When I feel like death, emotionally, physically and mentally, I find myself clinging to anything and everything just to feel something other than despair.

Right now that thing is Ninja Turtles...

I posted weeks ago about the new movie and how much I liked it and went back to watch the original 90s movie(will always be my favorite) and even the micheal bay version. Which to be honest are not bad but not good either? I kinda liked them.

Finally I also started to watch Rise of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and let me tell ya I am so sad I was not a fan way before because the show was incredible! I breezed by both seasons and I'm mad about how short it was. The movie was just amazing! The colors, the themes, the tone, the writing, just fucking amazing!

I pray that somehow it gets uncanceled and we get another season or even just like a special or something because I miss the boys.

I love the turtles in every itteration and find so much comfort in them since I've loved them since childhood. I also found Leonardo to be my absolute favorite which is wild because it has always been Mikey.

The fact that he's voiced by the lovely Ben Shwartz ( aka movie sonic himself) did not help. I love that sassy man.

Overall loved Rise and I've been diving in and out of fanfics that I'm so late to.

Thanks dudes for keeping me sane in this sad time in my life.
