Maybe im just too used to it atp, but it's funny to me how easy it is for me to draw seb and fernando with long flowing beautiful curly hair/wigs for my au, but when I even just try to imagine other people in it, like Mark and Jense, I can't even imagine them wearing the same type of thing at all 😭😭

#hello to anyone who happens to b interested in the saga of my life... also maybe the irl person i gave my url to... hopefully my blog #didnt freak her out too much lol. anyway so its been a busy week? 2 weeks? month? year? life? its been a lot. my parents helped me move #across the country from the desert to somewhere that's beautiful and green. my dad is so jealous of me lol its so so so pretty and theres s #so much to do. will i do any of it? that remains to be seen but im gonna try to be better about that sort of thing. try to get some help #with the thoughts in my head that keep me from doing and enjoying most things. its weird like im decorating my new room which i love. the #location and living situation seem ideal and i really hope i can stay here all 5 years of my program but i was picking a lot of bright #colors and now it feel uncomfortable. like if i wear things that r too bright or my room is too bright without dark contrast it feel weird #like if im wearing it it kinda makes me feel sick. idk what thats abt. anyway. ill try to heal my brain and im just so happy to b out of the #southwest. i was so so so excited when we were leaving thr city and even more so when we left the state. i cant believe im here. in December #it felt like a million years away and i really truely could not fathom how i was gonna survive that long. my thoughts were so distorted. but #i did and here i am. and in like a month i should b starting my phd program and my parents were telling me how excited ppl r for me and #jealous of where im living and im glad. im glad they're excited. i think i am too but its under a layer of: if i get excited it wont happen #im not allowed to b excited or it wont happen. which is irrational but ya kno. anyway so that's yeah. im so happy to have a fresh start and #the town seems super cool. a liberal blip in a sea of... not that so theyre very visibly pride forward haha and i think itll b way easier #for me to get around without driving. and im gonna try to make friends. i need someone to tell me where to get tattoos haha. so yea im happy #but exhausted and i dont wanna go back to work and so so greatful to my parents for being wonderful ppl idk how bc both of them had fucked #up childhoods. like my mum will say the saddest shit and im like bro this is y i don't wanna talk to my grandma fuck her and my dads parents #r so fucked. like my nana is the reason im so fucking control freaked out but i kno i have issues and she has no insight and thinks shes #better than everyone. anyway hopefully i can get back to drawing a posting more now. ive been drawing it its been in a sketch book #like an actual sketch book for sketching big ideas thst r gonna take fucking forever to draw 😭#so that's all. just uprooted my whole life. thats all. but in a good way :-]#unrelated

ranting on the blog cos i fucking can!!!! saw a post talking shit about a fic that involved an asexual character and im just annoyed!!!!

i hate reading a fic and seeing the comments and one of them is like “hey this piece of work is shit cos u represented this asexual character wrong >:(“ when the work represented the asexual character PERFECTLY FINE but theyre not sex repulsed.

the character could be shown making sex jokes or even just casually talking about sex and somehow its an issue? lord FORBID theyre in the bedroom too (no matter if they’re participating or not)

funny enough asexual people arent all sex repulsed, idk how many times this needs to be said? not all asexual folk are the silly weird “sometimes i forget sex exist!” character thats become to prevalent in media now. and im not saying being sex repulsed is bad/being stereotypical, being sex repulsed is fine! ok! amazing! but what im saying is it isnt the only way to be asexual.

honestly any representation of asexuality is good representation cos its a (sparkle effect) SPECTRUM (sparkle effect) some are sex repulsed, some are sex indifferent, some are sex favourable, some are sex weird and some just really wanna touch some ass. You literally cannot misrepresent asexuality unless you purposely write a canon ace character as allo. you cannot misrepresent asexuality cos people are weird and odd and different.

im sorry if your uncomfy with an asexual character being written/shown as being sex indifferent/sex favourable but please just block the tags, dont read the work, dont interact and fucking dont comment. youre acting like an ass and making someone feel bad for no reason. its fine to be uncomfortable cos funny enough you have the right to but dont put others down cos you’re uncomfortable.

it happens so often no matter if its fanfiction, artwork, whatever-the-fuck, anytime an asexual character is shown in a sex related situation theres a problem. unless if the character has been specified to be sex repulsed, shut up and let people have fun.

i cant believe the day but i finally got a full tower pc. bought it already built and at a considerable discount of some 320 dollars off. its fucking huge and theres so many things going on inside... i was initially planning on choosing the parts myself but finding the graphics card was so hard and everyone else convinced me to just buy it built and honestly? good. id probably have fucked this up so badly by myself

i cant use it yet bc i took too long to buy the monitor that was also on sale and now its regular price -_- tho i managed to find a discount used one for now. well see how that goes since ill get it tomorrow. i tested it on out living room tv and it had some kaspersky thingy open and like thats so cute. i hope they left some treats in the browsing history for me to search through before i wipe it clean

#its a hexer case and wouldnt you guess the front has a hexagonal pattern. so pretty..#it came with 3 fans installed there too that have a cmyk color style to them and it looks quite neat. im thinking of buying some leds to pu #inside the case to go with my keyboard tho idk if id go that far tbh (< gamer rot is setting in. im not immune to pretty lighting..)#its also got a lot of unused space inside. im thinking of making more sculptures to put in. though idk if thatd be safe for it #bc cold porcelain is glue and water. what if it evaporates inside and suddenly everythings covered in a glue film #i wonder if varnish would help? the transparent nail polish sure didnt do shit it came off like 2 days after sculpting the rw slug sleeping #which like yeah of course. its nail polish. but i didnt expect it to flake since all it does is sleep on top of my laptop keyboard #i need miniature glass cake cover tops to encapsule every sculpture inside for safety #looking at it still no wonder these are called towers gotdamn its legit so huge..#it looks awkward tho bc i cant fully make it glue to the wall bc of the cables so its like. awkwardly a bit in front of the wall #im scaared as to how to tell if it ever gets too hot. on a laptop u just press ur head against the left half and feel how hot it is #i think im gonna need software for this.. sigh. tho maybe ill never get to that point since its supposed to be decent #AND its not 8 years old + the 3 fans and gpu fan and cpu fan. surely thats enough. the case even has space for more than that!!#the acrylic side reflects my keyboard too. so niceys. stimulation for my creature eyes #my desk is gonna be so fucked up when i have to organize everything too bc the one i have now is perfecly laptop-oriented #it sits on a custom wooden desk and the keyboard+drawing tablet sit below. but theres a shelf on top of my desk thats too low for the>#>normal monitor to sit to so i wont be able to use the custom desk. and i dont even know what ill do with my laptop either #finally a good change in my sad life routine fr. i cant wait to play watchdogs on this and overgrowth and other ones #AND LAGLESS KRITA SMUDGE ENGINE BRUSHES!!! reread Red Dragon this past summer and 10/10 great decision

Will is such a compelling character, you can see why this book got so many adaptations (2 movies and one show). even though the book just covers the tooth fairy/red dragon murders, you can see Will's past in so many ways. How much he struggles with his empathy and his insight into people's heads. His empathy and care for the victims AND killers is really what separates him from typical gruff'n'tuff true crime protagonists. The weight that working in his field has/had on him. He is a sympathetic character, yet people in the book as well as readers can definitely see how he could be threatening, scary to know socially. How much he struggles to contain himself and be 'normal', even though he is being asked to use the darkest parts of his mind. And though Hannibal plays a much smaller role in this book than the others (and he played a larger role in the following books BECAUSE he was so interesting to people) you still see hints of a shared past and familiarity between Hannibal and Will.

Even separated from the context of the NBC hannibal show, it makes you wonder what exactly happened between them, how well did they know each other? Even if your interpretation isn't romantic, its interesting no matter how you slice it. Does Hannibal's insight into Will stem purely from his ability to analyze people and not from having an 'intimate' relationship/friendship/work colleagues in the past? How much did Will actually know Hannibal, did they ever see each other socially outside work or anything even approaching friendship? Like yes, obviously I adore the nbc hannibal obsessive gothic romance between them, but even without the context of a falling out between them it surprises me that Will in never mentioned in the following books (beyond one single reference from jack crawford anyway). It would've been very veryyyyy interesting to have seen Clarice Starling and Will Graham interact at all, like even a single letter exchanged.

I could easily see Clarice being intrigued by Jack's descriptions of Will, enough to send a polite inquiry for help/insight into Hannibal or the Buffalo Bill Case. Whether Will would just chuck that letter into the trash or actually help is up for interpretation, but still! I could see a correspondence between Will and Clarice so easily. They actually have somewhat similar backgrounds (and a great disinterest in discussing their past) though their reasons for joining the FBI are somewhat different, they both care very much about the victims in their cases. Will begrudgingly taking on a mentorship role with Clarice because shes's persistent and courageous enough to pursue help from a guy who is a world champion at shutting people out and he just cant help himself from wanting to help save people from danger despite his own best interests. Will's advice would probably have been more helpful than Crawford or Hannibal.

And just imagine Hannibal's reaction in Silence of the Lambs if Clarice dropped the fact that she had spoken to Will 'dont text me dont call me dont write me letters dont even fucking look at me' Graham. Like "oh. he. responds to YOUR letters hm? well did you know Will is scarred and ugly and afraid of his own mind?.........did he....mention me?". Clarice could've easily leveraged help from Hannibal by making it competitive between him and Will. "Ah yes, that is a fascinating insight Dr. Lecter, Will Graham said something similar when he and I spoke." just playing them off each other and she WOULD'VE too lol i love her

And how would book!Will have reacted to Hannibal's escape from prison/subsequent life on the lam? I guess people's most common interpretation is Will being like "never fucking call me again" after Red Dragon is all said and done, even that case was one he was pushed out of 'retirement' to work on by Jack. And maybe Will just did not want to engage with Any Of It at all after that. But I find it hard to believe Hannibal didn't send him even one semi-taunting letter like the : "i have no plans to call on you, the world is more interesting with you in it" letter he sent Clarice. Or that Will wasn't tapped for info/help by ANY law enforcement agencies as the guy who caught Hannibal way back when. I mean at the very least freddie lounds would've OH wait he did actually die in the books lmaooo 🤣

Anyways as a book Red Dragon is a great read, a tense murder mystery worth flipping through. The movies are great adaptations of the book, not many important details are cut out. NBC Hannibal is still my favorite interpretation of the Red Dragon book, though obviously the show takes from the whole series not just the first book. I'm still sad we never got to see Clarice in the show as she's one of my favorite fictional characters but any role she'd have played in the show would be soooo diminished from her role in the books as her story/dialogue was portioned out to other characters on NBC Hannibal (Will and Miriam mostly but also, Abigail and Bedilia to some degree) so perhaps its for the best 😐

It was just a mishap, if Dottore were to say so himself.

DAMN youve basically been here since day 1 THANK YOUU😭 im glad you like my stuff!! and ur not awkward at all!!🥹💖💖 and i actually posted a timelapse of my process on twitter not that long ago, so ill post it here as well!

as you can see seb takes me the longest LMAOO hes such a menace for me to draw still...and i dont even think seeing my process helps since its just so much trial and error and warping until it looks right BAHAHA (this is from like a month ago and i ALREADY think seb looks off here too 💀) but my process is super simple, i just colour and cell shade on multiply and then i add a grain texture on soft light 10% at the end. i dont rly do anything fancy for colouring, bc i used to over-render my art and make it really complicated, but now im a fan of just having it look kinda...flat? if that makes sense LOL. i like it aesthetically AND its also easier. OH also something i add to the end of almost all my pieces is this auto-action from clip studio assets which basically adjusts the hue/saturation/brightness. here's an example of what the original flat colours look like vs. when i add this filter:

even if you dont have clip studio the same effect could be achieved with just manually tweaking with the hue/saturation levels afterwards, but i like this filter just cuz its easy and makes the colours more how i like them HOPE THIS HELPS💖💖

In my previous silly art post, I saw several people being a fan of Lilia having pigtails as a child \(//∇//)\ Haha, Lilia feels like he aged backwards somehow…if he was strict as a General, him as a child would just be a grumpy old man yelling at Levan and Meleanor to get off the lawn

I’d like to think that Levan and Meleanor loved to play with Lilia’s hair. Meleanor would be awful at even putting his hair into a ponytail, since she likely had servants to brush her hair. Levan, on the other hand, although his own hair is a fluffy and untamable, I headcanoned in that other post that Raven/Crow Fae grow up with a different eye and hair color, and a different hair texture.

But despite that, I think Raven Fae instinctively “preen” themselves much like birds do, so Levan often brushes/plays with Lilia and Meleanor’s hair as his way of affection. This headcanon is based off Crowley’s Unified Exam voice line, where it seems to imply his bird-like habits of quickly showering (like a birdbath lmaoo) but spending a lot of time on treatments for his skin and hair.

Anyway I also may be hinting that “Haunted and Sickly Victorian Child” Levan is real to me actually 😭 What sort of illnesses can Fae get?? Idk but Levan is just actually a Victorian child a cough away from death and I love him. It makes me think of how Malleus’ egg looked like it was covered in blot-like substance. I wonder if Levan was affected with something like blot for a very long time if it was able to affect an egg.

Totally did not give him a crutch because Crowley has a cane or anything…lmao that would be weird if I did that,,,🐦‍⬛

Anyway, I think it’s so cute that these three grew up together, and I have so many thoughts on their shenanigans that I want to draw! 😭💞🐦‍⬛🦇🐉

ABA x Paracelsus HCs that live in my mind rent-free, even though I haven't played the game--

Some of these HCs include other characters involved in their arcade mode.

ABA is no stranger to stalking people. So when she came across a lookout point, she saw many couples, mostly teenagers, making out and going on romantic dates. She wonders what it would feel like to be young and in love, rather than just declaring someone whom she met first glance as a "husband"

ABA's collection of keys were hidden somewhere in the pocket dimension. She sometimes uses them as accessories to adorn herself, despite the like of knowledge in fashion (the girl wears pants as a top--)

There are many shades of blue that ABA can pick from. Since Paracelsus turned himself blue, the shiny surface reflected more colors than just blue, inspiring her to try and appreciate other colors near the blue gradient.

Added to the color stuff, she eventually tries variation of outfits with other colors, but with blue as the base.

Paracelsus knows when she's feeling fatigued. When she's at her limit, he opens the pocket dimension and lets her rest there until she wakes up. ABA sees this as his love language, but unintentional on his part

Both ABA and Paracelsus have no clue on how homonculi biology works, and Paracelsus hates to admit he feels bad that ABA may be at risk of getting herself hurt without him knowing what to do

Paracelsus wishes he knows more about human anatomy because its the closest one to ABA's physiology.

Since ABA is clairvoyant, she often hears the spirits of their victims which she tries to ignore, and probably because she doesnt know the correct response to a wailing dead person wanting justice. When its too much, she asks Paracelsus if what theyre doing was justified and that she begins to regret her rage filled jealousy directed at those that dont even bother them.

Paracelsus keeps telling ABA that she needn't to worry because it was a necessity for the both of them-- something he deeply regrets to say because he knows she has strong principles that she live by despite not being a human

Paracelsus, deep down, is ashamed of himself for tainting ABA for the purpose of tending to his bloodlust. He saw how genuine and pure hearted she is, but it turned into malice because of his demonic origin. He begins to wonder what ABA would be like if she found someone else years ago.

Just like ABA, Paracelsus has an unspoken fear of abandonment, but since he lacks capacity to feel other emotions, he doesnt notice this.

Ever since Elphelt and Testament approached her with good intentions, ABA wanted to make more friends like them, but is scared that others have ill intentions toward her and Paracelsus.

ABA's favorite book would be Alice in Wonderland when she was still in Frasco, specifically the part where Alice was trapped in a room or multiple doors with the smallest door being the exit. ABA admires this because of the concept of escaping, especially that there's a key involved. (Im biased bc my name's Alice and i like this story--)

Besides door keys, she also collects windup key and smaller keys for chests and compartments. She sees this as a symbol for discovering new things, especially music when she came across a music box that needed a key

Speaking of music boxes, she associates this object with Elphelt bc of her musical talent (and that she may as well look like the ballerina spinning on the music box)

Other than doors, music boxes, and compartments, she also came across a small doll that needed a key. After she winds it up, it began walking and talking towards her and freaks her out. But when it said "mama" in a robotic voice, ABA contemplates and wonders if she was ready to become a parent somewhere in the near future when Paracelsus has a body. An impossible thought, but one could never be sure, and it scares her.

Butterfly Pea tea with brown sugar, or sparkling butterfly pea lemonade with honey would probably her favorite drink because of its color. She shares this with her hubby 🥰😋

There comes a time that her bandanges would get uncomfortable and smell bad from blood stains and wounds, so Paracelsus tells her she needs to change them before she gets an infection. He does stop her midway because he realizes she isnt wearing any undergarments and proceeds to take her in the pocket dimension.

Elphelt offers ABA to shop with her to pick clothes suited for her. The first thing she sees at the boutique display was a wedding dress and begins to day dream a wedding with Paracelsus. Without her looking, Elphelt happily buys the wedding dress with matching tuxedo and gives it to ABA, despite Paracelsus' protests (the fact that he hears them chatting about setting up the wedding next day had him ded on the spot :P)

ABA watches home video tapes left in houses unoccupied by their owners (abandoned or they went on vacation; ABA is a home intruder lol). She finds a tape labeled "Happy Day" and it plays a recording of a newly wed couple dancing at their reception. The way the couple moved gracefully tickled an idea in her brain and insisted she and Paracelsus should dance. But since the large key doesnt have any legs, her attempts in waltzing with him went nowhere 😅 (and this gave more reason for ABA to find a body for Paracelsus)

At late nights when ABA is asleep, Paracelsus wonders that if he had a body, would ABA still be shorter or they would be in the same height? Either way, he was impressed that she can keep herself up with that low weight despite her tall stature, more so on how she was able to carry him around without much muscle mass.

When he sleeps beside her, her hair unwittingly falls on his bow and feels how soft it is. A very pleasant feeling he won't admit.

Everyday, Paracelsus keeps reminding ABA that she needed to eat to gather strength. ABA often forgets to eat because its not hard wired in hr system, nor that it was even natural for her to eat in the first place.

You didn't expect the moment you open your eyes to be greeted with such colorful characters, and in an RPG game no less. But you aren't complaining of course! This just makes things more entertaining for your part. And being worshipped as a god? This is an entire amusement park!

Your poor, poor acolytes...they have no idea what they have just brought upon this world. If you really were the creator of all no wonder Celestia decided to just one day order the archons to commit genocide. Your influence must have also greatly affected your creations which can explain why some of your acolytes have a questionable history.

Being in your presence just heightens their obsessive tendencies, if they weren't the type to hesitate to kill for you they sure aren't hesitating now. Some might even go as far as to kill in public in front of other devotees. It doesn't matter if it's supposed to be a joyous occasion, you were in danger (or at least they try to justify their actions..) and as your devoted acolyte, they should protect you. (Shenhe, Traveler, Heizou, and Childe)

There are already ones that kill for you, but with your dark influence, they start to get a little bolder with their feelings. It would just start with lingering thoughts of your touch before it gets more provocative and they start imagining it more often. If they were brave enough, they would think about it while you were still in the same room as them. How sinful, but you don't mind♡ (Cyno, Gorou, Ei, and Zhongli)

They are the ones who know something was wrong with the supposed "Almighty one". They can just sense that something was not right and will immediately distance themselves from you as much as it hurts them too. They would observe you from afar to confirm any of their claims, but it backfires. Your voice is one of a siren, and like a pirate, they follow your voice only to be drowned in the very ocean they loved. But they didn't know drowning in the ocean can be this...euphoric (Dainslef, Venti, Ayaka, Kazuha)

This batch has more control over their yandere tendencies, but their acts of worship intensify. Festivals/Holidays will be hosted by them, and while some of them don't have the influence and money to host an event they will be helping with the preparations for the event (Jean, Noelle, Ayato, Ningguang, Diluc)

They will worship you, but some may take a step back after seeing you out of character. You were always so considerate and kind, they didn't think you would order them to draw your symbol with the khanreian's hilichurls blood. At the end of the day, they will still do what you please in hopes you will have a reward for them.

If you have any features from your demon form (slit pupils, horns, claws, sharp teeth, wings, etc) they won't think anything ill of them. If anything some would adore them openly. Dragons exist, and hybrids aren't uncommon on Teyvat. They would assume you might be a hybrid of a greater celestial species, and it would have many legends based off of it. The acolytes that have horns or any sort of similar feature would feel connected to you in a way and are honored to even have something in common with you.

But no matter how they claim to adore you or how honored they are to worship you, they can feel themselves hurl at your mere presence. Some even feel ill when they stay beside you for too long, and they would assume they are being punished. Or you are feeling negative and one of your powers is to project your emotions onto the environment around you.

But is it really? You have the same smile on your face while they choke on their own blood. You laugh at them after they confess to you about the night terrors that they get every time they spend a day with you. You left them to die after you "trained" them to get stronger.

They are foolish to convince themselves that you care, but some like to believe that you are doing this cause you care for them, how pitiful of them. I'm going to give an example, Venti would try to argue with you if you ever try to spur trouble on Monstadt, saying how it's not right and that the people should have a say in your decision. But after hours of gaslighting convincing he would shut his mouth as you declare a new law that restricts basic human rights. His people will understand, this is normal for sure...right?

The other archons like Ei and Zhongli, mostly Ei, will not think twice about your new changes in their nation. Nahida would be the ONLY normal archon who would know that you are no god. You're just a poser, a demon, a vermin from the underworld taking advantage of your follower's obsession. She will try her best to make her nation aware of who you really are, but what's the guarantee they will listen to her?
