As we once again enter this odd "fem fortress renaissance", as I like to call it, I feel compelled to post this, which I think about every time I see the term "fem Medic"
[Image ID: Slightly edited Twitter screenshot of a quote retweet. The original tweet, whose OP is censored, now says "Don't get me wrong, I loooove Medic's vibes. But I'm begging everyone in fantasy land to give us more badass old **femme** mad scientists." The quote retweet, by "ravi 'shipping up to boston' teixeira" @.raviteix, now says "The epidemic of saying 'femme' when you want to say 'woman' is actually great because you end up with tweets like this. You mean to tell me Medic isn't a femme queen? You mean to tell me Medic is masc? Medic is serving butch realness?" End ID]

I'm gonna be honest. I like Izuku staying shorter than the others even as they get older more than him just shooting up in height.
Like, come on, let's show a little more appreciation for the short ones?
I get some like the idea because All Might is super tall, but that is not because of OFA. Look at his flashbacks when he's a teenager and you can tell he's quite tall. The most OFA does for All Might's height is straightens his posture and adds like an inch or so.
If OFA does make the user suddenly taller, then it skipped En! Izuku would immediately have gotten a growth spurt if OFA makes one taller.
I don't know, I just like Izuku shorter than his peers. Of course, duh, he's going to grow. But I just think his height is a nice touch to his design.
Even better, it's not even a thing that he's teased for in canon. You know how Edward is teased for his height in FMA? Yeah, Izuku's height isn't made fun of like that constantly.

I struggle a lot with accepting my sexuality because sometimes I feel like people would label me as straight because I'm AFAB and prefer sexual content that involves men.
But the thing is, I'm gender queer so no matter what gender I'm attracted to, it's not straight.
But also like... I like fictional content involving men primarily, but fiction is different from real life.
I have very little desire to pursue real life relationships, but I know from my limited experience that my real life attraction and relationship dynamics are very different from what I enjoy in fiction.
In real life, I do like women and other genders quite a lot. In real life, I also prefer to be the dominant one in sexual situations. Whereas in fiction, I prefer men and I like to be in the submissive point of view.
What I consume as fictional content does not dictate my real life sexuality.
I'm a nonbinary bisexual. I'm not cis. I'm not straight. And me preferring men in my erotica doesn't invalidate any of that.

the turning point in atsv where peter b tries to "reason" with miles and miles tells him to stop calling him a kid, which gets miles hobie's praise. but jessica tells hobie that he isn't helping and hobie only responds with "good" and then miles looks at him with this troubled expression, like he finally understands what hobie was trying to tell him from the get go. miles understands that he can fight for more than what gwen and peter b have accepted as the cost for their place in spider society, miles understands he doesn't need this illusion of power they have to be spiderman. he already IS spiderman. then when miguel ensnares miles in the trap, while everyone else pointlessly tries to reason with miguel (the man, the authority), hobie goes directly to miles and reminds him he has the power to free himself. which results in miles breaking free and dismantling the fragile semblance of order and composure that the spider society and miguel both had. then when miles is trying to go home, it's spiderbyte's choice to defy miguel directly, as peter b and gwen have repeatedly failed to do so because all they do is talk, and stand in solidarity with miles that saves him from miguel's wrath. and when miles is gone and miguel has no one to turn on but HER, that's when gwen finally realises that her place in the spider society never meant anything. that the second that she would have truly questioned miguel and his power, she was always going get the same treatment as miles. she doesn't get to talk anymore, she's given no choice in going after miles or going home. then it's HOBIE who gives her the means to rectify her mistake and to stand by miles' side, as she should have from the very beginning. THAT'S CINEMA BABYYY!!

Since I can't find the time to edit, have more Farmer Garebear vibes. I feel like he and Carolina could have a small farm. He would name every single animal and have entire back stories for them. Half would be named after Star Wars characters. And it wouldn't surprise me at all if he insisted on having a baby cow in the house "because it was lonely."

"This fictional male character is a woman to me" Okay cool good for you slay or whatever. But are you saying that because you genuinely headcanon that character as bigender or genderfluid or multigender in some way or are you only saying that because you see maleness and masculinity as inherently inferior to femaleness and femininity so you feel the need to emasculate and feminize every male and/or masculine character you like. Also are you normal about people who are the opposite and headcanon characters who are canonically women as men and/or as masc. Are You Normal About Masculine Queer People (Especially Trans Men)
