Princess And The Pea

This is a little story i thought about after i put my kids to bed lmao. i never really see Theodore stories in a darker kind of way.

ima Theo girly till the day i die but i reaaaalllly cant help but dulge into Mattheo fics every now and again so i thought why not do a little bit of a poly? maybe a three-way fuck session every now and again maybe idk. just bare in mind this is my first ever fic and it might not make sense but yanoe when your falling asleep and trying to do your scenario and no one is doing what they're meant to be doing? yeah just think of that when you read it cos that's how it feels. LOL.

So this is the beginning. i always love the ideo of a possesive boyf so i wanted to see how it would go down with a possesive boyf knowing someone wants his girl, and when i read poly fics i always wonder how it first starts? like surely it doesnt go smoothly.

i also gave reader a knickname cos i like using a knickname rather than y/n cos we dont know her.

This is sort of 2010 vibes era.

PART ONE.

The Beginning.

When me and Theodore Nott began seeing each other it was in the beginning of third year. We had been friends since we first met in first year while waiting for us to be sorted into our houses, and even though i was sorted into Ravenclaw and he Slytherin we remained friends, until one day i realised how bright his eyes are, how his laugh makes butterflies erupt in my stomach and how I'm never truly happy and always feel as I'm missing something unless I'm with him. That's when i realised i was and to this day completely devoted to Theodore Nott.

When i grew the bollocks to tell him it was the day he had been avoiding me all day and came barrelling in my dorm room declaring his love for me after having his first fire whisky.

Since then we have been inseparable.

But three years have past since then and even though me and Theo are as good as ever and forever feeling like we are in our honeymoon faze, it seems like happiness doesn't last forever. Its seems like we have a rock in our shoe, named Mattheo riddle.

It started at the weekly Slytherin party, we had all been downing shots of fire whisky and I bought shitty glens vodka because that’s the only alcohol I could afford to bring to school in the new year. Me Blaise, Pansy, Theo, Mattheo, Draco and Enzo was all sat around the fire place playing 3 truths and a lie, it had all been going swimmingly until it was Mattheo’s turn.

“Right, yes yes ha ha so funny that I ended up walking around with an extremely tanned face and pale body” Enzo had the palms of his hands tightly attached to his eyes reminiscing the moment his little sister had put tanning moisturiser in his normal tub of moisturiser all because he rejected her friend. But in his defence he was 15 at the time and his sisters friend has only just turned 11 the day before.

“Yes but I can remember it like it was yesterday, I can still picture Blaises face” Draco was actually struggling to put a sentence together, both from howling with laughter and because of how much of my vodka he had drank , even though he turned his nose up at a muggles drink the first time I brought it in 4th year but he’s the one that gives me the money for it at the end of every year, even though it’s the cheapest shittiest vodka you can buy but after convincing him to taste it by telling him it’s what all the muggle billionaires drink, I can’t give up the lie now.

“Mate when I first seen him i was ready to knock the shit out of him, I really thought he was doing blackface” Blaise said rolling his eyes with his spliff hanging out of the corner of his mouth, pansy who was under his arm with her leg draped over his crotch snatched it out of his mouth with her delicate fingers, she took a long drag “yeah it was around the same time Y/N showed him Kayne, you couldn’t blame Blaise for the way he reacted Enz you really did become obsessed with Kanye”

“The man’s a lyrical legend, I’ve told smell this before but I’ve written her in my will just because I can’t see my life without him now? You know? I can’t see my life before she showed me him, it’s like I didn’t exist, like I was a…nobody”

Everyone just sat there looking at Enzo after that, i slowly looked to my side to already see Theo looking at the other side of the room with a look of anger in his face, i couldn't really see who he was looking at as the room was so Smokey. "What you looking at bear?" Theo started to pull me closer by my side bringing me into is armpit, he brought his chin to rest on my head, in a way from anyone's point of view id of looked quite stupid, looking like i was getting a whiff of Theos armpit. But he was doing this in a way to be possessive, keeping me from being seen. "Nothing smell just keeping you close, don't want you disappearing on me." He said while pulling my skirt further down my thigh.

"its your turn Mattheo, three truths and a lie" Pansy said while blowing smoke out of the corner or her mouth.

As i turned my head to get out of Theos armpit, Mattheo suddenly sat up like he was snapped out of a trance, i heard Theo grunt next to me for a second but dismissed it.

"Hm okay, my first lie would be i slept with my second cousin, my second would be i jumped into the black lake and a mermaid tried to pull my boxers down, my third is in third year i stalked Mcgonagall for 3 months until i found out her routine of when and where she would turn into her cat form so then i could kidnap her and blackmail her until she let my bring my dog next year. My forth one would be that im so fucking hopelessly in love with my mates bird that i-"

And like that the room went into a frenzy, Theo jumped up and went straight over the table instantly punching Mattheo, Blaise and Draco are up before Mattheo even finished ready to pull Theo back and Enzo is sat giggling to himself "i knew it would come out tonight, the second Matt took the pills of the twins i just knew tonight would end like this." Pansys screaming at the boys to pull him back but every time Draco gets hold of Theo he lets out an animalistic noise and go straight for Matts face again.

"You fucking piece of shit, i bloody knew it. For the past 6 month ive been noticing you staring at her like you want to eat her" Another punch. " Do you honestly think id ever let you go near her mate, your a fucking dead man sitting." Theo gets his wank out of his pocket "AV-" Blaise pulls Theo by his hair until he's laid on the floor on top the broken glass. "smell come and fucking sit on your fella before he kills him please gorgeous." Theo starts trying to get up, "why the fuck is everyone taking this as an opportunity to flirt or declare their love to my girl what the fuck."

I slowly rise from my seat, i didn't realise id totally frozen in my seat not knowing what to do, i nod my head at Blaise and start moving towards him and Theo, i glance quickly at Mattheo to see he's already staring at me, he's soaked in blood with cuts all over his face and two black eyes appearing already.

i slowly sit on Theos crotch and hear a breath hitch behind me. Theo looks at me and i just smile and move my hair behind my ear as i bend down towards his neck to whisper in his ear. "Please don't do anything stupid, lets just go to bed Bear please I'm tired anyway this weeds making me feel like shit, lets go have a shower and watch one of them dodgy DVDs yeah?"

Theos looking at me as i sit up, hes angry but not even a glint of maliciousness in his gaze is directed at me though, it never has been, he will always redirect and blame his anger on someone else other than me. "Yeah..Yeah alright lets go, shit party anyway" He says as he sits up, id not noticed how the whole room was silent, even the 4th years was stood still watching the scene unfold.

Theo stood up grabbing my hand pulling me past Draco and Enzo, they patted him on back as we walked past and Draco gave me a half arsed smile and a wink. We was walking past Mattheo just as Blaise smacked him across the top of his head "fucking idiot always like to destroy things around you."

The tip of my foot had only just touched the first step up to Theos dorm when i heard Mattheo call my name.

"y/n, please just hear me out, don't walk away from me please." My breathe cut short in my throat when hearing my name, no one calls me by my name, not even the teachers nor Dumbledore i haven't heard my name since first year after the twins pulled a joke meant for Pansy but ended up stink bombing the toilet i was sat in while skiving, i couldn't get the smell out my hair for a fortnight.

Theo suddenly let go of my hand and went straight for Mattheo again but Enzo managed to get Infront of Theo before he got to him. "You really don't get it do you, Matt, i fucking swear on mine and smells future child's name i will fucking kill you if you even breathe near her after this mate. You knew this would happen, so if you really loved her" Theo said while pulling a face of disgust at him like saying that sentence was the worst thing he's ever had to say. " You wouldn't have said anything, because you know how i am with her, you knew i wouldn't let you near her again, so if you actually love her how you seem to think you do you wouldn't have mentioned a word just so you could still be near her. But no you fucked that up now dickhead." Theo turned slightly to face Enzo "he's a fucking tosser, he aint even fucking looking at me" he said then kissed his teeth turning to walk back to me.

And he was right, Mattheo hadn't even glanced at Theo, not in shame no. Because he hadn't taken his eyes off me.

I hadn't realised i was shaking until Theo came back to me and grabbed my chin. "Come on baby lets go yeah?" i slowly nodded my head and grabbed his hand, i must have grabbed my wand at some point because once i felt it i muttered "Scourgify" under my breathe and listened to the mess being cleaned up behind me, i couldn't let Draco threaten the third years into cleaning up the mess that Theo had left behind.

Race didn’t know where he stood with Spot. If being everything to someone only when their door locked was a recognised relationship status then he would be slightly more fine, almost passing as stable. Spot barely ever raised an eyebrow or even looked at him in public. He would never do anything more than vague eye contact inside the Brooklyn lodging house on the rare occasion Race had an excuse to stay. But as soon his bedroom door clicked shut and his not-quite-lover climbed through his window from the fire escape, Spot became the man Race had fallen into… something with.

Maybe love, maybe disaster, maybe both.

Race couldn't exactly tell. All he could tell was that he was going to have to get his papers in Brooklyn tomorrow because it was way too late to walk three or so hours just to come back again. Plus, Manhattan meant organizing a bunch of small kids who shouldn’t be on the streets and Race would’ve far preferred tired kisses and warm embraces, even if he had to forget about them the minute he walked out of Spot's room. 

Everything was going to plan. That is until Race tried to get sleep. The room was painfully still but his mind became a tempest of whirling thoughts, images and words he didn’t even know he knew and he couldn't take lying around in silence any longer.

“What is it?” Spot groaned, half opening his eyes as he felt the boy next to him sit up 

“Go back to sleep… Spot.” Race’s fingers carded through Spot's hair as he whispered, “I can’t imagine calling you one of those sappy pet names. Sorry.” 

He laughed softly because it was true. He didn’t see Spot in any other name but his own. It was weird to be ignored by someone and then call them ‘Honey’ almost every other night. Maybe one day when they were comfortable and legal in whatever they had. Race thought about it a lot; being able to hold hands in public, go on proper dates, talk about each other openly or have even the possibility of a future. But for now, it was a waiting game.

They stayed in silence for a bit until Spot spoke

“You can call me anything. As soon as I walk out that door, neither of us is allowed to remember.”

He wanted to remember but he also knew he couldn’t. He was so full of emotions surrounding Race that he didn’t know what to do with himself, so he only faced them part-time. He knew it wasn’t healthy, but any commitment felt like an enticing trap. 

“Nicknames are kind of weird though,” Race began. Spot sighed, watching him speak, too tired to be annoyed.

 “Think about it. The term ‘baby’? Isn't it weird to just call your lover a child?”

“Race go t-” 

“And sweetheart? Low-key cannibal-like.”

They sat with a slightly disturbed air between them. Spot showing a rare, exasperated smile in the dark

“Sweetheart, It’s gonna get cannibal-like if you don't go the fuck to sleep.”

It was gonna take a drug far more sedating than slight affection to get Race to rest but, he lay down. Spot’s eyes were a deep, stark contrast to the rest of his face at this time of night, Race noticed. His gaze lingered longer than he intended, just now processing what people meant when they said ‘the eyes are the window to the soul’, even in the dark, lost in the strangely intimate act of staring.

“You called me sweetheart.” Race said it as almost an accusation, more accusing himself for not picking that up sooner 

“That I did,” Spot laughed  “And that’s yours to forget.” 

Race scoffed, “Yeah, don't remember I love you.”

They'd never said it before. The words were too heavy for people who couldn’t even touch when a door was open.

“Racer-” 

“Don't. We both know we can't keep this up.”

He's reached for Spot's hand under the thin blanket

“Can this please just be something real? I don’t mean acting like it’s legal, cause, yeah, it’s not. But no one’s gonna lock you up for admitting maybe you can stand me.”

“It’s just- It’s risky” Spot softly rubbed Race’s hand with his thumb. He laughed dryly in return, snatching his hand away,

“I pickpocket and cheat rich guys out of money on the regular. I’ve seen you steal, soak plenty of people and may I remind you we went on strike to take one of the biggest steps in ending child labor this city has seen in a while. Is that not risky?”

Watching Race turn to face away, Spot let his words sink in. He knew it was kind of ridiculous to act like he barely knew one of the most important people in his life. He knew he could easily fake a friendship, like Jack Kelly and New Kid, but being around Race meant drowning in things he wasn’t comfortable feeling 24/7.

‘Don't remember I love you.” 

That was really how he faced it. A whole relationship built on what felt like no-strings-attached hookups minus the sex. Something had to change. And Spot knew that change had to come from him.

 He Breathed in. 

Out.

“I’ll take that risk.”

Race almost turned as Spot’s fingers brushed over his shoulder, but stopped himself.

“You won’t forget it?”

Spot had to disregard all the ‘sense’ his mind tried to talk into him, but letting go of fear disguised as reason was the only way any of this could continue.

“Don’t forget I love you.”

Whole new exposure

Helloooooooooo everyone! So for this fic, I decided to combine two requests since it makes so much sense to me, and also for how opposite they are to each other. Here are the requests!

Request A: can you do Sully family or Na’vi with a goth reader? this is the same person who asked for the goth reader. I know Slipknot and korn isn’t goth but can like can the reader listen to them or just metal?

Request B: can you please do Sully family with a gyaru reader?

Now I had to do a lot of research about the Gyaru culture since I don't know SHIT about it. But hopefully this fic is enjoyable for everyone!

The sully kids all huddled on their family couch, peaking out to see the house across the street. It was a nice house, a two story home recently renovated. Only a few days into the market and in a snap it was sold. Today was the day the Sully family got new neighbors. Moving trucks were starting to pull up on the drive way, movers beginning to put furniture and other stuff inside. 

“You think they have kids?” Tuk asks as she shares her snack with spider. The blonde boy in question shrugs, “who knows tuktuk, but I hope they are nice” he says. Everyone nods in agreement. 

“Oh, maybe they are like lawyers or some big boss to afford to live in this neighborhood” lo’ak says. True to it, they live in a nice neighborhood that is upscale, calm and quiet. 

“Who knows, but remember what mom and dad said. We have to give our new neighbors the full Sully welcome, " Neteyam says. And as they all watched, a van pulled up to the driveway and four people walked out. There they were, their new neighbors. 

“What in Eywa’s name are those?” Kiri asks as she stares at the new neighbors. Well, two of them to be more specific. The new neighbors consisted of a mother, a father, and two daughters that seem to be around her and lo’ak’s age. 

 “Maybe instead of staring at them like creeps, we should go and greet ourselves? The cookies are ready so why not do it now?” Spider suggests. A small moment of silence passed before the siblings reached a conclusion. 

“Fine, but I swear if that creepy girl appears in my nightmares, I'm moving to grandma’s” Lo’ak says as he stares at one of the girls. Tuk runs happily to get her tray of cookies she baked with the help of Kiri and their mother. Already imagining how she will greet her new neighbors. 

“Come on baby bro, lets go greet them” neteyam says as he pats lo’aks shoulder. Grunting out his mask, when really he was just as excited as everyone else. So everyone prepares the needed welcoming and make their way to their new neighbors home. 

“Halloooo~!” 

“Sup” 

The sully kids were really at a loss for words. Tuk, who is even the more social butterfly among the siblings, couldn't find the words to greet them back. 

Why? 

Because the new neighbors were nothing like what they expected. Two girls stood in front of them. One of them had exaggerated bleach blonde hair with massive curls, decorated in prettys bows. Tan skin, save for the pale areas around the eyes. Light pink lip color, Lisa frank esk style with multiple colors and animal patterns and fuzzy shoes. Long colorful nails with various patterns and beaded gems and glitter.

The other was the complete opposite. 

Super pale skin, black lipstick color, dark eyeshadow, dark goth clothing with a band shirt of the classical band “Slipknot”. Chains on her skirt and dont forget her massive 5 inch boots with belts all over it. Choker around her neck and more belt bracelets. Long but sharp black nails with a more simple tone yet so shiny. 

“Um…hi, welcome to our neighborhood….” Spider said out slowly, still trying to process what he is seeing. 

The hyper pink girl gladly took the tray of cookies that tuk offered. “Thank you so much Nya~!” 

“Stop it”

“Make me”

“Sorry for the mess, we are still unpacking” the goth girl says as she opens the doors for the sully kids. Everyone walks inside to see the house, clearly it has been renovated and the smell of fresh pain along with stacks of boxes and unopened stuff laying around. 

“What are your names?” the pink girl asks. And everyone introduces themselves just like how their parents taught them in a polite manner. 

“What are your names??” Tuk asks, her nervousness went away. The goth girl pointed at herself, “you can call me ‘Zila’”. 

The pink girl snickered a bit, holding in a laugh, “yeah, like godzilla”. 

Zila slapped her sister on the shoulder, making the pink girl squeak in surprise. “Shut up, you know it means something else”. 

Kiri looked at the pink girl and smiles, “what about you?” she asks. 

With a small twirl on her hair, the pink girl happily answers “You can call me Asobi”. Zila rolled her eyes, “Junko would have been much better” she says. Asobi taps her sisters head like a kid, “nope, Asobi is leagues better than her”. 

A few seconds of silence passes by.

“So…. want a tour of our place?” Zila asks. 

After a couple of minutes touring their home, kiri took note that in the living area, kitchen, and guest bathrooms were all surprisingly normal. Neutral colors of greens and browns, giving a peaceful, calm vibes to the place. Something Kiri has come to like. 

“So that concludes our home” Zila says as she claps her hands in a swinging manner. Asobi stands beside her, rolling her heels back and forth. 

“Nu uh! What about your rooms? I wanna see” Tuk whines while stomping her feet. Neteyam was quick to shush her, even picking her up. “Sorry about my sister, she can be a bit nosey in places where she isn't supposed to be” Neteyam apologizes on tuk’s behalf. 

Asobi giggled a bit, going over to playfully pinch tuk’s cheeks, making tuk laugh a bit in return. “It's ok, we dont mind showing our room. Come here sweet pea” neteyam easily hands tuk over to Asobi as she happily accepts the child. Zila shrugs, not really caring at the moment. “Come on, back to the hall” Zila guided the group. 

Lo’ak sighs and walks up to asobi, “you don't have to give into her every whim. She is already spoiled by everyone in the family” he kindly warns. Tuk narrows her eyes on lo’ak as she sticks her tongue out at him. Making lo’ak doing the same in return. This little antic made Asobi giggles again. She pats tuk’s head, “its ok, Tuk is the baby of your family right? She deserves to be spoiled like a princess”. Tuk happily agreed with her statement. 

Down the hall they reached two doors. One was painted black with crimson accent trims, the other door was pink with light pinkish white trims. 

“Soooo…which one do you guys want to see?” Zela asks. The sully kids took a moment, having a silent conversation. 

“That one” They all said in unison. Kiri and neteyam were pointing at Zila’s door, while spider and tuk were pointing at Asobi’s room. Lo’ak was pointing at both of the doors. The two sisters looked at each other then back at the five kids. Asobi puts tuk down and both do a quick rock-paper-scissors game, Asobi wins, thus opening her door first. 

“Welcome to my-” 

“Candy core rotten teething hell of a room-” 

“Realm~!” 

Asobi enters her room, expanding her arms to show the full view of her room. And the Sully kids were having mixed reactions. 

“Oh wow….”

“It's sooo…..”

“Ummmm….”

“I LOVE IT!!”

Tuk, without hesitation, ran inside of Asobi’s bedroom and danced around, letting out another round of laughs and admiring every little thing. “It's like a princess room!” she shouts in excitement. Kiri inwardly hissed, “tuk! Don't go into her room like that!” she scolds, but Asobi shrugs. “It's ok, she seems to have fun anyways” Asobi says, “come on, you’re welcomed in” she encourages. 

Walking over, Asobi starts to show some items to tuk, to which the child happily admires every bit. It was like a dream bedroom! 

To kiri, it looked like a unicorn vomited everywhere. She can already smell the cotton candy scent emitting from the pink room. While it is cute, and definitely something Tuk would love to have, its way too much. Lo’ak and spider believed they would have pink eyes from so much pink going on. Neteyam being polite, rather than not having much opinion about the pink hell heaven room.

“So what is your room like?” Lo’ak asks to Zila. A little huff escapes her black lips and smirk forms. “Welcome to my little peace and quiet” Zila says while she opens her door.

If the outfits weren't enough to tell just how different the girls were, the rooms were a definite confirmation. Unlike Asobi’s chaotic room, Zila’s room gave away a sense of calmness but definit not a full chill, comfy place either. 

“You guys are welcome to come in too, nothing here will bite you” Zila says as she lays on her bed.

“What about scaring us?” Spider says in a nervous manner. There were two creepy looking dolls near the window. Something straight out of a paranormal horror movie. Zila looks over at her dolls. “Oh them, don't worry. I checked if they were haunted when I bought them. They aren't” she answers. 

Lo’ak raised an eyebrow, why does she sound so disappointed? 

Kiri looks around from the doorway, peeking in. It was a bit cold in Zila’s room, but less noisy and minimal stuff going on. 

“Got music to play? Its pretty quiet” lo’ak asks. Neteyam hit him on the back of the head, making lo’ak groan. “I have CD’s on that shelf, knock yourself out”. 

“Slipknot, slipknot, Black Veil Brides, slipknot, Rosetta Stone, Bauhaus, the cute, Pierce the Veil, ACDC, slipknot, within temptation, leaves eyes, oh, even baby metal” spider was listing off many band names of Zila’s collection. So say she wasn't picky in what she likes. And clearly a big fan of Slipknot with how many albums she has. 

“Yeah, still exploring different alternatives” Zila’s replies as she paints lo’aks nails black. Neteyam was chilling in her black velvet couch as he takes in all the stuff she has and the vibes she accomplished. However his curiosity was cut short when tuk and Asobi entered the room. 

“Look look! Asobi gave me a makeover!” Tuk happily shouted. Her braids were full of cute little bows, every color you can imagine, a rainbow tutu with way too many bracelets on each arm. And light colored makeup, only a bit of eyeshadow and pink rosey dust on her cheeks. “And she gave me a manicure!” showing off tuk’s nails which were a mix of blue and pink. 

Tuk skips over to her siblings to show off her new looks, kiri looks over at Asobi with a slight concern expression. “Don't worry, the makeup is vegan, and the nail polish can be easily wash away in a few hours” Asobi treasures. “Oh yeah, that's one thing you can count on. Any makeup, nail polish, other products, it's all vegan and certified animal cruelty free”  Zila informs as she finishes lo’ak’s nails. 

“Huh….thats actually nice” Kiri mutters. Tuk twirls around and sees Zila’s old Victorian doll house. Quietly she goes over to the girl and nervously asks “can…can I play with it?”. 

Neteyam sighs and leans forward to reach out for tuk, “come on tuk, you already had enough-” 

“Yeah sure go ahead” Zila happily answers. 

Neteyam slightly frowned at that, only for zila to smile at him a bit smugly. “What? She is the baby, no?” zila asks in a bit of a playful mockery. Turning to tuk, zila says “if there is anything you want tuk, just ask alright? No need to be scared”. Tuk nodded happily and went on to play with the doll house. 

Spider rubbed his chin as he observed Asobi and Zila chatting about something. Seeing how they behave and still wonder how the hell they are related. 

“Are you two really sisters?” spider asks so suddenly. Lo’ak and kiri were quick to hit him on the head, “SPIDER/BRO!” the two shouted in unison. Spider hissed from the pain he received but was quick to defend himself, “what? C’mon! They are totally different! I get it! Kiri and I are different too but we have similar styles and shit! So it's really confusing to me!”. 

Asobi lets out a fit of laughter, holding her stomach as she falls back on zila’s bed. Zila on the other hand was covering her mouth to hide her laughter. Spider couldn't help but blush a little, did he make a fool of himself? 

“Oh my…!! Hahahaha! Oh boy this will never ever get old..!! Pfft….HAHAHA” Asobi let out another round of laughter. 

“Indeed, it still amazes me that people are still unconvinced” Zila agrees. After a few minutes, the sisters calmed down. “Hey, how about some tea? All this talking is drying my throat” Zila suggests. Everyone agrees and heads to the kitchen to prepare some tea. 

Everyone sat down in the half empty living room with foldable chairs and one plastic covered couch. Having a few sips of green tea, all the excitement slowly calming down.

“So to answer your question spider…” zila says first, dragging a bit of her sentence. Asobi sits next to zila, in a criss-cross manner. Her hands warm from her tea cup, “we are most definitely related” Asobi answers. However, doubt is still there. 

“Look, we get the same reaction all the time. Yes our styles are very different, yes our manners are different, and yes our vibes are basically the opposite of each other” Zila goes on to say. 

“But that is it. That is the limit. Just because our lifestyles are different, that doesn't mean our blood makes it just as different. We were born and raised in the same way, neither of us are better than the other. We just like our own styles” Asobi finishes. 

“Yup. My style is alternative goth” Zila points at her clothes, Asobi does the same “and my style is gyaru. We Like to go all the way, down to our way of sleeping and living” Asobi explains. 

“But why…?” Tuk asks. 

“Why not?” the sisters as in unison. 

“Much like how you guys have your own style, so do we. Our styles define who each of us our, and live it like that” 

“We like what we do and not be swayed by the normies”. 

“We live like how we want to live” 

“Kids come down, they will be here any minute so get your act together” Jake shouts from the kitchen. It was evening as he and neytiri prepared the dining room, making sure that they looked their best for the arriving guests. 

Upstairs in game room where the sully siblings were at, all checking each other that no a hair was out of place. Yet at the same time they were each holding a different amount of guilt. 

“Were we too mean or rude…?” Lo’ak asks. Clearly asking the question everyone was thinking. “I want to say no but…we might have” Kiri answers. Neteyam scratches the back of his head, “Tomorrow we should apologize, it's the right thing to do” he suggests. Silently everyone agrees, and with that, they all head downstairs. 

And right on time as well. 

As the last sully reached the living room, the door bell was heard. 

“Show time” Jake says as he opens the door. 

New voices were heard, neytiri and jake greeting whoever came. 

“Come come, meet our children” Neytiri says a bit loudly, signaling her children to stand up. 

And entering the living room was a family of four. A man, a woman, and two identical daughters. Exact same hair color, same facial features, wearing wine red long sleeve summer dresses with matching black shoes.

“Hello children, I am Mr. Obeni, my wife Mrs. Obeni, and our lovely twin daughters, Zila and Asobi” 

“Halloooo~!”

“WHAT?!”

super smash bros melee the crossover fighting game starring all your favorite nintendo characters (well pikachu was second party but thats pikachu everyone knows who pikachu is) had a whole three characters who nobody in north america knew who the fuck they were, two of which were from games that weren't localized at all and one of which was from a game that was enough of a commercial failure in the united states hardly anyone remembered it a little under a decade later. now to be fair ness was in the one on the n64 also but its not like he'd gotten another game. youd just go into the store and look at a game's boxart and decide you wanted that one and yknow what it usually worked out for you. i did this longer than you'd expect too i was in 7th or 8th grade and thought to myself "yknow i havent really played any console rpgs lately" so i looked up "rpgs for the wii" and i saw a gamefaqs rec thread or some shit where a guy went "well xenoblade is coming out." and i looked up xenoblade and found virtually no information about it other than that it was coming out and thought to myself "yeah xenoblade... that looks like an rpg i could get into." and you know what i did? i preordered it this may very well have been the first game i ever preordered i thought "well they were talking about it on gamefaqs so it must be a big deal i wanna make sure i can play it day 1" but i didnt need to reserve a copy of fucking xenoblade chronicles the store probably could have given me every copy in stock for no profit loss when i walked in there with my gir t shirt and my little receipt because i was one of all three and a half people in north america who played this game counting the gamefaqs guy. and xenoblade chronicles knocked me flat on my ass it was one of the best games i'd ever experienced i'd played plenty of story heavy rpgs before but this one hooked me in a way none of them ever had.

fast forward around 4 years the 4th smash game comes out but this one was different. this was when we really started to go in on the crossover fighters, character slots were now real estate that potential entrants had to earn the right to occupy as if one game ago they didnt make a failed NES peripheral a playable fighter and give it an emotional subplot in subspace emissary. no longer was it "cool i guess this guy is here" it had become "who the hell is this and what do they think they're doing in smash bros?"

and thus came that fateful night when amidst crazy new character reveals like the fucking wii fit trainer they unveil a cinematic trailer and announce that shulk from xenoblade chronicles was joining the fight. to which the unilateral reaction was "who the fuck is shulk why was this trailer framed like we already have a rapport with shulk i dont know this man why does he say stuff like 'im really feeling it?'"

As a new army I'm fascinated to hear about people being fans from the start. And you've been here pre debut! I would love to hear your story. How did you find out about them? Was there as much info about trainee groups then as there is now? What drew you into them? Were you into k-pop before? What was your reaction to tae's face reveal? Thoughts on the debut album and performance? Were there translations easily available? Are you friends with any army from those days? I dont know if this still happens so often but at the time they debuted it was quite common for us to know information about new groups even before they debuted. so in december 2012 i was on my laptop on a kpop forum and they were talking about bighit and their new group. I remember at that time they said that bangtan was going to have a lot more members. and there were already people sharing photos of the members, video of namjoon rapping and also their youtube channel. and thats when I got curious. at that time i was missing something totally different in kpop and i saw it in them and especially in namjoon (i didnt know about jeongguk when i found out about them). at that time bap had debuted with something very different from what they used to have in kpop but i didnt feel connected to them or curious about them, but with bangtan i got curious as soon as i heard about them.

i've been listening to kpop since i was a little kid. i have an aunt whos been a fan of tvxq since they debuted so she was the one who made me go deep into kpop. at that time the only group i really liked all the music was shinee. i even cut my hair like taemin in lucifer but i looked like a dog lmao. replay and lucifer is one of the few songs from that era that I still remember the full choreography 😆 but i think what made me like shinee besides their music was taemin and jonghyun. I thought he was so amazing and I still think he is one of the most amazing and talented artists we have.

ever since i found out about bangtan every video and stuff they posted had me so mesmerized and hypnotized. anything they posted I said, "they are amazing!!!" 😆 I think their debut album was amazing and managed to show very well what they came to do and show at that time. I think their first album was perfect! but since I always liked groups from big companies, it was very hard to see how different the treatment is for those who are debuting from a small company and those who are debuting from a big company. and also how hate came to bangtan since they debuted. it was something that was very hard to see. you've probably seen them talking about it and how it went for them right. at that time I had a need to read and wanted to defend bangtan from everything. now I'm not like that anymore but I still feel super protective of some things. even though I dont think I had to waste time on these things, sometimes its really hard to stop myself.

we didnt have so many translations at that time :/ here on tumblr we had bangtan tumblr from the beginning. they had another blog until they made bangtan tumblr. and soon a already had bts-trans. I'm not 100% sure but I think bts-trans was the first source of bangtan translations we had. and for good quality video content we only had one source which was _helloflora on twitter. and yes i made a lot of army friends since the beginning but most were all namjoon and yoongi biased. I think because they are older than me. my first concert was in 2014 in zepp tokyo which was their first showcase in japan.

do u ever think how in life we are told to aim for so much success and reach our full potential but then every other average person including celebs, idols etc etc are or have already done so, so why should we also need so much wealth or why should we need to put ourselves out there.

im constantly torn between wanting a simple affordable life that id be happy with maybe in the countryside (but its not affordable nowadays to live simply we still have to slave away) and the other side is that i have a need to constantly prove myself and to gain some type of recognition cause we are always told from kids to aim for the top paying jobs etc etc, most of that is what celebs have or do. i mean it cant always be that great what do rich ppl keep buying for each other dont they run out of things to own eventually cause they already own most rich people items?

fair enough if celebs and idols have talents but i dont im not even remotely pretty enough to do whatever it is they do but again its alwayd the what if i wouldve done things differently, maybe it would feel less narcissitic to want a bit of what celebs have if i already had done something differently yonks ago

the other issue is i no longer feel so attached to society if at all like i dont care to succeed i dont care to fail, im neither fussed if im alive or dead it just dont matter to me anymore, in the end the only thing thats going to happen is i will eventually pass away so no ones exactly going to miss me even in death or heaven as people still have their own lives i wouldnt or havent been anyone special at all

its almost saying how it only matters if its someone rich and famous so we have to be a somebody in order to be remembered otherwise we generally end up being a nobody as it is the way the internet goes into meltdown when celebs pass away as if it wasnt to be expected at some point. but if we arent on social media or we dont have a following we honestly do not matter even if we dont have partners or social group either like im so irrelevant no one gonna notice bar immediate family if i stop existing rofl

the way we have to do everything via a screen and screens are everywhere doesnt help me at all cause i feel further distanced from folk and like i dont belong, i dont need nor want a following but its almost being forced on all of us like people.

even idols cant do anything without needing to show their fans but the idols wouldnt notice every single fan to ever exist would they? all the interactions with celebs that fans have is always monentary or beifly. stays even treat bangchan like a long term permenanttherapist friend. yet neither if them truly know one another, so why do we get so attached to the idea of having thoughts and feelings towards someone whos never going to know us so again it dont matter if we do or dont exist as long as these idols and celebs briefly have enough fame for them to get by

but then what am i someone who just does nothing for a living cause i dont want what others want out of life if that makes sense? i either end up feeling like im from the wrong era dont belong with my generation dont belong with next generations would probably have preferred being in previous generations when things were simpler and affordable

Honestly people tell you to aim high because not only is it the best way to survive, but also because you can easily improve things. Many people who’ve done a lot were considered sub par, and the main reason they did was pure spite to the people who looked down on them and had more, and then they eventually became those people. It’s a cycle, and it’s human nature. And in this society, whether we like it or not, only the successful can truly be sure they can make it. Even middle-class families can easily crash and burn in the blink of an eye with losing their job and end up without anything to eat. But the successful don’t really have to worry about that, because they have a lot to fall back on. Things are also getting more and more expensive, and only the wealthy can really keep up with that. It’s sad, but reality.

And yeah, I think fans put so much pressure on idols because they’re just that. Idols. They idolize them and see them as these perfect beings far above any and everything, and they delude themselves into thinking they can be with them one day. So if an idol makes one wrong move, or dates someone, that false image comes crashing down. You don’t see that in the west simply because we don’t idolize celebrities to that same capacity. To us they’re not necessarily idols, and they’re much more open about their humanity.

Burn it up – Wanna One

No one really stood out to me, the vocals where bad at some points. I can’t really choose one for this.

Danger – BTS

I really like how no one really knew this sing. No one knows dark era bts and I feel so especial because I do and that’s my second favorite album by them. Moving on... Both were kind of bad too. The i-land boy, I Chan (I think), he messed up baaaad, I was cringing while watching. Don’t remember much of G-Group tho be honest, so I would say that K-Group was better because SeungHwan did a great job with the little he had.

Aju Nice – Seventeen

I’m sad again, I didn’t like either performance, I feel like K-Group was slightly better because of their main vocalist was really good but the other boys was really not it, I do know that he was in bad condition but still… idk

Let’s start with the fact that I hate this song, with passion, so I’m biased into hating the performances. So I say neither, tending a little bit to K-Group because Hanbini was sooo good

Love Me Right – Exo

This might seem impossible, but I really thought that Hui was gonna fuck this up for his team. He was trying too hard, too much. What he wanted to do didn’t match the song, at all. Though as whole K-Group was more consistent the performance, both vocally and dance wise, Jay’s high note was better, it fit the song better.

Kill This Love – Blackpink

This fight was unfair, K-Group didn’t stand a chance. They did a great job, Gun Wook worked them to be really powerful, with big movements but it was a lost battle. Keita really did a good job of putting this team together, he chose them for this song in specific. K-Group did their best but the result of obvious. I feel like this team should have won the Studio Choom and M!Countdown stage but it is what it is.

Back Door – Stray Kids

ha…. I am basic ass bitch sometimes... Ji Woong had one line and a dream, minimum effort, maximum achievement. The struggles Yujin went through also touched my heart. Tae Re is such a good vocalist. And the guy who was center, he did a good job too. I think it was funny how everyone was sort of trying to mimic Hyunjin’s facial expressions, both in K and G groups.

And here's my top time (against you're about to see how basic I am) .

This is my last vote. It had some changes since I started to vote because I didn't have a good top 9 in head. So yeah. I like how this looks, I feel like this could be a great group. Some of you may argue that it doesn't have many global trainees but if we have to be honest, once the final gets here, Koreans will vote for the Korean trainees only so we will get lucky to see even 3 global kids here.

And here's a not so popular opinion:

I WANT and HOPE mnet will manipulate the final group. Koreans vote with their ass and global fans vote for the meme kid.

Koreans made Lee Da Eul, who might have a sweet voice when singing in his tone but is terrible in every other way, 6th in the ranking (he dropped to 13th in the announcement that was made today and honestly that's still too high for him). And because of what? Cause he looked cute in his profile photo, one of the few who looked okay.

And global fans? Are even worse because they dont even vote for someone whos cute, they vote because "ah, hes funny". Their voting for Do Ha, a really nice boy if you ask me, but, much like Da Eul, can't really sing and can't really dance. And the other My House boy, the one in red, he also isn't good but keeps getting votes because he seem funny.

And we can argue that the industry needs to change, people have to sing in their key and so on, however for most boy groups, their main vocalist sings very high. Chen, Jungkook, Eunkwang, Jay B, Jongho, Sungmin, Taehyun, DK, Heesung they all sing very high. I can't even think of a main vocalist who couldn't reach those high notes. And the dancing, although I am the first to admit that 4th gen is too focused in dancing, needs to be good, it's one of the essences of kpop.

So mnet, manipulate away. Make me hate someone, make me love someone. Actually manipulate the results (in a way that people can't tell that it was manipulated, still having X1 war flashbacks). I don't care, I want a good group, whatever it takes

not gonna lie i am pretty proud of how i write him. some of it is projection like in a superficial way. but i DO NOT trust anyone else with punk arthur. like. hes my special guy. but it's definitely not my only characterization of him and i disagree with 99% of the 'punk england' interpretations out there. unfortunately i dont think its underutilized i think its overdone - poorly.

it is glaringly obvious how little most people know about what it means to be a punk. i am begging you please learn about the music (yes, real punk. from the 70s) and the political ethos.

fair warning i'm kind of a purist and might sound like a gatekeeper here but i feel like the true punk subculture is so misunderstood and also doesn't really exist anymore. like. its so rare to find accurate representation. i could go on about kids these days misappropriating subcultures for a loose 'aesthetic' and then claiming that subculture. but i am trying not to go off on a rant about what is and is not punk... i am trying so hard.

anyway yeah of course he hates cops dude. i believe it was a holding cell at a police station (precinct) which could be called a pig pen. bacon factory. any variation on that. glad it got a laugh bc that was obviously my intention but also the reality here is that he's an addict who's had repeated run ins with law enforcement. he's familiar with the system and very much desensitized towards what might be more traumatic for those who aren't as tough as he is. being scared of cops is normal. he's clearly not. in turn, he does still benefit from white privilege in this aspect. some people wouldn't be so lucky to get away with this behavior.

also this is fiction and i would not suggest acting that way towards a police officer. even though it might be fun and morally correct to antagonize them. probably will not end well.

so on that note. all cops are bastards. they don't exist to protect and serve. never talk to them. arm yourself if its legal where you live. if you see someone stealing food no you didn't. if someone breaks into your house you can rock their shit with a baseball bat. life hack.

hi i exist and i had a dream about me having eggs with jj0ng. it’s safe to say that i’m finally undepressed and i’m writing a story on ao3.

which leads me to my question, how do you stop yourself from procrastinating? idk if you know, but i wanted to ask in case if you did. i do like your posts as always even though i’m shy to make any tumblr posts as of this time. i had just introduced myself to live journal and i’m using it just to make fake old posts of me thirsting over shinee, tvxq and snsd because i miss that era of being a kpop fan and i wish i lived through it myself. every time someone screams “my ovaries” would make my heart cry. i miss teenagers being… well… teenagers. it’s sad that we might not see golden content like these anymore, but at least i have a space to act like i did because i’m delulu and need to be stopped.

Hii! Wholesome dreams are definitely a true antidepressant. Oh I procrastinate all the time. I even procrastinate eating and putting up my groceries. Like I don't buy milk, eggs or real meat. It's fine but there's still hummus, cheese and tofu so after i remember that i do it. But something I do that does help me especially with posts is I give myself a deadline like you have this post half written in your drafts try to get it finished by the end of the week and give yourself an incentive. Like if I clean my closet by the end of today I can buy my whole shopping cart on whatever site I want. I think cause that's how it was when I was a kid. After school or summer camp especially if we were fussy in the morning our grandma would have some kind of treat or toy for us when we got back so we knew if we go to school that means we'll get a hula hoop or ice cream or cookie when we got back. So I think you should try rewarding yourself for when you finally do something you've been meaning to do. I hope that is helpful for you. Also don't feel guilty if you don't do something you can always change your idea if the current one isn't inspiring you I do that all the time and it always works out better than your original idea. I was a kpop fan around that time. I totally remember the my ovaries or my ovaries exploded thing. I see some current version of that and it's like "I am ovulating right now I can't handle this" but I think its usually like people a little older at least I just follow people around my age.. I've definitely said it But I think just creating that atmosphere for yourself is great. I have noticed that a lot of younger fans are extremely puritanical I've never seen anything like it. I was like 15 when I became a kpop fan so it was different and even fans of elvis and the Beatles were similar in the 50s and 60s. Like not even jokes about idols smoking are even allowed. It's only a problem when that's all you see them for and all they are to you is a sex symbol thats the only time it's a problem. It's fine if you don't want to do that I especially think so if it's a 30 year old man probably dont do that. But don't shame those who do it when it's called for. ive spent a lot of time recently trying to remember the hs fics i always dreamed id write one day, but lost motivation for before i ever could. i feel like i used to have endless inspiration and i guess im hoping reflecting on that will help me reconnect with it now

i think i wanted to write a collegestuck fic, where dave and sollux were roommates and dave had a shitty job at a coffeeshop and that he swore was basically step one to becoming a dj because they had live music sometimes and thats *almost* a club (but he doesnt want to be a dj, bro was a dj, hes studying archaeology and hes never been happier and he spends too many hours bent over textbooks in the library with aradia just because he loves it, its everything he wanted when he was a kid and it feels like freedom in his hands, but jade asks him what he wants to be and he says the sickest dj there is, and college is just to tide him over until then, and john asks him what he wants to be and he says a director, so he can make movies even shittier than johns dumbass favorites, and rose asks him what he wants to be and he says solluxs sugar baby, because if you dont admit you want something its harder for people to take it from you)

i dont know what the ship wouldve been, im sure there were times where i was full on applebee2 to the end and times where it wouldve been dvekat and so on and so forth, but i know that dave moved across several states so he could go to school with his friends and i know that he and sollux were assigned to the same dorm and get along in the way that only two irritating nerdboys confined to one room can (which is to say that theyre besties and also they hate each other), because i feel very passionately about sollux and dave being friends just as much as dave and aradia being friends.

i think it would be funny if eridan was studying abroad and was one of those annoying europeans that cant go ten seconds without shitting on america (why are you here then, karkat asks him every ten seconds) and was generally just. literally so insufferable but also had no real idea what he wanted to do w his life so he was just majoring in business even tho he hated it (he switches to history, eventually, and is much happier for it), and i think he studies at daves coffeeshop and gets the kind of coffee that makes dave think hes a pretentious hipster (he is), only he doesnt actually do a lot of studying at all and spends most of his time checking out dave bc hes stupid, and instead of flirting with him he insults him constantly, bc hes stupid. dave literally hates him.

on the side i think id want to spend some time exploring dave reconnecting with rose as long lost siblings and john and jade navigating that weird space of "okay ive known you online forever but this is what knowing you in real life is like huh". i think id go jadrose for this au and emphasize jade having a very complicated relationship with romance bc who am i if i dont make someone aspec. john burns out bad towards the end of their first year and is in his depression era

but yeah. all that, i guess. i came up w a lot of ideas for college aus when i was finishing up community college bc i was so excited to get out and go to uni and so theres a lot of like, idea scraps floating around and maybe someday id like to do something with that, especially now that ive gone to uni and know what its actually like

appearently Joe said "maybe ive been instructed to make a sign to passively-aggressively shame impulse. no im just kidding i dont think impulse does drugs" in response to someone asking them about the "Winners don't do drugs" King Ren screen on the arcade. Which, while hilarious on its own, just made me think of like, soup group seeing that screen.

Cue a meetup at the little research office in Pearls mushroom where Impulse is crying on the floor because he can't roll a blunt right, (Grian and Ren rolled all his blunts in the Hippie era, his hands were and are too big and clumsy for this) Pearl is trying to mix weed into a soup they're gonna give to the king but shes not familiar with the plant either so shes also struggling, and Gem is blazing it up with absolutely no problem. Shes a nature Elf, how the fuck did the others ever think she didn't know her way around plants like these

(weed is also legal in Canada. Its not in Australia but it IS in Arizona. Impulse is knowledgeable about the drug its just been so long since the Hippie days, hes been too much of a good boy lately. Useless Facts about ImpulseSV: the post

Welcome to “Useless Facts about Impulse”. The title says it all. I am Eluminium, that one fuck who decided to watch every single Impulse hermitcraft season and actually fucking did it, and I have a bunch of completely useless knowledge from it now. AND I SHALL SHARE IT WITH YOU SO YOU TOO MAY ALSO BE ENLIGHTENED! Also cuz i’m bored as shit (Btw i’ll probably keep adding onto this post as I remember or gain more useless knowledge) People who’ve blessed this post with more facts: @bucket-of-amethyst  @tsukinouta  LET THE FACTS BEGIN! First addition of facts: August 7th 2022

-Out of every single base Impulse has constructed on Hermitcraft, 3 and a half of them have featured water as a major design element. These would be the City of Atlantis (S5), iBay (S6), The Pyramid (S7), and the half is his “starter base” temple (S3).  (I count it as a half because he spent a considerable amount of time designing it but it isn’t his main base so to say.) -Impulse has two seasons of Hermitcraft that are the exact same lenght in terms of episodes, these being S3 and S4, both having 57 episodes. -Impulse’s longest season is S6 with 113 episodes, and his shortest is S8 with 35 episodes -Out of every base Impulse has built, only 2 of them do not feature his logo on the inside or outside in it’s final design. These are iBay (S6) and The Pyramid (S7)

-Impulse is shorter then Bdubs IRL. Bdubs claims to be 5′10 while Impulse claims to be 5′8. This makes fanon extremely hilarious

-In S4, the safe rooms Impulse and Tango constructed in the Wither Skeleton farm were called “The Sissy Room”, but only for one episode. After that it’s never mentioned again.

-Impulse’s wife (Ms. Impulse) has never touched Minecraft because she’s an interior designer and would most likely disappear off the face of the Earth if she ever let herself play the game. It hasn’t stopped Impulse from trying a few times though.

-Impulse has a habit of biting off more than he can chew. In 4 out of 7 seasons he’s been in there have been obvious projects that were never finished. These are in order: The roof of his and Tango’s shared Mega Base (S3), A fair amount of The City of Atlantis (S5), The missing farms on the Phinias Board (S7) and the interior of The Candy Factory (S8)

-Impulse’s current keyboard (At the time of writing) was custom made by his son

-In both S3 and S7, Impulse used the exact same floor desgin and armor stand gimmick for his Patreon Monument.

-One of the reasons Impulse and Skizzleman remain such close friends today was because he found a book on networking on Skizz’s bedroom floor when they were both looking to go to a new collage. They both went to the same Networking class after Impulse suggested it and have been glued together ever since. -They absolutely hated that networking class though

-Impulse has had 4 piercings in total. One in the tongue, one eyebrow one, one nipple, and one in the ear. Both the eyebrow one and the nipple one were taken out after they got caught on various zippers, and the ear one was something he did together with his drumline. None of them survived to the present day though.

-Impulse has sold enchanting related things in 4 out of 7 seasons (S4 S5 S6 S9)

-Impulse used to be completely bald and beardless until he grew out his hair and a beard for a No Shave November challange and people said it fit him. He hasn’t returned to baldness since that (At the time of writing) -Every since their introduction, Impulse always carries a totem on him. Although he has a resource pack that makes the totem invisible in first person so it won’t block up the screen as much.

-His Guardian Goodies shop building in S7 is an exact replica of a Guardian “shop” (everything was free) xB designed in S3

-Impulse has won every single “How to Kill” compitition, and with the exact same concept to boot. In “How to Kill a Doc” he made a bunch of traps that looked like the final blow but weren’t, instead having the killing strike be deliver by Impulse himself. In “How to Kill a Tango” he did the exact same thing, although the final blow should have been delt by a Magma Cube instead. Both of these killing machines also share similar surprises. Both involve fire charges (One from dispensers, one from a live Ghast), anvil launchers and TNT. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it i suppose?

-Impulse actually bought the “copyright rights” to the “i” brand from Iskall in S6 so he could keep iTrade open without confusion. Never got something similar from iJevin thought.

-When S6 updated to the villager update, Impulse managed to obtain a glitched Farmer Villager who never locked up his trades no matter how much you traded with him. Although he did lose a fair amount of villagers in iTrade too, so it was more a soul for a soul.

-The only season Impulse was part of that never had Elytras was ironically S3, the one with amplified terrain.

-The first time Impulse properly tested out the Elytra, it lagged so bad he died from fall damage by falling into Xisumas Guardian Farm. The elytra refused to open.

-Impulse and Tango has had an agreement since Impulse joined in S3 that they can take certain resources from each other’s storages and farms without asking before hand. They call this “Mi casa, Ti casa” or “My house, your house”.

-In 4 out of 7 seasons, Impulse has had at least one entire video that centers around either a request from xB, or featuring xB himself. (S3 S4 S5 S7)

-The “SV” in impulseSV could be read as “impulsive” but it actually stands for Impulse’s IRL initials

-Impulse was introduced to Minecraft via his son, who wanted to get into gaming. Impulse mostly played shooters but he didn’t want his kid to play those types of games at his age, so a coworker suggested Minecraft. Although his kid didn’t know anything about the game, so he had to hop on and learn too.

-Impulse plays Minecraft with an inverted mouse. This is because he got so used to flying helicopters in various shooters it made more sense to his brain that dragging the mouse down means up, and pushing it up means down.

-Impulse started out as a fan of Tango’s until he learned that he and Tango are pretty similar in age and in video style. So he e-mailed Tango about a collab and he accepted. Later they learned they lived incredibly close to each other and went out for some “sodas” (aka BEERS). The rest is history.

-The name Impulse along with the black and yellow colour scheme is something Impulse stole from his drumcore’s name and colour scheme. His favourite colour is actually purple.

-Impulse and Skizz live in the same neighbourhood (at the time of writing)

Second addition of facts 9th of August 2022

-Impulse has a dog (specifically a Border Collie) named Prim and a cat named Luna. Luna was a gift for his older daughter. Impulse wasn’t the biggest fan of cats until his wife got one, and he fell in love as well.

-He and Skizz have been best friends for over 25 years (at the time of writing)

9 YEAR OLD DREAMY WAS IN LOVE WITH GRAYSON??? i actually almost choked on air reading that because when i was 8-10 i had a phat crush on robin/dick from young justice season 1; this is so funny skdjfhj i think there's been a variety of fandoms i've been in but the dc + marvel ones were the longest. i also loved littlest petshop, gen rex, ben 10 etc. but my iron man craze was literally the worst. can you believe that i had all 44 iron mans (the designs) memorized by name when i was 12? it's absolutely mindblowing thinking of that for me, i can barely remember my friends' names now djdjfkfj also hiii hope you are having a lovely day today ❣️ the flamin' hot cheeto look was a really fun one, if i'm being honest and yes! changbin looks so nice with light hair... my favourite binnie remains go-saeng era bin though, the ash blue/grey hair and slight mullet suited him a lot! i personally love natural hair on everyone but my preferred hair colour has always been a deep purple, like the one minho had a while back! whenever any of my biases get the grape hair is when i think they look the prettiest⏤my favourite gem is amethyst and that shade reminds me of the geode a lot, especially once it starts fading towards the pastels, it's like it's fading from the crystals to the chalcedony :D others i love are silver/lychee hair, blueberry hair, peach hair etc. hehe oh you're so cute :c i am more of a person whose love language is acts of service + gift giving so i often end up remembering the most absolutely trivial things concerning my friends, which has extended to my biases jfkjkgjd a few things i associate with them is: the stars (cliche but i once heard someone say to another person that their freckles were like specks of stardust & constellations in the night sky somewhere and that stuck with me for felix once i saw him after that!), guitars, berries, bandaids, skateboards, cooking/baking, cats, trace chain necklaces, sweaters, garlic (LOL) and little envelopes! soem of these are things i've seen them with and the others are like. this will sounds so weird but what i smell/taste/feel/picture when i think of them? it only happens with a few people though and the funniest thing is my ult isn't one of them KLDJDSJ but yeah jeongin is the one with which it does happen! what's your favourite food? and what is some fun activity you'd like to try out with chan if you had the chance to? - 🌨

omg young justice was SO good the fact that it got cancelled was such a crushing part of my childhood, it was so perfect but just cause girls liked it they trashed it :( i fully support u memorizing all of iron mans suits, i always go into fandoms like that lmao if i really like something i was to be an encyclopedia of knowledge on it. i used to be that way about lord of the rings but a lot of that info has absolutely leaked out of my brain since i was a kid so now it just pops up randomly and im like how do i know this still???

purple is ALWAYS such a good color, its so sad to me that chris had purple hair for liek a week because its always SUCH a pretty color and i agree it was ESPECIALLY amazing on minho for maniac era, it really suited him! i do wish minho got to have more hairstyles, i feel like he either gets a coconut or coconut but you can see his forehead lol and i think he could pull off anything so i always wonder why they dont really do anything else most of the time.

omg i love remembering little insignificant facts about ppl, i always find that those are the things that make people feel so loved. the amount of times ive gotten something or mentioned something to my best friend that i know she likes it always surprises her cause she doesnt even remember telling me the fact, but im like its about you so it was important to me to remember. I also love gift giving for that reason, cause im not someone to do something super big or elaborate, but i'll get a couple tiny things that i know mean something to someone or that really remind me of them and it always feels nice, like im sharing a piece of how i see them with them.

my favorite food is easily tacos lol i love tacos so much that my best friend has a taco tattoo for me! and i like all kinds of tacos from the garbage taco bell ones to really good authentic street tacos, just something about them i find really comforting I don't know lol but yeah theyre definitely my favorite.

oh god this is massively cheesy but if i could literally do anything with chris it would to be to drive to the middle of nowhere and go stargazing. like just forget everything else and just tell each other stories about the constellations with nothing else around to bother us. i think that would be the most ideal thing to me.
