Affection, let one alone physical, hasn't been a significant part of his existence, so he just doesn't know how 'those’ things work. You could say he is inexperienced in that field. He has obviously observed both omnics and humans interacting but as it turns out in practice things are much more complicated. Still, he is eager to learn one step at a time.

Due to his politics he keeps you both a secret but that doesn't stop him from becoming jealous, about anything really. Seeing you with another person, another agent, just having small talk or even greeting each other irritates him beyond belief. He will keep a mental note of which agents you hang out with too much for his liking. Lucio especially has been caught one time too many making you laugh and smile so wide. Anytime Ramattra spots the two of you enjoying each others company he cant help but sneer, wishing it was him making you smile, him making you giggle and laugh uncontrollably and not some “washed up DJ”. Jealousy for another... The omnic is not at all used to that feeling, certainly not for a human.

Some agents still catch onto what's going on, seeing as Ramattra acts rather unusually in your presence. The omnic acting much less snarky than normal but only to a specific someone is a very abnormal sight to witness and draws more attention than you two realize. People are not that dumb and they catch on quickly. Moira in particular loves to pick on you for this very reason, asking how ‘your little omnic friend’ is doing or if you have had any ‘private training’ yet. The doctor takes great satisfaction in mocking your transparent camouflage. You can never find the right answer to her intrusive questionnaires thus only proving her suspicions correct.

You're unaware of it yourself but there is an undeniable power you hold over Ramattras emotions, he is more aware of it than you are. You don't mean to do it on purpose of course.
