Zmusiłam się wczoraj do wyjścia z do u i dotarłam na siłownię. Zmotywował mnie do tego fakt, że zapisałam się na FBW, a nie płaski brzuch jak sądziłam.
I dobrze! 218 kcal spalone :D to mój rekord.
Wyglądam z tym ręcznikiem jak dziadówa, ale jeden fitness szybkoschnący oddałam córce. No mam tak suchą i wrażliwą skórę, że mnie ciary przechodzą, jak mi się ten materiał wczepial w skórę. Fujka! Coś na zasadzie grzebania szczotką do włosów w kłębkach waty. No muszę mieć frontowy!
Dzisiaj sztangi! Idę! Sztang, pacierza oraz czerwonego wina nie odmawiam :)

Workout routine for teen
(An: I am fifteen and am starting my fitness journey. I just need to remember what I did today and I don't have notes on my phone.)
Thing to get:
water
Athletic cloths or cloths that you want to sweat in.
A small snack like fruit or nuts for when you need a snack break
Yoga mat (to lay on the ground so you don't hurt your self)
2 Light weights 5 pounds or less (I use two pound weights)this is optional
Yoga ball (optional)
⚡Stretch first
Reach to your toes
Reach up to the sky
Downward dog 10 secs, 1 set.
Arm circles 20 reps, 10 per arm, 1 set.
Find your own stretches
Workout (two minutes in between exercises and 30 sec in between sets.
Legs:
Basic lunge 20 per set. 2 sets. 30 secs in between sets.
Squats 20 per set. 2 sets
High knees (30 secs)
Arms:
Knee pushups 10 per set. Two sets.
Yoga ball pushups. 10 per set. Two sets
5 normal push-ups 1 sets.
Do weight workouts..
Plank.
Stretch: (figure it out)

Think I’m switching from body part focus to full body compound workouts because holy hellll that was a good one today 🥵 my heart has been racing! Alternate circuits of back lunge/jump squat/bridges into curls/presses, punches and reachers as “rest sets”, ended on some stationary bike for extra cardio and I’m wipedddd but in the best way 😂 liking the jump squats more than I expected tbh that’s definitely gonna be part of my regular rotation from now on!

Haven’t sweat it out like this in a while can’t wait to get home and shower 🥵😂

I love full body workouts
1. When you do a full body workout you don't have to worry if you can't come in more than once vs if you do a leg workout you kind of "have" to go a second day to do an upper body workout to balance it out
2. It puts less stress on one single muscle group and can avoid DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) aka being very sore for a few days
3. You don't have to think about 6 different exercises to do for one single muscle group or / body part
4. It can make it easier to hit a muscle group more than once a week For example, if you do 1-3 full body workouts vs leg day, chest shoulders & tri's, back and bi's, core and cardio, you already have 4 days in and you're only targetting the muscle groups once a week
Of course, it's never a one size fits all. If you're trying to become an athlete, this may not be the best approach. But for most of my clients who are beginners or people trying to incorporate fitness in their life without making it their whole life, full body workouts are great
