Yeah no, there’s definitely something wrong with him. (affectionate)

Lynette: Flying/Grass
Freminet: Ice/Water

Well.. looks like my original rendition of the Pokémon-themed Thom that I saw in my dreams has really cemented itself in my brain, because now I've made him a Pokémon-themed Jonny to be his mate.
Yes, those are high heels. And hair clips. And a frilly dress. Don't think about it too much.

Welp, it's been two years since I drew all of @elbdot 's pokemon inspired outfits.... I think it's time for a redraw, don't you?
So, to celebrate the 6th year anniversary of El's amazing adventures throughout Alola...
LETS DO A REDRAW!!
March 2020 vs. December 2022
First up is Sweets! Still doing the cheerleader look, but with a bit more pizazz!! I also gave her a hairbow with the little wing parts!
Up next is Jenna!! I moved from a fancy ballgown to a more Swan Lake/Black Swan sort of vibe, with some inspiration from the latest Pokemon game with the crystals!
Next is Kira! An absolute sweetheart of a pokemon, I went with a more playful sunny vibe for her! Also added sunflowers for a nice touch!!
And of course, we can't forget her sister Leia!! She's got a sweet softer picnic vibe this time around!! Perfect outfit for spring!
Up next is our favorite motherly fish, Lumion! She's got a lovely sleek dress that's perfect for a flashy party!! It even glows!!
(And since I have run out of space for pictures... part 2 is coming right after this!!

Pokemon Fun Facts!
If you have a Torterra, you have a walking garden!
Firstly, you have that tree! All Torterras have some form of ‘tree’, although it is not necessarily always a deciduous type, and it is a vital part of their body and natural systems as it developed from the sprout on their head as a Turtwig- but that doesn’t mean you can’t prune it into attractive shapes if your Pokemon is otherwise healthy!
And a healthy Torterra is very capable of supporting extra plantlife on its shell; after all, once it’s integrated into the Pokemon’s system, extra greenery means extra energy from photosynthesis. It happens naturally in the wild, so if you don’t plant things on there, floating seeds or other Grass-types or Pokemon like Skwovet will do the job for you! Putting a plant that’s struggling on a Torterra’s shell for a bit can even help it recover, since it then benefits from the Pokemon’s immune system and nutrients!
You can even, believe it or not, grow some food crops on a Torterra, although intensive food gardening is generally not recommended as it can affect soil quality and drain resources. Plus, there’s not that much space! But a small berry bush can be a lovely addition, and some Torterra will even naturally produce fruit!
The main problems to watch out for are any diseases that could be transmitted to the Pokemon, significant overgrowth to the point the plants are more of a drain on the Torterra’s system than a boost, and anything trying to out-compete that essential tree. Torterra will do some level of pruning via scratching their shell against rocks and large trees by themselves, but the bonus of having a human trainer is definitely the ability to get yourself weeded and pruned by someone with hands!
