STARDEW VALLEY MONSTER AU!!!

Idk why but all I've been able to think about the past few days have been an idea for an AU where all the bachelors and bachelorettes are monsters so here's my thoughts!

I'm going to rank my ideas for what monsters they are going to be from a scale of "you can literally not change my mind" to "I barely know anything about them please help"

Abigail is obviously going to be a witch. With the theory of her being the wizards daughter as well as her spirituality, making her a witch would be the obvious choice.

Sam is a werewolf and you can't change my mind on this one. He is THE golden retriever bachelor so making him a dog is just a given. I could see him go full dog mode when he's around Abigail and Sebastian. I don't think he'll cause too many problems during the full moon, as long as he's fed well.

Sebastian being a vampire is also another obvious one. I could see him desperately trying to find an alternative way to quench his bloodthirst (literally) because he doesn't want to hurt anyone. He would probably try to feed on animals at first or something like that.

Shane is a zombie. I think it would be an ironic turn of events if he ended up dying and then came back to life. The rest of the village would probably not even notice anything because he already looked kinda dead, Jaz would probably be a little suspicious, but if a toddler told you that her alcoholic godfather was a zombie you would probably just think she's got a wild imagination.

Emily and Haley are definitely sirens to me, specifically the mermaid type of siren. I don't really have much to back this one up other than Haley being the typical "beautiful but mean girl" and idk it gives siren to me, also the thought of Emily and Haley swimming around with beautiful mermaid tails just makes me happy.

I literally have no idea what the rest of the bachelors and bachelorettes could be, if anyone has any ideas please send me an ask or something like that.

How was Jaskier supposed to know that the lovely woman he spent the night with had a husband? Let alone a husband in a big scary poacher gang? So Jaskier is hauling ass through the forest, only to get his leg caught in a beartrap. He faceplants (very daintily, prettily, and most certainly not with an embarrassing wail, thank you very much) and begins sobbing with the pain. Not to mention his cheap lute breaking into splinters. Great. Just great. What a LOVELY day he's having! A pure white werewolf with bright golden eyes suddenly prowls out of the bushes, growling at him, and Jaskier decides that today really is his worst day. No matter how majestic the beast is, this is cearly the end of Jaskier the bard. He sobs and begs to live, apologizing profusely, and the last thing he sees is the monstrous snout getting closer. Geralt, the werewolf, is stalking for food for his pack, only to come across one of those humans in their own traps. Except... This human isn't one of them. He's wearing brightly colored delicate clothing, and wasn't familiar with where their traps were. It's an innocent human. One that smells very nice, under all the stench of blood and fear. Wolf!Geralt creeps closer, and pries open the trap, intending on releasing the human back into the wild, but it just kind of stares at him in horror before passing out. Hm. Well, it appears it needs more care than he initially thought. So imagine the other witcher's surprise when he doesn't bring food back to the pack, but instead brings a human to patch up. The moon dips out of the sky, they all turn back into their witcher-human forms, and now they're all SCRAMBLING over what they're meant to do!? HOW DO YOU CARE FOR A HUMAN AGAIN??? FUCK- I DON'T KNOW! Geralt stop petting him, he doesn't like that, he's human, not a wolf! What do you mean he likes it? Oh shit- EVERYONE QUICK PET HIM! No wait- He doesn't like it any more- One at a time pet him! And uh- Fuck- What do normal people eat!?

♡!Optional addons!♡ • (ORIGINALLY A TAG) Is Aiden a werecat or also a werewolf? And if he is a werewolf (and/or a werecat I suppose), perhaps he's from a rival pack (against his will) and needs to be rescued by Lambert as a sideplot • Maybe the poachers find poor trapped Jaskier and Geralt has to fight them off first, or perhaps they come back later, intent on killing the White Wolf • Perhaps Geralt turns Jaskier into a werewolf (Either with his consent or without his consent ONLY if he has to do it to save his life, we don't fuck with forced bonds here, people)

Anyways expanding on my idea for lycanthropy in Slugterra

When I say Slugterra, I really mean the whole of the caverns, both Western, Eastern and the unknown caverns although my idea starts with a slug that originates in the Eastern Caverns

I could be more imaginative and give a name to the other caverns we don't know about but I like the thought of it coming from the Eastern Caverns just because we didn't get any unique slugs from that region

so anyways, the slug is known as Lycantherus (pronounce it how you like, I have no idea which version of this is correct because I've said it both ways). As stated above, it originated from the Eastern Caverns but has since migrated to other caverns due to the residual energy from the Elementals being together causing the portal to open sporadically (just an idea I had, why not make it a part of the slug's lore)

So the idea is that it looks rather similar to a Flatulorhinkus slug, just a different color scheme and significantly rarer, and often gets used with the idea of a smokescreen happening. However that is not the case at all, and much to everyone's alarm, it gives nothing more than nasty bite to those who can't dodge in time. At least on the surface :)

So y'all I'm genuinely interested in your opinions here.

So, I have had this idea of a little AU where the Stardew villagers are all either vampires or werewolves, with a few exceptions (like the wizard being a wizard of, and I can't help but see Evelyn and George being humans who simply don't mind living with them. I also think Vincent, Jas, and Emily would probably be humans for some reason.)

But, my mom and I have had this weird disagreement on Shane and Harvey, which has intrigued me enough to make a poll somehow lol.

I think Harvey gives more werewolf vibes and that Shane gives more vampire vibes. Like, Harvey seems like he'd be a very quiet little werewolf doc who uses some of his heightened senses, like improved hearing, to help his practice. He'd probably also try to find ways to dull them down in public to not get overstimulated, or try to hide any werewolf features. Then, Shane would be a vampire who tries to drink alcohol or other substitutions for blood, only to become an alcoholic and have other sicknesses (since... well, he should be drinking blood). He'd probably also use the excuse of "The Sun and I am a vampire" to explain why he isn't out much to others, and also use that to hide that he's a vampire to newcomers in Pelican Town.

My mom says that Harvey gives more vampire vibes, since he's really kind, and she can see Emily and any other human characters being willing to donate blood for him. He wouldn't really need to try to hide it, either, since he could probably just wear tinted glasses to hide his red eyes a little. Meanwhile, Shane gives more werewolf vibes, because when she thinks of werewolves, she can totally see a werewolf being more into sports and being more susceptible to addictive behavior.

Okay, you've heard the arguments, so poll time. If you have anything to add on you can mention it in the comments or reblogs (I know that comments are kinda limiting with the amount you can write lol). I'm really curious to see how this goes, lol. I would make them both werewolves or both vampires, but I'm trying to have an even werewolf to vampire ratio here.
