ZOMBIE MODE: GO!!! My submission for Madness Day 2023, still one of my favorite pieces. And Krinkles called it "metal", one of my proudest moments.

Tried including as many kinds of MC zombies as I could. Debatably some of them aren't zombies, but fuck it - I say they're close enough.

If you like Call of Duty Zombie modes, then you will like Sker Ritual. Sker Ritual, you are basically going around trying to survive the waves of zombies all while trying to complete quests to banish the evil and supernatural. 

There are 4 maps so far on this and each map has a hidden objects that you have to go around and collect.

This game is basically a spin-off of Maid of Sker but it is a fun game. You can solo it or play with up to 4 players.

There is a sword in the game that is in a rock and it glows. Pulling this will make the levels and waves harder and can result in instant death. So be cautious of that because sometimes, the zombies are really hard to kill.

I highly recommend this game because it is fun. There are miracle coins you get that adds perks to your guns and weapons, there are weapons on tables just like in COD you can buy. There is a dog that acts like a mystery box.

There is ammo machines that gives you ammo, there is even machines on the walls that gives you different things to add perks to you. At the beginning, you get a revive token but if you use it, you can buy another one. You don’t just use the revive token for yourself but revive others also if they are to far to keep the game going. You can also go to them if they are close and revive them that way.

If you happen to finish a round, you can end up bringing back the ones that died.

I’m gonna tell y’all about my “Zombie mode” just cuz it’s weird and shit.

I sometimes have very extreme bouts of disassociation that differ from my normal disassociation. Normal disassociation for me is feeling blurry, disoriented, and fuzzy. I have a hard time forming concrete thoughts and the whole world seems to be moving too fast or too slow. My vision sometimes gets fuzzy too.

Zombie mode is different. It typically occurs after extreme or prolonged emotional strain and stress. During zombie mode, I have no energy at all, I can’t think, and all I can do without fumbling over myself is lay in bed. It takes a lot of energy to even talk or move my eyes. My sense of self gets blurrier than normal and I don’t want to talk to anyone, even the people I love. My emotions also get very dulled, I don’t really feel anything. It’s as if I have become.. a zombie [badum-ching!] This is actually mainly why my name is Zombie. During the integration/fusion of Jamie and the host, they felt like they were a zombie, constantly super disassociated, with no sense of who was who anymore. We could barely function. It’s almost as if I’m experiencing a super bad depressive episode, but completely void of feeling. No guilt, no sadness, no anger, no anguish. It’s gray. My body tends to feel heavy. Zombie mode typically lasts a few days, in my current experience. I’m currently in Zombie Mode, hopefully it will end soon. A huge emotional event occurred recently and I’m pretty sure that’s what triggered it. Not even pretty sure, I just know. I’ve had a really bad headache all day, and I’ve been front stuck for the duration of zombie mode. I’m tired but I can’t sleep. I have a fuzzy feeling behind my eyes. I took a Tylenol and it kind of helped. Sometimes the zombie mode lightens up a little, but it just goes back. I walk and lay around like a zombie. It’s probably why I’ve been a little slow on userbox stuff lately.

Hopefully it’s gone by the time school starts. I don’t want people getting worried.

🍂 Today I went for a walk downtown to our local small business woman owned pet boutique. There I had found the lovely owner who I love to talk to had just got in new chicken puff kitty 😺 treats 😋. Of course I went ahead & picked them up for my senior orange tabby cat Tafida Athena (aka Taffy) .

I walked home & was just feeling really tired today. I laid down to take a nap 😴 when I woke up Taffy had crawled into my arms while I was asleep 🥺 how sweet 🥰.

Now I always wake up like a total zombie I honestly sound intoxicated. Lol 😆 And I'm laying here with my kitty 😺 telling her all about these new chicken puff treats. 😅 she's staring at me like "are you gonna keep talking about them or are you going to give them to me" 🤣.

Shes now asleep 😪 by my head. Curled up all cozy 💕 it's almost her dinner time. Wait until she gets her gourmet food I make for her every night 🌙 then she's gonna flip pop right up and be like FOOOOOD! 😆

Nintendo Switch: Among Us-Update!

I love this time of year. So far it has been flooded with free updates that have all pretty much reminded me of the lifelong joy of being a gamer. I was practicing my Mario Kart skills when I saw that Among Us updated, I was like pray tell what have we here?

My Thoughts On The Update

Anyone else up for a game of Hide N’ Seek? Me pick me! There were a couple of things I found interesting about this. Hide and seek mode-they tell you who the imposter is. It’s scary kind of, some of the kills have terrifying noises. Quick first game. I died, and it was easier to be a ghost and watch the chaos? You can’t finish your tasks as a ghost to try and win, and as a ghost you can’t protect anyone. The imposter can’t vent, that advantage goes to the crew mates but when it’s down to the last two people-watch out the advantage goes back to the imposter. So far in the first couple of games the imposter won. In classic mode it seems more balanced between the crew mates winning compared to the imposter/imposters. On top of this cool new mode there are more customizations for your character that cost beans not stars, yay! And they introduced Pet Interactions!

Did you know or pick up on this game basically being about the movie-The Thing from 1982? Watch it, or google it, and see if you can unsee after you see the resemblance! 

You know another cool mode I have seen, but haven’t been able to play yet? Zombie mode. I have “youtubed” it and it is not available for Switch yet. If anyone from the game maker is reading this, I would love that to be the next major update! There also was another update before this one-VR. That is a realm of gaming I have not yet had the pleasure of trying yet. Anyways, I love this update! What do you guys think?

man, its fuckin weird when someone youve literally known your whole entire life, someone whos only a year older than you and grew up down the street, someone you played with your entire childhood, someone who you spent countless halloweens with, someone who called you to tell you she got 3 cabbage patch dolls for christmas that one year, someone you could get in trouble with, and jump off roofs with, and ride bikes with, and got a huge chunk of skin on you leg gouged out with, on her sisters ten speed bike's metal pedals, someone who was always laughing, someone who could make you laugh like no one else, someone with who you sang, at the top of your lungs, whitney houston's 'the greatest love of all' together with, at her parents kitchen table because it was a huge hit and we both loved that song, someone you spent countless summers nights running around her neighborhood playing hide and seek, and then manhunt when you got older, someone who's house you were always upset to leave when your parents said it was time to go, someone you ran to the phone to call to tell them you saw two people having sex in a baseball field, someone who freaked you out when she did that stupid choking thing where she choked herself until she passed out, someone who you also started to lose touch with around your early/mid-teens when school friends started getting more important, someone who treated you kinda shitty that one time at the roller rink because her friends were there, and she didnt really want you around, someone you started to mildly resent because of it and when you started high school and college basically lost complete touch with, someone who changed just like you did, someone who invited you to be apart of their wedding and you accepted and had a great time, someone who you would only see at family functions and would still want it to be like old times, but you really felt fundamentally different from, someone who lost her husband a few years ago, someone who just died today and you cant get your fucking mind around that fact. someone you are absolutely fucking dreading seeing in a coffin in a couple days. man its fucking weird when all that happens over the last 48 years.
