adopted when she was 4, Ruggie found her on the street quite literally fighting a dog for food. He scooped her up and took her home that day, and she’s been his daughter ever since, trying to give her a better childhood than he had.

i saw your post about "smooth shark kent" and i just imagined flash trolling batman about superman's "super smooth skin he's so smooth you could make him slide around on dry steel" and bruce just rolls up clark's sleeve and starts filing his fingernails down on his arm while making unblinking eye contact with flash

extremely correct for two reasons

bruce knows he shouldn't get in another stupid argument but refuses to let someone be incorrect around him so he just gets silently passive-aggressive

bruce and clark know/trust each other enough that bruce can just grab clark's arm and roll up his sleeve and file his nails on the guy mid-conversation

i like a really tactile superbat, what can i say... and with that in mind i think it becomes even better when one of them is some insane shark alien. the potential for physical comedy is unmatched

today i put a very strong scented lotion on my hands and proceeded to spend the rest of the day (until the scent finally washed off) accidentally making myself sneeze every time i tried to swipe at, rub, or even palm my already itchy, runny, allergic nose. whatever was in the lotion made my nose so tickly that every time i so much as brought my hand to my face, the slightest whiff of it sent me into a fit, warm, itchy tears streaking my face.

it felt like no matter how many times i washed my hands, i could still smell it and feel it prickling at my flaring nostrils, so i spent the entire day rubbing my nose, freezing mid sniffle and cursing myself silently upon remembering my predicament, and being launched back into another seemingly endless sneezing fit.

needless to say i should probably find a new hand lotion to put in my purse, but i think i’ll keep this other one in a drawer somewhere, should it ever come in handy ;)

Forcing General!Lilia to finally take care of himself after a very busy day. Helping him take his armor and uniform off, as he breaths a sigh of relief, since he finally feels free.....

Leading him to a steaming bathtub, helping him undress and get in the water. By this point he's still complaining of not needing all of this, but those complaints die down as soon as you gently touch his chest with a washing cloth, wiping away the dirt, sweat and frustration as he starts to relax and enjoy the feeling of being taken care of....

Washing his hair and massaging his scalp will cause him to purr. He hardly does it, as he never really feels safe enough to be this relaxed, always having the protection of those close to him in mind.

As the water starts to get cooler, helping him out and letting him dry himself off, while getting some fresh, comfortable clothes.

Leading him towards the bed, sitting him down to comb and braid his hair, before pulling him under the covers to cuddle and hold each other. Giving him soft kisses, as he tries to pull you even closer, even though that's not possible, while rubbing his nose against yours.

He is thankful for all of it, even if he can't express it right now. But he makes a mental note to cook something for the both of you. Good luck with that.
