Good day, Cozy! Hope you’re doing alright <3 Random question comin’ to ya~!
Do you have any backlogged fanart / wip that you’re especially proud of, even if it’s old or unfinished?
HHNNggHHHHGhhHh weLL… mind i have like 200+ things of backlogged fanart i never posted 🤪 (and might never cuz they are old). The only things i probably still like is this big ass set of drawing twst boys in the style of my private original art and characters I never publicly show 😩😩 Mostly just for personal fun. PROBABLY ONE OF THE FEW BACKLOGGED THINGS I STILL LIKE?? even if just toying around (click for better resolutions)
the Diasomnia one was made first lol, malleus specifically. these weren’t really meant to ever be seen outside of a small group so *gestures* here they are

Seeing people complain about there being too many female Reader characters (which, ok, valid, but also most of the reader inserts I've seen on Tumblr were gender neutral, so I dunno how many is "too many") by saying there shouldn't be any and people should stop making them is one of the reasons why I'm adamant about only writing fem reader.
First of all, block the "x fem reader" tag (and its variants); second, scroll past them if they aren't tagged as such and still show up; third, stick to blogs that write what you want to read. It's that easy.
There's no need to wish (and clutter the fem reader tag with said wishes) that people would stop. You're just being an ass.

Thinking about book 7 and I am really glad that they are taking their time with it?
I know that it’s longer than the other twst books and more lore, but I think it needs that.
It’s needs the length and it needs all these events to occur.
It needs its time to spread out these events so we can not only learn about the characters but the events that influenced these characters.
Which we didn’t need before in previous books, but this one we do. Because of the situation at hand compared to previous books would not work the same way if they followed the pattern nor would it give that effect.
We need to know why certain events took place. How certain characters came to be and what influenced their relationships.
What led to these events.
And while, yes, the angst is painful and tear jerking, these moments were very much needed.
Because without learning them first hand, without seeing it, we wouldn’t be as hit as we were in the previous books. And this is the only way for us to get that same effect as previously.
We can be in their shoes now and feel the pain they went through.
It’s very different when you’re told about an event that happened versus actually seeing the characters go through it and experiencing it.
So despite the length and the pain, I like that they are taking their time and hashing it out the way they are.
The wait was definitely worth it just for that. And I know it can be frustrating, but for a dorm that was always mysterious and we had barely no info on, it is what they needed to do.
So we, the players, can get a grasp on the story and these characters really well.
And I am thankful they are taking their time with it, despite wanting everyone to be happy you know? And wanting to see that happy ending and for them to be a family again.
Because it will be all the more satisfying once we get there, once we travel through that distance, and we finally get to that ending. As we also feel their relief and happiness after such a long and hard won journey, and that’s what I’m looking forward to.
That’s feeling of happiness, relief, and affection because it was all worth this long journey we had.

You Seriously Need to Calm Down
Notes: based on this first Cherry's Harvesting request where Anon asked for Trey, Jack, Jamil and Sebek taking care of a stubborn sick s/o who insists they're fine (but they aren't). I only did Jack, Jamil and Sebek for that one since Trey was already requested in other things at that time. I left a little hc in the notes there that I managed to use here too~
Trey Clover x sick g!n reader / very implied crush / fluff / use of "you" pronouns / Bit's of Cherry concept / Masterlist
Sometimes we get too used to certain things. That’s what Trey thought when he found it odd that only Ace and Deuce had returned to Heartslabyul in the afternoon, without the company of the little troublemaker Grim and, especially, without you by their side. When he questioned the boys, they commented that they were also worried and didn’t saw you in class;
Before Deuce could even express that maybe they should go to the Ramshackle to check on you, Trey had already taken this mission for himself and got out of the kitchen as quickly as possible — Ace didn’t notice that the senior also had left the apron in his own hands. Trey didn’t quite know what awaited him in your dorm but, as he opened the door, he heard the ghost talking with you worriedly;
Grim held your leg and the ghosts insisted that you should stay in bed. Trey’s gaze fastly fell on your slow, exhausted figure, carefully gripping the stair railing with each lethargic step. He instantly understood what was happening. “Honestly...,” Trey laughed as he approached you. “...you think you can play that card on me?”;
You only understood what Trey meant after you felt your pressure drop. Your consciousness only awoke again in bed, with you being warmly wrapped up and with a cold towel on your head. Trey was muttering softly as he covered some cracks in your room’s window and wall so as not to get the ambient so cold;
Trey knew exactly what it was like to not want to look sick because he often did the same thing. Denying that you were in need of help or that you needed rest — and in that, putting all your obligations on hold — was a feeling you both shared more than you could have hoped for yourself. Trey led you into relaxation that way, “boring” you with his past stories and his honey-like, calm voice;
Every time you woke up, however, there was a feeling of extreme frustration mixed with body fatigue and high temperature. Trey was managing to put you to rest against your will — successfully! Worse: he left prepared in advance several things that you would need and he managed balanced Heartslabyul and Ramshackle in his chores in an impressive way;
Near your bed, several bottles of water and a medicine box with a note of instructions were arranged. The kitchen’s refrigerator was well reinforced with several ingredients for Trey to prepare several warm and delicious soups for you to consume;
Once you were forced to wonder — a bit sulkily, by the way — whether Trey was treating you like another of the troublemaker boys from his dorm or one of his little siblings. He ended up laughing at your words but just straightened your pillow in response;
One thing was certain: Trey always found a way to show up when you woke up and tried to get up to tidy up the room. You insisted that you didn’t want to be a bother at all, yet any action against him was in vain. Trey would take you on his arms — partly to stop you with the surprise of his action — and you would be promptly returned to bed;
“I know you don't want to look weak, especially at times like this. But, really, sometimes we need to be taken care of and not worry about things,” Trey said while straightening your bed hair. His gaze was deep, staring directly at your soul as if he saw his own reflection in a cup of tea. In this, he had an idea;
A few minutes later, Trey came back with some tea for you. He served it on the small platter with support that he used to put on your soup plates, but you noticed that it had two cups this time. “To your health!,” Trey toasted, smiling. You sipped your tea in silence, contemplating the fact that he was being more than supportive and compassionate to you. Trey understood you. Maybe more than that, actually. There was something special about Trey’s sweetness in taking care of you that he sure didn’t have with anyone else.

Alright, very important question that the world must know. What does Idia’s hair feel like?
Oh this gives me flashbacks to my first D and D campaign. We had a fire genasi wizard whose hair was literal flames and we repeatedly asked our DM what would happen if we dumped water on his hair. He let us do that when he missed a session once and never told us what happened ૮₍ ˃ ⤙ ˂ ₎ა
Anyway this might sound boring but I feel like it just feels like hair? But extremely smooth, the flames seem to be relatively solid:
And have a natural shape that they favor, just like normal hair does when you leave it un-brushed. And we know it can be styled:
So it has to be somewhat solid. That being said Ortho does say his hair is made of flames in one of his chats:
Since neither of them ever mention their hair burning things other than blot, I think it might just be a magical flame that only really consumes blot. Touching it could be similar to touching a lighter flame if you have a magic pool and blot for it to burn, where there might be some heat but not enough to hurt if you are moving your hand. But since it is flame, it would make sense for it to lack the normal texture of human hair and have little weight to it. You could yank on his braid and feel like you're pulling a ribbon, it's that light.
... also. Since he is a pathetic gamer. I feel like if you did touch it it would be a bit... slick. Greasy if you will. Because he hasn't taken a shower in a few days and needs reminded that is a sign of depression and not "poggers" or whatever the kids say.
