Y'ALL. Re-listening to The Penumbra Podcast (s3 now lol bc yes I am specifically looking for Nureyev lore since s4/5 new info) and Man in Glass has me SOBBING IT WAS RIGHT THERE ALL ALONG.
s3ep2, Buddy telling Nureyev his "calling card"
Buddy: "An endoring moral core, coupled with a strong desire to excise that core completely...like having a heart embarrasses you. I brought you on this ship for that moral core. If I distrust you, darling, it is only because you have proven that you can do anything you set your mind to, and so I am certain that you are capable of excising those morals for good. You just haven't done it yet."
Then later, s3ep2 still, Nureyev is talking with Juno in his room and Nureyev narrates:
Nureyev: 'I feel the weight of potentiality sit heavy on my shoulders, I hear Buddy's words about the excision of my moral core and about my ability to do it. And I realize, for the first time, that there is a kind of helplessness in complete freedom[...]when trouble arises, I disappear. [...]but looking at this new man [Juno], there is nothing I want more than to stay.'
AND THEN AND THEN IN S5ep14 The Sixteen Tons,,, yeah I know this line by heart :')
Nureyev and Juno talking (arguing) after Juno takes him into the closet at the facility (near the beginning of the ep)
Nureyev: "I do not want to see you anymore, Juno."
Juno: "...What?!"
Nureyev: "You said that it would just take those words to excise you from my life entirely, didn't you? Well, I've said them..."
THE EXACT WORD CHOICE. THE WAY HE WANTED TO STAY ON THE SHIP AND JOIN THE AURINKO CRIME FAMILY FOR (money, but also) JUNO. BECAUSE JUNO IS HIS MORAL CORE, THEIR MORALS DO ALIGN. THAT'S WHY THEY WORK SO WELL. SO OFC HE HAS TO "EXCISE" JUNO TO CARRY ON WITH THIS.
Because the reality of it: keeping someone between life and death for YEARS, helping fund the Big Pharma that has vowed to safe Slip and yet also commits such horrific acts, but he has to do it or else he never gets to know Slip or have someone know him as he thinks they should bc surely he must not be worth all of this to Juno, the lady's just being stubborn again and inconsiderate, but deep down Nureyev KNOWS that's not it at all. He knows that Juno does know him and will continue to know more about him, and if he can do that and love Nureyev... well, that means Nureyev could have a future.
But Nureyev has been trying to stretch out the future for over 20 years. He's set his mind to it, and he can do anything he sets his mind to. Including destroying himself until there is nothing left to bother with a future anyway. Until there is nothing for Juno Steel to know and love and so he gets the punishment he believes so adamantly that he deserves long before Juno first left him in that hotel room.
If he is alone, then when trouble comes he can just disappear. If he is alone, there is no one to hurt when that bomb goes off.

I haven’t been insane about Vi enough lately so time to pour out some random thoughts. free association thinking time:
been thinking about her “It's my savings. I wanna be rich, okay? So I can travel, eat well, buy cool stuff… So no one can say I can't do something!” And none of the following will really be insightful or revelatory because it’s just what she says here but. yeah! that’s vi! the main reason she’s so big on money is because she has to be to get what she wants out of life! it’s what lets her say no to people telling her what to do, and that’s important to her because she has no choice but to be independent and support herself. because no one else will. No one at the Hive had anything positive or supportive to say about her being an explorer until she went out and did it (to a ridiculously successful degree, too. I have to wonder if/how it might’ve differed if she was on a regular accomplishment level team. not the one leading them all to the mission to the Hive). she never had a choice not to be. I could also see that being a little part of why she starts out not really being a teamwork person. past experiences have taught her she can’t rely on anyone else for support. (does make me wonder about what if she’d met Chubee before leaving the Hive. obviously she still would’ve left, but how might even a bit of support have changed other things?)
I feel like we don’t talk about the fact that The Beemerang Is Also Knives enough
ok so at one point there was this post talking about people with money and how it affects their life like. if you can afford to get a nanny then you can only do the fun parts of childcare and when you stop feeling like taking care of the kid you can just hand them to someone else to take them away. and again likely not especially revelatory but I would guess that’s the kind of way queen bianca handled the bees as her daughters (she does care about them. absolutely. but not in the same hands-on attached way as we usually associate with parents) and thinking about how that kind of treatment would then apply to vi....hm
in universes where discussions of Gender and Pronouns etc happen I think she has moments where she gets frustrated with the everything of Being Referred To and Having Complicated Identity She Hasn’t Quite Figured Yet and is like. gender is cancelled how dare you refer to me. but especially anyone else calls me a girl ever i will be stabbing them
also I think a lot about what circumstances she finds out about gayness/Gender being things. and whether she’s thought about it in herself before and whether she’d been dismissed on it/told it wasn’t a thing etc. most circumstances she ends up angry about the finding out times because of (un)consicious internal conflict stuff
underground tavern stuff implies she was definitely doing quests and stuff for money with them precanon. would kill to know what specifically it was. but also the first talk with utter implies that she was doing stuff off that questboard as well which is even more intriguing. utter’s spy also implies you don’t have to be an explorer to do them but otherwise you would think you did I feel. so again very curious what was up there
#inspired by that girl blorbos post and also me trying to think about where in the game they drop facts and such about precanon stuff w her#the urge to try and fic about the stuff between her leaving the hive and showing up at the association....strong again#'the hive didn't do anything' my ass. vi might have also been a jerk but it's just that she was the more obvious#easily labeled incident version of it. she was active while her treatment was the subtle passive neglect type of bad treatment#complex situation and also. yeah#an aquila original#vi bug fables#bug fables#also featuring funky gender lesbian stuff because thats not even headcanon. to me#hopefully the reasoning out stuff doesn't just come out like a load of nonsense#vi's one of those characters where I definitely feel comfortable in writing her on a basic level but some parts I'm super insecure about#and the part with her is in really capturing the complexities of her backstory and family issues#and the thing is it's like. I have to remind myself that some parts of how canon did her on that are actually decent#and I should pay attention to those complexities. but then also canon definitely did some of their 'this hasn't really been earned'#resolution stuff on her. mostly thinking about the postcanon dialogue with Bianca. it's jsut too much of a jump for that for me#and it's not even that I necessarily think bianca's dialogue is out of character. it's that I'm contemplating whether it would've#made more sense for vi to get angry about it. like.#ok so. sometimes i think about what coming out to my family might be like. and I've come to the conclusion that if they were just accepting#despite the fact that it would be best case scenario I'd be angry about it. because they've said some shitty stuff in the past. in general#they've made me feel unsafe about myself. so no actually you don't get to just suddenly be chill about it now fuck you.#it doesn't change the past hurts#and I could see Vi being like that too. even if part of her is happy about getting what she wanted to start with she's pissed about#only getting it now. with a side helping of also wondering if the approval /now/ is only because she's been so successful about it#what if she hadn't been so specially favored by elizant? what if she hadn't been on the team that saved the world? why did she (maybe) have#to earn the approval she should've had from the start?#also not gonna get into this one right now but tweaking her story with jaune to acknowledge that theyre both at fault in different ways#(again). would be nice#but now I'm definitely veering into repeating myself type rambling territory so

I’m aroace- i would be honored if you made blackstar aro you could frame it as him thinking he’s “to busy” for a mate and he can definitely turn on the attraction and definitely has it he swears, because that’s something a lot of aros go through (including me…). Of course i am not the only aro person in the world so if someone else from the community has different opinions they should share
See like, the issue would be that I can't really "frame" his aromanticism any way and that is the problem; Blackstar has a lot of importance in the narrative as a character who has been one of the worst examples of Thistle Law, and spends his entire life trying to make up for how ugly he made his Clan
There isn't room here to dive into exploring his aromanticism if that's the label that settles on him. He's about guilt, making up for your mistakes and preventing the past from repeating itself with daily diligence.
There can't be "oh I swear I have romantic attraction im just busy right now i swear" and a final realization that it was an excuse. He is constantly busy. His guilt and dedication does prevent him from exploring his romantic life.
So, is that okay? Is it okay for a character who is aromantic to never realize that about themselves because they are both distracted and fulfilled by the things that happen in their lives? For guilt to be a major factor in that?
Or would it be better to not use this label for him?

Okay, so I went looking for the Sonic 2 game manual last night for...reasons, and I decided I needed to share this page
Tumblr media
So as I've said before, it's not as if I've consumed even half of the Sonic media out there. So my idea of the origins of Sonic and Tails I gathered through a tiny bit of Osmosis, tidbits from different tv shows (namely Sonic's depiction of how he met Tails in Sonic prime), and different origin stories via tv shows and comics. This is all to say that I was more than a bit uneducated, so I was under the impression for a while that Sonic saves Tails from the bullies who pick on him, and then he decides to take him with him (and so begins Sonic 2)
But given what a friend of mine described as implications that Sonic 1 (the game) is not the first time Sonic and Eggman have fought in addition to this page, my friend pointed out that this page from the manual may imply that Sonic and Tails were crafted originally as childhood friends. And that both blew my mind (!) and caused a couple puzzle pieces to click into place in my brain.
Despite Sega getting rid of the canon character ages, we at least know from the past that Sega/Sonic Team has had no problem depicting younger (and often very young) characters as fighters in battles against Robotnik or other villains (and this isn't even to mention this in various comic or tv show continuities). Back then (at least with just this game manual as context), there is not only a non zero chance that Sonic has been fending off danger (and potentially even Robotnik) since he was very young, but also the implication that he and Tails have known each other the longest. Since there are no ages mentioned at this point (for the record, I have no access to magazines or reporting on the game at the time of release, so you can take this with a grain of salt), to me it's possible to interpret Sonic and Tails originally being only a couple to a few years apart in age. To me it's possible to interpret their backstory as this:
Before Sonic would fight Robotnik and come to be known as a hero, he'd fight off these bullies picking on this little fox kit. The fox kit himself, known to the animals as "Tails" came to regard the hedgehog as his hero, so he came to follow Sonic around and try to catch up with him. Eventually, Sonic would officially begin to travel with Tails and look out for him, but he had a tendency to leave Tails behind when going on adventures focused on fighting off villains such as Robotnik, who would threaten the natural land and its inhabitants. But the young fox, determined to be like his hero (the young hedgehog) and to not be left behind (both when it came to fighting and because Sonic tended to get a laugh out of speeding ahead while Tails struggled to catch up), would practice flying until he could keep up and learn how to fight (partly by trying to use his Tails to his advantage, and partly by watching Sonic).
And to me, this sets up an interesting dynamic with them. Sonic is a bit of a jerk, but he ultimately cares about Tails' well-being. Tails deals with his hero acting like a bit of a jerk and leaving him behind by trying so hard to be able to join/catch up with him (and later be able to stand on his own too). This also sets them up as younger, likely orphaned, children who travel together and take care of each other. With all of this in mind too, it also makes more sense to me as to why the original Sonic Movie (currently known as "the ova") depicted Sonic and Tails having their own personal home base they live at together.
And this is more of a side thing, but after reading that excerpt from the manual my friend and I just couldn't help but think about Sora and Riku (Kingdom Hearts). While I have for a while found my brain drawing many lines/parallels between these pairs (although compiling all of these would be an essay for another time), this excerpt sort of set it in stone for me. I'll explain under the cut.
So, in case you're not a Kingdom Hearts fan or entrenched in the part of Soriku fandom doing deep dive analysis and theory making and making fan translations, I'll set up Sora and Riku for a moment.
Sora and Riku are two young boys who live on Destiny Islands. They've known each other since they were very young, and, although they had other friends, the two have always considered each other best friends. They also often went out to a small island (dubbed "the play island") to play together, where they had a "secret place" to play. This "secret place" was a place where the two played together and was to be a secret between only the two of them. The two would play and dream of adventure, and Riku would dream of leaving the islands one day. At the young age of 5, he was given proof of the existence of other worlds in the form of Terra (a stranger from another world—a keyblade wielder) who would ask him why he wants to see "the outside world".
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
"To protect the things that matter" is a desire that lasts even until Kingdom Hearts 3 (11 years later), and (as fan translators have found out) takes a progression over time in the original Japanese from "the precious things" to "the precious people" to "precious person" (or person I cherish). The "person I cherish" in question, is highly implied to be Sora. I don't have the space to throw evidence here unfortunately, but there is a good amount (I'd suggest checking blogs such as @/blowingoffsteam2 and looking into the necklace theory and the sleeping realms theory as a start, as these will lead you to other blogs. Or you can dm me I suppose. I have a store of screenshots and kh media to draw from, just know...it's a lot).
Anyhow, with all that in mind, I also offer up an excerpt of Riku's story from the KH character files (this is a fan translation of the Japanese version), which serves to tell us a bit about Riku, he and Sora's relationship, and his perpective of the Dark Margin scene from KH2.
Tumblr media
Translation by keijithekit on twitter
After all, when you're a child, a year is a big age difference, so I played the older brother and took Sora around with me everywhere. When did that change?
Other fan translators have also interpreted the original japanese as saying that Riku not only played the "older brother" role, but tried (perhaps not very well) to play this role. This is a short story that gives implications of feelings (and even the roles you take in another's life) changing over time. This is to say that Riku had once tried to play older brother to Sora, protect him and play with him, but over time things...changed.
Sora and Riku, as young children and all the way through to KH2, were best friends and friendly rivals. The two would often race, spar, and start up contests, with Riku winning the most. This is an important part of their relationship—as friends who drive each other to become better through competition. As Sora would fight to catch up to Riku, to beat him just once (which would also start him down a path of proving he doesn't need to fully rely on Riku anymore), Riku would fight back, get stronger and run faster so he could still be better.
Riku in KH1 (like classic Sonic as implied by the earlier excerpt from the Sonic 2 manual) is a bit of a jerk, and he often enjoys proving that he's "better" than Sora (faster and stronger). Sonic values the idea of freedom, and Riku too wants to be free, wants to explore the outside world. And Tails is a bit like Sora, who tries until he can catch up to Riku, until he can beat him just once. When Riku tells Sora in kh1 that he can go home and he (Riku) can handle everything else, Sora proves that he has the fighting prowess to stand on his own feet now and doesn't need to leave it all to Riku. Of course, Tails is a bit like Riku too. He doesn't just want to be able to catch up to Sonic, to stand on his own two feet, he wants the kind of strength Sonic seems to have (to be able to fight on his own, and to be able to protect what he cares about). And likewise, while Sora isn't initially as driven to leave their home as Riku is (as he both wants to see the outside world with him and likes his home), he also comes to value the idea of freedom, of living your own life.
And this is all to say that the parallels aren't one to one for me (especially as I believe Sonic and Tails can each parallel both Sora and Riku), but I see them regardless.
Let's return back to the Sonic 2 manual and that excerpt from Riku's story in the character files and compare the the two possible interpretations of these different backstories.
"Two childhood best friends grew up together. The older one often took care of the younger one, and the elder would try to play the older brother role to the younger as they took the younger everywhere with them. Likewise, the younger idolized the older one. The two would often compete, which would drive each of them to become better as the older would try to stay on top and the younger would keep trying to catch up and win even once. One of them desires strength to protect the things that matter (such as their best friend). The other desires to be as strong and fast as the other, fighting to be able to rival them competitively. While the older would spend time protecting the other, the younger one day is able to prove that they can stand on their own, no longer needing the older as they once did, not allowing the older to make them stay behind."
"Once, a very young kid was saved by one just older. The younger started to idolize and admire the other as their hero and began to follow the older around. Eventually, the older would begin to take care of the younger, but the older would often show off their own speed and strength and leave the younger behind. The younger, determined to be able to catch up, to be able to stand with the older, flies and trains until they can (and desires too to be able to stand alone, to have the kind of strength the older possesses, to not need the older). As the two grow older, the younger eventually is able to catch up with and fight beside the older (and too develops their own ways to fight). The two, from this point forward stick beside each other as much as they can (to the point that if they aren't adventuring together, they are often in contact)."
Okay, I've kept you all here long enough. I mostly was hoping I could shed a bit of light as to why this excerpt from the Sonic 2 manual reminds me so much of Soriku. Food for thought, right?
#Sontails#Soriku#Sonic the Hedgehog 2#sonic the hedgehog#tails the fox#miles tails prower#Kingdom Hearts#parallels#essay time#i just be ramblin#The 'reasons' in this case were mostly me wondering why Sontails isn't that big of a ship (especially considering people's tendencies to#ship the two male best friend characters who fight together and especially because Tails was Sonic's first friend to be introduced)#and why the fandom has been so set on the 'they must and always will be practically blood related siblings or you're wrong' interpretation#So I looked up the Sonic 2 game manual to see if it would shed some light on what I was wondering#And what I found just gave my friend and I brainrot#(also consider that a piece of media or it's creator labeling two unrelated main characters as sibling like has never stopped people from#shipping them anyways or interpreting it as a coverup for queerness or as writers queercoding in a way that circumvents censorship)#If you liked this post at all you can thank my friend#1. For starting this discussion after I showed them the excerpt from the game manual#and 2. for saying 'oh yeah you could post about that conversation we had if you want'#Also side thing that didn't really fit in the post. If Tails was saved by Sonic and became a hero to him before Tails decided to follow him#around‚ does that not parallel Amy's story of being saved by Sonic‚ who would become her hero‚ and following him around after that?#More food for thought. Even the Archie Sonic depiction of Sonic CD (issue 25 of mainline) had Sonic racing Metal Sonic to save both Tails#and Amy‚ who both touted the 'my hero' line and were glad Sonic would come to save them#In terms of the interpretation I drew using only what I know from Sonic Prime and that game manual for context‚ I actually quite like the#idea that Sonic and Tails grew up together‚ with Tails having quite a bit of admiration and an unrealized puppy crush‚ and with Sonic#initially trying to play the role of older brother. And I like the idea that when they get older that relationship evolves until the nature#of it is unclear‚ where the only certainty they have is that they aren't like blood related siblings and that they just want to be together#forever (you know a 'is this platonic or romantic or what? who knows' kind of deal.)#unbreakable bond

Like people try to get me to read her books all the time and I'm like yall it's not that good
I'm sure it alright bur I'm not spending 15 dollars for something that should be on wattpad
No it's not alright. It's not alight at all, at best it's mediocre and at worst it's downright harmful.
I've read two of her books and I could film a 2hr podcast episode picking apart everything I hated about them.
Like she just writes some of the most outrageous things I've ever heard of and sometimes I feel like her books were written by 12 year old and not a whole grown ass woman. My biggest point of contention is with It ends with us, which is as I believe she said supposed to be a victorious story about overcoming abuse... and sure the main character does leave an abusive relationship. But first she gets graphically abused, assaulted, beaten, manipulated, coerced, babytrapped, and probably more I'm forgetting. The thing is, abuse is so complex. There are so many layers of manipulation and guilt that explain why people stay in abusive relationships. In Colleen's books, that shit is offensively dumbed down and boils down to "I just loved him I couldn't leave", therefore reducing the MC to absolute cretin and making the reader constantly question "WHY are you staying are you stupid??". Because you aren't properly convinced of why she wants to stay, what is this connection and why is it so hard to leave. And that is so harmful, bc people always blame the abuse victim for not leaving earlier anyways!! And you're literally forcing the reader to react like that because your MC is shown to be extremely stupid bc none of the reasons about why she chooses to stay are explored in depth!!! She never convinces you why the MC wanted to stay and you literally can't help but ask yourself what is this stupid bitch doing her man literally PUSHED HER DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS.
There's nothing meaningful in the way she portrays abuse and for that reason I'd argue that book even does more harm than good. That is why I hate her so fucking much 😭 And on top of that, the writing just sucks. Like it sucks ass.
Plus, that's the rundown of just one of her books. In another book the parents of a child comment on their baby's penis and ball size 💀 That's Colleen Hoover for ya.
I'm sorry for the rant but I HATE HER SO PASSIONATELY!!! If there was a license for writing I would pay to have hers revoked...

I’m gonna be real the idea that mine would come back and everything would just be ok with that is a bit annoying lol. I like minedai a lot but daigo would have every reason to snap his neck off with his bare hands if he ever saw him again and idk the bar for too far has to be somewhere after The 2009 Incident
i don't think anyone's saying It'd Be OK, but even then it's just a fun thing to think about
i don't know where the impression that daigo would be utterly furious with mine if he saw him again though, especially if it's been nearly two decades since 2009
it's something i've tried to think on since i saw people try to consider that idea but i really can't come to a concrete conclusion

Man I really hate not knowing what to do with my art. I want to share and post it but I feel like only my fanart is worthwhile and I don't really draw that much anymore. I do sometimes, but even then I'm like eh...
Yes this is another I Miss Having Art Sites Post. Because I didn't have this issue when I used B*zzly and Sheezy lol. I posted a ton of my art in bulk and knew someone would see it and enjoy it and I actually got quite a few compliments on my pinups (which is my favourite art of mine but I can't post anywhere because I can't filter it from any younger people...)

Ecofascism is "environmentalism" through the lens of blood and soil. It's about the "purity" of what you put in your body, of the people who own a land, and of the land itself. It's about not wanting to be "tainted" by "savagery" (note this is not nonviolence even if it tries to look like nonviolence). It's about land Belonging to white people and white people being entitled to a version of stewardship through dominance and blood ties. And at its core it's about ownership over nature and over the people who are degraded to be seen as less human and therefore "ownable". That's why ecofascists treat marginalized people as if they were invasive species.
Veganism is about nonviolence. That's it. It takes many forms but it is inherently about nonviolence and a REJECTION of ideas about any hierarchical nature of humanity or the earth. Veganism is not eating plant based because it's more "pure" or "wholesome" or even because it's less environmentally impactful on average. It's just a commitment to nonviolence.
How many of you claiming that veganism is ecofascism can actually list off the traits of ecofascism? Was my first paragraph the first time you've actually seen the word defined instead of just being used as a vague "veganism is colonialism because of [insert whichever factoid you wanna play telephone with this time]"? Was it the first time you heard an explanation of what it was past "well the maga shaman guy didn't eat meat so you connect the dots"? (which wasn't even true, he eats *organic* and that includes meat). Do you think you can identify and fight ecofascism without a working definition of the ideology? Let me clarify, I'm not even saying your definition is wrong. I'm saying you don't have one. If you don't actually have a model of what ecofascists BELIEVE IN to reference, do you think you can pretend to be an authority on how to fight them? The end goal of ecofascism is genocide justified as "fighting overpopulation" and "keeping the land under its rightful protectors. It has to be actively and competently opposed at all costs. You cannot be an activist on vibes alone. You certainly can be a reactionary though.

hey! this is chance & here’s week 2's prompt. when you write or create an oc, do you like to reference elements from your life? if yes, name a few. if no, why not?
Pull from my life ? Sort of. Specifically, myself. I often make my villains by extrapolating my worst behaviours. Felix Abner, the villain of my main WIP, started as a self insert.
I have BPD, quiet type, but I always think about what a worse version of myself would be like, a version of myself who didn't have the crippling anxiety that holds me back from making a scene or hurting people. Felix started as that different version of me, although he has certainly changed over time and has many aspects of his character that no longer resemble me. However, his behaviours centred around obsession and love still pull from my own disordered thinking.
Cassedy Lowell, the main character of that same story, has NPD. Although I don't have NPD, I do use some of my own self-aggrandizement as inspiration for writing him and his thought processes. I often dream of being famous or widely recognized, so I gave him similar desires then built from there (with advice from acquaintances with NPD).
I find it therapeutic to put my mental issues into my characters, especially the issues that cause me to imagine violence or have upsetting intrusive thoughts. Writing characters who go through with those thoughts lets me handle those ideas in a safe place where no one actually gets hurt.
Also, my life isn't really that interesting, so I don't have any cool events to pull from. If I had a more exciting life I'd probably use it as inspo, but I'm a pretty boring person from the outside. All the interesting things happen in my noggin.

something that's commonplace in things i experience is that i never really get nightmares but just the most inexplicable acid trips of dreams possible
#case in point: the dream i just woke up from#i had this dream that i was on a trip to some european country (i don't recall the name of it. it was definitely somewhere in europe though)#and i alternated between using my parents' car and something that was a mix of a train and a washing machine (?)#and the catch was that i had to keep the washing machine mechanism ON in order for the train to start#oddly enough the trip to the unspecified country only took an hour although it felt like six#when i'd arrived i'd stopped at a movie theatre that was empty save for about three people who spoke dutch#i felt defeated after my one-hour trip#i think i was carrying a large slice of bread as well (what???). it was a bread plushie (yeah i'm as confused as you are)#for some odd reason i was able to understand the people speaking dutch although the only language i knew was english#i told them about my trip and we collectively had a good chuckle#they explained that it's commonplace for tourists to experience the exact same thing#after i talked to them and left the theatre somehow i ended up in slovenia#that was the most i could remember after waking up#i know symbolism within your dreams speaks to what you experience while conscious but how in the HELL am i supposed to explain this#what's cookin' in hell's kitchen?#should i make a seperate tag for my eldritch entities of dreams? i think i will.#i feel like labeling it as a 'dream diary' seems way too predictable#i'll call it 'adventures within my amygdala'#adventures within my amygdala
