I finished watching Se7en late last night, and all I can say is holy fuck. It's not often that scenes in a movie cause me to have such strong reactions, (unrestricted internet access at a young age has ruined me) but this one did, some scenes made me want to just vomit. How deranged and insane do you have to be to even think about something like this? I completely loved each and every second of it. The pacing was perfect and there was a sense of discomfort and unease throughout the entire film, which was really exhilarating because most modern films don't keep you glued to the screen like that. The entirety of the film was done so well that I'm not able to put it into words rn. I love horror, but I can honestly say that this was more unsettling and more of a mindfuck than any other straight up horror movie I've ever watched. Goddamn.
