the beautiful writings of anaïs nin+sculpture sketches by gustav vigeland
“There are few human beings who receive the truth complete and staggering, by instant illumination. Most of them aquire it fragment by fragment, on a small scale, by successive developments, cellular, like a laborious mosaic.”

Gustav Vigeland is Norway's most famous sculptor. He died in 1949. Today I went to Vigelandmuseet and discovered he was a 100% confirmed Monsterfucker Enjoyer:
But hey don't you mlm monsterfuckers feel left out or anything, he's got you covered, too:
Didn't seem to be a big fan of the responsibilities of parenthood:
Also, a vehement character shipper.
"NOW KISS."
- Gustav Vigeland, probably
Very into encouraging the youths to explore their interests in veterinary medicine:
Sculpting people in trees and lifting cups:
And also just stacking loads of people like a mile high because suffering or something:
Vigeland was an pretty cool guy and you should look up his expressive & challenging art.

I went to 📌 Oslo in winter🧣. And I think I couldn't had chosen a better time to see another side of this amazing city.
The atmosphere is hard to be described through photos or words. They probably speak 10% of what reality is.
It's such a friendly city that no matter the season, Oslo fills you with joy: lots of cafés and restaurants when people sit outside even in November, some of the most weird art installation in Europe, free cultural museums and galleries to visit.
Plus the legacy of the mighty Vikings ⚓ and troll folklore stories that surround Oslo in pure enchantment. This is a short list of things to do in Oslo, even on a budget.
I can't wait to go back! ✨
