I need help choosing my new sketchbook!

I'm almost done with my current one, so I need a new one pronto, but I can't choose between these two. They're pretty similar—around the same size, around the same amount of pages, and they're both mixed media. There are a few things that are making me have a hard time deciding though—I've had Sketchbook A in my sketchbook arsenal for a while, so I'm more inclined to use that one because I only got Sketchbook B today. But Sketchbook A is spiral bound, which I don't like because I'll be taking it in and out of my bag a lot, so I think the cover and rings might get a bit damaged. However, Sketchbook B doesn't lay flat, like at all, which is strange because it was specifically advertised... to lay flat. I don't know. I'd kind of feel bad for not using Sketchbook B because it was kinda pricey and I don't want to feel like I'm wasting it. Idk. Please help me decide lol I will appreciate it forever

Trying to be better about switching up my mediums and actually using all the sketchbooks and random tools I’ve collected over the years. Would more physical sketchbook pages be fun to see? I’ve got a lot of pages to fill.

Materials: Mixed media in a Strathmore 400 Series sketchbook, my fav sketchbooks to ever exist. The paper handles all kinds of mediums so nicely, so I can really play around on it.

What paper do you use!? My sister got me a whole box of prismacolor art stuff and i wanna try, this looks so cool!

strathmore toned paper! <3 i greatly prefer strathmore's tan over their gray for my prismacolors but it's just a matter of what works best for you!

#i think i'm currently on my 4th or 5th strathmore sketchbook? #used to fill one up every 7-8 months. once it took like... less than 3 months LOL #its wonderful for prismacolor. def recommend

#i'm gonna get a hahnemühle watercolour sketchbook when i'm done with my moleskine and i've heard good things! #and it's thicker paper so i don't think it will buckle as much when being shown a jpg of water #which is my Main Issue #but man. everyone really loves the strathmore ones u___u #but the only european retailers are based in the uk and getting stuff from the uk is hell on earth. and amazon which is obviously evil.
