I know we all want the destroyed wedding outfits to be like a (long time coming) Buddie makeout thing, but i just know it'll turn out to be something stupidly comedic...watch them spill some wine, trip over each other, and fall into a bush or something lol

i mean to a certain extent i get it, women have unrealistic body standards placed upon them and genderbends like that dont really help but i guess harassing people and blackmailing them is a bit too far.
Did I mention that the artist was female, that she'd tried to draw Fem!Miguel with more muscle and it just wasn't working, and that she ended up basing the final drawing's proportions on Urbosa from Zelda?

Okay okay, I have a Pirate AU idea.
Although Jimmy and his family only thought Jimmy ended up with his mother's eyes, that's not what happened.
It took a while, since his magic was sealed away and it took a bit to return to its full strength, but once it was unlocked, he started developing more sirenian features that not even Lizzie was expecting.
Nothing huge, he stayed mostly human. But he woke up one day with slit pupils and claws. Next thing he knew his ears turned to fins, his teeth were growing sharper, and a few scales had popped up here and there.
Lizzie taught him how to hide it, the same way sirens hid it when pulling the "helpless damsel in distress" act to lure sailors to their deaths. She was there to guide him through every weird new side effect of his mixed genes they discovered.
Jimmy was grateful for the support she provided, glad he didn't have to deal with everything alone, but he still started developing insecurities about it. He feared that anyone who saw him without his human "disguise" would be disgusted by him. So he hid it constantly, even from the people who already knew he was part siren.
As he formed his crew and grew in notoriety as a pirate, he kept his disguise up for so long it felt more natural than it did to be without it. He almost forgot he was even wearing it.
He developed a pretty severe case of imposter syndrome. It felt like he was lying to everyone around him, tricking them into liking him by hiding his true nature.
To him, it felt like he was too human to belong with the sirens, but too monstrous to belong with the humans.
The only time he ever took it down was at Lizzie's request. She did her best, but even she couldn't assuage his insecurities. After all, she'd never hid her true form from anyone for literal years, and she herself was a siren. In his mind, that meant she was bound to be biased.
The first person besides Lizzie to ever see Jimmy without his disguise was Scott.
It was pretty early on in their relationship. They had only just gotten together officially. Scott walked in on Jimmy staring at himself in the mirror without his disguise, trying to see what Lizzie saw.
Jimmy was terrified by this. Not even Joel had seen him without his disguise, and this relationship was still so new, he didn't want to ruin it already. He had no idea how Scott was going to react.
Meanwhile, Scott was discovering a few new things about himself.
They had a long conversation about it, in which Scott reassured him that it was okay, he wasn't upset that Jimmy had hidden it from him, and he still loved him.
Long story short, Scott was the first person to ever make Jimmy feel truly comfortable in his skin.
(This was supposed to be short wtf happened)
