After Ghost and Soap retire, and they’re looking at houses together, it occurs to Soap that he doesn’t know Ghost’s favorite color. He of course, has to find out and pesters Ghost about it. Ghost stares at him for a few quiet moments before saying blue. Soap may be stupid fucking smart, but there can be a lot of emphasis on the stupid when it comes to awareness of self. Their house ends up full of little blue accents. Ghost is delighted about this and Soap is a little embarrassed when he realizes, but he embraces it quickly.
