’s not there for this). And Barnaby didn’t even fucking say anything meaningful, even though he should be the one who has a better understanding of what trauma can do to a person by virtue of his own experiences.
Watching Yuri blame himself, grapple with the fragment of an abusive father who he’s projected his own pain onto (and who never will apologize, because he died attempting to harm his own son), weep on the bloodstained spot where his mother was fucking shot in the head---the writers re-traumatized Yuri like this, and for what? So that people can still walk around thinking Mr. Legend was an infallible man? So that Yuri’s traumatic past is shared with two people who responded like assholes even though they’ve been characterized up until this point as perceptive and emotionally intelligent when the time calls for it? So that Yuri’s act of revenge against the people who killed his mother is still seen as one of Lunatic’s acts, rather than the (not necessarily justified, but completely understandable) rage of a human being who has had everything taken away from him?
Yuri was a victim of his father and never had the opportunity to get help---it would have shown Kotetsu and Barnaby’s strength of character if they had managed to help redeem Yuri somehow. But no, we had to have Yuri “feel useful” after years of emotional, physical, and psychological torment by being a human shield and committing suicide. It felt so exploitative of his character development in cour 2 and threw away everything that the series had been building up in terms of its theming. And everyone just walks away for dinner, laughing? No self-reflection, no question on the kind of life Yuri must have lived, the secrets he must have kept in that double-role as judge and Lunatic? It’s all just sunshine and rainbows because “the baddies are gone!” And it makes me feel sick.
That’s why I’m so upset---sure, I would have been upset if Yuri had died in any narrative sense, but this felt so egregious and disrespectful to everything he represented, to all the tenderness and humanity he displayed in cour 2. I know maybe I’m overreacting but honestly, this felt like a slap in the face, and i don’t think I’ll ever really continue with T&B if they make a 3rd season, if this is how it treats its characters.

Kdrama misc.
Wedding Impossible: eps 1 & 2 are great, especially Jun Jung-seo as A-jeong, who gives her all into her craft even if the returns are so paltry. The first 2 eps build up the situation between her and Do-han into a fascinating hotbed of conflict, and I was onboard. Then ep 4 pissed away all that goodwill, in record speed. Why would A-jeong, who takes pride in acting, let Ji-han publicly woo her in Busan when she’s supposed to be his brother’s fiancé? And why was Do-han sectioned away in the story, prevented from knowing this? Ji-Han jerking around A-jeong, A-jeong letting him do it, it all felt old-school, and I don’t mean that as a compliment. And Moon Sang-min still needs another year playing supporting roles so he can build up a deck of facial expressions. Will watch a couple more eps, just in case it gets better.
Queen of Tears: I’ve already talked a lot about this one. Technically, everything is well done, but man, I don’t care for that romance. The drama is at its best and most sincere when it’s being funny, and despite being oddly underused, the supporting cast are really holding everything together. I don’t get why you would create a world where Kwak Dong-yeon and Lee Joo-bin are a couple and not talk more about that. I want to see more of everyone that isn’t Hyun-woo. But I’m obsessed with how good Kim Ji-won is.
The red sleeve: So brilliant, even when it’s bad lol. I’m a Junho stan til I die, and Lee Se-young is a very dear addition to my ever growing list of favourite actresses. The script is delicious. Eps 8 & 9 are like, really bad though. Awful. What a waste of Court Lady Jo’s character, and a gorgeous Park Ji-young performance. It’s a choice to make a group of women who, verbatim, “want to choose their own king”, look like deviants. But between spoilers & reading about Consort Ui, it looks like the story is still going to come to the same conclusion as those women - that the monarchy are parasitic (even those that are good faith actors), extorting mental & physical labour from an underclass of powerless women. Makes no sense to suddenly go, “but these ladies took it too far!!” Lol, be serious. But taking them seriously might’ve complicated how we see Deok-im’s unwavering certainty in Yi-san’s ability to rule. Each time she throws herself into the line of fire for him, I get a little sad. Love her and Yi-san tho. Now, that’s romance.

If anyone has the energy and time to spare, I could use some help.
I, like many others, emailed my MP about the genocide currently happening in Palastine. Today I recived a response. I'm trying to formulate my own response, but I'm struggling to sort through sources and find ones that couldn't simply be brushed away as baised. Any and all info would be really appreciated. I'm also going to put the mp's response under the cut incase anyone has any thoughts.
Trigger warning for incredibly infuriating, upsetting and callous things being said regarding the Palestinian genocide by Israel.
"The situation in the Middle East is extremely difficult, heartbreaking and we all wish it wasn’t happening. We all want a resolution as swiftly as possible and all wish that we were not in the place that we are. Whilst I think it is going to be extremely challenging, I hope that a way can be found as soon as is practical to calm the situation.
The challenge I’m afraid, though, is in when that happens. What is happening in Gaza is a war situation and, regrettably and very terribly, that means we have seen difficult days and that there will be further ones ahead. That war was created by Hamas, a terrorist organisation, indiscriminately killing 1,200 people and dragging another 200 back into Gaza to use as pawns in a political game. It is absolutely, utterly outrageous what they have done and they have caused the events which have ended in the place they are.
Whilst I understand the point you are making, the challenge I have is that Israel must, in my view, have the ability to defend itself. They must be able to look their citizens in the eye and confirm that they are not going to be murdered in cold blood by a terrorist organisation that is willing to execute grandmothers and then upload footage of that execution to her own Facebook page so her family can see. Israel has been very clear that it seeks to minimise casualties and it has made clear attempts to do so (including having been criticised for elements of that policy); it drops leaflets in advance of its operations, it has been clear that it would be safer for civilians to temporarily move out of the northern part of Gaza and it has people embedded into its frontline army operations, who do not report into the military chain of command but instead the Israeli attorney general separately, to assess the proportionality of what it is doing. Whilst war situations are always very difficult, it is trying to minimise casualties whilst focusing on the ultimate objective – to remove the terrorist organisation that is Hamas. That ceasefire and the suffering could be ended, right now, if Hamas laid down their weapons, stopped using hospitals as command centres, stopped firing rockets (badly) so they end up killing their own people and stop using the Gazan people as human shields.
You ask for a ceasefire. I would love to see hostilities end but, practically and logically, I don’t understand how that is possible. Hamas are bad faith actors. They behead people. They throw their own people off buildings. Is that who we should encourage the Israelis to seek a permanent ceasefire with? And, if a ceasefire is agreed, what conditions should Hamas be given? Because, if the past is to go by, all Hamas do is regroup and get ready to create the next terrorist attack to start another cycle of violence. They have literally said that they would repeat 7th October time and time again, given the chance to do so.
If you, like I, want peace in the Middle East, work night and day to get rid of Hamas. If you want to ensure that we are not back here every time Hamas find a way to commit new atrocities, support the removal of that barbaric organisation which kills its own people. If you believe in the long-term prospects of peace in the Middle East, start with the right of Israel not to have 1,300 of its defenceless citizens executed. I deplore the loss of a single human life and badly want the situation in the Middle East to be resolved – but the first and only way to do that is for Hamas to be removed.
I am sorry that we are unable to agree on this matter but I hope the above is helpful in some way. I want this situation resolved as quickly as possible and for peace to come to the whole of the Middle East. Yet, I cannot and will not support actions which simply will embolden terrorists in the long-run. None of this had to happen. It only did because Hamas chose to come into Israel, execute, maim, burn, behead, rape and kill. That is the reason for what is happening. If you are concerned, angry, frustrated and despairing of what is happening in the Middle East, blame Hamas. And demand with every sinew of your being that the action to remove them is quick, successful and allows a new chapter to open for everyone – and lays the foundation for peace in the long-term."

I don't think it's a cash grab on nostalgia, it's giving people more of what they want.
I know I stopped watching a half-season into 12 (the one where Mazie Williams did a guest spot) and haven't been able to maintain any interest since, but I'm planning on watching the 10.3, or whatever they are, epsiodes.
I mean that sort of proves my point, doesn’t it? You wouldn’t be coming back to it if it weren’t for the nostalgia for Tennant’s Doctor. That’s fine, he was a good Doctor, but it’s a deliberate choice to do something that has never been done on Doctor Who before, which is having the Doctor regenerate back into a previous actor. Giving ‘the people what they want’ (as in, not the fans of the show now but those who watched it back in the late 00s) by bringing back a popular Doctor is very much a marketing strategy to bring back old viewers, and that feels very antithetical to what the show is about! I’m all for old Doctors coming back for specials, I think that can be super fun, but each Doctor is their own character, each change is significant, and from a narrative perspective it’s kinda crap to say, oh the Tenth Doctor’s back and he’s the same character as he was! (I’m basing this on the short teaser so am eager to be proven wrong), negating what’s happened since (which is a whole bloody lot). Also, and I think this is particularly why the decision rubs me the wrong way, Jodie Whittaker got so much hate from a loud group of fans during her run. To have her then regenerate back to Tennant it’s almost like ‘wait! Come back fanboys! We made a mistake’ and seeing all the comments saying ‘finally Doctor Who is back’ really just uurghhhhhh. That’s not directed at you by the way. And I am very much going full fanboy mode over here when to most it’s not that deep. But! Ncuti Gatwa! It’s like they don’t have faith in him to carry the show forward and keep people interested.
In the end, I don’t really mind. I’ll watch the episodes and I’ll probably enjoy them (looking at those obscure weird comic characters they’re bringing back, it’s sure to be interesting). But I can’t shake that knee-jerk reaction of bitterness seeing people coming back saying ‘finally Doctor who will be good again’ when it’s always been good (and bad), and it has always, always, been about growth and change.

ok guys, i’m getting way too many asks about noah that are too personal to talk about and i’d feel skeevy if i made them public (answered out in the open on this blog). i get that you are concerned or curious but i don’t want to be that person. i’m not even trying to be a gossip or tea blog (positive or negative). i like noah as an actor and a public figure, and this whole thing started because i was getting fed up of people misconstruing his words and being weird about his faith & ethnicity. i do and have done the same for millie, jamie, and even james ransone (IT fandom); just to name a few. most of it is done on twitter but it seems that no one can be nuanced there so i came here instead. i didn’t expect to attract many attention but i’m not complaining! i’m just glad that people here are willing to have a conversation instead of resorting to arguments and insults (most of the time). but i’m not comfortable talking about something so personal about noah, whether it’s true or not.
because i feel bad when i don’t answer asks, here are some vague answers:
yes i’m aware screenshots can be faked but i did not look at them closely, most info i didn’t even want to know were done via tweets and they end up on the for you timeline on twitter due to mutuals and the bloody algorithm. i reported a certain page many times because it was disgusting
the two initials. i think so, yes
i’m not sure what kind of content was shared/leaked because i didn’t see anything
i did hear about that rumour re. things getting out of hand back in october/november. because another blog published the ask
Tumblr media
^ thank you, yes. info seems to be all over the place, it could be true or bullshit. and i’m not rly interested in finding out. nevertheless, i hope noah gets the support he needs. there seems to be a lot of stuff (any worries or concerns, not alluding to something specific) that he needs to get off his chest in a safe environment
Tumblr media
^ i’m not sure if this is aimed at me?
✨ ok i think that’s everything. i’m not mad or anything, i’m just making my boundaries clear here. if you want an answer while on anon, please make sure it’s something i can publish. this applies to anything really, not just noah. i want my blog to be a safe space (even though i’m just a fandom blog) and it’s my responsibility to make sure it stays that way. therefore i apologise if i’ve previously answered any msgs that made anyone uncomfortable. 💚
