The Bold Type for the ask game!

i still haven't brought myself to watch s5 after they let me down like that with 4b :/ but at the same time i miss them 🥺

favourite character: sutton

funniest character: sutton

best-looking character: i'm gonna go with kat but also.. all of them

3 favourite ships: sutton x richard was the only one i was really rooting for, but i did mostly enjoy kat x adena, other than that ?? idk i was never like super sold on any other relationship

least favourite ship: whatever that kat x the republican thing they had going on in 4b was

reason why i watch it: just so fun!! and i love the characters so much!! and where else am i gonna get a show where a whole episode plotline will be something like "this character has a yeast infection" and then another will be like "that same character is having a mastectomy to prevent the same breast cancer that killed her mother"

why i started watching it: i think it was maybe two or three episodes into season one airing when i saw gifs on here and thought that show seems very fun and they look like some great characters i want to get in on this

I really loved that episode. Sutton and Richard having conversations and making good choices cause they love each other. Jacquline and Richard’s friendship and cute little moments where they encourage each other making a reappearance. Jane wanting to be with Ryan, being unsure if she can trust him and Janestripe breaking up. While I hope it isnt permanent because I like Ryan and really hate the cheating storyline they gave him, it was a good move for Jane and her speech had me feeling all the emotions. Lastly something illegal and rash the girls do actually catching up to them. This time it was on Kat but I’m kinda glad she got fired, and, like Jaqueline, I’m excited to see what she does next.I hope she doesn’t get her job back. I though Jaqueline got hers back too soon this season and it makes cliffhangers seem pointless when they get resolved super quickly. This show has done it more than once and I really hope they dont this time.  Adena was super cute this episode taking pics for Sutton/Richard and dancing with Kat :). I’m also kinda excited to see Rj’s daughter being a female antagonist for the girls... they haven’t really had one before and its refreshing.

Changes to the Popular Pairing List

Over nearly 9 years of Femslash Revolution, we have watched the popularity of many, many pairings rise and fall again. In order to better reflect this, we have decided to switch how we define our popular pairing list, which determines which pairings are too popular to be posted on Rarepair Thursdays.

Previously, posts were added to the list when they had appeared on the blog over 20 times across its whole duration. Under the new system, we will look at the number of appearances in the 10,000 most recent posts, which reflects approximately the last 18 months of content. Any pairing with more than 10 posts in that time span will be added to the list, while older pairings which no longer receive so many posts will be removed.
