« When Momo Yaoyozoru first got her quirk, she started to spend more and more time in the giant library of her family mansion.

She read many books. Clearly, most of them were oriented toward the knowledge of her craft and the nature of her quirk. She learned about many materials and how they formed, how to best mix them, how to visualize their composition, what to do and what not to do with them. There was a lot of imagination involved and not little of an artistic sense to figure it all out. Even when it was science Momo felt her soul captivated by the freedom it offered. Creation, she realized, was something to be loved deeply, something to take care of.

The particular piece laid in front of Mei's eyes had taken her months to achieve. Beside her hero job and duty, Momo had to carefully calculate when and how she could spear some energy to create the proper material anf process it. Shouto pointed out not long ago that it was a special training on its own. For what? She had asked. The answer had been dancing in the tip of her tongue, but she hadn't been able to get it right yet.

“ YOU DID ALL OF THIS ? FOR ME ? ”

She could only blush, nodding with the beginning of a tiny smile forming on her lips. Hearing Mei's excitement, she suspected the answer had finally reached her. The craft of love, like any other, was about patience and will and dedication.

Momo knew now she possessed the requirements for it. It was time to let Mei know how she felt. »
