Hi! Yeah, it needed rewording & more examples but if you don't mind I'll use your ask as a reason to talk about it! Annabeth is my favorite girl and I feel very passionate about how easily she could be dealt a better script.

Under read more because I go on a tangent.

I genuinely think Leah's script was mediocre at best and it's in no way the actress' fault. Many people pointed out that she's way "more Annabeth" within mediums not controlled by Richard & Co: interviews, promotional material, her personal interactions with the cast, and such.

My beef with Richard is that he very obviously "used", for the lack of a better word, Leah as some sort of a shield against any sort of criticism and then sort of really failed her - and I believe Leah to genuinely like her character & do her best.

I. I feel like there's a Lack of Annabeth in the camp scenes as an educator/guide.

Chiron wasn't alone in showing Percy around in the book, Annabeth did it with him. That's how we are first introduced to Annabeth as someone who knows so much of the Camp as she lived there so consistently. She also was the one to teach Percy Greek alongside Chiron. I feel like this positioning of her as someone with high degree of knowledge suffers greatly in the show: we aren't really shown that Annabeth is really knowledgeable, we're told that, and that's all.

II. I feel like Percy overtakes a lot of Annabeth's role as a character.

He offers exposition, explains the myths to HER in the Amusement Park episode (why is he the Wise Boy?), and overall "does her job". I wouldn't mind it as much if Annabeth was given a different archetype in return for that exchange, but she's left hollow. It's just Percy doing the thing and her trotting behind. That's... not how their dynamic works.

III. I think Leah!Annabeth is written off as a "Strong Woman" not allowed to show childlike qualities.

She is so serious and it makes her character very single-faceted. Annabeth is serious and focus-oriented, yes; but she is also silly, she is so geeky, she is adorably passionate, and she's so human. Feels like they reduced this in Leah's script by a lot and I don't get why. It would literally cost nothing to let her rant about architecture or let her passionately tell others myths.

IV. I believe her backstory is sort of forgotten about.

Many people spoke about how weird it is that she is presented as the one who needs to reach out to her neglectful dad, to do the emotional labor despite being a young neglected girl. It feels weird that it was Leah who was dealt such unfair treatment of her character.

Annabeth canonically didn't leave the camp much, she isn't familiar with the world outside; it'd be nice to see that aspect of her too. Also, her bond with Thalia is sort of there but her bond with Luke is nonexistent, it's just spoken about. Again, this strips her off so much of her humanity as a character. Without these little things showing that Annabeth can be fragile, vulnerable, sweet, funny, loving we just end up with an arrogant, angry girl. Not a good look for Richard tbh.

V. The show fails to objectively narrate Leah!Annabeth.

The Disney+ adaptation - for the abovementioned reasons - ends up presenting Annabeth to us as Percy's future love interest first and as her own character second. It wouldn't work even if it was Percy's POV because Percy sees her for the girl she is first.

VI. I think Richard fucked up the premise of the character.

Book Annabeth was one of the examples of deceitful appearances: the "dumb blonde" that actually was insanely witty. This "she's not what she appears like" trait was sort of taken away from Leah and I don't get why? I fail to believe that there are no stereotypes regarding presumed lack of intelligence that could be played off with a Black actress. Sounds like Richard and Disney didn't really think about it.

VII. I hate how she was cut out of Tartarus scenes.

That was such a BIG moment for 'beth, she was the one talking to Hades! Because Grover was scared to death and Percy was impulsive and with no filter! He doesn't know how to talk to Gods, he's been a halfblood for so little and Annabeth has been one her whole life! She's the brains, she's the negotiator. The show leaves her in the forest of regrets and sort of forgets about it after.

So, I do think that the script for her sucked bad. And the worst part is, it could be better SO easily. Leah deserved better imo.

ofmd s2e4 rewatch where i pause to jot down my thoughts and other random shit

it's been a busy week since last thursday and shit's only gonna get busier for me after tomorrow so hopefully i can get through these two episodes out before i go to bed lol!!! anyway once again these posts are just me rambling so i can process the insane amount of information in these episodes and if u want to read them too that's fine.

rip everyone who wanted homoerotic sword fighting in the gentebeard reunion. have a headbutt as a consolation prize.

obsessed with stede holding raw room-temperature meat against his bruised face bc that's not even a little bit how that works. i love this show.

ok so jim saying "he'll probably get around to killing you after he's rested" in response to stede saying ed needs to regain his strength actually gives some pretty good context to why they want ed of the ship so bad. bc they DID fully try to kill ed and now he's here and alive and like. if i were jim i would be pretty worried abt ed holding a grudge abt that.

wont lie stede being like "we dont just banish people, that's not us!" makes me thinkg abt how they fully banished izzy from the ship in e6. i mean technically izzy banished himself on accident but. lol.

also izzy's absence in this scene indicating he is not yet considered part of the entire crew

roach: i need that steak back, it's dinner stede: (pulling the steak away) oh, right fang: maybe let's put the banishment to a vote? stede: (steak back on his face, apparently having forgotten he was literally just about to give the meat to roach) aw do we have to :(

ed chained to the ship is doing. a lot for me. i wont lie.

buttons saying he's been to the gravy basket a few times... how many times has this man almost died??????

it is deeply funny to me that they edit the split second flashback of the drowning and mermaid hallucination to look all creepy as if that whole scene wasn't set to an incredibly sappy 80's love song (said with immense affection)

OBSESSED with stede trying to be like. encouraging to izzy. and being like "he cant hear you he's got no head" about izzy yelling at the ruined figurehead. this fucking dork.

so ive seen ppl talking abt how the crew's in a deadlock abt banishing ed and which ppl they think were pro-banishment and which were against, but the scenes with the crew make it look like everyone's voting for ed to get kicked out. so tbh i think like either of the following interpretations are pretty valid: the crew is split 50/50 on if they should banish ed OR the crew 100% wants to banish ed and stede was gonna try and leverage izzy's vote to try and get more ppl to change their mind. doesnt rlly matter either way tho

also the fact that izzy was the one to keep ed's body is. interesting. the others must've known abt it and helped izzy hide the body in the secret room. but izzy being the one to be like "no we're not throwing him overboard" is. something. no conclusions abt this atm im just rotating this fact in my brain.

i also just have a lot of thoughts abt the mutiny and the fact that like, jim's a trained assassin and the others are also pretty experienced killers and they probably knew they hadn't completely finished the job. and there was plenty of opportunity for them to do something about that. but instead they hid his body and waited for ed to succumb to his injuries. it feels kinda like ed's "technically i outsource the big job" rule. idk. thoughtssss.

frenchie in this scene is so funny bc he seems both actually apologetic abt kicking ed off the ship but also very relieved/vindicated to see him go.

didnt realize olu almost said smthng to ed lol i thought ed was just saying "fuck you" to him for no reason ghfjkghjkfh

yeah im just focusing in on all of ed's faces in this scene. "quite the shift going from wearing people's faces to antique collectors" gets ed to freeze in the middle of bringing his drink up to his lips and just kinda stare off into the distance.

"how did you meet" has ed kind of frowning for a split second before stede starts answering and then he rolls his eyes very dramatically and sighs deeply

ed immediately being like "actually i was gonna kill him myself!" trying to undermine stede's meet-cute story. also anne and mary nodding along in complete unison bc this is just normal pirate conversation to them.

also as someone who has been team "no ed was dead serious abt the plan to steal stede's identity" this was very vindicating for me. it's a bad plan and it doesn't make any sense but logistics literally dont matter in this show. what matters is giving this story the "falling for the mark" trope makes ed's character arc in season 1 that much tastier!!!!

ed and stede going back and forth telling their story i cant fucking wait until theyre happily together telling this story and instead of ed trying to downplay it and ruin the meet-cute-iness of it they're just building on each other and being sappy and adorable

i feel like out of the three, lion could have possibly had the best relationship w their adopted parents, which is ironic for what im gonna talk about next. not to go on a little tangent, but someone once said that squirrels favorite is holly, leafpools is jayfeather, and brambleclaws is also holly LMFAO (this is the funniest shit ever. to op if ur somehow reading this. thank you for ur massive fucking brain). something about the least favored child (allegedly) being the one whos the most willing to connect with you despite all the family drama and shit. not to say that canon ever did a good job in showing that, if it ever did, but its something to think about. and its funny to me.

also i agree 100%. i want more protective lion in my life :(

as for new apprentices... im kinda surprised they havent done that yet actually! ok tbh not much. bc the amount of characters skyrocketed for some reason, i think they wanted to pit the newer generations together, but also rosepetal(rip) had like 5 apprentices. so who knows.

I think that the lyrics fit how thoma and mc accept each other's hidden sides as part of themselves without judgement, and are willing to go to extreme lengths to take care of each other even if it meant going against their usual behaviour (e.g. the non-confrontational mc punching someone's lights out for their puppy-boy and thoma exhibiting mafia boss behaviour when mc was in trouble.) slay tbh

a happy, summery song for these goofballs!! it makes me think of their rooftop picnics at lunchtime and study sessions <3 also they would definitely marry each other with paper rings change my mind

the theme song that plays when thoma smiles his dentist-approved smile JKJK,, I feel like this song captures how it feels when either of the two look at each other!! especially when thoma met mc at the crosswalk for the first time; that scene in particular was inspired by the concept of 'koi no yokan'.

this works for both people but I particularly imagine it as a song from thoma to mc, who is often misunderstood or forgotten by their peers. they are so sweet and I always felt like I was thirdwheeling them when I was writing HUHUHUU

now THIS is the song that I imagined would play in the final scene at the crosswalk, right before mc and thoma reunite. with an empty road for an aisle, the setting sun and falling leaves for lighting and decoration... *coughs* it seems like foreshadowing for their wedding, don't you think?

I had forgotten about your home hunter AU, but laerkgmlaekrgm really interesting what you have shared!! I'm really vibing with Hunter losing his eye (in a "I am interested to see where this goes" sorta way, not a "hurting people is good" way alerkgm) like, that's going to REALLY impact him, plus it's a lot harder to justify Belos' anger/actions when Hunter lost an eye and didn't "just" get a flesh wound/new scar

(also because my own eye is damaged from a previous belos-like inflicted injury and projection is what I'm best at lol)

and yea tbh i havent posted a lot about the AU for a few reasons, but i still think about it from time to time and do wanna keep posting about it. ive got a few plans for comics that I havent gotten around to because they'd take a long time to finish and its hard to feel like i should keep working on them when im not even sure anyone remembers the AU,, BUT I love hunter so I'm sure I'll find the time eventually.

JEONGJIAN (Lee Jeonghyeon x Chen Jianyu) - they feel very romantic-fluff coded, so i would say friends to lovers!

OLLIEJIN (Ollie x Han Yujin) - first crush, given how cute they are! (some people are weird about this ship which like fair enough, but as long as we keep it pg and sweet im on board!)

HWANYU (Lee Seunghwan x Chen Jianyu) - since they're like haobin for nugus, they give very happy ending vibes!

KAMJAY (Na Kamden x Jay Chang) - idiots in love bc of how they both lose braincell count when they're together

JUNRAE (Kum Junhyeon x Kim Taerae) - since they got separated, i like to think they went from friends to lovers to exes to friends again. i like the idea of healing but also agreeing it should never happen again

JUNYU (Kum Junhyeon x Chen Jianyu) - because of how much of a crackship this is, bromance to romance. kissing the homies goodnight. but not homosexual

HAOJUI (Zhang Hao x Chen Kuanjui) - even though they didn't get much of their relationship highlighted i feel like they are picture perfect fantasy material, so prince x knight mayhaps?

HUSBANDZ (Haruto x Wang Zihao) - tbf this ship hasn't appeared yet in AGITD but i think unconditional love suits them best. whether friends or lovers, they care for each other a lot :(

oh hello :) im glad you liked that drawing! & sure ^_^ glad you like it too

i commonly see it interpreted as snatcher n cc acting as hats parents and while that's sweet its not how i see it at all. i like them a lot more as her adult friends who take care of her every now and then but ultimately leave and trust her to handle her stuff, not taking that much responsibility. im not sure what thatd entail but older sibling snatcher (to hat) is kind of fun i guess. EMPRESS IS BOWS AUNT FOREVER THOUGH this im hellbent on.

ok i think i wanna talk about how ccs relationship w hat n snatcher developed. i always thought of cc as someone hat is the most verbal with, relying everything that's happened to her to him. while enthralled, proud and concerned, i dont think ccs that protective of her, hes shown to be much less responsible than people usually write her as tbh. she trusts hats capabilities n skills but still definitely recognizes that she is a child in need of support, and shes certainly warm and affectionate with her, but at the same time its not intruding or obligate, like a parents affection.

i think cc would be somewhat intrigued by what's up w snatcher because their behavior is so puzzling, probably especially so from hats retellings. once snatcher becomes a regular on hats ship (not his territory=cant assert hinself as much as he does in forest), where they probably meet, i dont think shed be intimidated at all, because i dont honestly think hed try to create that impression (it certainly didn't in the cut cafe scene. like, youd expect them to force someone to pay for them, but they're just kinda docile. they cant even get the people around them to answer their question lol)

i think snatchers like immediately completely pacified by ccs presence. i dont think theyd speak at all either. its lije those silent films where you have to rely on expressions and body language to tell what means what. its a little funny abd disarming because its clear they DO want to get something across, and thats a friendly gesture. it signals engagement abd cintact being established. snatcher would probably struggle with non scripted speech so this sort of communication would probably feel the least threatening. also would add to their already strange and interesting image in ccs mind

while idk how likely snatchers would be to actually do that ive been imagining him curling up in the pillows and napping only to wake up to cc sleeping either on top of or near them, since cuddle piles are probably common among cats + ccs impulsive. they probably would straight up forget to react. maybe they wake up to cc kneading them, make eye contact. one of them remembers cat social cues and slow blinks. other one slow blinks back. snatcher lies back down allowing itself to be kneaded. cc lies down on it. it changes position to be closer to it. not a single word said the whole time. its never brought up again but not forgotten.

uhh if they do eventually begin dating and hats there to witness it she probably wouldnt care much. bow would go awwwww Aawww though. mu is disappointed in ccs taste but probably warms up to snatcher eventually since they have a lot in common + snatcher mu friendship real and important to me

a friend asked for podcast recommendations and i thought i could as well make a post about things i've liked listening to. i like investigative pods and stuff about scams and that kind of thing but i do listen to a lot of random crap. i've probably also forgotten like 60% of what i've liked before but eh whatever

pods about a single case in detail:

chameleon: hollywood con queen - a scam story about the movie industry

dr death - only season 1 is available for free (i think) but it's the best one anyway. about a scam doctor who was somehow allowed to operate people

finding drago - an investigative pod about trying to figure out who wrote a rocky IV fanfic. yeah. and it's wild as fuck

harsh reality - about a catastrophically bad reality tv show in the 00s

the lazarus heist - about north korean hackers

sweet bobby - a catfishing-kind of relationship story

twin flames - about a weird culty MLM community

wecrashed - about a shitty guy who makes a shit company and then crashes hard

(the shrink next door - only available for subscribers on wondery now but putting it here anyway because it's a wild story about a guy ending up so badly manipulated he basically turns into another guy's slave)

general episodic:

auta antti - every finn knows this. antti holma offers help for people's problems.

behind the bastards - detailed profiles of all kinds of assholes, both historical and modern

cheat - a more humorous pod about scams and scammers

the dream - first season is about MLM scams, second is about diet product scams

the evidence locker - the only real true crime one in here, i like this because it has cases from all around the world and not just north america & UK. there isn't anything else that stands out about this tbh the bar is very low in this regard

let's not meet - readings of people's creepy encounters

the magnus archives - starts off as an anthology kind with short horror stories, turns into a horror audio drama later on

the nosleep podcast - short(-ish. some are pretty long) horror stories

scamfluencers - scammers

something was wrong - usually women reciting their experiences with Guys but sometimes also stories about other types of abuse

this is actually happening - people with unusual/traumatic/etc experiences telling their life stories

tiedetrippi - the other finnish pod in here. weird and creepy science facts

were you raised by wolves - two americans talk about etiquette and half of it doesn't match my culture but somehow i keep listening anyway. yeah keep berating me about not tipping my idk hairdresser and garbage guys here in finland

ok idk maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I want to hear your thoughts:

“All Those Years Ago” is kind of…tasteless, right? Like, he’s using a melody that he had already written and then there’s all that religious stuff? idk, like it doesn’t really feel all that heartfelt to me which I didn’t expect from George. Good tune though.

Hmmmm. Okay so, I do largely agree with this (agree about the Religion Stuff being a bad call—but personally don't really see the issue with him using a pre-written melody), and its how Ive felt about the song for awhile now. Not sure if its an unpopular opinion or not though, since I don't see enough discussion surrounding the song to say (I do however know that at least a few other people on here also feel the same way about it).

What bugs me about him bringing up religion in the song is that it kind of hijacks Johns death in order to spread a message about God, which feels disrespectful to me tbh. If John had consistently been a very religious person, I don't think Id really have an issue with this because it would have probably been what he'd wanted. But Johns theism tended to waver, with him going through different theistic phases. So its kind of clear that he was essentially agnostic, and while there were periods of his life where he was more dedicated to certain religions, he tended to outgrow them eventually.

Which is why I find it annoying that George would write something like "They've forgotten all about God / He's the only reason we exist / Yet you were the one that they said was so weird / All those years ago". He's taking the image of someone who was ambiguous and unsure about religion, and then using his death to send a message which is kind of, dare I say, irrelevant.

I would like to clarify though that I don't think George did this with a mal-intent or to consciously try and make Johns image align perfectly with his own beliefs. Most likely scenario is that he probably just got a bit too passionate and swept away by his religious beliefs. It is still just an aspect to the song though—which is otherwise a BOP—which I personally find uncomfortable.

@idontwanttospoiltheparty has a different take on the song though, so if you want to read a counter argument to my own here's a message she sent me once on it:

I have to say, I feel like All Those Years Ago gave me like….kind of clarity on what I think George thought of John, like in the end. But maybe I'm going off the rails with over-interpreting.

So I just think to him John was…like someone who was basically his partner in his transition like into his spirituality. Like the person who saw him through that, and despite them being estranged he always valued him as yeah….this person who accompanied him on a crucial part of his journey.

Like it sort of comes through in the song with how much he focuses both on like You Were So Much Smarter Than Everyone You Got It and specifically how it's "all those years ago", he remembers him mostly for how they were a long time ago.

And there's an interesting part of the song — so like, it seems like George was relatively unbothered by John's death as a concept, but bothered by the violence and unnaturalness of it — and I think some of the weird God ranting is because he's remembering like all the times he thinks John was mistreated and saying it's because other people don't get it.

Like it does actually all feel related to me in a way? Very loosely.

And I find it interesting cause he plays into the whole Martin Luther Lennon trope which only half existed by That Point, but I wouldn't think George would be insincere and yeah, I think he's talking about something far more personal that happens to sound a lot like the Jean Jacket narrative.

was looking through my last completed sketchbook and remembered i sketched this out in early january. had a very honest moment with myself where i was like "well youve been stuck on this for 5 months so its not getting finished." so im posting this version, before i possibly revisit it? idk. i do like the concept but murai doesnt feel right for whatever reason which usually means ive gotta start over or scrap it. art do be like that sometimes.

if there was a reason for this aside from "i think murai should have a lot of birds" ive forgotten lmao. on the left is my thumbnail and then larger sketch and notes. my process is mostly notes tbh, im a pretty visual learner/worker but if my notes are descriptive enough i dont actually need to draw it. my sketches tend not to change too much between the initial and the final either, though thats pretty intentional. had a delightful time finalizing out the birds, swallows have very nice shapes. (my people stylization vs my fairly realistic animals, fight)

hi!! i was wondering if u had any recommendations for schools to be a luthier??? ive gained an interest bc of you and now im actually considering pursuing it but im not sure how to go about that. sorry to bother and thank u in advance!!

omg such flattery 🥰🥰 so there are 3 accredited, full-time violin making schools in the states: one in salt lake city, chicago, and boston! (more info below the cut :p)

they're all trade schools, so not university affiliated, which means acceptance tends to rely more heavily on the space available and personal statements/interest expressed. there are part time programs too that are at colleges/universities that i've heard of, but i've forgotten the names.. you come out with a degree, but tbh degrees aren't really of much importance in this line of work, from what i understand.

its a pretty big leap to make considering the time and tuition commitment, (the tuition.... oh man the tuition) so i would definitely recommend finding a luthier near you and asking them about their background and experience. for a lot of people who just want to repair and work locally, starting with some background shop skills/woodworking and then finding an apprenticeship with a maker is all that's necessary--at the end of the day, your work speaks for itself. i do think going to a school will provide the most comprehensive education in both modern technique and historic making tho, and will open up a lot of possibilities in terms of breadth of skill and community ties. (for reference, out of my 3 coworkers this summer, 2 went to chicago and 1 went to boston... make of that what you will)

i'm not sure what your background is in music/instruments, but if possible, finding a rental shop near you and asking if you can help out would be a helpful step in seeing if its something you want to do! that's essentially what i'm doing this summer, instrument set-up and assisting with repairs.. a lot of it can just be taught on the job, and rental shops are usually super busy in the summers.

that being said !! i've heard my teacher say before that he prefers students to come in to the program with no history of violin making, since its easier to teach a blank slate than to unteach bad habits. as someone who started school with no background knowledge whatsoever an anything besides playing, i can say that he's probably right, but a background knowledge of woodworking and/or tools would've been a huge benefit just in terms of vocabulary and familiarity.

i feel like i should add that i literally only have knowledge of the us, so if you're looking for info of diff countries lmk; i can definitely crowdsource an answer lolol. but if ur interested in the school names/comparisons of the schools, feel free to dm me!! its not hard to google but i also like..... probably shouldn't put the name of my school on blast so readily for anyone to see aha

3 favorite moments in canon:

OUT OF SIXTY FUCKING YEARS OF TELEVISION?!?!?!?!?!?! ok lightning round off the top of my head

the scene in the unicorn and the wasp where the doctor gets cyanide poisoned and has to play charades with donna and agatha christie to try and tell them what he needs

in the god complex where the doctor amy and rory all get startled by people showing up and everyone is talking at once and the doctor goes IVE NEVER BEEN THREATENED WITH A TABLE LEG BEFORE! NO WAIT I TELL A LIE…. while rory is going ITS OKAY, WE’RE NICE! and amy looks at him like hes insane. i find it very funny

when ten sacrifices himself to save wilf but first he has to have a little mental breakdown about it because he knows what the right thing to do is but he’s also kind of fucked in the head and feels like he deserves to live. and then as hes very slowly dying of radiation poisoning we get that kinda cheesy montage that goes on WAY too fucking long of him doing little secret things to help out all the companions he’s had since the start of the revival series and it’s so self indulgent and wrung out and it kinda slaps

theres so many others and probably a lot of scenes i like way more than these but these r the first ones that came to mind so i will restrain myself

This species still… exists!”. write good stories instead of having recognizable villains show up because they’re recognizable. and FORGET ABOUT THE TENTH DOCTOR ERA ALREADY. DAVID TENNANT WAS GOOD. WIPs I would Like to Finish (in no particular order)

The MOW Files Novel (Original Universe - The MOW Files)

I would like to Self-Publish this one, or at least post online. The problem with this one is it's very old now and would need to be completely re-plotted, re-written, re-everything-ed.

NaNoWriMo 2017 (modern-ish au) (Fighting Fantasy World of Titan)

As this is technically based on an existing IP with characters belonging to other people, simply posting online would be enough. My issue with this one is the central plot feels awkward, but it's too interwoven to remove it. Also, it needs heavy editing.

Elowyn Investigations (Fighting Fantasy World of Titan)

I would love to post this one, but again, it needs a lot of editing and maybe some re-writes and I don't feel like I have time.

Igazinyoka (Original Universe - The Cryptid series)

I would like to Self-Publish this one, or at least post online. Again, editing is my nemesis. There might also be some plotholes that need filling.

The Skinwalker (Original Universe - The Cryptid series)

I would like to Self-Publish this one, or at least post online. Again, editing is my nemesis. This one not only has sinkholes to eat a town but also needs some secondary plots to fill out the narrative a bit more.

Tales of the Starbound (Starbound)

This is a series of short stories and fanfic so online posting only. Some of the stories only need a spit-shine, but one of them could probably become a novella of its own.

Write-up/ Novelization of D&D adventures (Fighting Fantasy World of Titan)

I want to get these professionally bound for my friends (and maybe posted online too). This lot is a huge challenge - there's over 15 years worth of D&D notes that I want to write up as a novelization, but my notes are sparse, scattered, or generally incomplete. They're also told in a jumble of formats that need deciphering. I'd also want to try and consolidate things like travel time & distance, iron out plot wrinkles and nip & tuck any loose threads or plot holes.

What Alexis Did Next (Fighting Fantasy World of Titan)

I'd like to post this online. My block here is 1, editing; 2, plot holes; and 3, there is a huge chunk missing in the middle about a place that doesn't excite me, so I don't wanna write it.

The Ruby Falls (MOAU) (TES IV: Oblivion)

This is my current main WIP and will be posted online. It's just... huge. It needs so much work and I'm running out of steam with it.

Who watches the Watchman (Fighting Fantasy World of Titan)

Posted online. It needs a bit of editing, but mostly I just can't stick the landing. I have been stuck on the ending of this fic for a year and a bit now. I had an ending in mind... and IDK, I just can't make it work :(

mow files nano10 (Original Universe - The MOW Files)

Posted online or self-pub. TBH I'm on the verge of abandoning this one. It's 10 years old and so clunky. It's not finished and I've forgotten where I was going with the plot, exactly, and I'm not sure it's worth continuing with this one.

My Blade for Thee, Your Son to Be (TES IV: Oblivion)

Posting this one online. I underestimated the size of it, TBH, and it turned from a cute fun idea to a potential entire recharacterization of a main NPC, which is frankly incredibly daunting.

A Treatise on Woodlings (Fighting Fantasy World of Titan)

Post online. This is my glorified list of headcanons. It was supposed to be short! And it grew unwieldy and I ran out of steam. I might go back to this one and see if I can finish it off at least, now I've got a bit more experience with the fictional-non-fiction style.
