Yet another sketch page, day 3 of doing so, I think. I guess this one's a bit of Fan art for @deadeyedfae.

You can absolutely tell that I'm starting to get back into the groove of drawing with how less sketchy these are getting.

I really like her style, it's simple and cute and wonderful. So there's a bit of style emulation, and then a CURSED style emulation (Using more of my sona as a reference) where I added pupils. Intersetingly enough... It just doesn't have the same charm as with just the pure x pupils that DeadeyeFae does. It's really just a generic cartoony look.

And again, those little guys from my high-school years are back at the top. Again, great little guys to just practice some things that may or may not look right. Like foreshortening... HOW DO YOU FORESHORTEN!

A Civil Dawn is a nonprofit publishing company focused on ensuring the creation of media which is educational and positive representation for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people. We aim to do this by enabling and amplifying creators whose work aligns with our mission and goals. Our current focus is on web comic creators but we are excited for future projects like publishing zines and graphic novels, children's books, and other media from creators who match with our mission and values.
