The alligator he had to find was most likely a Chinese alligator. They're a lot smaller than the American gators, who have roughly 4x their bite force too. Fit gym-goers and martial artists would probs be able to take one down on land with hands only, but Saihara should've had a few weapons at hand. Chinese alligators are pretty docile, anyway.

Aliens could also easily mistake the alligator for a crocodile, we all do. And that's pretty interesting, because crocodiles are everything alligators are but better.

Y'know... now that I'm thinking about it, what if Saihara had a bunch of exotic pets (in haso! I don't support exotic pets personally so not in nondespair, but they're cool in sci-fi/fantasy). I mean... his parents are celebrities, his clothing is canonically expensive, his uncle's detective agency is "fairly popular," his school is apparently flashy enough that even just his friend owns a critically endangered animal as a pet... he's a rich bitch! Give him his very own space orca! And moose/deer because dice anon said so! Hope the orca doesn't kill the moose/deer because yes, moose have been spotted diving 20 ft underwater to find food there and getting chomped by orcas!

im not too keen on Shuichi owning such animals myself, but it would be interesting if he was allowed to bring a pet aboard and be brought something like a snake or possum

Personally I am a huge big admirer and fan of A.P.J. Abdul Kalam sir and adore many of his work ethics, like his professionalism, humility, dedication towards work, trying to continuously acquire knowledge, his perseverance and many more....I've read his autobiography "Wings Of Fire"...and highly recommend you also..if you want to learn different perspectives to do something in life...I, two years back, when started my youtube channel "Scribblermish" first named "Mishtalks", made my 3rd video on him, named as "What we can learn from A.P.J. Abdul Kalam sir" and most of things or content which I am discussing in that video is from that book.... I've learnt a lot from him....he is truly a gem 💎.....

He taught us a lot....my favourite quote of A.P.J. Abdul Kalam sir is...

Hi Jinx! HaSo sorry to bother you, but have you ever had a fic idea based on a big theory- but because it's from an ongoing material, it's a waiting game to see if the theory becomes canon or not? Idk if this is making much sense but the question I'm trying to ask is if I should go ahead and write it- my concern is that if the theory becomes false, I'll lose any and all motivation to write it. Help?

Never a bother! I love answering writer questions!

So firstly, I have no authority over what you write ever. But. I had this too, during the first couple of episodes of WandaVision. Not sure if you've read my fic Dollhouse, but I was thinking of doing a version of that where Clint came to rescue Wanda but instead was sucked into the sitcom fantasy with her and was forced to play along. I got really excited about it, but as the show progressed and we got more and more information that contradicted that idea, I fell out of love with the idea of writing it. From that, I learned that it's ok to have theories and ideas of what will happen without turning it into fic. It can just be a "What if this happened?" that we entertain until canon confirms it or not.

Does this mean you shouldn't write your fic? Well. To me, this actually sounds less like an "it might not be canon" issue and more of an "Oooh shiny new thing it's exciting right now!" issue. Which every artist has, all the time. So my advice is this: give it a week. If the idea still excites you in a week, and it's been floating around in the back of your mind the whole time, write the outline. If the outline still excites you a week after that, write the fic. And commit to finishing it whether canon contradicts you or not.

(This is assuming it's a multi-chapter fic, if it's a one-shot under 5000 words I say just go for it!)

GROUND RULES

This is a One Piece collaboration, so your OC needs to be for One Piece.

You can only sign up with a maximum of 1 character.

Your OC needs to be at least 18 years old.

There should be at least some pictures and references of your OC either on DeviantArt or another site (please link in your sign-up comment).

Original Art only – no editing, tracing etc allowed.

Don't hop on board and sign up if you are not committed to finishing your part.

IF you can't finish it (cause let's face it, Real Life can get in the way), then let me know as fast as you can! That way we might find someone to do a back-up image.

The image must be just your OC, single character, no Canon characters! (Since there already are calendars with canon characters and our OC's need some love, too!)

All parts must be submitted to me in the format stated below via stash link.

Final Look

The calendar will look something like this:

You will be able to change the colour of font, boxes and outer borderlines to suit your image, but placement and font itself are fixed and not to be changed!

The “Artist“-Title will be replaced by your Name, and inside the respective box, you can put some brief description or quote of the character, fitting for the Pinup-Theme!

Your Submission:

Draw your OC in a sexy PinUp Style!

Your illustration should include some sort of simple background. The “calendar boxes“ will cover the lower part of your image, so compose your image accordingly!

You can draw on a bigger canvas but your final illustration must be in A4 dimensions (210 x 297 mm) in 300 dpi.

When you are done, send me the file in psd format. This is to do some troubleshooting and final adjustments, should they be necessary!

If you don't have photoshop, you can also send me the raw illustration and your colour choices for the layout, and I and my busy bees Mowwiie and Klexenia will insert it into the template!
