Sorry, I couldn’t narrow down! 😩 I love learning about interpersonal relationships, but I also really wanted to know about which dorm your Yuus would go to if they weren’t in Rmashackle! I’m pretty sure I know where Yuusha would go though lmao 👀

also this isn't too much at all, there's no limit! (it'll only take me a while longer to answer depending on how many >.< but i wouldn't be against it)

and i answered for both of them because they're all really fun questions! i'm a sucker for interpersonal relationships too, character dynamics are really fun to explore and play around with!

(for #2: technically for both of them, their closest platonic friends would be grim, ace, and deuce because they've been there with them since the beginning. malleus would also be a runner up canonically but that's somewhat boring so the they are immediately disqualified.) (for #8: both of them dislike crowley the most so also automatic disqualification. (i’m not a crowley hater, it’s just funny in-universe 😭) i’m going to stick with the main boys and ignore the staff and other characters.)

2) Who is your OC’s closest platonic friend?

Yuusha's closest platonic friend would be Kalim.

They had an IMMEDIATE bond because of Kalim's friendliness and openness which is something Yuu had barely seen in the time she had been in NRC. It was a breath of fresh air. Of course, at first, she was skeptical (especially following that whole Scarabia fiasco), but they naturally gravitated toward one another and just heavily clicked in a purely platonic sense.

Food and gifts definitely seem to be their love language towards one another. And on top of that, they just love to hang out to have fun. Yuusha never gets tired of Kalim. And they seem to be very close with one another to the point you'd think they were dating.

It helped that Yuusha tends to be very affectionate towards her close friends. She can be very touchy and overall not afraid to show how she feels about people. However, she only sees all of her relationships as platonic (that is until the one(tm) cough Jamil cough can manage to click her heart a certain way) (if Yuusha and Jamil just decided to stay friends instead, Jamil would be her closest but I digress).

8) Is there a character your OC doesn’t like, if so why?

The twins. Yuusha doesn't necessarily consider it as a hate/dislike of them because she still manages to tolerate them; it's more that she doesn't trust them fully.

She finds it hard to read them and predict their next move. And that sometimes scares her. If there's anything that she fears the most is the idea of being used and taken advantage of. It is humiliating and downright degrading. It tells her that she was wrong about people and that she was too trusting. And that's something she hates having to accept.

And Yuu knows the twins are fully capable of that without remorse, so she believes that she always has to watch herself around them, making sure she always stays on whatever their "good side" may be. At least Azul seems to be straightforward with what he wants from other people, but with the twins, it'll always feel like a wild guess.

10) What dorm would your OC be sorted into besides their current one?

hndsjfdlk you're right, Yuusha would be in Scarabia

If Yuusha were asked this question, she would think that she would be sorted into Pomefiore because of its spirit of tenacity. She's always determined to work on bettering herself and doesn't like to settle with the bare minimum. It wouldn't be her first choice but that's what she would think.

But really Yuusha embodies more of Scarabia's spirit of mindfulness. Yuusha is mindful in an empathetic sense, and that trait of hers is more outwardly apparent.

She's pretty in tune with everyone's feelings which helps her to understand people better. And that also helps her to navigate her way around dealing with everyone.

If it benefits her, she would take advantage of people's feelings and emotions. It is usually not out of malice or selfishness, however. Yuusha will only do it if she thinks it will lead to the best outcome. Not that she would always be right.

2) Who is your OC’s closest platonic friend?

Yuuna’s closest platonic friend would be Riddle.

In general, Yuuna had grown a particular fondness for the Heartslabyul gang, and this was also especially apparent to Riddle. Despite being the first overblot Yuuna had witnessed, Riddle had grown on Yuuna and vice versa.

The two looked to be an unlikely pair—the hot-headed, abides-by-the-rules, powerful housewarden and the soft-spoken yet chaotic, magicless prefect.

It started with Riddle helping Yuuna study as a favor (and a thanks) for being the ones who were there during his overblot. But the study sessions turned into "hangouts" in the library, and it eventually transitioned outside—invitations to unbirthday parties, croquet, showing them the hedgehogs, etc. They also found things in common with one another, one of them being liking sweets.

Yuuna seems to have become Riddle's first real friend outside of Trey and Che'nya, helping him out of his comfort zone and let his inner child out once in a while. (also a bit of one-sided, unrequited crush from Riddle???)

8) Is there a character your OC doesn’t like, if so why?

There isn’t necessarily a character that Yuuna dislikes because they have grown somewhat attached to everyone.

However, if they were to consider someone who they liked the LEAST, it would be Sebek.

Sebek took the longest for Yuuna to get used to because, at first, they thought he was loud and condescending.

If there was anything Yuuna really hated, it would be being underestimated and treated as someone who is less than. And Sebek was the someone who would actually verbalize that, aggressively even.

But outside of Sebek's fanboyish tendencies, Yuu found his more genuine side once they managed to get to know him a bit better.

10) What dorm would your OC be sorted into besides their current one?

Yuuna would be sorted into Savanaclaw because of the dorm's spirit of persistence.

At first when I looked at Yuuna I was like, "oh they'd definitely be in Heartslabyul because I'd love that for them" considering their main squad is the Heartslabyul boys. Yuuna would think the same for themself.

But when I thought about it more, they would not be sorted into Heartslabyul at all because having some sort of strict code of conduct is not a defining thing about them.

Yuuna's physique and disposition is against Savanaclaw's stereotype of having the jock-types. They're not even very athletic, but they make up for it somewhat by being a competitive sort.

It's clear though that the dorm's spirit of persistence shows in Yuuna being the type to be adamant to achieve whatever they have to and not letting obstacles hinder them. They also have that loyal spirit that is akin to being part of a pack.

Also a little bonus, if Yuuna was a beastman, they'd be a rabbit :3

HI FRIEND! Sorry this took me so long to do! But ok, so I actually have this planned out as a chapter in my main story fic. So this is a perfect way to get it all written out for myself!

BUT ONTO THE ASK! MY YUU'S FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE NRC CLUBS!

BASKETBALL CLUB

Hi Jamil~ Flirty to the max, making him miss the shot he was trying to do

Isn't into sports in the slightest, but wanted to see what was offered at the school

Is honestly, too physical to play basketball, she'd be elbowing people in the ribs and Floyd would be supporting her

So for the safety of the other teams, Yuu was not allowed to join

Promises to come to the games to cheer for Jamil and Floyd (And Ace, but fuck him)

TRACK CLUB

Not a chance in hell. Boobs too big to be running around

Made fun of Deuce for thinking the school would have what is basically a motorcycle club

Did tell him it was a good choice of club since he wanted to be a cop in his future

BOARD GAMES CLUB

He's not TRYING to kill Yuu's budding passion for magical sciences, he's TRYING to protect the masses from the bioweapon they're probably gonna make on accident

Rook is so excited, he wants Yuu to join the club so badly

Trey knows Yuu will either make something that will actually kill someone or would drink something they're not supposed to on accident and die.

Summary: Victoria helps Yuu with some errands only to find herself dreaming of Malleus Draconia

"Thank you for helping me out last minute, Victoria," Yuu said apologetically as the girls entered Ramshackle. "I usually ask Ace and Deuce to help me clean out the rooms, but they bailed out on me."

Victoria chuckled and elegantly waved her hand in the air. "Nonsense, Yuu. I am happy to lend you a hand." She followed Yuu into an abandoned room hidden deep in the dorm. The entire dorm was currently undergoing a makeover after Charons barged in. Luckily for Yuu, Vil had allowed her to return to the dorm to grab some last-minute things before her vacation at Pomefiore began. 

Victoria let out a whistle as Yuu entered the room. "Wow, Vil was not wrong. I thought he was lying when he complained about how dusty this place was."

Yuu grinned, having been used to hearing similar remarks from others. "I blame it on Crowley’s minimum wage salary, but Grim and I survived somehow. You should have seen how Vil was when he was here. If he was not rehearsing, he was coming up with a list of how to renovate this place."

"Pomefiore was quiet with him gone. It was nice to taste what it was like being a housewarden during it," Victoria muttered the last part.

"What did you say?"

"Nothing, Yuu." Victoria smiled softly and approached a nearby box. "I wonder what is in here."

"Be careful. There might be some broken artifacts in there."

Victoria chuckled. "I know, Yuu. That is the last thing you need to worry about for me." Her fingers grazed something cool and hard. Victoria, interested in the item, carefully picked it up to examine. She blew out some of the dust to reveal the artifact. It was a long necklace with an oval-shaped gemstone at the pendant. The gem was held in silver with a rose engraved in it. Victoria was unsure about the gem's color as it was dust-covered. 

"Whatcha got there?" Yuu asked, stepping towards Victoria. Her eyes examined the pendant. "I have never seen before. It does not look like I've seen in my history book either."

"It's probably something from the previous inhabitant." Victoria shrugged. "You could probably sell it for some money if we can see what this gem is." She pulled a handkerchief from her pocket and cleaned the necklace. A bright light appeared the moment Victoria rubbed the cloth against the stone. 

"What's going on?" Yuu panicked, startled as she covered her eyes with her arm. 

"I don't know!" Victoria exclaimed. She dropped both her handkerchief and the necklace in the chaos. Just as the necklace hit the ground, a cloud of smoke appeared and enveloped Victoria's body. She felt her eyes grow heavy, and she began to lose control of her body. A piercing sound filled her ears and overpowered Yuu's concerned yelling. Victoria began to feel lightheaded as her vision became blurry. 

Before she knew it, everything became black.

Victoria was running through the forest.

It was a complete 180 from where she was a minute ago back in Ramshackle. Her purple and black gown flowed around her as she automatically navigated her way around. It felt familiar, yet Victoria had never been there before. 

The forest was dark but had a strong aura of magic within it. Victoria could see some steep cliffs and mountains in the distance. Despite that, the moonlight warm against Victoria's skin. The girl felt a smile form on her face. Her body felt free even though she could not stop to observe the scenery. 

A set of firefly-like lights appeared, causing Victoria to stop moving in the middle of a field.  

"Took you long enough," Victoria found herself automatically saying. Victoria’s eyes widened in shock. It was like she was trapped in her own body. 

The lights formed into a familiar figure, one she was not too pleased to see. "I had to give you a head start before I searched for you." Malleus grinned, and he pulled Victoria into his arms. 

WHAT? Victoria asked internally, but the close proximity gave her a better look at Malleus. Gone were the Diasomnia dorm uniforms, but a black and purple outfit with a cape and silver pieces of armor on it. A silver crown with a green gem in the center was on his head. His face looked more mature than what she was used to. Yet, his eyes looked the same, except he stared at her like she was the brightest star in the sky. 

"You don't have to give yourself a handicap. We could've arrived together."

"Really?" Malleus chuckled. He gazed into Victoria's eyes and pushed some of her dishevaled purple hair behind her ear. "I prefer me chasing you. It reminds me of our school days, where I would chase you across campus to get your attention."

Malleus? The prince of Briar Valley, chasing after her? Victoria thought. That annoying prince would consider that the last thing he would ever do. 

"This again? I've already lived and heard this story many times. It's your fault that the kids keep asking about it before they sleep."

"The kids like it because it helps them sleep peacefully at night," Malleus smirked. "It also gives me time to dedicate my nights to having you sc-" Victoria covered Malleus' mouth with her hand. 

"Don't think about finishing that sentence, Draconia." 

Malleus pressed his lips against Victoria's palm and gently pulled it away to speak. 

"I was going to say, screaming happily about the gargoyles. What was that phrase Lilia mentioned? ‘Get your mind out of the gutter.’ You should do that, my love." He smiled innocently. Victoria frowned. She made a mental note to punch Lilia the next time she saw him. Malleus laughed at her reaction. "Now, now, let's focus on our alone time. We cannot let any second go to waste."

Victoria rolled her eyes, and her frown disappeared slightly. What was she even doing here in the first place? "I know, Malleus. I don't want to come home to find Lilia throwing the kids off a tall tower to teach them how to fly."

KIDS?! Victoria yelled internally. Sure, her body is saying these words automatically, but she did not have kids, and with Malleus, of all people!

"He won't. Although Lilia did the same to me when I was younger…"

Victoria placed her hand on Malleus' mouth again. "You better not finish that sentence for my state of mind." She felt Malleus smile as he gently pulled her hand away again. 

"I won't. Instead, I will do this." Malleus snapped his fingers, and fireflies filled the field. The girl had to admit, but watching the fireflies light up the flowers around them felt magical. It almost looked like the stars had come down from the sky and around her. Victoria kneeled in the grass to look at the light and noticed Malleus looking at her fondly. 

"Victoria," Malleus' voice caused Victoria to stand up. He held a hand out to her. "Would you like to dance with me?"

No

"Yes," Victoria said, and she let herself get swept away in a slow dance by Malleus. The fireflies made way for them with each step or twirl they took. Victoria wanted to look away, but the soft glow illuminated Malleus' eyes like emeralds. The girl felt something in her chest she never felt before. 

I'm probably coming down with something. Victoria told herself. It's most likely from staring at Malleus longer than she needed to. 

Malleus hummed a tune for the two as they continued their dancing. Victoria had to admit that Malleus was a great dancer. She had heard stories about how good we were from students who attended the Noble Bell College event. 

She did not plan on admitting it out loud to him, though. 

Malleus stopped moving when the song ended. He picked up Victoria's left hand and placed a soft kiss near her ring. 

"Happy anniversary, my love."

To this day, Victoria has no idea what happened. Still, she only remembers Malleus's smile after he uttered those words and as the world faded away again.

There was chatter all around her, much more than there was before. Victoria could hear the worried tone in Yuu's voice and in the new person. Her head hurt too much to concentrate on the speaker. 

"Victoria?" a deep voice asked. Victoria felt something warm against her forehead. 

"I think I saw some movement! She must be waking up." Was that Yuu? That's right, Yuu was right by her before she got knocked out. The warmth went away. 

"Indeed, Child of Man. She is coming through." Victoria knew that voice from anywhere. Malleus Draconia. What was he doing there?

Victoria felt her head hurting like Tartarus. She groaned as she placed her hand on her forehead. 

"Where am I?" Victoria asked, opening her eyes. There was not only one face but two, and they both had concerned expressions. 

"You had fainted whenever we were cleaning out the storage room. You didn't wake up, so I called Tsunotaro for help," Yuu explained. Victoria looked at her with a confused expression. 

"You called Malleus? Why?"

Malleus spoke up this time. "The Child of Man said it looked like you were having a nightmare. I had used my magic to make it more pleasurable until you woke up."

Victoria frowned. Her view of pleasurable was not with a future with Malleus of all people. 

Yuu, noticing Victoria's frown, cleared her throat. "I notified Vil of your whereabouts, and he said you are free to stay here or go back to Pomefiore. I can prepare a guest room for you if you choose to stay here."

Victoria smiled at Yuu's offer and shook her head. "I think I will return to my room if that is alright with you."

"That's alright with me!" Yuu grinned as she turned to Malleus. "Malleus, can you walk Victoria back to Pomefiore?"

"Sure." "What?"

Victoria's usually poised face became flabbergasted as she turned to Malleus and then back at Yuu. "I could walk there by myself."

"I agree, but I don't want you to faint again. I would walk with you, but I must feed Grim his tuna. Luckily, Malleus is here, so I don't have to call Rook to come get you."

Victoria would prefer if Rook came by instead of Malleus, but the puppy dog eyes Yuu was making made it hard for Victoria to express her true thoughts. "Fine, I'll let Malleus bring me."

Yuu's grin grew wide. "Yay!" She jumped up and pulled Victoria to stand. "Make sure to text me once you make it back." Yuu pushed the girl towards Malleus, who caught her quickly. 

The walk back to Pomefiore was quiet and awkward. Luckily for Victoria, Malleus did not speak except for looking deep in thought and the obligatory "goodnight" once they reached her dorm. The halls were quiet as Victoria lay in her bed, her mind filled with the events from her dream. 

That's all it was: a dream. That does not mean it would come true.

Right?

Lilia entered the Diasomnia lounge with the intent of going into the kitchen. He was somewhat peckish and thought whipping up a late-night snack would help. No one should be up this late at night. The bat fae did not expect to see one of his sons sitting on the dorm's sofas looking deep in thought. 

"Malleus? Why are you still awake? You have class in the morning." Lilia said like a father would if he found his child stealing cookies from the cookie jar. 

Malleus looked at the clock on the wall, and his eyes widened. "It is? I did not realize how long I was sitting here."

Lilia raised an eyebrow and sat next to Malleus. "It seems like something is on your mind. You can let it out on me if you want to."

Malleus sighed and looked down at his lap before speaking. "Have you ever felt as if you were connected to someone? Like you were bonded to them?"

Now, it was time for Lilia to be the one in shock. "I can't say I have, but I read books about that phenomenon during my travels. There is a story similar to that where the Rose Princess met her prince in a dream."

"Interesting." Malleus hummed and turned to Lilia. "Earlier, I was in Ramshackle because the Child of Man said there was an emergency. Victoria from Pomefiore had fainted, and the Child of Man wanted me to use my magic to wake her up."

"Did your magic work?"

"I did not use any magic. I placed my hand on her forehead, and she woke up minutes later." Malleus confessed with a frown on his face. He looked away to think more about the cause, unaware of the smirk growing on Lilia's face. 

"Oh, Malleus," Lilia sighed and threw an arm around his son. "It seems like you need to learn more about what is happening. Luckily, I kept a few copies of those stories I mentioned in my dorm."

Malleus eyes sparkled. "I see," He stood up and dragged Lilia towards the dorms. "Then we cannot waste a second until we find an answer to my questions."

Lilia let himself get dragged away. All thoughts of the late-night snack were gone. His mind was interested in learning what was happening between his son and a girl.

🎵What would Bobo's favorite song be?

I'd say it's the first song she heard from Baentu, which I give a little snippet in Baentu's ref. Gosh I still need to set something up before I feel like I can share Baentu. Which so far is mostly resting on me actually designing the man-eating beasts in the Mycelind Kingdom but I just haven't yet. (I think it's mostly because finding the refs I want takes longer now as I have to consider if what I'm looking at it ai-generated or not.)

I only have a few words of the song as I'm not musically-inclined. My idea being behind it that it's a heartbreak song but Baentu's aludes to it not really being one, just a bit of poking fun at love songs, break up songs, and such as Baentu's aroace. Don't know if I can actually get that idea across if I ever do attempt to write the lyrics. Which would be all I'd be able to do, I can only roughly read sheet music. I'm thinking it would be in the rock/metal genre with some screamo elements. (Keep in mind my grasp of music genres is kind of weak.)

Actually these two songs are what inspired/caused me to base what type of music Bobo likes. Sun Killer by Spiritbox and Promise by Voyager. (text links are to youtube videos)

🕑 What time does Bobo generally wake up at?

I actually still haven't figured out her schedule- I want to be wild and say 4 am but really I should plan out what her schedule usually looks like so I can have an actual answer.

Okay I penned up a rough idea of what her schedule could be and I hope it's not realistic and that I can fine-tune it because I have it suggesting to me that Bobo does wake up at 4am and goes to bed around 11pm. Which would be roughly 5 hours of sleep... which again we pulling into the fantasy/videogame logics as how can someone survive years of so little sleep? Adults are supposed to get at least 8 hours of sleep (unless they have lucky genetics) and anyone younger tends to need more sleep than that.

I know she's going to have several different schedules for different days too as I didn't cover international affairs, working out, fight practice, time to visit Baentu, and such. Actually I should try figuring out what all the government official positions would be and that might help me better fine-tune her schedules. I know I have ideas for their being councils to handle certain parts of the government.

Twst Bobo should take advantage of her situation and let herself get more sleep but she doesn't want to struggle with fixing her schedule if she ever does get back home. Plus she can use all the free time for studying (like geez Grim and MC must have terrible grades as surely it's like them skipping middle school and going straight to high school) and for getting to try things she never had time for before. Like woodcarving, painting, and with some outside encouragement, video games.

So uh, tldr: Bobo has a habit of waking up at 4 am.

💢 What's one thing that's sure to piss off Bobo?

Poking fun of the people from her kingdom. Trying to suggest that her kingdom isn't made up of humans or that they're all freaks. Along with just not taking the threats her kingdom faces all that seriously. Calling her a child, immature, someone incapable of running a kingdom. Also just disrespecting boundaries, whether that be her own or the others' around her. She's also a sore loser.

For example, Twst Bobo will snap if someone won't stop trying to touch her face. Most likely this type of provocation will cause her to physically lash out, whether that just be slapping a hand away or trying to squeeze someone's fingers with the idea to break them before snapping out of it. I know already that when it comes to VDC, Bobo cries out of anger that NRC loses. She's quite loyal so despite thinking the song Vil commissioned is generic and lame, that's her team! Bobo then holds a grudge against Neige, but I can't see her actually lashing out at him as he's depicted as so nice. So she'd probably just come off as grumpy in Neige's presence.

Basically Bobo has a temper that can flare up when it comes to pitting herself and those she cares about against something/someone else. Otherwise she tends to be able to keep it under control. If her temper breaks, she's usually able to reclaim control over herself rather quick. Usually she attempts to deal with her anger when she works out. Sometimes she gets way too invested in competitions and losing will upset her greatly.

💔 Have they ever experienced heartbreak?

Well I do have it planned than in her adult years that she'll probably have a few failed relationships, so I would think that counts? So she never really experienced any in her childhood. The closest she got in childhood was having a little kid crush on a rock-metal idol. Which of course didn't progress further than that. Though I suppose that just covers romantic heartbreak. I've usually only heard heartbreak when speaking of romantic feelings.

She was definitely heartbroken when her parents suddenly died when she was just eight-years-old. I think I have heard heartbreak being used in terms of familial bonds. Bobo had nightmares for quite a while when they died and actually couldn't sleep without a couple of plushies too. I haven't decided if the plushies are bats or goats. Eventually she did stop having nightmares but it took a little longer for her to no longer need the plushies to be able to fall asleep.

🧭 How easily can they find their way? Do they get lost easily?

That's a bit of a tough one to answer. Bobo does like to explore when she can, but she's grown up with tech that she's never had to worry about not having a signal. Tech that's set up to alert guards to her last location if it were to die or something were to go wrong. It's hard to say she can get lost when her kingdom's version of a phone/tablet can easily guide her back.

I do want to say she won't get lost all that easily as she has a rather great memory. So she takes notes of certain landmarks to give her a vague idea of the path she's taking and thus can backtrack if needed. Though if she were to fall somewhere with no easy way back up, then Bobo could possibly get lost. Especially easier for her to get lost if everything looks the same. With her eyesight, landmarks are usually certain glowing mushrooms and/or something that stands out in color.

💡 What's an idea that they once had that made others go "That's not gonna work," but it still worked?

I have several ideas and points for what Bobo's life may be like, mostly her childhood, but I haven't thought out too many specific stories. So I don't know if she's ever had a crazy plan that worked out. I feel like characters that are able to pull off wild stunts are usually ones that think outside of the box and/or not considered someone who thinks rationally/reasonably.

I'd like to think Bobo is quite reasonable. Even if she were to give an idea that causes others to doubt, she'd likely explain it until others can see what she sees. Also she likes to have others understand any of her plans so they can help correct any bits or give better ideas if they have them. If it is a wild idea that others may doubt, she might not even give others a chance to hear what the idea is.

Like the only one I can think of that counts would be the alt-route I wrote for Twst's Phantom Bride event. Bobo wasn't confident her idea would work, but she was certain that at the very least it could buy them all more time.

WALLY DARLING!

✦ starting with wally, I think he fits pomefiore. I mean— have you SEEN this man? He is beauty, he is grace and he will eat your face if you ever insult his hair. His name is Wally Darling for a reason, gotta look ready and pretty if you're a darling after all.

✦ He could also be in Diasomnia, perhaps? mfer eats with his eyes, i think that's powerful enough.

HOWDY PILLAR!

✦ I feel like Howdy would be in either Scarabia or Heartslabyul. Why Scarabia? Howdy is a shopkeeper so he's probably resourceful and knows the ways in business, he just seems like a pretty reliable and responsible guy.

✦ As for Heartslabyul, you cannot tell this mfer isn't Trey Clover but caterpillar. I may be wrong but he just gives me a lot of Trey Clover vibes so I feel the need to just— throw him into heartslabyul

Yuuta-

How they meet! Likely Tuna saw them while Yuuta was in the Botanical Gardens. As a part of the mountian lovers club, Tuna sometimes has to help Jade replant some specimens and thusly had seen Yuuta! Though since Yuuta seemed surround by an air of "do not disturb", Tuna dubbed it safer to watch from a distance. It's not until chapter 3 takes place that the two will actually interact! Since Tuna works in monstro lounge and tends to eaves drop on Azuls dealings, they probably overheard the task Yuuta has to do. Tuna catches Yuuta on the way out giving a snarky remark "Hopefully nothing FISHY happens on you're little adventure~" To be honest Tuna just wanted make a pun, but their sarcastic tone doesn't help build any bridges... it's up to Yuuta to decide if he'll let that slide or not!

How they interact/ Get along! Tuna's probably scared of Yuuta to a degree. Hearing bro has gun skills and knife skills is both impressive and frightening. On top of that hearing of his feats in the little time he's been brought here, Tuna will try not to get under their skin too much from here on out. Tuna likes to prank, but they know not to stick their hand in a bee hive. If Yuuta ends up making friend with Tuna, it's likely a calm friendship. Yuuta can come get snacks while Tuna is on duty and Tuna will go watch Yuuta do knife tricks. Unless Yuuta wants to talk, its going to be whats it called.. !!! Parallel play LMAO- im sorry thats the only term i could think of. -This could become a similar relationship to how Tuna interacts with Jade (sarcastic banter and friendly bickering) if trust is built enough -Zodiac wise (im speaking purely from my own experience w a true bestie) : Scorpio + Virgo friendships STAY ON TOP!!!!! Victoria-

How they meet! So if you don't know, Tuna and Rook are besties. Besties who fuel each others eccentric personalities... If she had a headache with one, she will have two headaches with both. One day while the two fools were heading along to Rooks dorm for a hangout, Victoria happened to be passing along. Looking as stunning as always, Rook released plenty of praise to which Tuna also joined in "You have wonderful style! Truly as Rook says 100 points!" From then Tuna will likely start noticing Victoria around more often and may give a wave hello. If Tuna so happens to hear Victoria's claim of seeing and hearing all, Tuna will invite her to join them and Rook during their daily... uh... rounds of the campus (they watch the other students;;; =v=). I MEAN WHAT BETTER BONDING THEN OVER A SIMILAR ACTIVITY! ^o^ is what Tuna is thinking at least. -Note Tunas UM allows for a stealth buff so when they invite Victoria for these rounds, it is quite literally they are all hidden w Tunas UM, Rook analyzes and Victoria can choose what she'd like to do as they go along campus being terrors. They mostly eavesdrop on classroom/ hallway gossip.

How they interact/ get along! Tuna personally just admires Victoria's beauty a lot, they aren't scared of her so much as they worry about making her upset. Depending on how Victoria responds to Tuna's odd way of friendship, there's two outcomes. 1) She dislikes Tuna -> Tuna feels the vibe is off and simply just waves in passing by and nothing more. 2) She doesn't mind Tuna -> Tuna sees this as an opportunity of friendship and further tries to encourage hangouts and fashion nights in which Tuna attempts not to dress like a rodeo clown for once. Overall I can see them being sort of similar to Vil & Epel oddly enough. Victoria being a sort of 'mother bird' picking and teaching Tuna, 'that ball of feathers yet to molt'. Slight bickering but by the end of things its not hatred at least.

+ Rosita is from a big family, though she tends not to speak much about them because she gets sad quickly. She has often mentioned her abuelita and abuelito. And her childhood friend/crush, Isabela.

+ She's not the smartest, actually she's quite dense when it come to anything academic, which often lead to her planning study groups with anyone that wants to join. (she ends up getting distracted or falling asleep way to quickly)

+ Rosa was actually in the process of applying to various colleges before she got transported. So to say she was angry about having to start over is an understatement.

+ She ranges from being a student to a teacher aid. She's often helping Crewel and Trein with grading papers and around the classroom. Every Thurday and Tuesday afternoon, she can be found in Crowley's office helping out with his work. She sucks at physical activity, so she doesn't really help Vargas.

+ Sam gave Rosita a part-time job at his shop! She works pretty often, but her schedule is inconsistant.

+ On her first day at Ramshackle, she became quick friends with the ghosts! They're besties.

+ She and Rook are actually good friends. Rosa finds him amusing and finds herself having a ton of fun with him. She and Rook often go on long rants about beauty or their current hyper-fixations. She feels heard when she's with him.

+ She's also super confortable with Malleus. Their first encounter was extremely embarrassing on her part, she cringes everytime. But they grow really close. They often get lost in converstions and can be seen reading together.

I have a few TWST OCs, so I guess I'll go with Sara for now since she's the most developed at this point.

I ship her with Leona first and foremost because they're my favorite children and I'm biased I think Sara's quiet but confident personality and difficult childhood would give her a different perspective on Leona. She knows herself well enough now not to be phased by most of Leona's posturing and half-hearted insults, but she's also dealt with feelings of worthlessness and irritability that would be familiar to Leona. Sara has sympathy for him, but also acknowledges that he needs to find a way to move forward instead of stagnating where he is. I think Leona would benefit from having a calm, stable presence in his life, romantic or platonic. Speaking from experience, sometimes nagging someone into action will only make them dig their heels in further. Sara definitely starts as more of a mom friend to him and Savanaclaw than a love interest. It's only after they've had a chance to spend time together and learn more about each other that they start to develop feelings. They probably don't properly start dating until at least a couple years after they meet. Once they do though, they will literally kill for each other. Sara is fiercely loyal by nature, and I headcanon Leona as someone who drops everything to protect what's important to him once he realizes that it actually is important to him.

(Unrelated to shipping, but since I know different people have different views on Leona's behavior; I personally believe he's suffering from some form of depression brought on by the most toxic mix of inferiority and superiority complexes with a dash of existential crisis for flavor, which he never got proper help for because every monarchy is a nightmare.)

If I had to pick a runner-up??? Jack was my first thought, but that feels too easy sooo... I'm gonna say Vil! Sara would be pretty indifferent to him at first, but I can see her being impressed by his dedication to his career and health. Iirc, Vil and Jack sometimes jog together? If it's not canon it's certainly believable, so I can see Sara and Vil getting to know each other during early morning jogs that turn into them just hanging out when Vil has time. Vil definitely introduces Sara to spa days, and she gets lost in the basically incomprehensible luxury. She starts having romantic feelings for him after his speech at the beginning of Chapter 6. His grace in defeat and his willingness to make things right endears him to her. I'm not sure what would draw Vil to Sara specifically, like they'd get along but I don't know what would make her stand out to him romantically? My first thought is that she genuinely has no concept of him as a celebrity. Not in the "she doesn't care me and that's hot" way, but in the "she has no preconceived view of me because she's literally from another dimension" way. So it's refreshing for him to talk to her about projects he's interested in and not hear that it doesn't suit him for any number of arbitrary reasons, or to watch a movie together that most would assume is too childish or cheesy for Superstar Vil. Just being able to indulge a little with someone. Might be out of character though, so take that with a grain of salt lol.

🌹 Where in the world does your OC feel most at home? Is there any reason why? If it’s not the place they were born, where were they born? Is there a certain somebody that makes them feel at home where ever they may be? What does home mean to them?

Since coming to Twisted Wonderland, Yuulan has had a lot of time to think about the concept of home and what it means to her. It's both essential but strange to her. She acknowledges its importance, and yet she has so few memories of what her home was before any of this happened. All she can remember is the name of the world she came from: Scala ad Caelum.

For her, home means familiarity, warm familiarity, and the feeling that no matter where she goes, there will always be a place where she knows she'll always be safe. Whatever she may have thought about the people in her previous life, she at least could rest assured that she was always safe in Scala. And despite whatever bullshit promises Crowley makes to her, she cannot say the same about Twisted Wonderland.

However, in her previous life, Yuulan felt most at home was the rooftop of her house. It was a place she would often go to think, gaze at the moon, and chat for hours with her little sister.

🍁 Where does your OC go when they need to have some time to themself? Would they ever have their own “comfort corner” filled with all the things they like? Do they have a favourite spot outside that feels like its theirs and theirs alone?

Besides his dorm room, Maximilian often goes to the courtyard when he needs time to himself. Though it's a spot often with other people, it's one of the places where he knows he won't be badgered by other students in his dorm or his dorm leaders for that matter. There's a special pillar leading into one of the exterior hallways that he often sits behind and it's more or less out of sight. The added bonus of this spot is that he can often count on Jade passing by and it gives Maximilian a good excuse to "accidentally" bump into him from time to time.

🌿 What way does your OC show that they care without using words? What way do others show your OC that they’re cared about without using speech?

Oddly enough, physical touch. Vidaria is EXTREMELY protective of her personal space and very rarely tolerates people touching her. But if Vidaria cares about someone and trusts them, they'll find that she's very physically affectionate and often shows her care by hand grabbing or even the occasional embrace. And for those she trusts, she fully welcomes her affection being recuperated. At the moment, the only people she trusts enough to let touch her are Silver, Iman, Riddle, Sebek, her handmaids and, under VERY specific conditions, the queen of Briar Valley.

Those around her show Vidaria that she's cared for mainly by respecting her wishes and allowing her space when she needs it.

🌌 Clear Skies - How long have you been writing your current WIP? Ummm… This is going to sound like I'm indecisive…

But I conceptualized the idea… At least a year ago? Like, I got into Twisted Wonderland around May or June? I was reading yandere fics on tumblr and I fell head over heels for some really good twst yandere writers. Particularly for the way they wrote yandere octatrio :D

Anyway, I began to think about isekai concepts and what sort of Yuusona I would have, which culminated in a scene that I wrote on September 7, 2022 (yeah, I wrote it in my notebook and just checked right now hahaha). The main bulk of my wip has been written for the past few months like around March-ish? And I'm hoping to debut it later this month. I am still working out some stuff, but hopefullly I'll get to share my work!

☁️ Cloudy - What inspired you to start writing your WIP? (or in general)

Let's see… I've always been a big fan of reading how other people interact with their favorite media, especially how they would create their ocs. Some people make blatant self-inserts (they are just as valid and can sometimes be the most compelling characters I've ever read), whereas other ocs are completely original and wonderful to read. It's like an experiment for me: dropping an unknown variable into the fanfic and seeing how the characters/events are affected.

I especially like it if canon is affected to the point where events are disrupted or discounted, characters reveal things about themselves or react in ways that isn't viable until the unknown variable entered their lives, or how much of canon remain unaffected. There are so many ways to go about isekai—ranging from the most angsty thing you'll read to something that clearly doesn't take it seriously/is a parody of the genre.

I also wanted to explore/expand on the canon lore within twst. There are so many concepts that were not explored or not said at all, and I wanted to write in some worldbuilding that would make experiencing the twst events more fulfilling.

There's also… some things in canon that doesn't mesh well with me and I was wondering if I could remedy that with my oc.

Another thing that inspired me was that I created an oc for a Creepypasta fanfic a few years ago (my first oc ever!), but her story was well contained and didn't have to follow many rules of canon (because Creepypastas don't really follow specific canons, only what has been popularly regurgitated over the years). For twst, I want to bend canon to my will and to make it… I don't know how to say it, but I want to write a character who would have realistic responses to being dropping into another world. My oc has her moments, but she does not want to be at NRC, hahaha!

“hold my hand, before we have to give each other up everything, I will give to you. everything.”

She had been on the run for days.

Raina gritted her teeth as she tugged her hood lower across her face to shield herself from the heat of the sun. She turned around, her eyes squinted as she glanced at her fellow travellers. Most of them (just like her) bore the mark of the Infection—Oripathy. Dark, crystal shapes that emerge from the skin.

“... We shouldn’t be too far away now.” She kept her voice calm and in control—even if she wanted to scream and cry about how unfair their situation was.

“Where exactly are we going, Raina-nee?” Her eyes met that of a child, clutching onto her older sister. Both had contracted Oripathy the most common way: being exposed to a dead body with the disease. Her heart broke—their futures, stolen from them. Not by the disease, but by the treatment they received from their homeland—Laterano.

It was the Laterano decree, that those who became Infected were forbidden from staying or entering Laterano territory.

“... We’re going to Rhodes Island.” Her smile trembled—and she was sure it was more of a grimace. “I am friends with the Doctor there—we exchanged research quite a bit before...” her voice trailed off. “... If there is a place who will accept us... I’m sure Rhodes Island will.” She looked up, and hoped that there was nothing but determination on her face. “So just a bit more everyone..! We can do this.” She helped guide everyone across the sandy terrains they were crossing before—

She raised her head again and peered into the distance. The sun had just begun to set, dragging its brilliant colours of red and yellow past the horizons. In its wake, the sky began to darken purple and blue--like a bruise.

“We’ll need to set up camp soon...” Her hand reached up, and clamped tight on a small, diamond shape charm that hung around her neck. She felt her heart twist as she traced the shape with a finger—her eyes watered, and the smile she had been desperately holding up—immediately curled downward.

‘I miss them, gods I miss them. I don’t know how to live without them.’

After all, It was the first time, since she was born, that she was separated from them.

“Sankta Raina. You are accused of harbouring Infected when it was clearly against Laterano Law. Do you deny it?”

“I do not—but do you not have any humanity in you? These people are still Laterano citizens and are owed help by our government, on our lands—”

“Silence, Sankta Raina. You were not asked to speak.”

“That’s—”

“Sankta Raina. You are also accused of being Infected yourself… and hiding it from Laterano Authorities. Do you deny it?”

“… I do not.”

“Then you and your harboured Infected will be banished and stripped of your Laterano Citizenship and Privileges…”

“Are you serious? Now of all times, we should be united in understanding Oripathy and healing it…! Banishing me—us—it will not cure or help anything—You are just delaying something inevitable—!”

“Out there, you are no longer our concern or our problem. You are on your own, Sankta Raina. You will be stripped of your firearms on your way out of Laterano. Do you have any last-minute requests to make of us?”

“Oh, so now you ask!?”

“Speak it. And perhaps we will permit it.”

“… You won’t tell the twins.”

“Naturally. The two of them are core members of Laterano’s Apostolic Gun-Knights. Their very reputation… their future would be tarnished by your actions… No, the two of them will be kept far away from the trouble you have caused, Sankta Raina.”

“… I’m glad we can agree on one thing.”

‘Jade, Floyd... I hope you two are okay. I hope you are not kicking up too much of a ruckus...’ she couldn’t help but desperately pray to any god or higher being that could be listening.

The twins were well loved in Laterano due to their effectiveness as Apostolic Gun-Knights and enforcers of the Laterano law. Their future in Laterano was brilliant—and not one she wanted to mar with her selfish actions.

“Perhaps… I can meet them again one day…” she raised a hand to trace the scars of Oripathy on her cheek. ‘But who am I kidding…’ It would be impossible to cross paths with them again—knowing that Laterano was likely going to send them as far away from her as possible.

‘So until I discover a cure… I can’t see them… and even then, with what I’ve done… Laterano will not make it easy.’ She gritted her teeth, the tears started to gather at the edge of her lashes and she started breathing heavily in an attempt to not let the tears fall.

‘I can’t cry..! If they were here—! They would tell me not to cry—!’

Her thoughts are cut off by a sharp scream behind her. She turned immediately, and what she saw made her eyes widen.

‘Laterano’s Apostolic Gun-Knights!?’

She rushed over to her group as she rubbed fiercely at her eyes to ensure there were no tears before she confronted the Gun-Knights. She slid to a stop and spread her arms out in a protective stance over her group.

“We were peacefully allowed to leave Laterano territory.” Her eyes narrowed and she bared her teeth. “So why are you here? Threatening my companions?”

The Gun-Knight peered at her.

“Are you Sankta Raina?”

“Y—yes. Why do you need to know—!?” Before she could finish her sentence, the Head Gun-Knight gestured with his fingers and two of his accomplices quickly manoeuvred themselves to hold her down on either side. “What are you—?”

“We have reasons to believe that the criminals we are chasing down are looking to meet up with you.” The Head Gun-Knight said. “So we are using you as bait.”

“Criminals?” She questioned, stunned. “What—who would—? I’ve never—!” The Knight looked almost bored as he stared at her.

“Who else but—”

‘No they wouldn’t—’

“J—”

BANG BANG.

The Knight slumped down, dead—and her companions all shrieked in surprise. Raina flinched as she felt blood splatter across her cheeks before she craned her neck to see—

The Twins.

Just as she remembered them. Aquamarine halos and diamond shaped wings shimmered under the light of the daybreak sky. They were beautiful—so beautiful. Raina’s heart skipped a beat at how handsome they were—standing before her, protecting her, as they always did since they were children.

Except...

“Awww, we wanted to keep it a secret a little longer~ Ne, Jade?” Floyd had a tail. Diamond tipped—like his wings. It twisted and flicked around, as if expressing his excitement.

“Ee, Floyd. Oh well, we can’t deny that this slight hiccup in our plans isn’t fun at all.” Jade had horns. Tall and curved wickedly—beautiful and grotesque on an angel...

“Ehehe. You’re right~! Let’s… have some fun…!” Floyd’s horns were identical to Jade’s—if not somehow pointed outward.

“Fufufu….” While Jade’s tail was identical to his brother in appearance, he moved his lazily by swinging it from side to side.

‘The Law is absolute. From the moment a Sankta aimed their gun at another of their kind, their fates were decided.’

Raina could only stare in horror as she watched the twins decimate the entire squadron of Apostolic Gun-Knights—with eyes glowing gleefully and mouths spread into wide, sharp grins. The other Gun-Knights stood no chance—the twins were considered their best agents in decades. Once they had finished, they turned back around, their eyes immediately fixated onto her. Floyd moved toward her eagerly before Jade raised his hand and stopped his brother. Floyd frowned and opened his mouth to protest but he was interrupted by Raina.

“... Why…?” She felt her throat dry. She was caught between sheer happiness at being able to see them, sorrow upon knowing what must’ve happened and—anger. Anger because she did not want this future for them. “Why!? Why are you here—I made sure—!”

“As if they could hide something so important from us.” Jade cut in, calmly. His gold and olive eyes peered down at her, before it flickered off to the terrified group behind her. His smile turned cordial. “Well, it’s quite late in the day. We should set up camp. Don’t you agree d—Raina?”

She turned around at that, to see that her group was staring at the twins in pure fear… as they would any Sankta who had fallen from grace. “Yes… Do… do not worry.” She stood up shakily, “They’re my friends… They’ll keep us safe.”

She smiled—and she wondered again, how reassuring could it even look—when she herself was terrified.

‘What have you two done…?’

The whole group skittered around when the twins had rejoined them after disposing of… the bodies. She had only approached them once—to offer them dinner, before she slipped away from their grasp to look after her companions. She could feel the heavy weight of their gaze on her shoulders—down the black crystals that formed on her arms… But she ignored them for as long as she could as she dressed or reworked any of her companions’ injuries.

She did this—going around the hot fire at the center of their camp, until there was no one left to distract herself with and—

“You’ve kept us waiting long enough!” Floyd pouted as he yanked her down to sit in between him and Jade. The other twin stared at her, as collected as ever, as he poked a stick into the fire.

“I have to take care of everyone.” She bit out. “They’re my responsibility now.” Floyd only huffed in response before he nuzzled into the curve of her neck, lips dangerously close to—

“Don’t—!” She flinched back, briefly hitting Jade as her hand went up to cover the crystals that had formed across her skin.

“Haah? You’ve never resisted squeezes before!” His expression twisted. “Is it because of these?” He gestured to his newly acquired demon horns and tail.

“No--of course not—it’s… I’m… an Infected now… I just thought...” The twins snorted in unison.

“You must be a unique kind of stupid, doll. If you think your infection will make us stay away from you.” Jade said dryly, as his hand snaked around her waist and pulled her tight against his side. Before she could protest, Floyd moved, and pressed up against her—which squeezed her in between them both.

“You…” She felt her eyes water and she blinked rapidly—in an attempt to not let her tears fall. “Nothing’s changed…?” her voice cracked.

“Absolutely nothing.” They said vehemently, once more in unison.

“Your future…” She raised a shaky hand to trace her fingers up the length of their dark horns. Both twins bent down, their eyes fluttered shut at the sensation of her hand against their new appendages. “... You shouldn’t have fallen… not for me.”

“On the contrary.” Jade purred as he nuzzled against her shoulder, lips pressed against the crystals there. “How could we picture a future without you?”
