Finding our way home
Pairing: Neteyam x reader
Summary: Neteyam and you, a skilled warrior and hunter, have been together for years and are deeply in love. However, your happiness is threatened when you are chosen to participate in a rite of passage that will take you far away from Neteyam for an extended period of time.
Words: 922

Neteyam and you had been inseparable for as long as you could remember. From the moment you had laid eyes on each other, you had known that you were meant to be together.
Now, as you sat in your favorite spot by the river, watching the sun set over the majestic trees of Pandora, Neteyam couldn't help but feel a sense of unease.
"What's wrong, my love?" you asked, sensing the turmoil in Neteyam's mind.
"I'm just worried about you," Neteyam admitted, taking your hand in his. "You leave for your rite of passage in a week, and I'm not sure I can bear the thought of being away from you for so long."
You smiled and leaned your head on his shoulder. "I know it will be hard, but we have been preparing for this moment for years. I will do my best to honor my ancestors and return to you as soon as I can."
Neteyam sighed. He knew that you were right. As the princess of your tribe, you had a duty to fulfill. But that didn't make the thought of being apart any easier to bear.
"I want to go with you," Neteyam blurted out before he could stop himself.
Your eyes widened in surprise. "You can't be serious," you answered. "The rite of passage is a sacred tradition, reserved for members of my tribe."
"I know that," Neteyam said. "But I can't stand the thought of being away from you for so long. I want to be there for you, to support you and help you through whatever challenges you may face."
You looked at him with a mixture of affection and concern. "Neteyam, I appreciate your devotion, but this journey is not for outsiders. It will be difficult enough for me to prove myself to my tribe. If you came with me, it would only make things harder for both of us."
Neteyam had always respected the traditions of your people and didn't want to cause any trouble. But the thought of being apart from you for so long was almost unbearable.
"Please, Y/N," he begged. "I'll do anything to stay by your side. I'll work hard and prove myself to your tribe. I'll show them that I am worthy of your love."
You looked at him with a sad smile. "I know you would do anything for me, Neteyam. And that's why I can't let you come with me. This journey is not about proving ourselves to others. It's about discovering who we are and what we are capable of. I need to do this on my own, without the distractions of someone I love."
Neteyam nodded, his heart heavy with sadness. He knew that you were right, but that didn't make the thought of being apart any easier to bear.
As the days passed, Neteyam did everything he could to prepare you for your journey. He helped you pack your supplies and sharpen your weapons. He listened as you talked about your fears and doubts, and he did his best to reassure you.
And when the day of your departure finally arrived, Neteyam stood by your side, holding your hand as you said goodbye to your family and friends.
"I'll miss you," Neteyam said, his voice choked with emotion.
"And I'll miss you," you answered, tears welling up in your eyes. "But I promise to come back to you as soon as I can. And when I do, I will be stronger and wiser than ever before."
Neteyam nodded, trying to hold back his own tears. "I believe in you," he said. "I know you will do great things."
You leaned your forehead against his, and then you were gone, disappearing into the dense jungle foliage with a group of your tribe's bravest warriors.
Neteyam watched you go, his heart heavy with sorrow. He knew that he had to be strong for both of you, to hold down the fort and keep things running smoothly in your absence. But it was hard to do that when he felt like a part of him was missing.
For the next few weeks, Neteyam threw himself into his work, focusing on the tasks at hand and trying not to think about your absence. He worked hard to prove himself to your tribe and to his, showing them that he was a valuable member of the community and worthy of your love.
But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. It wasn't until you returned, when you came running into his arms, that he realized what it was.
"I'm home," you said, your eyes shining with happiness and pride. "And I couldn't have done it without you, Neteyam. Your love and support gave me the strength to face my fears and overcome them."
Neteyam held you tight, feeling his own strength and determination return. "I'm so proud of you," he whispered. "And I'm so glad you're home."
As you stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, Neteyam knew that he had made the right decision. No matter how hard the journey had been, it had brought you closer together than ever before. And as you looked into each other's eyes, you knew that you would face whatever challenges came your way, as long as you had each other by your side.

the front bottoms—various lyrics sentence starters.
some lines adjusted to fit; feel free to change pronouns, proper nouns, etc. as needed
am i getting into heaven? there’s no fucking way.
i would sleep better on your floor than i ever would in my bed.
learn to accept that the things we have now are the best we've had yet.
your friends are here and they miss you, but they’ll eventually move on.
i will always think about you, ‘cause you remind me of who i am.
i’ve tried and i gave everything i had, but i just gave up.
what we have is nowhere near as good as what we should have by now.
it's okay to give up, 'cause nobody here could care less.
time is running out and i need to choose, the clock is moving faster than it used to.
they say face your fears, but i can't stop running.
i'm scared i'm gonna die as lonely as i feel.
it's okay if you're unhappy—just take a look around. there's no one here that's happy either.
the only thing that'd shut me up now is your hands around my throat.
if i tell you all my secrets, would you tell me all your lies?
i have stitched a mask of confidence and i wear it like a glove.
no one's going to listen ‘til you mean every word you say, so if you can't find the feeling, you better learn to lie—and if you know we're gonna fail, then there's little point to try.
i can't get what i need, and you're all i need.
there are certain things you ask of me, but there are certain things i lack.
you say i'm changing—sorry, i didn't know i had to stay the same.
i think you're changing, but don't worry—you don't have to stay the same.
i shouldn't feel like i have to protect you.
at my funeral, don't lie. tell them i didn’t want to die.
i understand that everybody's got their problems, but you seem to have a little more than anybody.
there are things i think we'll come to regret, and the majority of them are dealing with me.
i used to love the taste, i'd do anything for it—now i'd do anything to get the taste out of my mouth.
what about your friends? don't you love them enough to stay?
it probably won't get easier, just easier to hide—prepare for an aching the rest of your life.
i have this dream that i am hitting my dad with a baseball bat, and he is screaming and crying for help—and maybe halfway through it has more to do with me killing him than it ever did protecting myself.
i believe that, yeah, maybe no one's perfect—but i believe that you're pushing your luck.
there's no doubt in my mind that if you could, then you would try to crack my ribcage open and pull my heart right through.
i've been around long enough now to know that the good things never last.
how low is your self esteem? how low could it possibly be?
i know you're in love with me, and i've been ignoring you.
i’m alone only half of the time, and the other half, i’m only hiding.
i got miles to go 'til i ever get home, but the sound of your laugh and your voice on the phone makes me feel like i’m already there.
hey man, i love you, but no fucking way.
make sure you kiss your knuckles before you punch me in the face.
the good thing about this cast is i can still hold a knife, so if you ever twist my arm again, i'll be sure to put up a fight.
the past few months were pretty rough; a couple times i wished we both were dead.
just try to appreciate what you got while you got it, so if it ever goes away, you can say you enjoyed it while it lasted.
i don't regret it—how could i? you were the best i ever had.
i wish i could pretend to be all of the things you think you see in me.
i don’t care if you’re not sorry; i forgive you.
the farther you go from where you start, the harder it is to get back.
just because something burns bright doesn't mean it's gonna burn forever.
don't feel bad for me, because i won't feel bad for you.
when i wake up, i think of you.
it doesn't get worse, and it doesn't get better; you just get old—it lasts forever.
no one saw me the way you did, and no one's seen me that way since.
i know that no news is good news, but that’s always felt backwards.
i’m bound by love, born to obey.
you are the truth i choose to bend myself around.
a long time ago i promised that if you were happy, then i was happy.
don't take it easy on the animal—i am the animal.
sometimes things work out perfectly when there's nothing to lose.
i don't know where i am, but i've been here before.
i'm sorry for your loss, there's not much i can do.
i could see myself dying for you.
we're both trying, you gotta give us that.
why don't you put your boxing gloves on and punch your punching bag, get some of this rage out you have deep inside of you—you’ll feel better, that's the point.
there was resentment built up that was never expressed properly.
you seem to see through whatever it is about me that's trying to be tough.
this is the fear i was born into, it somehow still affects me today.
it may or may not seem like you're leaving me behind, and it may or may not be always on my mind.
i don’t wanna put a curse on myself—i don’t wanna put a curse on you either.
you don't have to try so hard to not see me around.
the more you give, the worse it gets.
i wanna be good to the people that i love—i want them to think of me as someone that they can trust.
i wanna settle down—i want you to settle down with me.

Back to Liyue For Answers
Venti's POV
I made it back to Mondstadt. When I got there I saw many of the knights running around and out of the city. I saw Jean and ran up to her.
"Jean, whats going on?" I asked. Jean told me that the Creator was here at that she ran off. I told her about the feeling I had in Liyue yesterday. Turning around,I made started going back to Liyue.
Creator! POV
I walk out of Liyue Harbor. Planning to return to where I woke up,wanting to know how I got here in the first place. After walking for a time I got back to where this all started. There were thinks I didn't notice before, there were shards of Cor Lapis,Amethyst,Crystal ore,and magic crystal along with petals of a Glaze Lilly,Cecila,Sacred Sakura, and Kalpalata Lotus.
"Why are these here?" I asked myself out loud. I scooped the stuff off the ground and into my pockets. I lacked any other way to carry the stuff. I walked around a little more and found nothing else. Giving up I made my way back to Liyue and was greeted by Ganyu.
"Your grace, the Tianquan requests to see you,"
I blink in surprise and ask why she said that.
"Tianquan Ningguang was informed and told us all to call you that, " She said.
I asked who told her and Ganyu said that Zhongli had told Ningguang about me. I start to panic and back away but a crowd of Liyue citizens put a quick end to that.
"Warit! Maybe Ningguang will know about the stuff I found!" I say to myself. I let Ganyu lead me to the person the player has to see in order to get into the Jade Chamber. I ask about bringing a gift and I notice Ganyu look confused.
"You do not need to bring a gift your grace, your presence is more than enough," she says.
Ganyu uses her Jade Chamber entrance code and one ride later,we are at the Jade Chamber. There is no turning back now. We both walk inside and I follow Ganyu's lead in greeting Ningguang. She tells me I don't need to do that. I tell that I didn’t want her to think I was being rude. We talk and I then tell her about the stuff I found. She asks to see it and I show her the stuff.
'This is interesting,I will have to look into it. I'll send a messenger to you if I learn anything, but for that I'll need your name," she says. I tell ger my name along with.
"Oh my god! Thank you! Thank you! You're the best Ningguang!"
I leave and get back to Liyue Harbor and back to Xiangling. But,when I went looking for her I ran into Zhongli. I greet him and ask if he's seen Xiangling. He asks why I’m looking for her and I explain me basically crashing at her place. He offers to let me stay with him and being tired, cause it took me a little bit to get back to the starting point, said yes. We walk and talk before reaching Zhongli's place. He helps me find a place to sleep before I pass out.
Narrator's POV
Unknow to the Creator,Zhongli began petting their head. He felt proud to finally meet the one who made him and the others. But,he was worried when he learned about what happened yesterday in Mondstadt. You had gotten hurt, when Venti was meant to look after you till all the preparations were finished. He looked at your hand and the bandage on it. Part of him feels bad for the part he played in you being here but another part of him says it's okay, you'll be happier here, with those who will do anything for you

The Raven is back and doesn't like the lion
Okay, here's the run down, Paris Dacas is the new fifth-year and has started to avoid Sebastian, which she might end up regrets. This may be part one if it interests anyone. I'll write a part two.
This is a fan fic with my oc Ashland Frost & Sebastian Sallow.
"Why are you ignoring me? We went through so much together last year, but you won't even talk to me," he pleaded.
"I'm sorry, Sebastian. I just have a lot on my mind right now. Give me some time," Paris responded.
trying to understand her situation, Sebastian nodded and said, "I understand. Take all the time you need. I'll be here to listen when you're ready." With that, he walks away, heading to the great hall, This friend he had made during their fifth year at Hogwarts. It was a year filled with new experiences and friendships, and most importantly the year of many mistakes he wouldn't take back, Sebastian couldn't help but feel confused by the sudden change in her attitude.
As she watched him walk away, a whirlwind of emotions swirled within her. Little did she know, one of Sebastian's closest friends was coming back and heard about some pretty new girl hanging around him and was not happy about it.
Sixth year has begun at Hogwarts.
Sebastian finds himself seated next to Ominis at the Slytherin table. "So, your little snow fairy is returning this year. She even managed to send me an owl," Ominis remarked, tapping lightly on the table.
"Is she really? I've missed her, shes gonna be angry with me" Sebastian admitted, realizing that he hadn't seen her in a whole year and he'd have to tell her some uncomfortable things he's done.
"She's going to be furious with you. I told her everything that happened in fifth year," Ominis said with a mischievous grin.
Upon hearing this, Sebastian froze. "When you say everything..."
Ominis interrupted him, saying, "Absolutely everything!"
"Oh no, I'm doomed. Is it too late to be sent to Azkaban?" Sebastian exclaimed, feeling a cold sweat forming on his forehead.
Ominis burst into laughter. "No, it's not too late but I feel this is without a doubt better. I believe she went to talk to Anne before coming here. This is going to be quite amusing.. for me."
Sebastian's fear intensified, and he fell into a state of silence.
"Wow, you're really scared, huh? You're never this quiet," Ominis remarked.
Sebastian remained silent for a moment before finally whispering, "I'm terrified... Do you have any idea what she's capable of?"
"I do. That's why nobody dares to make an enemy out of her family. And you just happen to be best friends with the strongest member. Lucky you," Ominis replied, emphasizing the irony.
As Sebastian prepared to speak, the snow fairy they had been discussing made her grand entrance through the doors of the Great Hall. She exuded an icy aura, resembling a living blizzard with her pale skin and flowing white hair. Despite being an albino who attracted many curious glances, her beauty was undeniable, and it seemed to have intensified over not seeing her in a year. Taking her seat at the Ravenclaw table, she eagerly awaited the conclusion of the welcome back ceremony and the arrival of the new first years, for she had some rather aggressive plans in store for a certain someone, and intended to give him a well-deserved slap.
Sebastian couldn't tear his eyes away from her silhouette. As she turned around, her gaze pierced through him with a cold, angry stare, causing Sebastian to jump in his seat. He leaned over to Ominis and whispered, "I was so scared, I almost wet myself..."
"Sebastian, please find somewhere else to do that. I have a feeling I might get yelled at too," he replied, exasperated and not wanting to admit he felt the stare, almost jumping out his seat.
Now, both Sebastian and Ominis couldn't help but wonder how their first encounter with her would go.
Meanwhile, the student who had joined Hogwarts last year, Paris Dacas, had never come across the infamous "white ghost" of Hogwarts, as the other students referred to her. Her name was Ashland Frost, and her personality matched her frosty appearance. It was impossible to miss her unique presence. She leaned in and whispered to Garreth, asking who she was.
"Oh, that's the white ghost. She looks amazing, doesn't she? Right, you didn't meet her last year because she was on a break, family stuff I hear. She may come across as blunt, but she's not a bad person. Hasn't Sebastian told you about her?" Garreth questioned, surprised that she didn't know.
"Why would he?" she responded, clearly confused.
"Well, they're best friends, you know. People often refer to them as the three snakes and their raven," Garreth explained, finding it strange that Paris wasn't aware of Frost's existence.
As the welcoming ceremony finally comes to an end. Frost yawns and makes her way out of the great hall, only to find Sebastian and Ominis hastily walking out together. Sneaking up behind them, she playfully smacks both of their heads, causing them to turn around simultaneously with a pained expression on their faces.
"Now, pray tell, why are you two fleeing so swiftly? I can understand Sebastian, but why are you running, Ominis?" Frost irritably nibbles on the tip of her thumb nail.
"I was afraid of getting slapped along with Sebastian" Ominis rubs his head sheepishly.
Sebastian's eyes dart around nervously as he softly mutters, "Sorry..."
The students nearby burst into laughter, some of them teasingly remarking, "Well, looks like you guys can't get into any more trouble now.” they pointed and laughed while walking by.
Frost smirked, "Now, now, can we go and talk privately, all four of us?"
"Four of us?" Sebastian and Ominis questioned in surprise.
"Yes, I believe the four of us need to have a conversation," a voice chimed in from behind Frost. She stepped aside, revealing Anne.
"Anne..." Sebastian's emotions were a whirlwind of wanting to embrace his sister and feeling unworthy of it. He stood still, watching as Anne hugged Ominis and made her way towards him.
"Brother," Anne spoke softly, "aren't you going to hug your sister?"
"I... I don't deserve such a thing. I can never forgive myself," he replied, his gaze fixed on the ground.
Anne let out a sigh. "You're an idiot, but I can't hate you." She embraced him tightly
Sebastian returned the hug, holding her close. "I'm so sorry... I'm sorry... Please don't leave again."
Frost and Ominis stood side by side, observing the heartfelt reunion. Ominis broke the silence, "So, that's why you stopped to see Anne before coming here?"
"They only have each other as family now, and despite everything, they still love each other. It's rare in families much less pure-blooded families. They should be together, no matter what challenges they face, and overcome them as a united front. Don't you think so?"
"Since when do you care about family?" Ominis teased, amused by Frost's unexpected display of family relationships.
"Don't start with me, you blind snake. I see you three as my family, and I don't like seeing you apart," Frost retorted, her voice filled with genuine affection.
" we really needed you last year, everything was just getting worse, I didn't know what to do with myself and with how everything was going.." Ominis
"I'm sorry, my family was going through a shift in leadership roles, didn't think it would take so long nor did I think things would change so drastically" she sighed
"Things seem to change a the blink of an eye" he says with a mischievous smirk
"I don't know how to feel hearing that come from a blind man" she teased. Both giggling. " Now my little snakes, I have missed you and we need to have an important chat before curfew"
Anne and Sebastian parted from their hug, both of them wiping tears from their eyes. The four of them going to the Undercroft and went over everything that happened, Frost yelling at Sebastian a few times for going into things blind, and telling the new girl about the undercroft ,at Ominis from holding back and just watching and even at Anne for getting herself cursed always acting before thinking, it looked like three children being lectured by their mother. And Frost finally added that Anne's curse is lifted and she'd be back at Hogwarts this year.
Sebastian turned to Frost, his eyes filled with curiosity. "Anne is cured, but how?" he asked, eager to understand the mysterious solution that had saved her.
Frost smiled, "It took us quite some time to unravel the nature of the curse," she explained. "Once Ominis revealed that it wasn't a goblin's doing, finding a solution became much easier. It was actually my grandmother who managed to break the curse."
Sebastian's face lit up with relief and joy. "That's wonderful!" he exclaimed, feeling a wave of gratitude towards Frost and thankful her grandmother helped. But amidst his happiness, Sebastian couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the mistakes he had made.
Sensing his distress, Anne stepped forward and embraced him tightly. "I made mistakes too," she confessed, her voice filled with remorse. "This curse and my blindly listening to uncle, it caused me to lose myself. I'm sorry for not realizing how hard you were trying and for not seeing the burden you carried. Uncle's influence didn't help either, but even so..."
Sebastian interrupted her, his voice tinged with pain. "I know," he said, his words heavy with regret. "I can't undo what I did, and I have to live with the consequences."
As the four of them concluded their conversation and left the undercroft, Paris, who had been observing from the corner, couldn't help but wonder why neither Sebastian nor Ominis had mentioned Frost and why is Anne here?. She continued to watch them closely, her curiosity piqued.
Meanwhile, Ominis and Anne walked away together, leaving Frost and Sebastian standing side by side, their proximity suggesting a closeness she'd never seen from Sebastian. Paris strained her ears, but their conversation remained out of her reach.
Sebastian stood nervously in front of Frost, his body language betraying his unease. He scratched his head, desperately trying to find the right words to say. "Ash... My fairy, are you going to keep yelling at me? Is it possible for me to hug you? It's been a while, and I've missed you."
Frost let out a sigh before leaping up to embrace him. "You fucking idiot, you've gotten taller," she exclaimed, a mix of annoyance and affection in her voice.
Sebastian chuckled softly, lifting her up and holding her tightly. "I'm finally taller than you," he teased, playfully spinning her around.
"Hey, enough of this. Put me down! What if someone sees us? I'll die of embarrassment," she protested, clinging onto his neck for dear life. He gently placed her back on the ground and kissed her forehead, causing her to gasp in surprise. "You flirt," she playfully hit his chest, making him laugh. "Is this how you wooed that new girl?"
Sebastian felt a wave of embarrassment wash over him. "No, I didn't touch her... maybe just some light flirting in conversation," he stammered, desperately searching for excuses. Frost pouted and pinched his cheeks. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry... I was lonely and going through a lot. I know I shouldn't make excuses. I just wanted to feel like someone understood me and that I wasn't alone"
"And does she? understand you, did you feel like you have someone " Frost asked, her irritation evident in her voice.
"At first yes, but no... it was a mistake, trying so hard with everything" Sebastian admitted, his voice filled with regret. Frost took his hand in hers.
"Let's not make any more mistakes, shall we, little sunflower?" she said, her tone softening.
"Yes, that would be for the best. And just so you know, I'm not little anymore," Sebastian responded, a hint of determination in his voice.
Frost looked up at Sebastian's face, taking in his taller stature, deeper voice, and undeniable handsomeness with a boyish charm. "I don't like it," she confessed. I bet I'm going to have problems with girls this year. "But I'll get used to it," she added with a smirk, trying to hide the fact that she was quite pleased with the changes in him.
Sebastian grinned, relieved "Good. Because I've missed you so much, Ash. I can't even begin to describe how much I've missed my stubborn, protective fairy."
Frost rolled her eyes playfully. "Oh, so you missed my nagging and constant scolding, huh?"
He nodded, a genuine smile on his face. "Yes, every bit of it. You're the only one who keeps me grounded, who challenges me and keeps me in check. And I need that, I really do"
Frost's teasing demeanor softened, and she pulled Sebastian into another tight embrace. "I'm here for you, always. No matter how many mistakes you make, no matter how much time has passed, I will always be there, Sebastian."
Sebastian closed his eyes and held onto Frost tightly, feeling a sense of comfort and belonging wash over him. In that moment, he realized the depth of their bond, and how lucky he was to have someone like Frost in his life. As they stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, time seemed to stand still. They had reunited, and their friendship was stronger than ever. Sebastian knew he had made mistakes, but with Frost by his side, he was determined to learn from them and become a better person.
After a moment had passed, Sebastian released his grip on Frost and cleared his throat, feeling a wave of embarrassment wash over him.
"We should make our way back," he suggested, his voice slightly shaky. "Allow me to accompany you to your tower, my lady." Sebastian extended his arm, and she gracefully accepted it, causing a faint blush to creep onto his cheeks. As they strolled along, he couldn't help but admire her transformation over the past year; she had become even more stunningly beautiful.
Sensing his gaze, Frost playfully remarked, "My figure has become more alluring, hasn't it?"
Sebastian's face turned crimson, and he stammered, "Here we are, your tower, my lady. I shall see you in the morning." With a nervous gulp, he hurriedly made his exit, leaving behind the sound of Frost's laughter echoing in the distance.
Paris had been trailing behind Sebastian and Frost, catching snippets of their conversation. But that wasn't what caught her attention. It was the way Sebastian behaved around Frost that bothered her. He was charming with his words, but he never made any physical contact or got too close to her, just looking at how he was treating this girl differently than he treated her.
"Is this why Ominis warned me to sort out my feelings and make sure I don't regret creating distance between us? Damn it... I had no idea some random girl would just show up out of nowhere."
Paris snapped out of her thoughts and noticed Sebastian turning red from blushing. She had never seen him blush before, and it infuriated her. Walking away from the scene in disgust, she made her way back to Gryffindor, feeling a mix of anger and disappointment.

DUNGEONS AND DIRECTORATES
Entry 1: HELLO? CAN I SPEAK WITH YOUR MANAGER?
(Profile pic by Vitaly S. Alexius)
___
Tumblr media
The air was bitingly cold, as usual. I struggled to run through the snow. Just a moment ago, I had caught sight of Seven entering an old office building. I didn't know where my other 'compatriots' were, but nevermind them. I had to reach Seven!
Zee had just stepped into the manager's office when I reached the building. I clung to the doorway, struggling to catch my breath.
"Capt- I mean, Seven!" I corrected myself, "I must speak with you! Immediately!"
"IF YOU NEED SOMETHING, ASK MY ASSISTANT!" Seven called from the office before slamming the door shut.
To the side, two green lenses slid into view. Pilot was behind a desk, typing rapidly on a keyboard while somehow balancing three phones against his head.
"Y-"
"OOOOOOOONE MOMENT!" Pilot shouted, before pushing a button on one of the old phone receivers, then frantically scribbling something on a piece of paper, all while STILL tapping away at the keyboard.
"This is-"
"SHHH!" Pilot held up a finger, "Uhuh? Mhm?" He spoke into one of the phones, "Sorry, I'm NOT INTERVESTED!" He slammed a different one back onto the reciever. "Your Call is Important to Us, Please Hold." He spoke with a nigh perfect American accent into the third.
This was ridiculous. Why was I waiting on him? I would try to talk to Seven myself, but I had no doubt that zee's lackey would be ordered to manhandle me. He might possibly even throw me out the window. Sure, we were on the ground floor, but broken glass is dangerous! And I didn't want to be thrown.
"Wut are youuu HERE for?" Pilot finally asked, waggling a finger at me.
"I must speak with Seven!"
"Zee's most divine, opulent excellency is busy. Have a nice day!" Pilot waved me off.
"What?! Seven is not busy!" I argued across desk.
"Bup-bup-bup!" Pilot silenced me as he picked one of the phones back up. He then proceeded to go into a long sales pitch for trash can lids as an effective and cheap pie-tin alternative.
I stamped my foot in anger. I HAD to speak with Seven... But it seemed I would first need to distract zeer contemptible second-in-command.
"Pilot!" I shouted, and the man went dead-still. He slowly, eerily turned his head to look at me. I realized that I had gotten ahead of myself. I had no lie prepared.
"There's, ah..."
The green goggles were unwavering, bug-like... There was no telling what went on behind them.
"There's a fire!" I lied, "And all the, ah...puppies and kitties in the building are going to be burned down! Unless you save them!"
Pilot turned to look out the giant, broken glass windows.
"I sees no fire." He muttered.
"It's, ah..." Damnit! This is when having Snippy around would have come in handy. I was loathe to admit it, but that man was much better at improv than I.
"I'll be right back." I left.
___
"PILOT!" I shouted, "There's the fire!" I pointed at the building in view which now had smoke pouring from it's windows.
"Oh noes!!!" Pilot lept up from his seat.
"Yes! There are baby cats and dogs in there! They need your help!" I goaded him on.
"I'll save those cool cats from their melty demise!" Pilot shouted as he lept over the desk in one swift movement, then began to sprint towards the burning building at a frightening pace.
Seeing how quick he was made me think twice about my plan- but no! I had to act now! I steeled myself and marched through the office door.
"Seven!" I called.
"AH, ENGIE!" Seven responded from where zee was reclined in a chair, legs resting on the manager's desk, "HOW GOES PROJECT 'TURN ZEE MOON INTO AN INSIDE-OUT DONUT'?"
"What? I don't know what you're talking about. Now listen to me!" I pulled out a map and held it up, "I have uncovered something dreadful!"
"OHO?" Seven replied interestedly from zeer chair.
I pointed at the map,
"The recent gravitational anomaly caused pieces of the dead zone to fall into the city," I tapped one spot highlighted in yellow, "We are here," I circled the multiple purple spots on the map, "And these are the misplaced deadzones I have discovered!" (-and some that Snippy had reported, but that was extraneous info)
"We must leave this part of the city before we get boxed in by dead zones!" I finished.
"HMMMM." Seven arched zee's fingers, leaning forward in zeer seat, "AN INTRIGUING PROPOSAL."
I lowered the map, anxiously. There was no doubt in my mind that we would all perish if we were trapped by the deadzones... Even if Seven's luck were to extend to those near zee, there was no telling what would happen if we got separated -and that had been happening a lot as of late.
"OKAY!" Seven finally announced. I let out the breath I was holding.
"HOWEVER!" Zee stood up and gingerly took the map from me, "WE MUST FIRST CHART A COURSE! AND I KNOW JUST HOW TO DO IT..."
From above the top edge of the map, purple lenses peered at me, piercing like needles into the very fabric of my being.
"...AND YOU ARE GOING TO HELP :) "

Sonic Adventure 2: Sonadow
Chapter 7: Sonic vs Shadow Round 2
Shadow walked through the jungle looking for any sign of Choas Emerald. It was noon and he’d had to spend nearly all his time on this mission alone. He knew that it would be better if he brought Rouge with him, but she has her own mission at hand now. He looked around, not seeing the emerald, or even a trail leading towards it. Then his walkie talkie buzzed and he answered.
“This is Rouge. I've got a small problem… I can't believe I'm trapped inside this locked safe with a Chaos Emerald. I won't be able to call myself a Treasure Hunter anymore," she sighed.
”It's okay, I'll get you out," said Shadow.
"I don't think that's a good idea, it could be dangerous in here. I'll be alright. We just need to find the entrance," said Rouge.
Shadow sighed. “Alright, stay there." With that, he ran through the jungle back towards base. He found the blue hedgehog down there bathed in the waterfall and he walked closely behind the tree. He watched him as he washed himself off, thinking about how beautiful he was.
Sonic hated water, but he had to clean himself from the bad odor of his fur when he trained since last night. When he finished he walked over to the edge of the lake and shake his fur off like a dog trying to dry off after a bath.
"Ah, that's much better!" He now felt fresh and clean, but he frowned as he felt being watched. He looked up, but there was no one there.
"That's weird, I could've sworn someone was watching me. Maybe I'm being paranoid," said Sonic. He left the waterfall and headed through the jungle. After a few minutes, he finally came across a jungle that looked promising.
"Huh, so far, so good," Sonic smiled. He continued walking until he spotted the black hedgehog on the branch.
"Hey, that's…" Sonic trailed off. The two stared each other down. Shadow narrowed his eyes at him and glared at the blue blur, and Sonic glared right back.
"That blue hedgehog again, of all places…" Shadow crossed his arms.
"I found you, faker!" Sonic growled as he pointed at him.
"Faker? I think you're the fake hedgehog around here. You're comparing yourself to me… ha! You're not even good enough to be my fake." Shadow smirked and Sonic glared at him.
"I'll make you eat those words!" Sonic charged and jumped at him. Shadow dodged the attack easily. Shadow then grabbed the blue hedgehog by his waist and threw him into the tree bark. Sonic grunted, holding onto a branch. Shadow looked smugly at him. Sonic glared at Shadow and then leaped from his tree branch onto Shadow who tried to move back, but he was stuck. His feet were pinned down under Sonic. Sonic stood over him with a smirk on his face. Shadow gritted his teeth and kicked him off him.
He pushed himself away from the hedgehog and then jumped up, landing right above him. He crouched and his hand glowed yellow and yelled, "Choas Spear!" he fired at Sonic, but he dodged with his running speed. Shadow was shocked for only a second before the azure hedgehog punched Shadow in the face. He fell back and landed on the ground with a thud. Sonic grinned triumphantly at him and then Shadow stood up and wiped the blood corner of his mouth. He looked at his gloved hand and then looked back at Sonic.
He smirked, "Not bad. For a young hedgehog, you have quite the fighting style."
Sonic laughed, "I should say the same about you," he replied. Shadow raised a brow and smirked, "Oh? Well, I guess I should show you how I fight." With that, he charged forward and Sonic tried dodging, but Shadow caught hold of his wrist and twisted it. Sonic yelped, surprised by the sudden pain. Shadow threw Sonic off and ran at him once more. Sonic tried to dodge but he wasn't fast enough. Shadow wrapped his arm around his neck and lifted him high off the ground. He pulled back his fist and prepared to deliver the final blow. Sonic broke free from his grasp and flew backward. He landed hard on his back, causing him to groan in pain. Shadow quickly approached him, ready to finish the blue hedgehog off once and for all. Sonic quickly sat up, dodged another strike, and swung his leg to hit Shadow's backside. Shadow was knocked off balance, sending him tumbling to the side. Shadow stood up and rolled himself into a ball into a homing attack and Sonic did the same. They both went crashing to the ground causing the grass and dirt to fly everywhere. They stopped rolling and turned their heads toward each other. They glanced at each other and panting heavily. They didn't say anything for several moments, simply staring at one another.
Shadow then closed his eyes and chuckled. Sonic raised an eyebrow in confusion. Shadow opened his eyes and looked directly into Sonic's eyes. Sonic was completely taken aback by what he saw and almost backed away in fear. But instead, he remained in a defensive stance. Shadow smirked and then began to speak, "You've really been doing well, I mean, I knew your powers couldn't compare to mine… But you haven't been defeated yet. And you certainly aren't going to win against me today."
"What are you talking about?" Sonic asked, still not backing away. Shadow smirked, knowing the answer already. He walked toward Sonic, who remained rooted to the spot where he stood. Shadow leaned down and placed his hands on Sonic's face, which he was shocked.
"Wh-what are you doi--" Shadow cut off Sonic by kissing him deeply. Sonic froze and Shadow was kissing him passionately. Sonic wanted to push him and get off him, but he didn't know how to react. So, he stayed still. Finally, Shadow broke the kiss and looked down at Sonic, his face was redder than ever, and his mouth slightly agape. He wanted to ask why he kissed him, but he couldn't think straight. His eyes were wide and his heart rate was rapidly increasing.
Shadow backed away from Sonic, and the walkie talkie buzzed and it was Eggman's voice.
"Shadow? What are you doing?! Hurry and get back here right now before the island blows up with you on it!" Eggman shouted.
The blue hedgehog snapped out of his daze and then spoke, "Blow up?!" he cried out.
"Shit." Shadow escaped the jungle and left Sonic behind. Sonic started to panic. Eggman was blowing up the island?
'Shit! I gotta get outta here fast and find Amy and Tails!' Sonic thought as he started running. He needed to find Tails and Amy immediately. Sonic ran into the jungle and headed straight for the forest. He hopped on the trees and looked around, trying to see where the explosions were coming from. He wasted no time and jumped between trees, dodging branches.
Meanwhile, Shadow was running through to the base and found Rouge standing there and she had carried 3 Chaos Emeralds that she had found. Shadow used his peridot Emerald. "Chaos Control!" Shadow yelled and grabbed Rouge and teleported them out of danger.
Back in the jungle, Sonic managed to escape from the trap and he ran through the jungle looking for a way out, but he couldn't find a way. All he kept bumping into trees and bushes were vines that were blocking his way. Sonic was starting to grow nervous, but he knew that he couldn't give up yet. Fortunately, Tails and Amy were on the biplane and found Sonic.
"Sonic, quick! Hop on!" Tails shouted.
Sonic hopped on the biplane and they took off in the air. The time bomb hit zero and the island blew up, destroying everything and everyone. Tails and Amy let out a sigh of relief and then they all cheered together.
"You okay, Sonic?" asked Tails.
Sonic nodded, "Yeah, that was a close call. Thanks, guys. How'd you find me anyway?" He asked.
Tails smirked, "Well, I used Chaos Control to teleport us and we followed your trail through the woods."
Sonic was quiet for a moment and then said, "Thanks, again."
Tails smiled, "No problem."
Amy hugged Sonic tightly, "Oh, Sonic, I'm so glad you made it out alive!" She tried to kiss Sonic, but he held her head away from him, "C'mon, Ames! Stop!" he exclaimed in annoyance.
"So what happened back there? Did you beat that guy?" asked Tails curious.
"Well, I managed to fight this guy, but he got away and ended up getting escape before it exploded," Sonic explained.
"So, does this mean you're gonna go after him?" Amy questioned. Sonic thought for a minute and then responded, "Nah, it wouldn't matter since he'll probably be gone by now anyways." He paused and then looked at the others, "But we should probably start heading back now."
"Okay, let's go to the meadow and find a place to rest." Tails said.
"Good idea," Amy agreed.
Tails flew down towards the meadow, there was a beautiful flowery field there surrounded by a huge lake. There were also some nice grassy spots and a mountain. As soon as they landed, they dismounted the biplane and the place was safe from the disastrous Prison Island. Then, they decided to set up the camp and find food to eat. Tails found the lake and put his fishing rod in the water. Amy found some fruit nearby and plucked some of them to try. While they did that, Sonic laid down the grassy patch and then stretched. He yawned and then relaxed his muscles and lay down. After laying down, he shut his eyes and fell asleep, forgetting all about the fight with Shadow. His mind Shadow kissed him.

Cause of pain
Part 21
Despite my great desire, I had backed out from the intimacy. I couldn't do it, it wasn't because of him. He was patient and sweet. It did feel dickish to cut it off at the heat of the moment, only I couldn't do otherwise. He wasn't even disappointed, understandingly he stopped and we went to sleep. At least he was asleep, I was fretting. Just before I could no longer stay awake, I had decided to go home tomorrow morning. It had to happen sometime and I could use some more clothes and such.
Looking at my clock, it is almost 11 o'clock. In two stops I will be at the bus stop where I need to get off, then it will be about a ten-minute walk until I get home. I do like having my own stuff again, but somewhere I also dread it. Knowing what my little flat looks like. How all the newspaper cuttings are scattered across the floor, the files laid out on my table. My walls plastered with clues that lead nowhere. Not to mention the remaining clutter, from empty takeaways, clothes thrown where ever I wanted. It is a mess, a huge big depressed mess, a house full of sadness and anger.
The bus driver announces my stop, at which I get off. I have lived in this neighbourhood for a while and can dream my way home, so I know that halfway along my route there is a grocery shop, where I get a few rolls of rubbish bags and also cleaning supplies. Now that the truth has come out, all the information lying in my house is of no use to me anymore.
Standing in front of my building, I take a deep breath. What no one knows is that I lost my job three months ago. I do have some money in my account, mostly from the benefit I get. But I mainly use that to get food, and am now two months behind on my rent. As quietly as I can, I walk into the building to avoid the landlord. But it won't be my luck that when I take my first step inside the landlord opens his door. "Aha, there you are! I still get two months' rent from you, if you don't have it within an hour, I will evicting you." His irritation dripped off of him, there was no point in negotiating with him now. He has made up his mind. After his berating, he turns and walks into his house, with a bang his door closes.
My flat is on the third floor; there is no lift in the building, so I have to climb six flights of stairs. Closing the door behind me, I keep leaning against it for a moment. The heavy dank atmosphere overwhelms me. Everything in this house reminds me of the past year, the tears, the search, the hopelessness. Everything here makes me feel like I can't breathe. Which also makes me think about the past days, how easily I went along with being with Jake. It makes me angry again, looking at the mess, it could have been avoided, all of this. With a deep sigh, I put my backpack down when I realise that my sleeping bag is still with Dan. I shrug, that thing I will see again some time. And as for my rent, I clean and tidy up here, then I leave myself.
First I pulled everything off my walls, then everything off the floor and table. Every clipping, file or piece of string went into the rubbish bag. Fortunately, I finished fairly quickly. The flat is not big, one bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchenette that sits in the living room. After getting rid of everything regarding the search, I gathered all of my clothes and took them to the laundry, in the basement of the building. While my laundry was running, I got to work on the rest of the mess.
Around five-thirty, as I am folding the last few pieces of clothing and preparing to put them in my suitcase, there is a knock on my front door. Cautiously, I open it. Pasted on my front door is the eviction notice. "Your hour is long gone, enough is enough. You have twenty minutes to leave the premises, if you don't I will call the police." The landlord is less irritated, but clear. "No problem. I have tidied and cleaned everything, in twenty minutes I will hand in my keys. I'll see you downstairs." I answer him as I close the door in his face.
With two full suitcases and with my backpack on my back, I stand outside. Now I am homeless, and panic strikes slightly. There is only one person I can think of to ask if I can stay there. I grab my phone and dial the number, it takes a while for it to be answered. "Hey Layana, are you OK?".
"Hey Lilly."

Best Friends to Eternal Lovers - Moving in
A week felt longer than it should have as I packed my things but in time I'd been working on files trying to make sure everything was taken care of and the thing was..I didn't know what to think when it came to Baghra. When I looked into the mirror all I could think about was Baghra slapping me across the face and telling me I was a distraction all those years ago.
I am not a distraction.. I thought
I was still reeling over that but when Anna came to see me then I was looking back as I'd packed for her too.. "Amira.." Anna said as I looked back at her. I felt tears in my eyes as I wiped them knowing I never should have had to wait this long for my life with Aleksander as I smiled and went over to Anna. "We're gonna go somewhere away ok." I said as she was bullied by the other kids and I didn't want that.
Daniel was preparing but I wondered just how much Aleks had to get through before the end of the week.
Aleksander's pov:
Having that time with Amira was better than the last few times that we'd found each other and every time it led to us sleeping together. As I was in the carriage heading back I knew there were things I needed to prepare for. Like my mother and the King..I needed to make sure the King didn't know my fiancé is a Sun Summoner..the last thing I wanted was to have her fixing my mistake.
I'll find another Sun Summoner to fill that spot..I just have to get his approval to get her in and then she'll be put in a kefta in my color only. Anyone asks..it's classified.. I thought but then there was mother..just thinking about her and Amira in the same area I tried to maintain my anger remembering what Amira told me four hundred years ago when I found her in that village.
The idea that mother had been the whole reason I couldn't have her to begin with pissed me off but to know she called her a distraction. Amira was the whole reason I was doing this now, continuing this life so I could protect her and take her with me. When the carriage arrived I went and was told the King wanted to talk.
I knew the timing was perfect as I walked to the grand palace as the King talked with me over a few subjects. Of course I agreed to attend to them before he asked if there was anything new that had come up. "Moi Tsar, I am happy to report I found a location that is taking in Grisha children and training them to be fighters." He said as the King looked of interest. "And who runs this orphanage?" He asked as I knew too well to keep it known. "My fiancé of many years. She's the owner and she's undergone similar training to myself as she's able to figure out and bring Grisha into their gifts..being Grisha herself."
The interest the King took was unsettling but he seemed to go for this "Perhaps you could bring her to the fete..I'd love to meet her and discuss her working with us." The King said as that I could work with. "I have directly talked with her already, seems she gives the kids a choice and they're willingly choosing to come here..I asked her to move in with me next week." I mentioned as the King nod in approval. "Yes, well I look forward to meet ing her if she's supporting the cause." The King said as he dismissed the meeting.
I walked away with a smirk knowing I knew more about what was going on then he did. Now I just had to make the final arrangements for her as I headed to mother's hut and walked in there. She was finishing up with a lesson and once they left she looked at me. "And what do I owe the visit?" She asked as she always disrespected me no matter how old I was.
"I am here to give you a warning. I found her, I am not giving her up and you will not push her off this time mother. She's moving in with me by the end of the week and that is final." I said as I had loved Amira since I was seventeen and I never really stopped loving her. I knew she felt the same considering every time we reunited her first instinct was to kiss me. "I can't promise that.." Baghra said
"I hear of you slapping her like you did when she was sixteen and there will be consequences." I said as a warning then left as I needed to make adjustments with my bedroom now. She'd still be doing her work for the Orphanage so I made sure there was an extra desk in the room she could work in. After everything was done it was just waiting for the end of the week and then when the day came I went and got in the carriage..but I was stuck with the youngest Pirnce Nikolai and so I had to bring him along.
Amira's pov:
The week was killer in waiting as I'd taken care of all the arrangements and I'd done everything that I needed to but I was hesitant to leave. Grandma though took all the work I had in my hands and kept hold of it as I looked at her.
"Enough, you've waited four hundred years for this opportunity to be his wife and to live with him. We gave you the blessing to do what you wanted a long time ago." Grandma said as she knew just what to say to help me. "But Grandfather is.."
Grandfather walked in the room and seen us as I looked at him knowing that his amplifier was weakening everyday and not only that my mother, my sister, my brother..they'd all start to age soon. The moment mom started to age dad was clear he'd give up summoning and then it'd be me, Grandma and the descendants of my siblings if they had any as he looked at me. "If you don't go move in with the love of your life I will not be able to rest when it is time. I am inferni, I should have died a long time ago." He said
He's not wrong.. I thought
I heard the sound of the carriage outside before I fully could process everything but I wanted to make something to go with us. I ran to the kitchen and remembered the dessert I made the first time in the hut. His expression that day we spent together for the first time in years when it was just us as friends. They were easy to make as I heard him talking to grandma. "Hello Lady Catalina, where is Amira?" He asked as her kind voice answered. "She's in the kitchen." She said
the cookies I was making were baking as I focused on making sure they didn't burn but I watched and I heard his footsteps as he walked in and hugged me. "What are you making?" He asked as he moved my hair and placed kisses on my neck. I closed my eyes as I enjoyed times like these, the beard he had scratched against my skin. "Something I haven't made in a long time." I said
He lifted his head up as I felt him remove his lips from my neck and he whispered "Well that I haven't smelled in a long time." I smiled as I knew it was true. Once they were ready I pulled them out and let them cool as I got the container to take them with us and I packed up half of them to take with us as he pulled me close and held me. Some of the kids peeked in and seen us as I looked.
"Miss Amira..are you leaving?" One of the kids as sked as I looked at Aleks knowing I was but I wasn't going to be gone. "I have some meetings arranged I have to go to but I'll be back occasionally." I said as they smiled and ran.
This place is all they have and the kids look up to me..can I really do this? I thought
He lifted my head up to look at  him as he smirked "You're not changing your mind, are you?" He asked as I looked at him knowing I'd always wanted to be with him. "No, I'm not." I assured him as he nod. "Good because the King wants to meet with you about the orphanage." He said which caught my attention.
I finished up and set the other half out for the kids to have when they wanted as we left and I heard Anna crying. We both went over and seen Nikolai and Anna were talking but Anna was upset over something. Putting the container in my bag I went over and calmed her down. "It'll be ok..remember you're coming with. What's upset you?" I asked but she was just quiet and hugged me.
I looked at the young prince wondering if he said something to upset her and even then I had no right to talk to him. Aleks on the other hand took him aside and talked with him where I couldn't hear them then once Anna was calm I had her come along. Daniel was at the front door ready as we got in and waited for Aleks who walked in. I saw the Prince get up by the man in charge of the horses and we both got in and the door closed as we headed for the little palace.
"Seems that there's been a misunderstanding between Anna and Nikolai.." He said as I nod in understanding. "Oh I see.." I said as the ride was quiet before we arrived. When we did we all got out as Aleks had Nikolai take Anna to her room which I found out was in his hallway and then we led Daniel to his own before he took me back to his room.
When we reached the black doors he looked at me then smiled as he opened the door and I walked in seeing the way things were. His room was dark but he led me around and shown he had two desks in there when he decided to work on his own work in his room and Grandma was arranging me to get work sent every two weeks so it worked out. He showed me the closet where I could hang my clothes that I had with me and I did then went out to the table he had and put the container down.
As I finished he turned me around as we kissed and I felt him take the ring on my hand off as I looked at him confused. "Aleks, that's my ring." I said as he looked at it knowing it was old and he walked away. "I know, and it's worth what I paid for it back then but you deserve better. I told you that originally when I gave you it that I'd get you something better." He said as he never directly asked me to marry him we just claimed to be each other's fiancé..
When he walked back over he held my hand with a box in his hand and I looked at him knowing I was just fine with the other ring. He kneeled down as he opened the box and I gasped seeing it was similar but so much more. "Amira Silina, will you marry me?" He asked as I was in shock
Tumblr media
"Yes, Aleks.." I said as I was not expecting it but he was clear on his intentions as he slid the ring where the other one had stayed for four hundred years. They were similar but not the same this one seemed like it was stronger than the last one. Aleks showed me the other one I used to wear all the time "This one was cracking..it would have broke on you eventually probably cut you, the one you wear now is stronger. Made by the best fabrikators here." He said as I was just in shock.

BLACK AND BLOOD
Y/N L/N is the daughter of the Great Khal Drogo although she was raised by the king of the unknown lands. After finding out he died she travels and finds the one who caused his death. Along this adventure she meets the mother of dragons. Jon Snow. Night walkers. We will see if she really has the Dothraki blood flowing through her veins.
Chapter 4:
We arrive on the beach of Eastwatch. Jon advised me to stay behind and continue my way up to Winterfell but I denie his request. The Unsullied will stay guarding the wall in case Jon brings some unwanted guest with them. I follow close behind and a shiver runs down my spine. Jon,Davos,Gendry,Jorah and Greyworm walk infront of me towards the castle. Even with the fur they provided me, I can still feel the cold wind touching every inch of my skin. We enter the castle and Tormund, one of the wildlings Jon mentioned on the way here greets us. We are led to a big table to discuss our stay.
“Isn't it your job to talk him out of stupid fucking ideas like this?” Tormund the redhead giant stares at Davos
“I’ve been failing at that job of late”
“How many queens are there now?” He directs his words towards Jon
“Two.”
“And you need to convince the one with the dragons or the one who fucks her brother?”
“Both.”
“How many men did you bring?”
“Not enough.” Tormund looks around the table shaking his head but with a big smile he asks
“The big woman?” Jon shakes his head and Tormund is not disappointed.
We were hoping some of your men could help.” Jorah adds. I can see the wheel turning in Tormunds head. If what I was told was correct the wildlings lost most of their people in a fight with the dead and I am sure Tormund now is very causions.
“I'll be staying behind. I'm a liability out there as you well know.” Jon nods at Davos’s words.
“You really want to go out there again?” He slightly whispers at Jon as he nods “You're not the only ones. We captured some men trying to make their way north” He walks around the table and out the door and everyone follows except Jon and I. I hold on to his hand before he could follow along
“I will prepare the unsullied to stay guard. Don’t leave without me, and before you say anything you swore to protect me and you can’t do it while being out there” He wanted to say no I could tell but nothing is changing my mind.
“Yes Princess” I let go of his hand, rolling my eyes. I let him continue his way to Tormund and I go find Greyworm. “I know you are not used to the cold weather so you will rotate every 10 men.”
“Daenerys said not to go beyond the wall, why are you going?” I stop turning back to him.
“I need to know what is out there. Can you imagine how beautiful it must be if from here the snow is as white as the clouds.”
“You will die frozen out there” I laugh at his words “What will we do?”
“Greyworm you are free to go back home. If I am not here the next one that follows is my older sister which you have no need to serve her as you are doing me. I trust in myself I will be back but if that is not the case I know you will make the right decision for our people” he only nods taking a look at the floor. “Messandei told me about your plans” his eyes looked in shock. “Don’t worry I have not told another soul. I know you wouldn’t leave now but in my heart if I could, I would make you leave”
“I know princess” There is a slight smile on his face. Easy to miss even if you focus.
“Ten men rotating. Have them moving, the cold won’t stop. When you see a dragon flying above you will march back to Dragon stone to Daenerys.”
“What about you?”
“I will be right behind you if that happens” He nods. We walked up the rest of our people and Greyworm separated them. I watched as they moved at their pace. I always had an interest in watching everything, even if it was an ant walk across the dirt. The sensation that I may be close by but have no idea what they are thinking. I know what they are doing but in a split second they can turn to the right and I wouldn’t know why. Same with other things, I have no clue on their move, so I just sit back and watch.
“You need to meet them on the eastwatch Princess, they are about to depart '' Davos's voice made me jump alittle. “The raiding party has new members, be careful” I look over to the gates opening and see four other men.
“Don’t worry about me.”
“Oh I wasn’t, I was worried about them” I laugh. I give him a smile as goodbye as I join the rest. Jon is to the front with Tormund as he leads the way out. The men following close behind as I stand next to Jorah.
“I’d feel better not leting you come along.” The cold winds are harsher passing the gate somehow. Jon was right, nothing is colder than the real north.
“Am sure you would, but just like you I have a sense of adventure” I hear his laugh. Of course he never wanted things to happen to him. He almost died for his adventures.
“Once this is all over what do you plan to do with your life?” hard question.
“I am not sure. I don’t like to plan ahead”
“You are next in line, is that not some kind of plan?” I shake my head
“I don’t have any plans. I have a vision, a vision that I see myself going wherever the world takes me. Up to now I am serving Daenerys but who knows, in a couple hours I might be serving the night king” The blizzard starts getting worse the further north we walk. It goes like this. Walking through the frozen valley with jagged rocks. The Wildlings pulled along the sled that carried gear and provisions while we continued walking.
“The first time I went north of the wall was with your father” Jon walks beside Jorah while I continue on his other side.
“He was a good man. He deserved a better son. Were you with him at the end?”
“I was a prisoner of the Wildlings, But we avenged him, I want you to know that every mutineer found justice”
“I can't think of a worse way for him to go. The Night's Watch was his life. He would have died to protect every one of those men, and they butchered him.”
“I hate that he died that way. My father was the most honorable man I ever met. He was good all the way through. And he died on the executioner's block.”
“Your father wanted to execute me.”
“I heard.
“He was in the right of course. It didn't make me hate him any less.”
“I'm glad he didn't capture you.”
“Me too.” Jon stops walking and I hear his sword belt coming loose but I keep walking, leaving Jorah and him alone. I start to admire the high mountains in the distance. The snow that was thick but rough to walk on. The air that made it hard to breathe somehow and the way it reminded me of home.
“Princess aye” The tall ginger man came up beside me with his bright smile. “Do you sing and dance in those silk dresses?”
“No. If I sing I will break your eardrum and if I dance I will break your feet” I hear his laugh radiate the whole air. “Don’t you miss this?. Although you may leave and see more places and more people, still that beauty doesn’t compare to your home.”
“I never planned to leave my home. Once this is all over, I am coming back with my people. This is where we belong” Home will always be home. You will always want to come back and stay. Home is a safe place for people “Are you planning to go home?” I shrug
“I love my home, yet it always feels like a cage. I could run and escape from it anytime but the thing keeping me caged is the people.” They need so much of me, atleast that is how it feels. I am not going to lie and say that I don’t like the way I live back home but I will be lying if I said I didn’t want this kind of life too. To travel the world. See people and different places. Have no attachment to anyone or anything.
“If they care for you, they will understand your needs and wants”
“It's not that simple for me. I only want them to be happy and proud of me. Can’t be happy if they aren’t”
“You will be surprised what love can do” I chuckle a bit. Tomund seems like a rough man, yet he speaks of love like he was the word. “Love has different meanings in this life. Love can be a person or maybe a desire of your soul. Eithier way it is always against something. I would say choose love. Love keeps you standing.”
“Sometimes love can be the reason of your falling” He stops overshadowing me with his tall figure
“That is if you choose duty over love. You can’t be foolish enough to mix the two. That can make you bitter and prideful” His eyes move away from me and as he leaves I turn to what he was looking at and see Jon standing there.
“What happened?” Jorah comes my way worried but I only brush it off and continue walking.
“Nothing to worry about. Let's find these things and go back so we can all go home” Walking a while later the weather has improved thankfully. I was left behind by Jorah. The rest of them in the back while Jon led us all.
“Stop” Jon whispered as we walked through the mountainous terrain. I walk up beside him looking over the edge of the cliff. There is a line of undead soldiers walking slowly in silence. The only thing you can hear is the metal clanking. “Where are the rest of them?”
“If we wait long enough we will find out.” As the last few pass us we move to attack. The bortherhood move to ambush them first. Who knew we would be fighting the dead when all we have fought was the living. I slay as much as possible with the weapon Jon provided for me. I look to my right seeing Jorah being choked on the ground. I run over but one undead soldier grabs me. I turn and cut his head off. The group of undead crumbles and falls to the ground. We look at eachother finding it strange as only a single undead soldier stands.
“Jon! Over there” He turns his direction towards the sceen I saw. The strong winter wind is riling up. We hear a distant rumbling, both footfalls and thunder.
“Go back to Eastwatch. Get a raven to Daenerys, tell her what's happened.” He pushes Gendry off. The rest have managed to get the undead soldier tied up. “Come on! Run!” We rush thorugh the ice.
“Stop!” Jorah orders. The ice cracks under his feet.

❛  i  didn’t  want  all  this  trouble .  ❜ for dani uwu
Tumblr media
she's not expecting to see him again, a silly thought considering how small this town really is. it might be one of the consequences of her self imposed isolation, it makes the outside world seem a lot bigger than it is. at least here in haddonfield. and now, dani's once again away from the comfort of her childhood home's walls. and once again, she's run into corey cunningham. well, those aren't exactly the words to use. hands clasp together, fingers nervously weaving about each other as she takes in what exactly she's seeing. sure he said people asked all sorts of questions and while, in that moment she had a sneaking suspicion he was underplaying things, she's not entirely prepared for the sight in front of her. a trio of teens looking to pick on whoever crosses their path, giving the brunet a much harder time than he deserves. and everyone else just minding their business, going about their lives as if they couldn't care less about what's going on. and at first, part of her thinks she should just follow suit.
but her conscience keeps her there, pushes her to plan on doing something because she can't just stand there. and there's no chance she's just gonna walk away. so she steels herself, one breath in, then it's all a blur, over as soon as it began-- confrontation has never been a strong suit, she'd rather put her head down, turn the other way, disappear into her mind and get lost in daydreams. she was that ardor sister. meek, small, needy, and always, always afraid. the one who always needed protecting, never the one people came to for help. none of that matters though, it's not about her. so before she can get lost down the rabbit hole of her own thoughts, she's made her way to him, careful not to come off too strongly. she's sure she's overstepped enough. it's not hard to guess why she thinks she'll be brushed off which is why she's caught as off guard as she is when she's not.
i didn't want all this trouble.
and there, she's able to get a peek into his true feelings. and there, in that moment, she understands. a sigh leaves her lips, her eyes moving from his, ❝ i never really get why people go so out of their way to just be total jerks, ❞ and at once, her hands are clasped back together, nervous habit in full swing, ❝ it's like they don't really have lives of their own to focus on. i'd say looking inward would do them some good, but.. i don't know, i really don't think that'd be the case. ❞ she's chalking her rambles up to the adrenaline from her encounter, there's no doubt in her mind she'll crash at any moment, go back to normal, mousy self. but until then, ❝ this might be awkward, but i have a feeling they're not done leaving you alone. i could like give you a ride or if you're hungry, we can get food. i just.. i know myself and i'll be stressing which is kind of dumb 'cause i don't really know you. anyway, you can say no. i just wanted to offer is all. ❞

Thorn Bush (Doctor Who Story)
Chapter 18: The Witchfinders Part Two
Masterlist
"Keep running. This clearing, through here." The Doctor says to her companions, Kathy, Willa, Becka and King James plus his guards as they run through the forest.
"I don't think they're following." Yaz calls to them, causing everyone to stop.
"If they're not following, what are they doing?" The Doctor questions.
"They know we'll come back." Kathy says.
"Want us to go and look?" Ryan suggests.
"We escape from Satan, and you wish to go directly back into battle?" King James cries in disbelief.
"We need to know what they're up to. Make sure no one else is in danger." Ryan explains.
"I'll go too. Keep an eye on my... underlings." Graham adds.
"Very well."
"Me and Kathy will stay with Willa. Be careful!" The Doctor says. Ryan, Yaz and Graham run off. Hopefully, Kathy can stop the Doctor from being arrested for being a witch in the meantime though she's not sure how.
"What were those aberrations?" King James asks.
"It is the work of Satan." Becka replies.
"It wasn't Satan or witches or Willa's granny." The Doctor corrects. "Those creatures were being controlled by something in the mud, something not of this earth. Something beyond your understanding."
"Something from hell." King James concludes.
"More like from the heavens." Kathy retorts.
"It chose to kill Alfonso when he was a threat, but in other circumstances it fills the bodies and uses them as vessels. I don't know why. To lure us you say Kathy? Maybe only when they're dead." The Doctor rambles as she tries to think.
"No, it attacked me too." Willa pipes up.
"And why today? Cos this is my problem. I can buy that this is the biggest ever witch hunt in England, or I can buy it's an alien mud invasion. But both on the same day? Kathy, you said they're linked." The Doctor continues. Kathy winces. Maybe the Doctor is rambling too much.
"Why does the lassie speak of commerce?" King James wonders.
"I don't know." Becka whispers.
"Oh, wait. Unless they're connected." The Doctor turns on Becka. "Your witch hunts been going on a while now, so there's no way that mud has just rocked up today."
"Um, Doctor, maybe you shouldn't—" Kathy tries to stop her but she continues on with her accusations.
"What do you know, Becka? What's going on here in Bilehurst Cragg? A woman who keeps an axe by her bed. What have you seen?"
Becka goes in to attack. "I have seen you and Katherine with your wands, raising your kin from the dead."
"Yes." King James murmurs.
"What?!" Kathy exclaims. "No! Hold on—"
"You, Doctor, are no witchfinder's assistant and she's no underling." Becka continues. "You are Satan's acolytes."
"We are not." The Doctor argues.
"That's why it is happening today, because you are here, as you say, to take over this village. Katherine Davis has simply been here to prepare for your arrival."
"You know that's not what I meant." The Doctor says accusingly. Kathy knows Becka is only doing this as she's afraid they have worked out her secret. "We do not have time for this."
"Mistress Savage is correct. It is your fault that Alfonso is dead." King James accuses, pointing at Kathy with a small pointy pin.
"I tried to save him." Kathy argues.
"You saved them from being shot." He persists. "You said this evil fell from the heavens. Oh yes, it fell, like your lord, Lucifer!"
"Honestly, if I was still a bloke, I could get on with the job and not have to waste time defending myself." The Doctor complains to Kathy.
"Again. This how I feel." Kathy retorts.
"Oh, you bewitch us with your alluring form and your incessant jabber, but I knew you were unnatural from the very start. And now I see you for what you really are." King James declares.
"They were trying to save us, sire." Willa pipes up fearfully. While Kathy appreciates the effort, she knows Becka and the King will make her back down by twisting it.
"Thank you, Willa." The Doctor says enthusiastically.
"Are you sure you're not mistaken, Willa? Or are you in league with the witches as I first suspected?" Becka accuses.
"They said they wanted to help me."
"Who do you trust to save you? Your King? Your family?" Becka says pleadingly. "Whatever I have done, I did to save all of our souls." It's the softest Kathy has seen her.
The Doctor opens her mouth to speak but Kathy quickly interrupts. "Don't Doctor. You'll make it worse."
"Well? Tell the truth, lassie." King James orders the shaking Willa.
She looks between the two groups in front of her. "I-I did think it was strange when they said her name was the Doctor and how Katherine defends her." Willa admits. Kathy feels annoyed with herself, she should've remembered that! She could have avoided this if she had made sure no one called the Time Lady Doctor.
"Like Doctor Dee. A necromancer. That seals it." King James declares. "Arrest the witch!" Guards grab the Doctor. "Arrest her too. I have seen how these two lassies whisper to one another." More guards grab Kathy.
"Now hold on!" Kathy cries indignantly. Great, not only has the Doctor been arrested, but she has as well.
"I... I am not a witch!" The Doctor splutters.
——
The Doctor and Kathy have been tied to a birch tree in the village with their hands above their heads. They are on either side so they can't see each other.
"You know I came into this world while you were still the current Doctor in mine." Kathy recalls.
Kathy hears what sounds like the Doctor trying to move as if trying to see her. "And?" The Doctor eventually asks after huffing to herself.
"Well, one day I won't know what's going on or who you are maybe. What use will I be to you then? What use am I now? I couldn't stop us from getting arrested." Kathy rambles exasperatedly.
"Oh, Katherine Davis," the Doctor murmurs, "you, as you always have, will be a massive help and I don't need to see into the future to know that."
Kathy smiles at that. She keeps on wondering what use she is when she can't change things but perhaps she'll be alright considering this is an older Doctor.
They are interrupted when King James stalks over. "Comfortable, witches? I do hope not."
"Come for a visit?" The Doctor remarks irritably.
"I shall take my opportunity to converse with an agent of Satan." King James declares.
"If we were Satan's agents, do you seriously think rope would stop us?" Kathy retorts.
"It's just a bit of rope! I say a bit, quite a lot. Tightly bound. It's pretty painful. They know how to tie a knot in this part of the world." The Doctor rambles.
"Not helping." Kathy admonishes.
"I am an expert on witchcraft, Doctor, Katherine, but I wish to learn more." King James declares, ignoring the rambling. "Before you die, I want answers. Your wands. How do they work?" He has the sonics in his hands.
"Why do you want to know?" The Doctor asks instead.
"I wish to know all the secrets of existence." King James answers.
"Don't we all? But true knowledge has to be earned. Tell you what. I'll trade you my wand for answers to as many questions as you want to ask." The Doctor offers.
"I'm not a fool, Doctor. I am King James, Satan's greatest foe." King James persists. Kathy rolls her eyes, annoyed.
The Doctor is also annoyed as she says, "Yeah, yeah, I know. It must be comforting playing that role, hiding behind a title."
"Just as you hide behind Doctor, perhaps. And Katherine hides behind her name." King James counters. Kathy winces, feeling uncomfortable with his words.
"Who are you, really, behind the mask, the drama? What does it say on your garter?" The Doctor questions him.
"Honi soit qui mal y pense."
"Evil be to him that evil thinks." Kathy translates. She's quite proud of how her language skills have developed with the advantage of more time and more roaming about.
"You wear it like a hero, even though you're killing and scapegoating and stirring up hate." The Doctor accuses. "And you wonder why the darkness comes back at you."
"There is no darkness in me." King James defends. "I quest for goodness and knowledge, beauty and art, all of God's virtues."
"Your own mother was scapegoated." Kathy interrupts causing him to turn to her.
"So, how do you square that with your witch hunts?" The Doctor adds.
"What do you know of my mother?" King James asks threateningly. He leans close to Kathy's face.
"We know a lot." Kathy replies strongly, trying not to look uncomfortable with the close proximity. "For example, you had the chance to see her before she died, but you didn't want to. Why?"
"She left me when I was not even one year old." King James answers, his voice cracking slightly with emotion. "What kind of mother does that? Why would I wish to see her?"
"Nobody will ever know why she left you, James." The Doctor says sympathetically. "But you can't go hurting people just because you're scared to face up to the darkness inside you." King James turns away from them and sits further away as if to hide his emotions. "You have to be better than that."
"Who are you both? How do you know these things?"
"We know because we're all the same." The Doctor replies. "We want certainty, security, to believe that people are evil or heroic. But that's not how people are. You want to know the secrets of existence? Start with the mysteries of the heart. I can show you everything if you stop being afraid of what you don't understand. If you trust us. We are not witches. But if you want to defeat evil, you have to let us go. Now. Please, sire."
For a moment Kathy wonders if they have gotten through to him until he strides toward them. "I do not know what you two are. And there is only one way to be certain. Guards! Summon the villagers."
Kathy slumps in defeat.
——
The Doctor and Kathy are brought to the river by guards along with Becka, towards the stool. King James and Willa watch on from the other side with the villagers that have gathered. Kathy remembers how Ashildr and her had recently been drowned for being witches after saving a village. Now Kathy risks the same fate again.
"See you brought a gathering. Thanks very much." The Doctor remarks casually. "Mind if I take off my coat? Lots in my pockets, might stop me floating. Course, as a woman, you don't get to have pockets for a while yet." Becka doesn't look impressed.
"Debatable sometimes." Kathy adds, trying to be light hearted like the Doctor.
"Ah yes, true." The Doctor agrees before turning back to Becka. "A girl called Izzy Flint bullied my friend Yaz, so no one would pick on Izzy." She dumps her coat on the ground. "That's what you're doing. Pointing the finger at other people, so no one points it at you. But what I don't know is, why? What are you hiding, Becka?"
"Sit down. Or would you prefer a hanging?" Becka growls. They chain up the Doctor. Kathy held to the side. "Do you know why the ducking stool was invented, Doctor? To silence foolish women who talked too much."
"Do you know why they invented the guillotine? To lob aristocrats' heads off more efficiently." Kathy retorts pettily. No, it doesn't really make sense for the situation but it's literally the first thing that came to mind. Why does humanity have to come up with so many different ways to harm each other simply because they disagree?
"Good point Kathy! This stool is daft, cos talking's brilliant. Like, if you talk to me now, I can help. You've ducked thirty six people already, and whatever it is has only got worse, hasn't it?" Becka touches the wood and sparks fly. Kathy smirks while Becka looks fearful and the Doctor is shocked. "What was that? It reacted to your touch. Why?"
"I warned you to keep quiet." Becka snaps but Kathy can tell she's breaking.
"Rather we asked Willa?" Kathy retorts.
Becka's head snaps towards her. "Silence! Or I shall duck her too." She cries.
"Last request. I definitely get a last request. Lend us your hanky." The Doctor says casually.
Becka steps back looking alarmed and confused. "I don't have one."
"There's loads in your room. And an empty medicine bottle. What were you taking the medicine for, Becka?" The Doctor questions.
"Know this, Doctor. Once I have dealt with you, I shall go after all of your friends." Becka threatens.
——
The Doctor on the ducking stool now sits above the river.
Becka speaks to the crowd, "Satan has made our crops fail, bewitched our animals, and brought the sickness. His agent sits before you, the most evil witch in Christendom, and she would call herself the Doctor." The villagers jeer. "We bring her and her accolade to justice, in front of our great Majesty, King James. Give the word, sire, and we shall duck the witch and save our souls from Satan, once and for all."
King James looks uncertain as his eyes meet the Doctor's before eventually saying, "Duck the witch."
"Duck her!" The villagers cry.
Mud tears dribble from Becka's eye. She wipes it away but Kathy and the Doctor have already noticed.
"Doctor! Kathy!" Kathy hears Graham yell and turns to see the said man, Yaz and Ryan running up on the other side of the river.
"Guys, you need to get her up!" She yells to the companions. While the Doctor, and Kathy, can hold their breath for longer due to their respiratory bypass system, which Kathy had learnt she had inherited, she doesn't want to risk it too much.
"Guards! Duck her now!" Becka cries. There is a splash and the Doctor is under.
"Bring her back up now!" Graham yells.
"What've you done?" Ryan demands from King James.
"We will see the result." King James shakily replies.
"I'm the Witchfinder General! I'm giving you an order!" Graham shouts to Becka.
"I obey only my King!" Becka declares. Kathy notices the mud is smudging around her eye.
"Sire, please order her to be raised." Ryan pleads.
"She and Kathy are not witches. They're your only hope of getting out of here alive," Yaz adds. Kathy twists in the guards' grip anxiously.
"They're witches, sire, all of them. It's Satan testing us!" Becka announces.
"Get her out of there."
"It has been long enough." King James declares.
"No, it hasn't! We must be certain!" Becka insists. Honestly, Becka should be glad Kathy is tied up as it means Kathy isn't over there right now, throttling her.
"Bring her up now. Now!" Graham orders but King James hesitates.
"Please, Your Majesty." Ryan pleads.
King James listens and gives out his order, "Raise the stool. The trial is over." The dead tree is raised and the chains are empty. Kathy slumps against her guards in relief. The Doctor got out just as Kathy knew she would.
"Where's she gone? What's happened to her?" Ryan asks.
"No. No!" Becka cries.
"But where is she?" Yaz questions.
"Looking for me?" They all turn to see the Doctor squelching out of the river further down.
"Doctor!" Yaz cries in relief. The other companions sigh in relief.
"She truly is a powerful witch." King James gasps.
"No, sire. I am no witch and neither is Kathy. I'm just good at holding my breath, and getting out of chains, thanks to a very wet weekend with Houdini." The Doctor gasps out before turning to the three companions. "Hi, team! Gang! Fam?" She gets a few shaking heads. "No."
"Needs work." Kathy remarks with a beaming smile.
"I'm so sorry, Doctor, Kathy. I was scared." Willa calls over.
"See? That's all it takes, Becka. Start there. Tell me the truth." The Doctor orders. Becka seems to be covering her mouth as if she's going to be sick.
"She survived. She is a witch." Becka declares.
"No, we're not." Kathy counters. The guards don't protest as she pulls away from them. "And despite all appearances..."
"Doctor! Kathy!" Yaz yells.
"Neither are they." The mud women are behind Becka, slowly approaching. The one looking like Old Mother Twiston carries the axe from under Becka's bed.
"You might want to come and stand with me, Becka, cos they look like they've come for you." The Doctor warns the woman. People are running and screaming.
"I will be with you. In the water, in the fire, in the air." Old Mother Twiston gurgles.
"Stop. Just stop." Becka orders and the mud women do just that.
"They're obeying you." The Doctor murmurs. "Why are they obeying you? What happened, Becka? I thought they'd come to kill you. Which is a fair assumption given they're carrying an axe. But they haven't, have they? Of course. They've come to join you. Kathy said you're going on this crusade and why you killed your grandmother is because you have a secret. Something alien."
Becka is coughing and choking into the handkerchief she said she didn't have.
"It's in you, just as it's in them. And none of you can hide it anymore." The Doctor concludes.
"In the earth..."
"Tell them what happened Becka." Kathy tells her.
"I cut down her favourite tree." Becka replies.
The Doctor frowns. "What? I don't understand."
"It was spoiling my view of the hill. But something lay beneath it. I awoke Hell. Satan himself attacked me, poisoned me." Becka explains. "That night I felt it growing inside me. The mark of Satan. I fought it. I took medicine, I prayed, but it grew. I did God's work in the hope that He would save me."
"You killed people to try and save yourself." The Doctor accuses.
"All these witches! All this evil!"
"You knew they weren't witches!" The Doctor argues. "The only thing you feared was yourself. Did your granny know what you needed the medicine for?"
"Not to start with, but then I had to tell her. I needed her help, I begged for it, for her to lance this evil out of me. But she was too weak." Becka admits.
"So, you killed her by ducking?"
"I had to. She knew. I can't fight it any more, Doctor." Becka defends. She gasps and bends over in pain. The three companions, King James and Willa join them.
"You cannot fight it, because you are the witch." King James declares.
"I have let Satan in. I have failed you, sire. Yes, I am the witch!"
"Everyone, behind us. It's Becka they want." Kathy tells them, pushing them all behind her and the Doctor.
"But why?" Ryan asks.
"What's happening to her?" Yaz asks as Becka collapses to the floor.
"I tried to hold Satan back. I'm so scared. Please forgive me." Becka sobs. She screams and turns into a mud woman.
"What is happening?" King James wonders. "She is possessed by Satan."
"Not by Satan." The Doctor replies.
"Then by what?"
"Something not of this earth." Kathy answers. Becka has been transformed. Her skin has become hard mud.
"Morax." Says the Morax Queen in a deep gravelling voice. The mud women gather around it.
"Who are you?" The Doctor asks.
"Hand me your King." The Morax Queen orders instead.
"What?!" King James exclaims.
"What about your own King?" Kathy asks pointedly.
"He waits. We have all waited for too long, trapped in the hill." The Morax Queen declares.
"Pendle Hill." The Doctor realises.
"Our prison. The mighty Morax army, captured and imprisoned on this pitiful planet, for war crimes." The Morax Queen spits.
"Pendle Hill is a prison for an alien army." The Doctor realises.
"Ah well, it's obvious when you put it like that." Graham remarks.
"Imprisoned no more. The lock was broken." The Morax Queen continues.
"What lock? How was it broken?" The Doctor questions.
The Morax Queen ignores her. "Now the Morax army shall rise again and take form. Your King shall be filled with our King, and we shall be free, to fill all of you. To fill this whole planet with rage and force and hate and Morax!" It sends an energy blast at the group, knocking them out before Kathy can even say a word of warning.
——
They wake up to find the Morax Queen, the mud women and King James gone.
"Zapped by Becka Savage, Queen of the Morax. She's taken the King, knocked the rest of us out." Yaz is explaining to a dazed Graham as she helps him up.
"Okay."
"Quite a blast, that." The Doctor says as she and Kathy push the ducking stool back onto shore. Kathy had told her that they need this to help stop the Morax. "Haven't had a hangover like this since the Milk Wars of Keston Five. Kathy, you have a lot to look forward to."
"Great," Kathy mutters. Her head is going to burst with all these future hints.
"What are you doing with this thing?" Ryan asks.
They load the dead tree ducking stool onto a hand cart.
"Tell them what Bilehurst means." Kathy says to Willa.
"Sacred tree on a hill." Willa explains.
"The tree Becka chopped down because it was obscuring her view. The tree this ducking stool is made from. A tree that isn't a tree." The Doctor's sonic scan lights up the wood as green.
"It's ancient alien technology, beautiful and broken." Kathy continues. "A very old, very advanced bio-mech security system that locked away the Morax Army. Becka's touch made it react because of the Morax infection inside her." She enjoys it when she and the Doctor are able to bounce off one another.
"So, Pendle Hill's a prison?" Ryan concludes.
"From what Becka said, I'm guessing the Morax are royals with soldiers." The Doctor adds. "Pretty brutal ones at that. Presumably exiled for war crimes, scrambled down into their primal form."
"And they stay imprisoned until Becka Savage goes at that tree." Yaz realises.
"It can't be much of a lock if she can break it." Graham points out.
"Locks can erode even if it takes billions of years." Kathy argues.
"She must've broken it enough for part of the queen's form to escape and infect her. According to my calculations, this ancient alien wood is like Semtex to Morax. That's why it made such a good lock." The Doctor explains. "Right. Help me break it up."
"Break it up? Why? What for?" Yaz questions.
"We're going to stop them." Kathy declares.
——
They cut up the wood into torches and Graham, Yaz, Ryan and Kathy light them in a brazier, which makes them burn green.
"Anti-Morax weapons. The smoke is toxic to Morax. Should be enough to fend them off so you can rescue King James and I can get to the tree." The Doctor tells them. She sonics a small piece of the wood.
"Then what?" Ryan asks.
"She fixes the lock putting all the Morax energy back in the joint." Kathy informs him.
"One more thing, Doc." Graham puts the hat on her head. "Morax-finder General, back in command."
"It's a very flat team structure. Ready for battle?" The Doctor asks.
"Yes, we are." Willa says as she nervously approaches them.
"You don't have to, Willa." Yaz reassures her.
"It's time to stop being scared." Willa counters.
"Little bit of scared isn't a bad thing cuz your cousin ain't much compared to the Morax." Kathy warns her.
"Only I know the path up the hill, so you need me to lead the way." Willa argues.
"She's right." Graham agrees.
"There are more powerful people here than kings and queens. There's us, together." Willa deck. She lights her own torch.
"Lead on, Willa Twiston. Onwards to save the King." The Doctor replies. They March off after Willa.
——
They reach the top of Pendle Hill to see King James on the floor cowering in fear while surrounded by the mud women and the Morax Queen looming over him. A tendril is sprouting from the hollow of the tree stump.
"May the Lord save me!" King James cries as a face appears on the end of the tendril and hisses at him.
"Or alternatively... Witchfinders United, at your service." The Doctor announces their presence.
"Yeah, mate, you better back off." Yaz warns.
"Let him go, Morax." Kathy orders. "You can't have King James or this planet."
"Get away from the King!" Ryan thrusts his torch at the tendril, which recoils.
"The torches are working. They won't come near the flames." The Doctor observes.
"I've got you, sire." Ryan pulls him from the tendril and to his side.
"My protector!" King James cries as he cowers by Ryan.
"Willa, watch out for your granny!" The Doctor cries as the mud women roar ferociously at them.
"You're not my granny. Let her rest." Willa declares, waving her torch.
"And you, Morax, back into your cell. Now, please." The Doctor orders.
"Those flames don't scare me, Doctor. Nothing scares me now." The Morax Queen retorts.
"I know you're in there, Becka. I know you're scared." Willa tries to get through.
"Nothing of that pathetic woman remains. No fear, only power. We will fill your King and kill you all." The Morax Queen declares. Meanwhile, Kathy slips behind them to get to the prison.
"Afraid not, Morax. I'm here." Kathy calls drawing the Morax's attention. She throws her piece of wood down into the stump.
"Everybody back! Kathy has reactivated the prison." The Doctor cries. "Back you go, King of the Morax." The thrashing tendril is pulled back into the stump. The face on the end looks a bit startled. Green lines illuminate the hill. "Jail reenergised."
"No! My King! What have you done?" The Morax Queen cries mournfully.
"Feel that security system kicking back in, sucking every Morax cell back. Back down into Pendle Hill. Back out of the bodies they hijacked." The Doctor continues. The corpses of the women fall to the ground.
"Have peace." Willa murmurs.
"No! I will not go!" The Morax Queen cries.
"Yes, you will. Burn the witch!" King James declares, taking Ryan's torch and marching over.
"No, sire, stay away!" The Doctor tries but King James thrusts his burning brand into the Morax Queen, and it screams as it turns into a green flame and goes boom, knocking them back. There's a peal of thunder right on cue, and down comes the rain.
"What, woman?" King James asks when seeing the Doctor's face. "She was a witch. She confessed."
"So, you got what you came for." Kathy retorts with a frown.
"I have vanquished Satan." King James declares joyfully.
The Doctor returns his Witchfinder hat to James. "No more witch hunts."
——
They go where the TARDIS sits. Kathy happily strokes her as King James pleads with Ryan to get the Doctor to talk to him but Ryan tells him no. She smiles when she hears the TARDIS making noises, almost purring.
"What apparition is this?" King James murmurs when his eyes land on the TARDIS.
"Just another inexplicable wonder of existence you're not going to be able to tell anyone about." The Doctor replies sharply."Doctor, I understand you are displeased with me." King James says. "And I owe my life to you. Not one word of any of this shall ever be spoken. And even the name Bilehurst shall be erased from all records."
"As long as all the villagers make it out alive." Graham argues.
"What will you do, Willa?" Yaz asks.
"Find a new home. Take Granny's potions and be a healer. Be a doctor." Willa declares.
"I'll help," Kathy adds, "but I'll have to leave one day so you have to promise to write to me." Willa smiles and nods.
"I reckon you'll be good at that." Yaz says.
"One final command as your King." King James turns to Ryan and pleads, "Come back to London with me, Ryan. Be my protector."
"I mean, it's a kind offer, sire, but, er, you know... I've got stuff to do." Ryan pins the brooch on the King's jacket. "But I'll keep my eye on you. So, you... behave yourself."
"Or else, we will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger." Graham quotes.
"Ezekiel." King James says.
"Tarantino." Graham corrects. He enters the TARDIS behind Ryan and Yaz.
"What are you all doing?" King James questions.
"A brilliant man once said, any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. We're just about to prove him right." The Doctor says. "Bye Kathy." Kathy gives her a nod and the Doctor goes into the TARDIS and it dematerialises.
"Where did they go?" King James asks while Willa huffs a laugh.
"Off and beyond." Kathy says.
——
After the adventure, Kathy travels to Paris and lives there for the 1620s and 30s. Carlyle joins her in the second decade as he and Ashildr have a falling out.
There is more to Willa Twiston's life than what Kathy had seen on the show. In 1634, Carlyle suggests to his mother, as they read a letter Willa has sent them (Kathy had suggested to her that she should keep writing and alert her to anything she can help with) that perhaps she should look at her scan of Willa once again. Kathy looks over her sonic screwdriver's readings of Willa, which reveals the girl's blood to be slightly abnormal from her years of having recipes made from the Hill's trees.
Kathy declares that she and Carlyle should go and tell Willa of this. They hurry to Willa's location to find that Willa has been accused of being a witch in the new trials. She is rescued at the hands of Kathy and Carlyle.
But that was not to be the end of Willa's adventures. Willa is moving through the woods, collecting materials when she hears whirring sounds. The sound she had last heard more than 20 years earlier. She turns excitedly, expecting the blue box but instead appears a building she does not recognise or understand. If she had knowledge of the future, she would have recognised it as a diner.
A mysterious figure steps out, it is a young woman in her late 20s, small in height and with a bob of brown hair. The woman smiles at her despite the frown she receives from Willa and cries cheerfully, "You must be Willa!" She then turns to look through the door she had stepped out of. "The coast is clear! You can come out!"
Then people Willa knows very well emerge except for one, a woman with long brown hair. "Katherine, Carlyle!" She gasps. "But you were..."
Katherine chuckles. "Oh, it's been a while for us Willa. A very long time though longer for Carlyle here."
Willa steps closer and takes in the three people's appearances. Her eyes widen when she takes note of the fact that their eyes are so much older than they were when she last saw them and the woman with long brown hair and eyes is ancient. This is funny because they, along with the mysterious woman with them, all look physically younger. Instead of panicking, Willa smiles and gives each of them a hug as she's pleased to see them despite it.
Carlyle laughs. "Let me introduce these two." He gestures toward the mysterious woman. "This is Clara. She's from the early 21st century. She used to travel with the Doctor. And this is Ashildr, my wife."
While Willa knows there's something more to what they are saying, she brushes it aside as it is none of her business.
Clara offers her hand for a shake. "Hiya!"
Willa smiles gently at the bubbly woman and shakes her hand. "Hello." She also shakes Ashildr's hand. "Why are you all here? Am I in danger again?"
"Oh no, no." Katherine says, waving her hand dismissively. "We thought we'd ask you to come with us."
"With you?"
"Yes, we think you deserve it." Ashildr explains.
Willa doesn't quite understand. "Go where?"
"Anywhere in time and space. That's what a TARDIS is for." Clara explains.
"Anywhere?" Willa asks in disbelief.
"Anywhere."
There is only one answer for Willa.
"Yes."
——
A/N: Don't know if anyone can guess where in her timeline Clara is 😉. I am happy to have her back even though it is brief.
I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I was looking forward to writing this Doctor.
It's hinted in this chapter but because Kathy travelled to this world while the Thirteenth Doctor's run was still going so won't know anything after season 12 so she'll meet Dan and have no idea who he is, which will be scary for her.
Please leave comments on how you're enjoying this story and what you think.

Zaria
It was a Friday morning and normally I don't wake up this early but I have work tonight and I feel like it's better to start my day off right. My alarm sounded, and I immediately became annoyed so I just decided to get up anyway because I have a breakfast date with Jimin. I honestly forgot about him, because this week has been so hectic but nevertheless, I have to get ready to see the bestie. I really need to check the weather outside so I can be prepared for today, actually, scratch that I need to call Jimin so I can figure out what to wear.
"Hey Siri FaceTime jay bae" rinnggggg .......ringggg ........ Ringgggg........
"Hello," said Jimin.
"Hey, babes!!! I called you to figure out what to wear for our breakfast date this morning," I exclaimed.
"I am wearing a pair of black skinny jeans, with a white shirt, my black jean jacket, and my click clacks," Jimin explained while driving to my house.
"Okay, sounds great, I think I'll match with you. Are you on the way over here now? Cause I haven't showered yet and you know it takes me a long time to get ready," I said in a frustrated manner.
"Yeah I'm on the way, you should have woken up sooner because we have had this planned for two weeks so there's no excuse for you to not be ready," Jimin exclaimed.
"Well I guess you're right, Can't you wait for me? You are the king of running late, but when I do it there's a problem," I semi-yelled with a bit of annoyance hidden in my voice.
" Zaria watch how you talk to daddy you know I don't like it when you talk back. You wouldn't want to walk into work wobbling like you did last Friday, do you?" He questioned while having the biggest smirk on his face.
" Wanna bet? I'll see you later Daddy or should I say shortie?" I say while laughing and hanging up in Jimin's face so I can go and get ready.
I turned the shower on so that by the time I picked out my clothes the water would be hot. I walked into my closet and turned the light on hoping that I could find something in a timely manner. What I saw shocked me because I don't remember the last time I actually cleaned my closet. There were clothes and shoes everywhere and I didn't have much time to look for anything because Jimin would be arriving in 15 minutes.
I looked to the right of me and saw an orange crop top and I looked to the left of me and saw some tan cargo pants and my orange Converse. I need to hop in the shower so that I can do my skincare really quickly because I haven't washed my face in days.
                                                        #
"I hope he gets stuck in traffic or something because I know when he sees that I'm not ready he's gonna kill me," I laughed to myself. I was doing my skincare and I heard banging at the door and it startled me, causing me to drop my niacinamide in the sink. After I picked that up and screwed the top on it, I slowly walked down the stairs to get to the front door and looked out the peephole to see Jimin standing there with flowers in his hand.
"Awe are these for me?"I asked while grabbing the flowers and allowing him to come inside so I could close and lock the front door.
"Of course, they are what other brat am I supposed to give these flowers to? And what was all that stuff that you were talking about on the phone?"Jimin teased as he gripped my waist.
"Well I guess you have a point there but I need to finish getting ready for our date, you can come in the bathroom with me. That was my Gemini sister Monica talking on the phone, please forgive her for her behavior," I beg as I drag him towards the bathroom.
"Okay fine just make it quick, we have a reservation for 11:00 and it's 10:38 right now. And don't let that little incident happen again because you almost brought the Libra out of me," he winked at me as he positioned himself on the sink.
Okay", I said smiling, while brushing my edges and fixing the bun on top of my head.
                                                       #
"Jimin, I truly enjoyed myself today. With the rough week I've been having, I needed this break. I love that I always have a friend like you that always has my back," I say while trying to wipe the stray tears away from my now watery eyes.
"Hey, hey, hey look at me, don't ever let me see you cry again. You're too beautiful to be crying, you know that I will always be here for you sunshine. No one and I mean no one can break us apart, our friendship will forever be solid," Jimin explained to me while pulling me into a warm comforting hug. He knew how I grew up and just seeing me achieve so much in my life made him even more proud of me.
"Okay sorry about that I don't know why I got so emotional right then, anyway I unfortunately have to get ready for work tonight. I'm kind of dreading it but knowing you'll be there eases me somewhat. Thank you so much for today, I haven't had this much fun in ages," I said pulling away from the hug, and then they started walking up to my doorstep with Jimin slowly following behind me like a lost puppy.
"Like I said it's no problem but I know you have to get ready for work so I'll see you later baby girl. And you know you can always text or call me if you need me at any time," he said. He kissed my forehead and walked back to his car while waiting for me to walk into the apartment building.
I waved goodbye and dropped everything by the door so I could start rushing to get ready for an eventful night at work. "Okay so all I need to do is run a bath and pick my clothes out and I need to call and check up on the girls to see how they're feeling." I thought to myself as I scrambled to get ready for work.
                                                     #
I think I'm going to call the girls and let them know that I'm on my way to hell.
" Incoming call from Gia," said Siri. I pressed the answer button as I was adding the lip liner to my lips using the car mirror so I could see.
"Well, I guess they beat me to it," I thought to myself as I answered the call.
"Hey girls," I said to Gia and Xiley while letting the car warm up because I haven't driven it in a while and I definitely do not want engine problems because I didn't let my car warm up.
" What are you doing? Are you on your way to work?" They asked as I was getting ready to pull out of the driveway. I was trying to check my work bag to make sure that I had everything in there because with this job I need to be prepared for any type of situation.
"Yeah I'm pulling out of the driveway now, I'll just be a little early today because I'm leaving early instead of late like you Gia,"I explained as I was shifting my gear to drive.
"Are any of y'all at work yet 'cause I don't want to be there by myself, especially on a Friday night?" I said as I was cruising down the road with the windows down enjoying the city air that I was breathing in.
"Yeah I'm here Zaria and it is a little busy but it's nothing that the great trio can't handle," Xiley exclaimed.
"Okay well I'm about 5 minutes away from the club so I'll see y'all in a bit," I said while taking deep breaths. I'm still confused as to why I chose to work in a club knowing I hate this type of scenery.
Maybe it's because of the good pay or maybe I actually enjoy serving some of the nice customers that come through those doors. All of those maybe's are uncertain, what I do know is that if my friends weren't working alongside me then I'd probably find a job that I actually enjoy and that I am more comfortable at.
"Hello and thank you," I said to the bouncer as he opened the club door for me. I'm not really ready but it's a Friday night and the club is always packed during the weekend.
I am kinda introverted so the club isn't really my type of scene, but when we have the right staff working and we have our regular customers I feel really comfortable. I'm kinda here early but that gives me time to prep the bar before the club gets really packed.
"Hey girl, what time did you get here?" I said to Xiley as I was putting my belongings in one of the lockers.
"Hey girl I got here maybe 15 minutes before you got here and girl let me tell you it's some fine men here tonight," she said as she was getting ready to go back out onto the floor.
"Yeah, girl I'll believe it when I see it you know we mainly get regulars and we get newcomers on rare occasions," I say as I was twisting the dial on the lock to ensure that one would be able to get into my locker while I was gone.
"You'll be surprised," she said as she walked back into the club to start serving bottles to people in the VIP room and to people that were on the dance floor. I highly doubt that anyone in this club tonight is actually good-looking tonight but why do I care?
I'm just here to make money so I can go home. As I approach the door I look at the schedule for the night on the right side of the door and I look to see that I am working in the regular part of the club tonight. This isn't great for me because that means less money that can go to my paint supplies, but it's okay because I do work in the VIP lounge sometimes.
Welp, I guess it's time for me to go and prep my station so that I won't have to run back and forth between the storage room and the bar to refill the alcohol bottles when rush hour comes.
"Ugh, these bottles are so heavy idk why I carried all of them at once," I say while walking to the bar area. I placed a tray of alcohol on the bar and then BOOM. "Owww," I said as I rubbed my head while sitting on the ground trying to figure out what happened. I tried standing up but I saw a hand reach out so of course I took it.
"Sorry about that Zaria, I truly didn't see you standing right there," said Joe with a smirk on his face as he was helping me up.
"It's fine," I said while dusting myself off and adjusting my top.
"I'm kinda glad I ran into you because I really need you to work the red room tonight," he said while looking at my cleavage and licking his lips.
"Ummm where's your favorite bartender Jennie? Did she not show up today as usual or did you tell her that she could be 2 or 3 hours late for her shift?" I said, crossing my arms because this is not out of the ordinary for them, sometimes I swear they have something going on.
He really pisses me off because favoritism is crazy, if me, Gia, and Xiley pulled the stunts she did we would be fired.
"You're lucky I'm in a good mood tonight because if not you would be fired, but to answer your question I don't know where she is but that doesn't matter. I need you to be the bartender for the night whether you like it or not. So go and prep the bar downstairs and stop fucking complaining and do the job that you're barely good at," he said while walking away from me in a hurry.
Xiley walked up to me and I told her about the conversation between me and Joe. I asked her to work with me in the red room because Jennie hadn't come in for her shift yet and we needed a bottle girl downstairs. Plus I didn't want to be alone with all of those men.
I know this nigga did not insult my work ethic and then proceed to sit here and talk to me like I'm a child. I swear I can't stand this job, at this point either I'm gonna cuss his ass out or I'm gonna go outside and take a breather.
Let's weigh my options if I cuss him out I'm going to be fired and I probably won't be hired at any other club in this vicinity. Or I can choose option B and still have a job, ...... sigh....... I think I need to take a breather before I lose my shit.
I grabbed my jacket and walked outside of the club I don't know if it was the cold air or if reality just struck but I couldn't help but cry. Damn, I need to stop being so emotional all the time I think as I slouch to sit on the stairs that's on the side of the club.
"What's wrong beautiful?" The deep voice asked as he closed the door to come and sit down beside me.
"Hi sorry to disturb you, I was just getting ready to leave," I said standing up quickly and adjusting my jacket getting ready to leave.
"Waitt, I didn't mean to scare you, I just wanted to explore the club and I stumbled upon this door and I heard a woman crying so I wanted to check it out," the mysterious man said, grabbing my wrist to prevent me from leaving.
" You didn't scare me, I was just startled that's all, and thank you for checking up on me but I should be leaving," I said as I pulled away from him. As I opened the door I turned around to get a glance at the mysterious man and he was one of the most beautiful men that I had ever seen. I mean besides Jimin of course, but something about this man is so addictive.
"Okay good and no problem sweetheart. I'll let you go but I do have a request, come join me and my friends in the paradise lounge," he said to her wanting to see her face again after their little meetup.
"What a coincidence, I'm bartending for that part of the club tonight so you will definitely see me again Mr," I said, teasing him while biting my lip.
"That's great I'm looking forward to seeing you," the man said while holding the door open for her.
"Okay, I'll see you then, and by the way what's your name again I don't remember catching it," I ask out of curiosity while thinking about all of the nasty things that he could do to me.
" The name is Namjoon and what's yours, beautiful lady?" Namjoon asks while glancing me up and down to look at my attire.
"My name is Zaria and I have to go Namjoon but we'll talk soon," I say while winking at him and strutting away, making sure to add a little extra oomph to my walk.
                                                         #
"Hi, what can I get you tonight?" I asked the gentleman as I was speaking over the loud music in the lower part of the club.
"Umm I'll just take 3 shots of tequila and 1 bloody mary," the man said while trying his hardest not to laugh. By the looks of it I could tell that he was already tipsy on the verge of being drunk but I mean hey what other reason would you come to a club?
"That'll be $76 even sir," I say smiling as I pour the shots of tequila into the shot glasses. Once I finished those I started working on the bloody mary which was pretty simple to make. All I need is vodka, tomato juice, salt and pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and two olives to place on top.
I like how I'm the worst bartender but I managed to finish everything in under 1 minute. I would love to see Jennie do something like this but she's never at work or if she is at work she's never actually working. She only flirts with all of the customers and seduces them just so she can fill her pockets, if anything she's the club's personal hoe.
"Okay here you are sir, I gave you one extra shot of tequila because you spent so much money," I say, placing the drinks down in front of them on the table. I slowly raised back up and I happened to look up at the men sitting right in front of me.
I don't think I have ever seen this many fine men ever in my life, all of them are giving me cold gazes. Which makes me want to crawl into a hole and bury myself, but then I see Namjoon. He was the man that I talked to outside, he looks 10 times better in the light, he wasn't ugly at first but he's damn sure not ugly now.
And then I look to the right of him and I see the man who ordered the drinks at the bar and he looks good as well. In my opinion he doesn't look as good as Namjoon but he looks very good. And then I look to the right of him and I see this fine man, he has tattoos and piercings and he looks kinda grungy. Collectively these men are fine as fuck but I need to get my thoughts together if I'm going to get through the rest of the night.
" Thanks, sweetheart, that was very generous of you, and here's $200 keep the change," the man in the middle said as he was handing me the money. I took the money and thanked all of them for the generous tip. The night was going pretty well, I enjoyed hanging out in paradise with the guys, we didn't interact much but when we did it was pretty chill.
At that point in time, it's like 11:00 at night and I haven't seen Gia or that bitch Jennie in a while, knowing Gia she probably left. And as far as the bitch Jennie, I haven't seen her yet but I'm not complaining.
If she was down here she would have been in all of their faces when her ugly ass is supposed to be behind the bar serving them. I was deep in thought when I heard some footsteps make their way down the stairs. I was cleaning the bar and I looked behind me to see who it was.
"Hi babes," a familiar voice says coming from behind me meaning they are waiting at the bar to order a drink I guess. I slowly turn around and to my surprise I see Jimin standing there wearing a bright red leather jacket, a black shirt, black ripped jeans, and his specialty, the click clacks.
"Jimin," I screamed, throwing the cleaning rag down onto the counter. I ran around the bar to run and jump on him, I knew I had seen him earlier but I missed him so much.
"It seems like someone really missed me," he said while holding me in his arms. I always enjoy seeing him but I heard something in the background that made me try to squirm away from him.
He placed me back on the ground and I turned around to see that gremlin Jennie, she was walking towards my direction. Truth be told, if she says anything to me I'm going to walk out and leave because if I fight her I am going to get fired.
"Why are you on him like that? Why are you working down here with these beautiful men? When you should be up there with those peasants like yourself,"she says to me while looking at Jimin up and down, making me and him uncomfortable.
"Jimin if you don't grab me in the next second I'm going to pounce on this bitch," I say as I'm rolling my sleeves up and moving my septum piercing to the side. I ran at full speed straight for her, I said I wasn't going to fight today but the universe had different plans. Luckily Jimin caught me and was holding me back.
"Zaria go home you don't want to lose your job and don't worry about her she's nothing special," Jimin whispers in my ear as he's trying to calm me down. I don't say a word to him, I go behind the bar grab my jacket, keys, and purse, I look towards the guys and make my way over there because I owe them an apology.
"Hey, I'm sorry about tonight, I'm going home before I beat a bitch ass. It was fun hanging with y'all, I hope to see y'all soon," I say as I walk in the direction of the Jimin.
"Goodnight Zaria and don't worry about it, you're still the coolest bartender we've ever had," they say in unison. I smile to myself thinking maybe they aren't so bad after all.
"Hey Chim I'm leaving I'll text you when I get home, see you tomorrow," I whisper and kiss his cheek as I make my way up the stairs so I can leave this hell.
"Oh and Jennie, next time you should show up for your shift on time so someone won't have to fill in for you. I guess that doesn't make a difference though because it's not like you actually work while you're here anyway," I say with a hint of malice hidden in my voice.
"See you later babes," I hear him saying knowing that he's worried about me.

Chapter 9 (nsfw)
A/N: hii so um, this chapter is gonna be a insane NSFW so prepare yourselves!
The next day, I wake up in a good mood for some reason, i never wake up in a good mood. Of course I wake up thinking about julia, who else would i think about, barnabas? hell no. I roll out of my bed and get my clothes out and pick up my room, i needed to take a shower but i can wait a bit, i'm hungry.
I walk to the kitchen to get some cereal and there is a note on the fridge.
Note: To Elena: Carolyn, David, Barnabas, and I will be gone for a few days, we all need time out, but don't worry, Julia will remain with you since I don't trust you alone anyways, love mom.
"I'm gonna be alone... with Julia... for a few days..." I smirked. I grab the note and put it on Julia's door since I think she's still sleeping, now it's time for my shower. Apparently Julia woke up when I was about to walk in the shower. She gets up from bed with her adorable messy bed head and opens the door and sees the note and reads it. She had a huge smile on her face. She heard the shower, she knew I was in there. She knew what had to be done.
I get in the shower and the water is running down my body. Julia comes creeping in my room where my bathroom is, she peeks around the corner and watches me, she knew what to do. She started getting undressed, she had no bra on since she just woke up. Not even a few seconds later she walks in, but my eyes were closed since i had the water running in my face. Without saying anything, she stands behind me, I turn around a wipe my face and I see julia standing infront of me, naked.
Before I even got to say anything, she pushed me against the wall and put her hand on my throat.
"Are you going to be a good girl for me baby?" she says to me looking deep into my eyes filled with lust. I nodded. "Use your words princess" she said as she squeezed my neck tighter. "y-yes mommy" i said. I felt julia's lips against mine, her lips are so soft. With her free hand she makes her way down my stomach and lowers it down to my pussy. I open my mouth and let out a gasp. She looks at me and smirks, "Darling, you may want to close your mouth before I find something to put in it" she said with a daring look. I liked it. So I just kept it open and smiled. "Oh? I see my princess is deciding to be a bad girl today hm? okay then" She was not kidding, she grabbed my face and lowered my head down to her breasts, she put my mouth on one causing me to suck it like I was a baby. I let out a gentle moan.
"Oh, you dirty slut." She said looking down at me. "You like sucking on mommy's boob?" she said in a seductive way. "Yes mommy, I love it" I smiled. She got me back up and lifted me up and dried me and herself off and we went to my bed. Julia put me on my back and she hovered over me. "I want my dirty slut to scream for me" she began to kiss me and play with my breasts. She kisses down my body teasing me. "m-mommy p-please don't tease me, i'll be a good girl" I whined. "your gonna be a good girl?" she asked. "yes mommy! i'll be a good girl! i want to be your little slu-" I was cut off by feeling 2 fingers pushed inside me. I look at her. "mommy, p-please fuck me" She smiled, starting to move her fingers. I was a moaning mess at this point, but that didn't stop her from anything. She got lower and attached her lips into my clit and started sucking it while adding a third finger. I was shaking intensely, i felt myself about to reach the edge. "mommy! i-i'm g-gonna..." i screamed. "cum for me baby, i want to feel and taste you when you do"
As she said that, i came on her face and fingers, i think that turned her on even more. Her extreme kinky side that I or anyone has never seen, finally came out of her. She immediately grabbed me and laid herself down on the bed and before I knew it, I was on her face. I felt her tounge run on my clit and inside me. This was the hottest thing i've ever done, I was a moaning mess. "m-mommy!!! o-oh fuck!!" i was screaming for mercy. "OH DONT FUCKING STOP PLEASE MOMMY" In just a few seconds, I came on her face, but she didn't stop, she loved to see me like this. She was holding my legs down on her face, but tighter than before, so i couldn't move. I was basically twitching because of the extreme pleasure I was in. She got me off her face and layers down next to me, trying to catch my breath.
"Did you like that baby?" she asked me as she kissed me. "Most definitely, that was the best thing mommy" i was laying on her chest and and we ended up taking a nap.
A while later, I heard noises from the house, it was still daylight, but the house was still dark. I then heard a loud bang from the living room, sounded like glass dropping. Julia heard it too, so we both got dressed and went downstairs. We see someone downstairs. She turned around and looked at us with a cheeky smile. "Hello Julia" she said. It was Angelique.
