Both of us enjoy the waning light of a slow afternoon slipping into evening shadows, when the faint images of the projector begin to define themselves on the sheer curtains. Our slow tease of each other is made all that more delectable by the various debaucheries depicted. Imagery no one in our circle could imagine would be our choice of indulgences, but that’s what tantalizes us so. Society’s expectations of our public behaviors are met with an aplomb that would suggest straight-laced, even prudish. However, behind the closed doors of our secret retreat, we luxuriate in our fantasies that become real and raw. Gratification is feral and unrelenting, backed by the flickering imagery that seemingly depicts our collective fever dreams.
