The only way i can stomach teacher au is by making Geto still go a bit insane but not in the genocidal way, but in the same way Gojo is, like you know too much and youre a bit fucked up now. And because of that he does not have mental capacity to put on a smile and pretend to be nice. Like i see so many AUs where they are teachers and Geto is the motherly caring one. My dudes he is not. That man would kill an infant if the situation calls for it. Yuuta has been my favorite manga!Yuu so far 😭 Boy's not only kind but his own skills to help him out of a pinch without getting violent or fighting... He convinces Leona to let him sleep over at Savanaclaw dorm by cooking Leona food he actually (begrudgingly lol) likes. AND THAT MEANS A LOT COMING FROM LEONA, WHO HAS A ROYAL PALATE AND IS A SUPER PICKY MASTER CHEF/CULINARY CRUCIBLES JUDGE.

“yuuta!! stop!” you screeched as your eyes averted to the +4 card being stacked down onto the pile of previously played turns. at this point, you were doomed. who the hell puts down a +4 early game??

yuuta does.

sighing while picking up four from the deck besides you, your boyfriend laughs at your sadden look. you swore you heard rika’s distorted laugh at the same time. “i’m sorry love,” he apologizes, trying to stifle his laughter and amusement at your burst of attitude. “your turn now.” he smiled. muttering something under your breath, you couldn’t help but pout at his chance of winning. it was like the uno gods were against you as yuuta was on a streak of winning 3 sets!

“yeah i know that.” you clicked your tongue as he sweat dropped with a soft chuckle, watching you place down a card.

as the game continued, tension grew.

then finally after it felt like years waiting for your turn because of yuuta looking at his cards a little too long, he sets down a wild card. to your favor, he picks a color that matches your whole deck.

with a mischievous glint in your eyes, you strategize your next move. meanwhile, as the game progresses, you manage to turn the tables, playing a series of wild and stacked cards that leaves your boyfriend shunned. the sound of victory fills the air as you triumphantly shout “uno!” while slamming down your last card.

you swear you could hear the music in the background when someone won the jackpot case, instead it was just a long forgotten movie playing. what were you two watching anyways before this?

Super SFW, Think Gojo would have died if Megumi ever called him dad

He'd super die if any of his students called him that, tbf Yuji and Yuta strike me as the two who'd likely call him that by accident

I always envision that Megumi calling Gojo Dad would be one of those blink-and-you-miss-it situations, where Gojo almost thinks he misheard him. Megumi’s quieter, after all, softer-spoken, so it’s just as likely that he called him “dolt” or “daft.” And it’s because of that that Gojo almost lets it slide.

But Yuuji doesn’t. Yuuji heard Megumi clear as day, and is QUICK to repeat it as loud as fucking possible — “Did you just call Gojo-sensei ‘Dad’?”

And of course, the second Nobara catches wind of this, she jumps right the fuck in, and soon, everyone is crooning about how Megumi called Gojo “Dad.”

Meanwhile, Gojo, for once in his life, is speechless; he’s just staring, open-mouthed at Megumi who looks like he has resigned from this world.

And then, Gojo is giddy. For as long as he lives, he will never let Megumi forget that he slipped up and referred to him as his Dad. Like it’s just a constant barrage of “listen to your father,” and “as your father, I think ___,” or his personal favorite (and Megumi’s 13th reason), “you need to ask Daddy’s permission, Megumi!”

Inwardly, Gojo is both soft as a marshmallow that Megumi might see him as fatherly at all, but also horrified because all he thinks about is who Megumi’s real Dad is, and those are flashbacks he doesn’t want at ALL).

On the other hand, I envision both Yuuta and Yuuji having a Freudian slip and calling Gojo “Dad” — a la Jake Peralta in Brooklyn 99. Both are quick to deny it at first, but neither can talk their way out of it, and so, they lean into it.

Gojo’s ego is inflated about 500% that his students might view him as parental (even if, truthfully, that thought both breaks his heart and terrifies him a bit).

This game turns into a “dice battle” every time you encounter an opponENT, so I think it’d be better to hide for a whiLE—

Since no one’s familiar with the whole game area, it might be a good idea to look at our surroundings firST.

It’s the golden rule of FPS to find a place to hide without moving too carelessLY.

Natsume: First person shooter game. A game where you fight enemies with a fireaRM.

A more familiar example might be something like a survival gAME. RegardlESS, there’s risk of harm if you approach the enemy, so it’s best to stay hidden for a whILE—

Teammates who are in a “State of Surrender” will have their gold and items confiscated— but if they have no money to begin with, there’s few disadvantages even if they die.

In other words, by consolidating the team’s gold with one person, you can quickly explore the surrounding area with low risk.

Fortunately, this app has a function to exchange items and gold—

starting off the year by inking more Teamers AU stuff !! today, more character designs :)

the second years are all in Yuuta's gang, they're basically his lieutenants, although Yuuta isn't really big on hierarchy

Maki with the spiked bat..... scary......

Panda actually rides backseat with Toge, not because he doesn't know how to drive or can't get his hands on a bike himself (his old man is a mechanic, that's how he met Yuuta in the first place), but because he's an absolute mad lad who assaults people by jumping on them from his Very Fast bike

Toge happens to be an old friend and also the only person crazy enough to drive for that kind of thing. He embroidered his pants himself

they all dropped out of school, either in middle school (Maki) or high school (Panda and Toge just decided not to show up on their first day)

the gang hangs out at an arcade when they're not busy beefing with other gangs, and the owner just basically has to deal with it (which he does in a very scared way). The place gets filled with smoke whenever they're here, since a lot of the kids are underage smokers and also it's the 80s

of the Big 4, only Yuuta smokes tho. He does smoke enough for the 4 of them tbh

those who know me probably wonder where Toji is in all of this, and the answer is that he's a yakuza. He, uh, cleans up for the Family, aka he kills people

he spends most of his days losing money at the pachinko tho

he left Megumi at his ex's place, and Megumi never forgave him for that. It's extremely awkward whenever they cross each other in the street, although Toji pretends he doesn't recognize Megumi and thus doesn't care

he and Toji don't so much work together as they cross paths when Shi-woo leaves a room and Toji enters it to take care of what Shi-woo couldn't manage on his own

Megumi really, really admires Yuuta and wants to join his gang at all costs. He keeps getting told that he's good at school so he should at least finish high school before joining tho

(Yuuta doesn't actually want Megumi to join, because he feels like this kid has a future outside of this world, and doesn't want him to waste it. He knows he can't say that directly tho, so he hopes Megumi will give up by the time he graduates)

I found sea glass gardens yesterday and it’s so amazing!!! I love how you write all of the characters, especially yuuta (he wasn't one of my faves before but he might be now🤭). Also the effects of reversed cursed energy on him are so interesting! and I giggle everytime when the "power of love" comes up in any context lmao it never gets old.

The Geto versus Yuuta fight is so endlessly funny to me. POV you’ve spent a decade amassing power as a special grade sorcerer second only to gojo satoru only to get your shit rocked by this clinically anxious sixteen year old in desperate need of a Xanax prescription who got so hopped up on the Power of Loving His Friends that he unlocked his beam attack. Like Yuuta was honestly SO unwell during that final fight. Geto kept trying to do his Big Villain Philosophical Monologue and Yuuta was just going after him with this cocaine addict mania like “The Only Thing In This World I Care About Is Making Sure You’re Not In It Anymore I Am Going To Beat You To Death” baby girl was not okay. I started dropping the power of love gag in chapter one and it wasn’t meant to go on for this long but i find it too funny to stop.

Yuuta, who has a history of loving people passionately and needing to kill someone about it, suddenly experiencing an irrational and all consuming emotional connection with someone who was just terribly hurt by some really huge assholes: oh god oh no oh fuck I may need to kill someone about this

Meanwhile, Maki, meeting someone who hates her family as much as she does and who is willing to fuck up their heirlooms just to spite them: oh no I hope this doesn’t awaken anything in me

SO I WANT TO SAY THIS BEFORE I FORGET!!

I noticed how each chapter of Twisted Wonderland's manga series based off each game and their chapter with each Yuu/MC/the reader and viewer is different in a way of what would help contrast the focus of the story.

Examples being Enma Yuuken is strong and obvious extremally masculine there fore "strong" in looks than Riddle who's "strong" in the sense of brains and magic as he literally bulldoze across any set back to be the top of his school to a degree of being Housewarden a mere weeks since joining as a new student vs. this one guy who has no magic and only seemingly became a student regardless of background or magic history and is able to make plenty of friends when he can't think of anyone outside of Trey and Cater and Chenya to call his friend, maybe even doubt if they even see him as his friend.

Then we have Yuuka Hirasaka who is confident, kind, loyal, and brave as shit, proving her point by risking her safety for a animal in the road. Leona, try as he might, wouldn't even give a chance to prove he can do that because everyone already doesn't expect much from him, or at least that's what he said. He's confident for a different reason, also if you remember how things run back in the Sunset Savannah you'd argue Leona feels extra bitter and more in need to try and prove worth more cause he grew up not only looked down on by his magic and potion in the royal line but also is honestly scared of the women around him. He's more confused with Yuuka especially since she doesn't show much fear to him

Next we have Mito Yuuta who I love the most so far due to what may come. Azul is confident and arrant as a show off little shield cause of his own self insecurities especially his image, specially his body and it's weight. He was relentlessly picked on by everyone besides his mother mainly due to his weight which from that level of trauma he's willing to work hard to become the smartest, the strongest, the most respected, and hottest out of spite not cause he generally feels that he wants to, to him he needed to. And it's obviously still stuck on him enough to not take pictures regardless how much money he would make and even making Yuu(soon Mito) to break into something dangerous and steal the only picture of his childhood he was unable to hide in the mind set of destroying it, regardless if he thought it would work or not. Meanwhile Mito Yuuta is a big guy who's okay and proud of his shape and eating habits and kind of like the ones before he him he actually has people who want to his friend vs. the unknown certainty that Jade and Floyd aren't technically his friends, they openly claim him as entertainment and if he got boring they'd leave him.

In other words there may be a chance other chapters would have a similar method with not just the design choice but personality design of future Yuus to contrast against the "flaws" of the chapter's "bad guys or villains"

I want Chapter 4 to be a girl, maybe make her beautiful in some way or have the personality of Jasmine from Aladdin that way the weird vibes of Chapter 4 being super hella romantic and even more ship baiting in any and all forms feel right, not to mention that scene of Jamil hypnotizing us in the kitchen DISNEY GIVE ME THAT AMAZING ART WORK OF JAMIL JUST LOOKING AT THIS GIRL AND MAKE ME AS CONFUSED IN MY SEXUALITY AND FEELINGS AS YOU DID WITH JASMINE AND ALADDIN WHEN I WAS 10 YEARS OLD!!!

I also think having Chapter 5's Yuu whatever gender (maybe male or masculine based cause there's a pattern it seems) but either make them somehow cuter than the ones before even if it's one trait or maybe give them something like a birthmark or scar of sorts that would somehow deem them "ugly" the their world but Vil would be lowkey obsessive of slowly as that was his character is, he's so obsessed proving he's beautiful and good and smart and strong to the point he obsessed over others and their flaws

Though with Chapter 6 I'm stuck on just cuz I want a sassy Meg type Yuu but also want a tall handsome muscular man who's like Hercules and everything Idia most likely would wish to be including with open mention of having great relationship with their family or maybe even them being an orphan

Hi sorry for bothering you but do you know if the Yuu in Savanaclaw novel is still Yuuya or is there a different Yuu? I've been looking around twitter but I don't seem to find anyone talking about that 😔

The Savanaclaw volume of the TWST light novel only just came out a few hours ago (on August 25th) in Japan. That’s probably why you haven’t seen any details about it before now. I did find a thread with contains Yana's illustrations for the Savanaclaw light novel, so go check those out!) In the same thread, we get confirmation that Yuuya will continue to serve as the light novel's protagonist.

I’m sort of glad about this, since it means we can actually follow his character arc to completion; Yuuya also gets much more in-depth background and characterization (since we can see his thoughts) compared to the single-episode manga!Yuus, which we comparatively only know like a few facts about their previous lives. For example, Yuuken is part of a kendo team and supports his team members in their training. Yuuka went to an all-girls school and does judo. Yuuta helps out at his family’s Chinese restaurant and loves food. Okay… but what else?? We don’t really get to glean their thoughts, so this results in us not fully understanding how they feel, think, or react to what’s going on around them either.

Additionally, the manga!Yuus are sort of set up like they have no arc or growth to be had. Rather, they serve as foils to each OB boy (and have to be “not having the same flaws” by design to be the “good” mirror to them. Yuuya is, meanwhile, very clearly set up to improve over the course of the main story. He’s not a foil, but he doesn’t have to be in order to be a good protagonist. In this way, I can see the light novel following Yuuya’s growth as an individual who is meek and shy into someone who is strong and able to stand up for himself and others. The story would, then, be just as much as Yuuya as it if about the boys around him.

Hello, my Tuna! Congrats on the milestone! :3c I was so excited about this event when I saw it! Yuuta will def be going to the beach party. After all the crazy shit at NRC he is ready for a break. Since Vil has been helping him with his potions he invites his tutor as his plus one. He doesn't know how Vil will respond but Vil was happy to accept a day of relaxing in the shade and reading over both their scripts for Film Studies! He was a bit taken off guard as he was sure Yuuta would ask Leona. (Since they both know how he can be.) But Yuuta was aware Leona will already be there for the volleyball games so it is no big deal to invite someone else, right? RIGHT? WRONG. The two of them had barely been there an hour and Leona is already "fallen asleep on an intertube", forcing Yuuta to "save" him. Damn. It was just when Vil was about to apply sunscreen on Yuuta's back too! *sigh* After the drama, I imagine Yuuta and Vil (Who is properly dressed for the sun with a huge hat and sunglasses) spend the rest of the day watching the games and cheering on their friends. Yuuta offers some snacks to the players but the Savanclaw members def hogged them all quickly. Yuuta would even help some of the players after the games by treating/massaging their sore muscles. But as always Leona would probably take up most of their time. Eventually, Yuuta MIGHT even let him share a hammock with them later to shut him up. (Oh and fav color is green btw!) Leona was jealous. Would he say it outloud? Never, but he most definitely was. Seeing Yuuta arrive with Vil was one thing, but not having been personally invited by Yuuta was another. In order recieve retribution for this crime, Leona had made it his duty to be as bothersome as he could.

Throughout the volleyball game, Leona played dumb. He'd somehow manage to shoot the ball out of court that just so happened to knock into Yuutas parasol. Yuuta gave an annoyed look as they fixed the parasol back into place and took a seat back down. Yuuta quickly got comfortable and attempted to get back to relaxing only for another ball to fly over. Yuuta could see what Leona was trying to do, but wasn't giving in and ignored the ball. Nothing seemed to drive Yuuta out from the umbrella at this point. He had one last trick up his sleeve, if they won't come to him, he'll just have to go to them.

He lazed over towards Yuuta, not saying a word as he blocked out the sun. Yuuta was the first to break the silence "... What is it?" Yuuta began to sit up, but the lion instead pushed them back down as he plopped his body down ontop of them. Leona grumbled as he got comfortable across Yuutas thighs "Needed a pillow."

Before Yuuta could try to push him off Leona was out. Guess all that extra pettiness was more tiring then he expected, but at last he got some attention. Even if it was a childish war, Yuuta couldn't help but pet over Leona's hair. Yuuta couldn't help but think his dumb antics were just a tiny bit cute.
