I've always had a problem with overthinking things. I think so much that I sometimes end up putting myself down and internally yelling at myself. My level of thinking is a very double edged sword (on one hand, I have lots of ideas. on the other hand, I make myself feel depressed by overthinking my every move). Some examples of my awful levels of overthinking:

• Once, I remembered that I use to watch a lot of cartoons back in 2018-2019. When I remembered that I don't do that anymore, I felt so bad I ended up yelling at myself briefly. Dad reminded me that it could just be my age, and I then offered a rebuttal I just know my overthinking brain would give: How do you know unless you kept watching? And then I'd back in circles over and over on the same subject.

Here's another example:

• I never really watch and/or do new things (or if I do, it requires a lot of effort on my part). Wien I remind myself of this, I call myself lazy and then begin to feel angry at myself. Usually these types of feelings go away after a while, but they always return. I can never fully rid myself of them.
