New drawing which ended up in a beautiful illustration!
At first I wanted to continue my quick drawings of beautiful ladies but this one became a full illustration.
A desire like that, and the result is not bad, what do you think?
I once again tried something~
"Be careful... the banshee is walking on her territory and arrived near the sea, in a silence.... maybe she will find a new lost soul to guide~"
The Blues Brothers is one of the greatest films ever made for many reasons, but the disparity in acting skill amongst the various rhythm and blues legends that make up the supporting cast is very good. Matt "Guitar" Murphy is reading his lines like they're being held up on cue cards whilst Aretha Franklin wipes the floor with him. Donald "Duck" Dunn is certainly saying things, but that's between him and the subtitles. We don't need to give Blue Lou any lines, you see, he has hair!
James Brown? Cab Calloway? Ray Charles? Zero notes.
Barbara was a gifted pianist and, according to Mahalia Jackson, one of the finest gospel singers in the country.
Following marital trouble, she left Aretha's father in 1948 and moved to Buffalo, New York, where her mother resided. She made a life for herself working in a music store, giving private music lessons, and training to be a nurse's aide. She and Franklin never officially divorced.
Although it was widely reported that she had deserted her children, Aretha Franklin disputed that claim, and Nick Salvatore of Cornell University took pains to discredit it in his biography of C. L. Franklin. According to Salvatore, she visited Detroit to see her children, and they traveled to Buffalo during summer vacations for stays with her.
Barbara died of a heart attack on March 7, 1952, at 34 years of age. Aretha was only 9-years-old.
The finished comic about the song Sweet Soul Music (sung by Arthur Conley Jr). This is for one of my projects called Album that will be filled with art inspired by music.

This is a Movie Health Community evaluation. It is intended to inform people of potential health hazards in movies and does not reflect the quality of the film itself. The information presented here has not been reviewed by any medical professionals.
The Blues Brothers has a few brief establishing shots showing patterned city lights, which create small, mild-to-moderate strobes, lasting just a few seconds each. There are a lot of police cars, all of which use a slow-spinning light. Late in the film, a machine gun is used in a dark sewer, and several are used at once in a stairwell.
A lot of this film takes place in moving vehicles, including high-speed chases, spinning, and jumps at extreme heights. One of these jumps is cartoonishly high, and involves about 30 seconds of falling.
Flashing Lights: 4/10. Motion Sickness: 3/10.
TRIGGER WARNING: One subplot involves flag-waving, uniformed neo-Nazis. There are brief jokes about human trafficking.
NOTE: This is an evaluation of the Unrated cut of this film, which includes scenes originally omitted from the theatrical release.
