Good night, little kiwis🥝
I am starting to write today because I am feeling awful with myself and I don't know what to do. I have been binge eating for this last month and I gained 4 kilos already. I used to think that gaining a couple of kilos would be okay for my body, because I considered myself thin, but right now I can't take it anymore.
I don't like where my new fat is going (basically, legs and tummy). I can accept my new legs, but not my tummy. Not my tummy at all. I can't help but feeling fat and disgusting.
I am trying to control myself but I can't. I can't stop binge eating and I don't know what to do. It actually scares me, because I already thougt about vomiting after binging, but I know that is not good...
I feel helpless right now.

So, this blog is kinda gonna be a diary?
Even though I already have a real one that's a book?
Anyways, I'll just post here things I've realised about myself and such.
So, as I wrote down what I ate today for the first time ever, I noticed I don't each much variety in food like most overweight people. I just eat 2-4 things but in such large amounts and consistently through the day it's harmful. I also don't exercise like, at ALL. So, starting tomorrow I'll be going on walks around my neighborhood with my mother, and having scheduled meals. My mother has Parkinson's, and is thus changing her diet so she can be alive for me and my brother's, so we will be having healthier foods in the house. We are also eliminating red meat(caused colon cancer in my father and took him), which will help me stop a lot of temptation for bad meals. (Burgers, Bacon, etc.) So, I'll post how tomorrow goes and hopefully I will have eaten under my calorie goal! If anyone has any weight loss tips(idc how extreme) please let me know!

WEEKLY DIET UPDATE
Hello again! This past week I didn't do very well, I ate quite unhealthy many days so the only thing I wished for when I was stepping in the scale was to at least maintain my weight. To my surprised I still managed to lose weight! I lost 0.2kg, not a lot but it's something! The good thing is that losing weight at a slow pace will give me permanent results that I can maintain.
So I am at 72.2kg! This week I'll do better :)

I’m trying to lose weight without let anyone know but my boyfriend just bought me VEGAN BURGUER WITH FRENCH FRIES (at least it’s with ZERO COKE) but i don’t want to eat the whole thing because of the calories
soooooooo frustrated 
today i ate 300 calories counting breakfast, lunch and ‘’dinner’’ and now i will ate like 1300 =(

Breakfast-
1 slice of white bread and butter - 85 cal
Lunch-
Nothing
Dinner-
Aunt bessies homestyle chips 43 grams- 58 cal
Cucumber 15 gram - 3 cal
Carrot sticks 15 gram - 6 cal
Snacks-
Two organic lightly salted kallos rice cakes with small amount of butter - 44 cal
very tiny amount of ketchup - 8 cal
All together my intake today is- 240 calories
Not my best but I'm eating very little tomorrow.
