                I woke up to the sound of someone playing the piano, no not just anyone William Afton. I smiled softly as he played and I listened getting up. I walked to towards the sound and when I spotted him, I leaned against the door frame. He went through song after song not noticing me as he continued to play and me admiring his back and how it moved with him. I sighed softly as if this spooked him and turned around his chocolate locks bouncing with his steel blue eyes looking in my soul.

He turned red as soon as he saw I was in one of his baggy shirts. "When did you get up, love?" He asked me looking away. "About 15 minutes ago, I didn't know you could play piano." I told him as he chuckled, "Michael used to play when he was younger and Clara taught me...then when Clara divorced me I couldn't even look at one. Then I met this adorable girl at my job. She showed me things I loved again." He said as I sat next to him. "I'm getting mixed signals." I told him as he looked at me.

"I thought me sleeping with you meant I liked you. I mean you were amazing last night." He winked as I looked away. "Pervert!" I exclaimed and he laughed. "I love you too, girly." He told me. "I can never tell with you William." I told him and laid my head on his shoulder. "Maybe we should go-" "It's 9am." I told him. "Love, it's 11." He told me. "No it's not." I said and grabbed my phone, it's-11." I slipped my phone back in my pocket.

He started to play some notes and I played some as well. "Do you love me?" I asked him and he whipped his head to me his steel blue eyes looked at me. "I do (Y/n), with all my heart. Why do you ask?" He asked me. "I'm just a girl you met at your work place, I applied and you hired me on the spot without reading my experience." I told him. "So? That doesn't matter to me, (Y/n). You made me a better man, I guess only one woman could do that and that was you. (Y/n), please date me?" He asked me on the spot.

I blushed and smiled softly. "William Afton, I (Y/n) (L/n), will be your girlfriend?" I told him as his face lit up. "Really?" He asked. "Of course." I told him, he hugged me softly. "You've made me the happiest man on earth, love!" He exclaimed. I chuckled. He kissed me and I was falling deeper and deeper. I was being engulfed with William Afton...and I loved every minute of it.

When I was Mangle I was dating Toy Chica. Sometimes we'd play pranks on the other toy animatronics and the withered animatronics. I remember sometimes we'd just scare the night guard and not actually kill them because we thought it was funny but usually we would kill them. I remember venting to my Toy Chica about how being taken apart and put back together absolutely sucked and I remember how she'd comfort me. When I was Mangle I was either non-binary or a Demi girl. (In this body I'm a trans masc demi boy). I also remember having some dog like behavior but it wasn't like I was possessed by some dog. I just had some dog like behavior. I made dog vocals (although they did sound more robotic). I remember liking to play fetch and stuff. I also liked chewing on bones.

When I was Funtime Freddy I remember talking to Bonbon about how Funtime Foxy was so full of themself and we'd play pranks on him sometimes but I remember that I didn't dislike him it was just annoying sometimes or maybe I was even a little jealous of how confident he was but other than that we were great friends with them. I remember being a trans masc demiboy. I remember how you'd desperately try to convince me that there was no nightguard and how sometimes you'd just give up when I was being to stubborn to listen (I'm sorry ;-;). I remember how it would take a day or two for you to talk to me again after I would kill the nightguard. I also remember having a very chaotic, goofy, and murderous personality and I made a lot of not very child appropriate jokes. I was very sarcastic. I'm pretty sure I was demiromantic. I might have even been ambiamorous. I remember being really self conscious but Bonbon and sometimes even funtime foxy would try to comfort me when I was in a particularly self hating mood. (That's also pretty much me in this life too I'm just not funtime fred :,( )

When I was William I remember being an abusive and just awful person to my kids (Elizabeth, Michael, And Evan). I remember how sometimes Mike would get so pissed off at me and feel like he, Evan, And Liz weren't safe in the house and he'd take them to Henry's house. He'd come back after a night or so with Evan and Liz. (I want you three to know that i am so so sorry for what I did to you. But I know that no matter how many times I apologize it will never make up for what I did to you three and the other kids I killed.)

When I was Cassidy I remember being Gabriel's sister. I remember being besties with Fritz and Charlie. I remember how me and Fritz along with the rest of the missing kids before we died we'd all hang out at each other's houses and play and stuff. I remember occasionally messing with Jeremy (The kid who haunts bonnie not one of the night guards) but it was all in good fun and I never did anything too bad. I remember when the pizzeria from fnaf 6 was burning down Charlie tried to convince me to rest my own soul and just leave William. I remember how she practically begged me. But I remember being to stubborn to listen so she just left and I was left behind with William only left with the memories of our friendship. I remember spending every moment being filled with regret for not leaving and I took it out on William.

1. I only rp on discord and in a literate format (3+ paragraphs 3rd person) 2. I only rp mxm ships that’s just what I’m comfortable with. This is inclusive of trans headcannons. I know some mxm writers don’t like trans men which i think is just transphobic as hell 3.I am willing to do ocxcannon pairings as long as we double up 4. FNAF: Enigma (general info)

Enigma is a whump AU I created at the end of either 2020 or 2021, for the life of me I don’t remember. Keep in mind I started it well before Security Breach, and before Vanessa was properly introduced, when Vanny was also very ambiguous so I took what I knew (the mask and rainbow hair, referenced in the AR game) and pulled out my version of Vanny: a lesbian disaster with a rough past.

The premise of this AU is: William has been researching remnant—how it’s made, it’s effects, etc—and has amassed a cult following of various outcasts of society (whether they want to be there or not), and he’s turned his sights on Vanny. She is trying to live her life, but is haunted by a dark past and has a body count, making her a good candidate for William to manipulate into becoming a prolific killer. Vanny doesn’t want to join him, so he, knowing that she and Michael are very close (a sort of father/daughter relationship), takes Michael hostage in order to get her to cooperate. Michael is punished when Vanny doesn’t cooperate, and is sometimes a bit of a punching bag for some of the more sadistic cultists.

The timeline for this is. Convoluted but this is FNAF so. FNAF 4, 2, and the original occur as in the games, in that order, including both the Bite of 83 (victim being Cassidy Afton—yes I’m calling him Cassidy it’s a cute name) and the Bite of 87 (victim being Jeremy Fitzgerald; at the time, Michael’s bf). Michael goes undercover as Mike Schmidt to figure out wtf is going on, figured out his father is responsible for the deaths of the 5 missing children (vengeful spirit Cassidy is different from Crying Child Cassidy), and sets out to bring his father to justice. Shortly after Michael leaves the FNAF 1 location, the restaurant closes and William suffers the springlock failure, but, instead of being left in the supply closet for 30 years, he’s found by the members of his cult and extracted from the spring Bonnie suit. Michael ventures to sister location, where he is scooped, and after ejecting Ennard into the sewers (gross), he circles back to Henry Emily to figure out what to do, where they decided to end the madness once and for all, leading to the events of Pizzeria Simulator. Vanny joins the team a few years in (collecting all of the scrapped animatronics is difficult and takes a while), and is clued in to Michael’s past, as they both are haunted from their own mistakes and the mistakes of their fathers. No, FNAF 3 does not happen

William’s cult started as research into remnant and how it works, discovered shortly after Charlie Emily’s murder in 1987 (a week before the murders of the 5 missing children). Most of the members of the cult are those who were preyed upon at their lowest and have no way to leave, and were tempted by William giving them promises of ways to fix their problems. The others are genuinely sadistic and enjoy causing pain and misery.

Miscellaneous info:

Mrs. Clara Afton was a lesbian when she was alive, marrying William (a gay man) in the late 60’s in order to present as a heterosexual couple. They also had kids in order to keep up that facade. She was murdered by William after Elizabeth’s death, as she planned on leaving him and taking Michael with her

Charlie Emily and Michael Afton were close as children. Even more unfortunate that Charlie saw William as a sort of uncle, leading her to trust him, which is why he was able to kill her (she was 15 at the time)

Michael Afton is trans. Just for funsies. William may be a murderer but he’s not a monster (transphobic)

Sammy Emily is still alive. He and Michael weren’t as close as Michael and Charlie were, but after Charlie’s death they became closer, almost brothers

Vanessa Howard had a younger sister, Lea, who couldn’t pronounce “Vanessa,” and instead called her “Vanny.”

William’s design (half rotted corpse gnarled with twisted, rusted metal) is very much so inspired by his design in The Fourth Closet (keep in mind I haven’t read the books)

so first of we have william as pride. easy to explain, he's your local neurotypical narcissist^tm and has a lot of pride in himself to the point he uses it against others. (top middle)

alex is wrath because he has an extremely violet personality and will use violence to get whatever he wants. (top right)

jefferey afton (william's uncle) is gluttony not rly bc of food. i looked up the actual definition of gluttony (in terms of christianity) is basically wanting so much food you withhold it from people who need it. for jefferey though he withholds a sense of compassion for those who are "lesser" than him. (middle right)

michael is greed because he lets his sense of "i'm better than my stupid father" (not really in some aspects :/ ) and is extremely selfish as he wants to rule the afterlife on his own. (bottom right)

bethany (carlton burke's mother) is envy, as she was extremely envious of kathryn because she was essentially wealthy due to being married to william. she lets envy control her life and it makes her do horrible things to get what she wants. (bottom left)

john is sloth because he kinda adds nothing to the cult after act 2. it's also because hedoesn't put effort into his crimes, simply leaving bodies in his basement to rot before he even tried disposing of them. (middle left)

ryan is lust because when he did crimes with william, he mostly lured men with his charm (plus he used his identity as trans to make straight men think he was a "girl") and then william would kill them (sometimes ryan would do everything and william was just there to help hide the body, collect remnant, etc.). (top left)

then you have vannie/the magic rainbow, who represents fear. she is the manifestation of great, unknown power, and the fact that her strength is unknown strikes fear into the hearts of all who encounter her. she essentially has become a goddess with the power to do whatever she wants. even william is afraid of her because she was everything he wanted to be, and he had to fight her in order to restore fnaf world to its former glory. (center)

PLEASE NOTE: i did NOT make ryan lust bc he's a trans sex worker. he would've been lust before the trans headcanon anyways because of his charismatic and charming character. i am not trying to say that sex workers and trans people are just lustful people and that bullshit. ryan himself struggled in that industry, having a very hard time coping with such a ruthless work environment and he just wanted to get out, but he couldn't. the sex industry did help him develop his character though, as he used what he learned to lure men into a death trap, but that doesn't mean that he is happy about how he got that trait.

Let me reintroduce myself to those who have been following since my beginnings and introduce myself to those of you who just joined:

I’m @thecryptidart1st and I’m trans. My pronouns are he/they.

First of all, I want to thank everyone for getting me to 2k followers. I am still very humbled that people appreciate my art, from my Soldered Wires AU to The Graveyard Shift to my earliest days of this blog where I was trying to figure out what to post. I never imagined one person to be following me, let alone 2000 of you. A lot of times I worry that I’m kind of a hack who just got here by sheer luck and cheap drawings, but when I see your comments and interactions with every post, it validates that I am an artist and at least there’s always going to be someone out there who likes what I draw. And that feeling has been encouraging me to keep drawing and improving my skills since I’ve graduated from school and hopped from job to job. I know I’ve had my inconsistencies with keeping up on asks and messages, and I feel guilty when my depression stops me from doing what I like, but almost every time I get back in the groove because I miss interacting with you guys.

I’m sure there are a few who have a lot of questions about my new identity and it’s been quite a journey getting to where I am now. In short, I’ve spent probably 17+ years of my life being unhappy about being a girl physically, but in major denial about changing it. And it’s funny, but Scott Cawthon unintentionally wrote the one character into his line of games that I emotionally attached to because our lives were basically the same:

Yes, Michael Afton made me trans.

Okay, not entirely, there was me emotionally attaching to the male Pokemon protagonists because “they had better outfits” and years of creating stories that featured a lot of male protagonists that gradually got more LGBTQIA+ with in-depth backstories and relationships while my female characters got left in the dust. And a ton of other media and fandoms that were gay as heck.

But for some reason, the FNAF series was a weird gateway into realizing I wasn’t a straight cis woman. And the more and more I learned about Michael’s backstory, relating to his life struggles, and just wanted to draw him having the kind of love I wanted for myself, I realized that I wasn’t a broken woman, but a man trying to crack out of this egg I was stuck in for so long. I only came to terms with this when I wore my first binder just this last weekend. And now this announcement timing up with my 2k followers is wonderful.

So I’m looking forward to what comes next for me as I try to figure out how masculine I want to present myself as and as I come out to my friends and family. But, I’m glad it’ll be alongside with my partner and all of you FNAF fans across the spectrum!

Scott has never seemed a scummy person to me (and also part of me is appalled that this info was public in the first place, but I’m not going to get into my thoughts about political campaigns right now), but now I’m suspicious, to say the least 

I have to hope that Scott isn’t a bigot. Minecraft was an easy thing for me to keep supporting, seeing that Notch no longer has a hand in its development. I feel guilty every time I see a Harry Potter film playing on the tv. It’s frustrating to see a more human side of your heroes, especially if that side might be far uglier than you’d ever hope to know. I’ll keep an eye on this, but I’m going to keep from assuming the absolute worst, and I hope others do the same

(OKAY SO UNDERNEATH IS AN EDIT. I will do my best not to get too... anything about this, but this is a very personal question from a very old friend, and I'm already near my limit as it is)

I grew up in a very conservative Christian home. Both of my parents were raised in the Bible belt, and I've been involved in one form of church or another from a very young age. I was baptized before I was six- too young to know what that meant. I was a young, terrified kid who for a very long time could count the amount of friends he had in the world on one hand. I didn't know that the words 'bi' and 'trans' would feel so comfortable to me later in life, and I was brainwashed for a long time. So much so that it took literal years for me to overcome my own internalized homophobia (and for anyone that knew me offline in middle school, I'm so sorry for how angry and homophobic of a kid I was).

Sister Location saved my life, and I've never even played it once. Michael Afton is and was my greatest comfort character, and knowing about all the things he and Henry went through and how they still kept going despite of it (in the games, at least), made me feel a little less alone. I found wonderful friends in the community. I cried like a baby when I finally saw the ending of Pizzeria Simulator. I was so proud of what the community achieved together, all of the theories, all of the effort and creativity, and of every damn book and game that came out. I've been waiting half a decade for the movie to come out.

I can understand the fandom's hurt. I can understand if you're angry, upset, or just wish you hadn't heard. And while there's a decision now of whether or not you're going to continue to support the series, it is most certainly not my place to tell you how to go about it, or shame you for what you want to do going forward.

Just... fuck. I've got some thinking to do now.

If you took someone in a vacuum and had them play all of the fanf games and read all of the books if they asked me who my favorite character was they would be expecting spring trap or baby or one of the robots, so when I say Michael Afton their reaction would probably be confusion and trying to remember who that is. Yes, my view of my boi mike is almost entirely non canonical and I’m perfectly fine with that, Scott can’t touch my au where he’s a trans guy with 2 braincells collecting a robo-found family. Scott gave us a shitty framework and some unfinished ideas and it’s up to us to make it our own.

Let me explain

William Lucifer (I gave him the middle name) Afton is Snikara Lillith Anton's father. Or well, Snik for short. I decided I was gonna make Snik trans, as some of u know, Snik was female at first. Snik lost his mother at the age of 3 from an unknown disease. After a few years, William decided to date to try and give Snik a mom. Snik didn't like this and threw fits that were violent and scared women away. Sniks twin brother Michael (Mike for short) doesn't remember their mom so he didn't have an opinion and just wanted their dad to be happy. Snik died at the age of 4 from suicide by drowning. William knew he couldn't let her leave due to how much he was able to get from having Snik around. He made Snik an animatronic (pretty much the same way he made Kant but a bit different) and had her stay around. When Snik was 13 years old, she decided she'd had enough and snuck out every night. She formed a gang (still working on the name) with orphans not much older or younger than her. Snik named them (by age and rank) Dane, Slim, Jazzy, and Gidget. Snik eventually still couldn't handle William and grew more and more violent from the abuse he threw at her. William decided he no longer needed her and gave her to his youngest sister Doah. Doah was like a mother to Snik and loved her very much. Doah helped Snik get transformed into a man at the age of 18 and was finally happy. William still had to do checks, training regiments etc with Snik. Everything William told her was some form of abuse. Mental, Emotional or even Physical. The recurring phrase he always told her was "u will never amount to ur brother. Stop trying". Snik gave up trying to impress him and focused on his mom, Doah. He refers to Doah as his mother now since his real mom has moved on. Snik is known for many things in the world. Being the most dangerous being, the most psychotic being, etc etc etc. But he does have a heart and some feelings still.

So I say this.. Don't let anyone tell u ur not worth anything or ur not good enough. Ur fine just the way u r! And I say fine and not Perfect because perfect isn't real. The only appropriate way to use Perfect is 'ur perfectly imperfect!' And it's true! No matter wut, u will always be perfectly imperfect, and to me, that's better than perfect.

Unnecessary FNaF Speculation

As long as I’m going to be posting anything FNaF at all, there were a few things I’ve been thinking about.

Where did all the Aftons end up? Now, I want you all to know that I’m going with Michael as the FNaF 4 Older/Masked Brother. Which means that there were three Afton children, as well as their parents. That’s five people to account for.

Three of them are already known: Elizabeth Afton is Circus/Scrap Baby. William Afton is SpringTrap/ScrapTrap. Michael is the player character of Sister Location, probably the player character of Pizzaria Simulator, and is a rotting corpse without an animatronic.

There is apparently a popular theory that William put Mrs. Afton into Ballora, which is definitely very interesting! Feel free to explore that, and the ideas for interactions between Ballora and Circus Baby when the two are mother and daughter! But it’s not what I’m going with. Elizabeth says that William made Circus Baby just for her, and it seems like it would make sense that he would also make a humanoid animatronic for the rest of his family! But... there aren’t that many humanoid animatronics. There’s only Baby and Ballora. Unless you count

This guy. The thing is, most people treat Ennard as though it only existed as a hivemind! My first thought was that Ennard must have had a base animatronic, probably a clown or jester, based on it’s mask. So I think that, excluding Baby, who is hard to pin down in relation to Ennard, there are 5 animatronics within Michael’s scooped body. Which brings us up to three humanoids! The same number of kids William has.

That’s right, I think Ennard’s base animatronic, the unnamed Jester, is possessed by the Crying Child, or at least created for him. He even shares a clown theme with Baby! Which means that-

Ballora was meant for Michael? That can’t be right! Unless, of course, William thought Michael was a girl. If Michael was trans, then William could have made Ballora before he came out, or even after if you decide he’s transphobic.

Alternatively, from what I’ve seen, most people seem to believe that CC possessed FredBear, the animatronic that inadvertently led to his death. Definitely interesting, and honestly, doesn’t completely contradict this. It’s still possible for the Jester to have been built for CC without him ending up in it.

Ha! I suppose I’ve laid out several assumptions in a row to get this far, but from what I’ve seen that’s the best that any FNaF fan can do.

Of course, all of that still leaves Mrs. Afton unaccounted for... and I don’t have an answer for that! She probably left William after things started going wrong, or perhaps she’s dead. I have no idea! Let me know if you have any thoughts, even if it’s that this is BS! I’d love feedback.

Michael Afton

23, Demiboy, he/him, homoflexible, polyamorous

Michael is the son of William Afton, twin brothers with Red, and has two younger siblings: Elizabeth and Crying Child. He is the older brother in FNaF 4, Eggs Benedict in Sister Location, and the guard in FFPS. Thanks to Officialverse shenanigans, he was brought back to “life” and now lives in the Officialverse with his family and loved ones.

Red

23, Trans Man, he/him, biromantic, asexual

Fraternal twins with Michael, Scott goes by the nickname “Red” to avoid confusion. He actually came from an AU, and angsts over the fact that he “wasn’t meant to exist”. He’s very overprotective of his brother and really enjoys playing Pokemon. Also has glitch powers, but hardly ever uses them. Red is a Phone Guy, but not to be confused with PG!!!

Ennard

Age Unknown, Genderfluid, he/him they/them or she/her, pansexual

Originally the robot that inhabited Michael, Ennard was recently struck with anon magic that turned her human, and he seems to be permanately this way. Their personally tends to be all over the place due to being made of four different robots, but “mischevious” always seems to describe him well. She’s in a queerplatonic relationship with Michael.

Sasha Catter “Beans” Afton-Cawthon

Michael’s cat! Also lives with Scott, hence the same last name. She was adopted from a shelter.

Important people in Mike’s life!

Family

William Afton/Springtrap/Scraptrap: Michael’s father and antagonist of the series. There are numerous Williams in the Officialverse, and Michael doesn’t seem to favor any particular one.

Mrs. Afton: Michael’s mother. Jennifer in Michael’s timeline, though he loves any interpretation of Mrs. Afton

Red: Michael’s twin brother, explained above.

Crying Child: Michael’s younger brother. Anthony in Michael’s timeline, though he loves any interpretation of Crying Child and always tries to make up for his mistakes.

Elizabeth/Baby: Michael’s younger sister. He’s forgiven Baby for the events of SL and FFPS and still loves her as a sister.

Henry: Basically adopted Michael since William is a terrible father. There are multiple Henries in the Officialverse and Michael doesn’t seem to favor any particular one.

Jack Kennedy has been adopted as a brother to Mike and Red, and they treat each other like family.

Dave Miller is Jack’s husband, making him Michael’s brother-in-law.

Henry Miller is a stinky piece of shit who adopted Dave Miller and tried to adopt Mike and Red too but he’s just- he’s a stinky!!!

Significant Others

Michael is polyamorous, so he can have multiple partners at once!

Sammy Lawrence: Michael has been dating Sammy for a few months now, and are unafraid to admit their love for each other. Mike wants to propose, but he’s still struggling to even get a ring.

Scott/Animdude: Both Michael and Scott have admitted to loving each other, live together, and certainly act very romantic around each other, though I’m pretty sure they STILL never made it official despite totally being boyfriends.

Phone Guy: Michael and PG have a thing for each other, and have gone on dates before, though this is merely the PG from Michael’s timeline, and does not have an Officialverse counterpart, so their relationship is pretty non-existant on this blog.

Oh, Michael is also extremely gay for Percy.

BFFLS

Ennard: Explained above, Michael and his Ennard are in a Queerplatonic relationship. For other Ennards in the Officialverse, Michael treats them as if they were a sibling.

Charlie Emily: Charlie and Michael grew up together, and have remained best friends this whole time. True wlw mlm solidarity.

Shawn Flynn: … Okay no they’re not friends. Actually Shawn is Michael’s enemy after Ink Stains(see below), and they hate each other… though, Michael is extremely empathetic to Shawn’s suffering.

Events!

These events are either ongoing or have happened in the past and left a lasting impact on Michael

Ink Stains: An event run by Drew Studios in which Shawn Flynn is the antagonist, using ink to corrupt everyone into a hivemind-like state. Michael along with a few others have banded together to reverse the effects and return everyone to normal.

Wandering is a Terrible sin: The aftermath of ink stains, in which Sammy and Michael attempt to find Joey while Shawn plots again.

The Joy of Creation: An au ran with Animdude, following the events of The Joy of Creation: Story Mode. Never finished!(If you just want art and general content!)

Mike and Scott go to Hell: Scott gets killed, goes to lakeside hell, Michael goes after him, feels ensue.

Human!Ennard: Ennard gets turned human for an m!a… turns out that ended up becoming permanent.

Family au: An au where Michael gets a twin brother, a fellow Phone Guy named Scott. … Then I gave Scott the nickname “Red” and now he’s a permanent member of the blog. WHOOPS.
