I mean, no... there isn't. I have no PLANS to write it.

But here's how it VAGUELY happened.

The flyers.

No, ok, so in the EARLY DAYS it was Carts and Richie and Danny on the flyers as team queer. Right? And they were all buddies with each other, and then Claude showed up and just broke Danny's brain, and the three of them had a lil GC to chat about Claude being a thirsty lil bitch. For reference this is the 08/09 NHL season. Danny also adds in the only other queer guy he knows in the NHL who he knows from 02/03 and 03/04 Worlds team - Bobby Lu.

Bobby adds in Paul Kariya (who he played on the olympics team with), who adds HIS partner Teemu Selänne.

And they all spend a year or so laughing at Danny.

Who then eventually adds in Claude when they start dating for real.

And for a while, that is the QHL chat.

For the next few years nothing of note happens. Then we get to the 13/14 season and Bobby gets his OWN thirsty rookie. It's worth noting that bobby resists the thirsty rookie far FAR less than Danny ever did and Eddie is far quicker at getting into the chat than Claude was.

ALSO that's an olympic season... AND there are a FEW HEART TO HEARTS HAD AT THE OLYMPICS. Because Olympics are like that but also... Cartsy is overheard bullying Lu about his thirsty rookie... and a rather young looking John Tavares sidles over and nervously asks if anyone has any advice for how to deal with a really cute rookie who is thirsting all over you and giving you mixed signals but you don't really know what to do about it...

They also side eye crosby for a VERY LONG TIME. Because EVERYONE'S GAYDAR IS PINGING but also, it's a very flyers heavy chat... and they're not sure what to do about it.

THEN Danny goes to the Avs, and he adds Tyson Barrie. And Tyson Barrie ONLY.

Tyson adds EJ. Sid stops talking about Nate at ALL.

The boys still tease Sid about nate, but for some reason Tys and EJ think they are teasing him because of Nate's GIGANTIC CRUSH ON HIM so they join in the teasing.

THEN TAZER DOES SOMETHING ABOUT FANCYING KANER. And Kaner gets added to the chat, and he's like "Oh, I feel outnumbered, there are a lot of canadians, is this a chat for gay canadians and if so where is Segs?" and so he adds in Segs. Because they used to play together. Facts.

And then Kaner doesn’t like being the only American and so he’s like, well, while Tazer was being adopted as Cartsys gay rookie, I got adopted by an american gay vet... so... like, I get to add him in right? And he adds in Paul Martin, who in turn adds in James Neal and then Sid is like I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY GAY IN THE VILLAGE... pens... and has a little meltdown. And is more comfortable with being open about stuff and also with talking to Nate...

And then Nate gets with Sid and Nate gets added in and I think that brings us roughly up to date?????

While its common for kids who are adopted to want to know about their biological parents, he doesnt. He had Byakuya after all, and Byakuya is his dad, nothing else matters.

Ok but i really need to know what people have against aroace characters? Like theres nothing wrong with any character being aroace but for some reason it just causes others to be so upset and for what? Ive seen it with mostly One Piece and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Luckily havent seen it as much with Dr.STONE or at least on tumblr. The number of people ive blocked on tiktok for getting upset about Senku being CANONICALLY aroace is ridiculous. But yeah can someone just explain this to me? Cause aroace exist and we do deserve to have our representation in media and not in the "oh im rude because im aroace and thats my only personality" way. But in a way where we ardnt dehumanized for not feeling romantic or sexual attraction.

Yes, Hooper actor was getting ready for Red Guardian, wasn't he? And the writers really hate his character because last season Hooper would have completely listened to Joyce about the magnets instead of staying angry for being jealous.

I see that all heterosexual men in the series have gone idiotic. Like, the only smart ones left are Steve and Will. Dustin is also smart, and he has a girlfriend, but given that all the others lost their mind, I am going to assume he's bi like his brother Steve.

So basically the story is about what my source blood sister calls the fangirl gene. Like there's people who get remotely excited about stuff and there's people who fall really deep for their calling. (Yes I went there). Whatever said calling is, it can be a tv show or a celebrity or even fucking stamps for all I care. It's not the what that matters. What matters is that society is expecting you to be a functional adult and if you go beyond a level of obsession it looks at you in a weird way. So you tone it down and you don't advertise it too much and you try to sound casual about it because normal people are not interested in you going in hour long rants over stuff, you know?

But you know what? It's exhausting to pretend to be normal when you're not. And you can't really be friends with people who you have to pretend with because you have this constant fear you'll slip and then they'll judge and you'll have to kill cut ties with them. I didn't do it in the past and God I regret that but I won't make the same mistake again. Like ok maybe you're not into something, I get that, but when someone you like loves that thing, the most you're allowed to say in my book is something along the lines of "eh not my cup of tea but you do you". That's it. Not "ugh why do you like that shit it's for kids" or whatever.

But I digress and this wasn't supposed to be about the bad ones it was supposed to be about the good ones XD. You know gaydars? I suck at that but I like to think I'm pretty good at having a fandar. As in, to know when someone has a thing for something. Again, what isn't that important(of course it's a thousand times better when they're into the same stuff as you are, but it's not mandatory). It's just the way they talk about stuff or they get pissed about stuff because let's be real fangirling can also involve getting pissed off. They care, to sum it up. And honestly? It's so damn refreshing to meet someone like that. Because you see yourself in them, in the way they get excited about stuff and then they go like 'eh whatever' before you think they're mad, in the way they start ranting and there's that little spark in their eyes and gah. It's these things that make you feel safe with them and you just know they're keepers. At least as friends but it can go either way.

OK not a shitty domain post but this occurred to me and I had to share it.

So the Jonah only hires non-cishet people for the Institute theory? What if in the interview he asks them if they are cishet. But he's got the eye so no matter if you're in the closet or just don't want to tell him or don't know yourself, he knows.

And then someone in the closet and someone who doesn't know they are queer yet talk and think he's homophobic but someone who told him upfront (probably Tim let's be real) goes "nah he hired me anyway, basically everyone here is LGBTQ" and the plot thickens.

The person in the closet goes "wait I lied but he hired me anyway, can he tell if you are queer?" And the person who doesn't know yet says "nah I'm not" so rumours just start that Elias has a strangely accurate gaydar and only hires people he thinks are LGBTQ.

Then the person who didn't know figures out their identity. And the office is in uproar. Elias officialy knows if you are queer even if you don't.

And thus starts the "I got my gender assigned by Elias Bouchard mid job interview" office meme.

LUCA 👏 IS 👏 A 👏 GREAT 👏 MOVIE and here's why

The movie itself is just SO pleasing to the eye (Thanks to Disney's and Pixar's art studios collaborating i assume). Speaking of the movie's production, I always found that Disney/Pixar movies are always the ones that give THE BIGGEST IMPACT IN YOUR LIFE. Like I'm talking about SCARS-ON-YOUR-HEART kind of big impact (nOt the bad kind of scars tho). These movies always leave me crying on the ground, questioning my existence and most importantly, they never fail to cease my weak heart.

Ok so this movie is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL because it's a compelling story on its own but it has actual real life issues in it and it just makes it more HEARTFELT. And all of these issues are represented in such a BIG-BRAINED way. (Real life issues such as:

1) the bad experiences that lgbtq+ kids and adults always go through ['sea monsters' queer people not being accepted in 'Portorosso' society]

2) THE NEURODIVERGENCE!! like man the kids are neurodivergent and you can't tell me otherwise. The way all three of them stim, the boys looking out of place, alberto stealing collecting & hoarding stuff and giullia's & luca's "sorry, too much?" IS JUST- These representations are SO important for all the neurodivergent bbys who need to see more of themselves out there to know they're real, valid and LOVED.

3) There are way more stuff that were represented like disabled ppl [Massimo], bullying [Ercole], orphans/disowned kids with their found family [Alberto] and the history of REFUGEES in italy also depicted as the sea monsters.)

Now, what I really wanted to talk about was the WAY these representations were carefully implented into the movie. You see, my homophobic sister who has an impressive 'gaydar' (more impressive than mine sometimes) wasn't really able to see the queer coded characters [The lesbian sea monsters]. But I'm absolutely sure she and the homophobes noticed the interactions between luca & alberto ESPECIALLY near the end that are sure to be depicted as romantic by heteronormative standards if it was with a boy and a girl. But thankfully not exactly really but yeah, the subtle representation of the queer coded characters were subtle enough that my sister didn't spew hate and the whole homophobic 'what has the world become' crap at the end.

The happiness and gratefulness I felt to not hear the words of hate was OUT OF THIS WORLD (and that is proof of how messed up society is). Most of the time, my conservative family would always say homophobic crap when they see even the slightest of lgbtq+ content or even out of the blue. In the end, they'd always sleep like innocent babies while I would always bawl my eyes out silently and cry myself to sleep thinking I was the literal spawn of satan and that no one will accept me.

This style of representation is great for closeted kids who are stuck with their homophobic family on movie nights and just don't have the strength to not break down when they have to listen to the hate directed to people like them coming from their own family. FAMILY. My heart dies a little everytime they insult the characters I relate to and my heart can only take so much.

Anyway, I still can't get over how casual and normal the behaviors of neurodivergence were portrayed. Because sometimes most times, there are heartless, close-minded people that make fun of mentally ill people and those people are the ones I want to throw off a cliff. Though, till this day I still beg for more films or any content with good representation for all the minorities out there (poc, lgbtq+ people, disabled people & etc), I'm still thankful for this subtle kind of representation because even though it's small, it's actually huge and important to the people who need it, these subtle depictions of themselves can show that they are perfectly normal and valid just like any other person.

In conclusion, yes I like this movie very much.
