Danny is a Kryptonian. Not by birth. But by the realm.

The infinite realm is infinite, time is connected to it at all times in different spots. When a world is destroyed or a species goes extinct the realm is effected.

When kyrpton exploded. Time moved on the earthly realm of course. However a natural portal had opened. One that only opened in the realm at the same moment the Fenton portal opened for the first time.

Danny wasn’t just blasted by pure ectoplasm from the realm, but of the very essence of kyrpton itself. Altering Danny’s DNA even more. Infusing kyrptonian DNA into him as well as him becoming half ghost.

Danny has no clue. He assumes it’s all ghost powers. So did frostbite. What happened to him was unknown and entirely new. Besides had frostbite ever truly looked at normal human DNA before.

Danny’s first experience with kryptonite is when lex Luther showed up to “fund” fentonWorks. The anti-ecto weaponry worked surprisingly well on the supers. And he couldn’t just get into the Fenton computers without a green virus shutting him down.

Lex is intrigued. Does his digging on this “human” boy only to find he was adopted as a baby. Through less then legal methods.

Ellie on the other hand feels the effects in front of Conner. She was very confused just as he was.

heyo! i hope you're doing fine.

i know your springtrap has no memory/recollection at all, nor does he know that he was/is a person- BUT - could there be a potential trigger to make him remember something? nothing big or revealing of his past and/or self! i imagined just minor things like maybe a song from his childhood, or the music that was playing at the opening day of fredbear's making him remember something- like the pattern of the carpet or his favorite childhood toy. It's like the remains of his soul call out to him (unintentionally?) - desperately wanting to clutch on on whatever familiarity is left to not rot with agony like the rest of him/his soul. He is a husk carrying remains after all! - Some physical, some deeply buried inside of him somewhere.

yeah he can catch faint glimpses of recognition! i brought up the thought of him suddenly recognizing other animatronics' machinery as something familiar in another post. i don't think he'd be able to recall something as far back as childhood memories, but with consistent memories in his old life (things he would routinely see most often, like faces or settings and whatnot) it can spark some kind of feeling within him. the animatronic programming could also remember things like songs or commands too, or maybe even other animatronic characters. that'd probably only apply to fredbear, i don't know for sure

Okay so you guys are just gonna have to trust me on this one. This came from an(other) anon source since the link on Way Back Machine is dead. This was published to Ves's YouTube channel on July 15, 2012. The description said something along the lines of this (basing it off memory, it's very loose):

I wrote this song about the idea that humans have evolved beyond our means. We suffer implications due to our sentience and awareness of our world, which leads us to questions we cannot answer. Animals are programmed to fear death but they probably aren't aware of its inevitability, where humans most certainly are, but are totally powerless to stop it.

Two different Anons provided me with more background info. The first screenshot is the original description that Ves had (he also worded things in a much better and more Vessel way than I did lol). The second screenshot is copy+paste text from the lyrics portion below the description. I updated the lyrics to reflect the text.

Hi folks! It seems like people are discovering that there are people online who write some WEIRD! 👎 stuff for Nevermoor. Some tips and tricks for dealing with that:

Don't engage. Don't read the fics. Don't even comment to say how much you hate it.

Don't spread it around. It's gross as hell, I know! But being like "ew, guys, I found this gross fic" just means you're causing more people to seek out said gross fic, and that's just not great. If you don't want to see it, no one else wants to either.

If you can: block, mute, or filter. I don't really use any fanfic sites to know if these functionalities exist, but I'm sure people online have found ways. Edit: here's a way to do it on Ao3.

TL;DR: Ignore, Ignore, Ignore. 👍

(PS: Same thing goes for when people send weird inappropriate anon messages. Just delete them from your inbox and don't subject others to them.)

This is unfortunately something that's been present for years in the fandom, on both Ao3 and Wattpad. This is also why I essentially don't read Nevermoor fics unless they're for Mogtober, and even then I'm cautious. I have seen some weird stuff written about my favorite characters that I wish I could pluck from my brain and set on fire, or worse! But when I stumble across that stuff, I just quickly close the tab and pivot to something else to get my mind off of it.

We should not entertain these types of people in a fandom full of minors about a middle grade series, so: just don't engage with them, ignore them, filter them out, and maybe even drown them out with some fics of your own.
