Body check update
Being in the school okay was very motivating to lose weight, especially bc I had very tight leather pants to wear on stage. Track has been a lot too and so has dance, so we’ve able to burn a larger amount of calories. If you’re in need of some Ana tips for school, I gotchu:
GUM!! (I always keep at least two packs in my bag and go through at least 2-3 pieces a day)
personally, it’s easier for me to eat no breakfast to be more motivated to have no lunch, so try to do it ALL
Bring a water bottle to school!! I usually have designated times to fill it: before first class, sometime before lunch, after lunch, and at the end of the day.
Keep yourself busy in order to eat less, it especially helps to study, do hw, or scroll on insta
If someone offers food or a drink of any kind, automatically say “no”, after that there’s no turning back so you’re all set
Keep any inspo you have within a couple taps, anything more and your mind will think it’s too much work

As much as I love the Ana community; I feel like absolute shit because of my plateau and college.
I cannot stand myself anymore, I’m not used to this at all I used to be skinny; now I’m a fat pig and I can’t take it anymore. I honestly don’t know when and where but if I can’t keep restricting I’m going to kms. I can’t look at myself anymore, I don’t want to wake up anymore.
I’ll give myself a week to think about it (and stay logged in) but Wednesday next week if I’m not responding then you’ll know why.
