You know, the one that's the most flavorful. A fine base for the ham, but a good base for the cheese. We made this recipe in 8 o'clock on Sunday. We actually put it at noon, because I was just not hungry so I figured we needed to eat at 9 o'clock. The sausage was good for two reasons. 1. The bacon came out really well.
