Sleeping Giant and belongs in the orchid family Orchidaceae. The name Cymbidium, is derived from the Latin word cymba meaning "cup" "bowl" or "boat" with the diminutive suffix -idium hence "little boat". The Greek word “orchis” which means testicles, was the origin of the name Orchids. It was the flower associated to sexuality throughout different cultures in the world. The Cymbidium Orchid is a symbolism of morality, virtue, beauty, refinement, and love. H τοποθεσία "Φούρνοι" κοντά στο Καμάρι! 📸 Περίπου 3️⃣ χιλιόμετρα νοτιοανατολικά 🧭 ↘️ από το Καμάρι, κοντά στην παραλία Ελιά του Βενέτου (δείτε τον 🗺️). Προσβάσιμη με 🛥️, και από τη στεριά από ένα κοντινό μονοπάτι (πιθανότατα ακόμη και με 🚙, αλλά θα πρέπει να περπατήσετε αφού φτάσετε στο τέλος). Δυστυχώς παραλία πλέον δεν υπάρχει διότι είχε γίνει κατολίσθηση! Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για κολύμβηση με αναπνευστηρα, ψαροντούφεκο, cliffdiving (όχι περισσότερο από 4️⃣μ ύψος βέβαια 🤣) ακόμη και μια υποβρύχια σπηλιά που συνδέει τη θάλασσα με τις εσωτερικές θαλάσσιες "λίμνες" που σχηματίζονται ανάμεσα στα βράχια. Για περπάτημα στα βράχια θα σας συμβούλευα κάποια παπούτσια γιατί είναι λίγο μυτερά! ⚠️ Μεγάλη προσοχή, ΜΗΝ προσπαθήσετε να το προσεγγίσετε σε περίπτωση που η θάλασσα είναι ταραγμένη 🌊! ⚠️ ⛔ ΜΗΝ προσπαθήσετε να μπείτε στις σπηλιές. Είναι απαραίτητη ειδική εκπαίδευση και εξοπλισμός για να γίνει με ασφάλεια!!! ⛔ "Fournoi" location near Kamari!📸 Approximately 3️⃣km South East 🧭 ↘️ from Kamari, near to Elia beach of Veneto(check the 🗺️ for location). Accessible by 🛥️ and from the land by a nearby footpath(propably even by 🚙 but you'll have to walk after you reach the end). An ideal location for snorkeling, spearfishing, cliffdiving(no more than 4️⃣m high though 🤣) and even an underwater cave that connects the sea with the inside sea "ponds" that are shaped between the rocks. For walking on the rocks some shoes would be adviced because some are a bit pointy! ⚠️ Great care, do NOT try to approach it in case the sea is turbulent 🌊! ⚠️ ⛔ Do NOT try to enter the caves. Τα λουλούδια συνήθως ανοίγουν από αργά το απόγευμα (περίπου μετά τις 16:00, εξου και το όνομα " Λουλούδι της 4 ώρα) ή το σούρουπο(εξού και το όνομα "Δειλινό"), και στη συνέχεια παράγουν ένα ισχυρό, γλυκό άρωμα όλη τη νύχτα, στη συνέχεια κλείνουν για τα καλά το πρωί.
