Potential 8 Balls and Medleys for 2ourdust!

Originally did this for the first US leg as well as the EU/UK leg, doing it again for 2ourdust! Some special little additions will be here too :)

Note -> this is will include songs that have been already 8 balls! Based on the 8 ball contest, it looks like the 8 ball will be resetting once again! And medleys too since some songs that have debuted there. It will also include the setlist staples as those are songs you can enter in the contest as well :) EDIT: after the first show (February 28th) I have removed the setlist staples- any changes will be edited in :)

Before when I was talking about the posters I was discussing how it seemed that they gave her back her cunningness and determination from the books and I am SO HAPPY THEY DID. Because THAT is a queen of he seven kingdoms THATTTTTT is MY WOMANNNNN!!!!

Also this is a side note: but I like how she refers to Aegon as Alicent Hightower’s son, not her brother or half brother but as ALICENTS SON!!!! I feel like it probably has to do with them not being close, but it also it makes it feel like Rhaenyra doesn’t consider him a true son of Viserys. Very interesting, can’t wait for there beef to get more intense.

I feel it being Mysaria would be very interesting. Maybe it’s her pleading ‘loyalty’ towards Rhaenyra. And then later on (if there keeping it like how it is in the books) helping Daemon blah B&C.

This is Corlys definitely telling Rhaenys not to get involved and Rhaenys telling him she has to do what’s right for her house and what’s right for Baela and Rhaena 💔💔💔

My Emotions Are Naked (Buddie Fanfic)

Summary:

Eddie doesn't know how long he has had feelings for Buck. But when he meets a guy named Alex and starts dating him, he figures that maybe he is over Buck, but it's never that easy, is it?

Chapter 1

It was the 16th of June, exactly 6 months and 21 days after they started dating that Marisol broke things off with Eddie. And 6 months and 21 days later, Eddie felt like he could finally breathe. Marisol was beautiful, kind, smart, and most importantly had the seal of approval from his Abuela, and that’s why Eddie stayed with her, even though he knew that they just weren’t meant to be. It was also around that time when he realized that he may have feelings for someone else. But he wasn’t ready to open that can of worms yet. Marisol wasn’t mad when she broke things off with Eddie. If anything, admitted that she always knew there was someone else. In the end, she gave him a hug and a gentle kiss on the cheek, followed by, “I hope you and Vanessa are happy together,” before heading out, leaving Eddie very confused. Vanessa. Right. Marisol thought Eddie was in love with Vanessa.

“She what?” Vanessa laughed that loud, obnoxious laugh of hers when Eddie called her after dropping Chris off at school. Chris understood or at least he tried to understand why Marisol broke things off with Eddie. He was sympathetic. He gave him a look that said he wanted to say more, but instead, he shook his head, said his goodbye, and headed to class.

“She- she thinks you’re in love with me?” Vanessa just couldn’t stop laughing and, frankly, it was pissing Eddie off a little.

“Vanessa-” Eddie said as a warning.

“Sorry, sorry, it’s just hilarious to me that Marisol thinks you’re in love with me,” Vanessa replied. “I mean, she was with you for 6 months and she couldn’t see that you’re so hopelessly in love with-”

“Don’t” Eddie quickly cut her off. “Please don’t.”

“Okay.” Vanessa finally got serious. “Eddie, you do know that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that-”

“‘Ness I’d rather not talk about it,” Eddie told her.

“Then why did you call me, Eddie? If you weren’t ready for some cold hard facts?” Vanessa asked.

“I called because you’re my friend and I needed someone to talk to,” Eddie replied.

“Well, if you needed someone to coddle you then you should have just gone to Buck,” Vanessa told him. “I’m not here to do that for you.”

“Fine, I’m hanging up then,” Eddie huffed.

“Don’t let me stop you, Eddie.”

Eddie could almost feel Vanessa rolling her eyes on the other end. He paused for the longest time before saying, “I’m not in love with him. I can’t be.”

“Why?” Vanessa asked with pity in her voice that made Eddie cringe. “Because your family thinks it’s wrong?”

“I don’t wanna talk about this, ‘Nessa.” Eddie sighed as he parked in his spot at the firehouse parking lot. “I have to go. I’ll talk to you soon. Say hi to Joaquin for me.”

“Oh yeah, Joaquin and I broke up,” Vanessa said unsympathetically.

‘Seriously?”

“Don’t judge,” Vanessa warned him. “I didn’t judge you or the fact that you’re in love with your best friend.”

“Vanessa!” Eddie groaned

“Okay, byeee…” With that, she hung up.

Eddie sighed and got out of the truck. He waited a few seconds, just taking in some fresh air before he headed inside. The last person he wanted to see was the first one to spot him.

Buck came over to him, and he did not look too pleased.

Eddie immediately put up a front and smiled at Buck. “Hey, Buck. How’s it going?”

“How’s it going? I’ve been calling you since last night!” Buck said moving his hands around. “I got a concerning message from Marisol, telling me to make sure you didn’t do anything reckless. What the hell is going on?”

Eddie groaned and pinched the bridge of his nose. “She had no right,” he said annoyed. He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up.

“Eddie, what’s wrong? Talk to me.” Buck gave him his pleading puppy dog eyes.

“Marisol broke up with me,” Eddie blurted out.

Buck looked taken aback by Eddie’s admittance. “Oh,” he said before his features softened and a sympathetic look crossed his face. “Eddie, I’m so sorry.”

“Don’t be,” Eddie told him. “It was a long time coming.”

“Really?” Buck looked taken aback again. “I thought you two were going strong.”

Eddie wanted to laugh humorlessly at that. Who could possibly think that Eddie and Marisol were going strong? “Well, we weren’t.”

“Can I ask what happened?”

Eddie sighed, crossed his arms, and shrugged. “We just weren’t working out anymore.”

Buck assessed Eddie’s face, making Eddie squirm under his gaze. “Eddie, is there someone else?”

Eddie’s heart skipped a beat and suddenly an irrational fear took over him as he wondered if Buck could read his face. “No! There isn’t someone else, Buck. Do you really take me for someone who would cheat on their girlfriend?” He was a little hurt that Buck would even ask him that.

“Eddie, that’s not what I meant. I don’t think you cheated on your girlfriend,” Buck assured him and put a hand on his shoulder. “I’m sorry if it came across that way.” He searched Eddie’s eyes when Eddie averted his. “Are you okay?”

“Yeah, I am,” Eddie replied honestly.

There was a long pause before Buck said, “Okay. Do you wanna hang out tonight? You, me, Chris?”

Eddie huffed out a laugh. “Even I barely get to see Chris these days. He’s so busy with his friends.”

“Okay, what about you and me then?” Buck asked in a hopeful voice.

Eddie’s heart ached. He wanted nothing more than to say yes but, truth be told, Buck was the last person he wanted to spend time with right now. “Not tonight, Buck.” Eddie immediately felt guilty when he saw the sad look that fell over Buck’s face. “How about over the weekend?”

Buck perked up at that. “Yes! Weekend sounds great!” He said. “I’ll make you some killer cocktails that will make forget all about your breakup.”

Eddie couldn’t help but smile at that. “I’ll take you up on that.”

Before starting to read, I blocked questions etc... it's going to be like this until the end of June then I'll see. energy oracle: Catherine is ready to open a new chapter as a royal, she has a lot of hope, she hopes to enter a more solid phase away from the dramas. She is no longer in her heart chakra and she is more in her ego, in action mode, she is in her masculine energy (Catherine has more of a feminine energy) but she is also in patience mode, she has been waiting for things to thaws because there is little openness, so she waits for the right moment, her third eye is open so we have intuition. In conclusion card we have 2 abundance cards.

Catherine and her health in general: a lot of anxiety we start with the 9 of swords, but we are working on a problem from the past, there is a medical team with the 7 of swords around her (no energy loneliness) in order to gain confidence to achieve a blessing. With the 2 sticks, we move forward on a somewhat unstable situation, the fear of the past comes back again, we asked for help from a masculine energy which holds knowledge (king of swords) in conclusion card we have the mage chapter 1 the beginning, key words trick and will.

CATHERINE AND 4 CHILDREN: ok we start with her past, it really marked her, she had miscarriages but she couldn't talk about it (catherine and william sent a letter of condolence to cristiano ronaldo) she made the decision with the ace of swords to keep any information or emotion to herself. We continue to work but alternate moments of rest. during the first paragraph we had the card of the 9 of denier and I find the 10 denier = solidity, heritage, construction of something solid. there is still a notion of things that come back and that we have to face because I have a row of sticks with the energy of the knight of sticks. But I also have a notion of rest. there is something going wrong but unrelated to catherine's health lots of fire energy???? (meghan) lots of fire and it's not Catherine's usual energy.

Fate: The Winx Saga - Reverse Big Bang!

A reverse Big Bang is a fandom event in which the artists and authors join together to create a collaborative work. First, fandom artists will decide on an artistic idea of their choosing. After artists have settled on their idea, fandom writers will have a chance to view all ideas (posted anonymously) and sign up to be matched up with an artist to create a fic that goes along with the art. Works will be revealed starting August 1st.

Schedule:

May 30th to June 15th: Artists will come up with a concept and sign up for the event. (SIGN UP HERE)

June 16th: The prompts (artist ideas) are posted on the WinxSource tumblr.

June 16th to June 18th: Authors select their prompts and sign up for the event.

June 19th: Authors and Artists are contacted by WinxSouce mods with their match.

June 20th to July 31st: Authors and Artists work together on their collaborative work.

August 1st to August 7th: Works are posted and revealed!

Mods will perform occasional check-ins on each team's progress, but please keep the details of your collab under wraps from other participants (except your paired artist/author and mods) until your posting date so the reveal will be even more exciting!

The third season of Bridgerton is set to bloom back onto our screens later this spring. Part 1 will debut on May 16th, and Part 2 will debut on June 13th. While we wait to watch how Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton (finally) get together as a couple, I can’t help but think ahead to what’s coming after Season 3. Shondaland threw fans for a loop when it was revealed that the Netflix series would go out of book order, jumping ahead to Romancing Mister Bridgerton. This means we won’t know who the Bridgerton Season 4 lead will be until they announce it. However, a recent fan event held with stars from the show seemed to hint at who it would be.

When Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict, was asked for more details about what audiences will see from his character in Season 3, he was very tight-lipped, even Shonda Rhimes butting in to answer, “Spoilers!” What we do know is that Benedict will be taking over some of his elder brother’s responsibilities while Anthony and Kate continue to enjoy married life, and that audiences will be very invested in Benedict’s storyline. With how secretive the cast and the showrunners were involving his character, the writing seems to be on the wall that Bridgerton Season 4 will focus on Number Two himself — Benedict Bridgerton. Again, I will hold onto this belief loosely until it is officially announced by Netflix and Shondaland. Even if they introduce Sophie Beckett at the end of Season 3, I still won’t believe it until the press release says it. The trust issues are real.

The Japanese variety shop that mainly sells collaboration goods with popular characters teased an upcoming Tamagotchi collaboration back in May, and now the collection has officially been announced. Thank You Mart is focused on products that cost ¥429 including tax, which is around $3.00 USD.

So what does the collection include? First off the theme is all about the cuteness and news of today’s teens and the time when you were crazy about Tamagotchi, so think retro! There are over 40 items in total, so it’s a lot to list. The collection features cushions, clear pouches, clear flat pouches, fluffy Mametchi and Kuchipatchi purses, hairbands, food contains, smartphone rings, acrylic coasters, stickers, hair clips, t-shirts, compact mirror, socks, keychains, stuffed toy key chains, and more!

All items are going to be available starting June 23rd, 2023 nationwide in Japan at Thank You Mart stores and official online shop. The stickers however are not available online, and only in Thank You Mart retail stores.

I don’t know. There’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot. I tried to weave it into the story, but my readers don’t come to me for Bridgerton family history lessons, so —

But I don’t know. I just — I keep thinking about it.

Did you know my grandfather was stationed here at the end of World War II? He came here in ‘44, about a year before it all went shit for the Germans. And when it did, he was given the option to leave Vienna and immediately return to London. At the time, he hadn’t been home — hadn’t seen my gran — in over three years. They wrote hundreds of letters to each other during that time — all of which are stashed in a box at Aubrey Hall, in case you were wondering. But anyway…

When the war ended, as much as my grandfather wanted to go home and see my gran’s face again, he wrote to her and asked if she would be willing to wait a little while longer. If she could stand it if he stayed here. If he remained in Vienna while the allied forces first occupied the city — to continue carrying out his duty.

She said yes. He stayed here another two years. He arrived back on English shores on April 6th, 1947. Two days later, they got married. They did at a courthouse, just the two of them together. Like they were the last two people in the world.

I, uh — I didn’t piece this all together through the letters alone. My dad actually told me about it a few weeks before he died. I remember asking him why granddad stayed in Vienna for so long after the war technically ended. How he could stand to stay away from the woman he seemed so desperate to return to.

I remember my dad telling me: “There are times when duty surmounts passion.” Which I didn’t understand. Mainly because I was eight and had no fucking clue what the word “surmounts” meant, but…

Now, I understand what he was trying to say. That duty and passion are separate. That my grandfather’s duty lied in war, while his passion lied with his love. That his duty went beyond his required deployment period. That he stayed in Vienna those extra two years because that’s what he felt was right, even if he would have preferred to go home and be with the love of his life.

Now, I —

I think my dad was wrong. He described my grandfather’s duty to his country as passionless — as if it was something he had to do when he wanted to be elsewhere. But I’ve read my grandfather’s journals from that time, and he never wrote about his life like he was carrying the weight of the world on his back. He may have been homesick and distressed at times — it was a bloody war, for god’s sake. But he — he was also proud of what he was doing. He was fulfilled. He was not drowning in a lack of passion.

I think we —

I think some people, at least, have multiple passions. Passions that are at war with one another. That make it impossible to achieve everything we want all at once. Some that beg us to go home, some that beg us to stay.

I think my grandfather made a choice. I think he chose one passion for a while, and one forever. I think he knew that once they married, he wouldn’t be able to bear living without my nan ever again.
