My Hazbin Archangels;

Asks about them are more than Welcome

These are very developed OCs so at this point I need to make masterpost for how my interpretation of them works

Listing I'm using is;

I don't include Azrael mostly cause weirdly intense and underappreciated job are covered by Michael and Lucifer and I feel it would undermine both of their supposed isolation, you can only have so many outcasts and loners in a group of seven that are also a team.

Yes I did make up all the titles based vaguely on translations and mythological roles, it felt weird for just Luci to have something like "the morningstar"

Originally called Angels of Creation or Heirs of the Almighty; they were uniquely Imbued with powers of Creation and raised as His own offspring. (He kinda had to there was nothing else)

Each was hatched in tandem with a realm they were charged with overseeing the development of; in line with the Seven Days of Creation.

Later these seven were named the Archangels and designated the highest authorities within Heaven; however most their duties are distant from the rest of Heaven's hierarchy, the most involved they get is in delivering commands, as God is rarely willing to talk to anyone other than them.

While they were all hatched over the course of a single week, the order was still very important as it defined the chain of command; so much so that the oldest two were called twins just cause they were equal in power. (practically speaking, they're all septuplets)

They all call each other brother, only three have genders, only two are men and Luci's mostly doing it as a bit. They can be a child, a kid, a hatchling, or a fledgling of God but never a son or daughter, isn't gender fun?

Day 1: Lucifer

‘Let there be light’

Lucifer(he/him); the Morningstar, Herald of Creation. The fallen The Lost Brother Made to be incapable of worship so he could never be satisfied with God's perfection alone and would seek out other paths to take creation.

(which does count as a neurodivergency, angels are inherently creatures of worship)

He'd find flaws in his brothers' realms and expand them into something entirely unique. He was less in charge of anything and more excluded from the control of anyone else. He also regularly got into arguments with their Father for shits and giggles, giving his very reverent brothers fucking heart attacks. (they assumed he was allowed to do this because he was the favourite and not perhaps the other way around)

Day 2: Michael

"the Heavens are separated from the Earth",

Michael(he/it); the Divineblade, Highest of All Angels. Keeper of the Heavens, Charged with the creation of the Divine realm.

Most devoted to the Father's will; Chronic workaholic and quite resentful of his own personhood, all he wants is to be God's perfect tool but he keeps having feelings. Well-respected as a leader by his siblings; relentlessly bullied by them (out of love) as a brother for being unable to comprehend 'outgrowing their first intended purpose'. Hes got a famous polite stoic demeanour that's equally infamous for being broken by Lucifer's anything and nothing else.

Day 3: Raphael

"the waters are gathered, the earth brings forth life"

Raphael(all/they); the Healingspur, Archangel of Life, keeper of ecosystems, Charged with the creation of the seas and vegetation.

Mediator of the twins' constant arguments, most consistent voice of reason in any room; Michael's right hand and the only reason he remembers to eat(they don't need to but its good for them). Gentle and controlled but also quite stern. Very strong sense of empathy that is systematically destroying them as they face those on their worse days over and over again. They are the most aware of how Lucifer absence is tearing each the brothers apart and how unwilling anyone is to even acknowledge it; they have pretty much resigned themselves to the approaching all-out breakdown, there's not much a healer can do before the injury.

Day 4: Uriel

"the sky is filled with signs of days, months, season and years"

Uriel(all/they); the Aflameword, Archangel of Knowledge, keeper of the sun, stars and archives, Charged with the creation of constellations and planets.

Likes things quiet and clean. Ordinarily quite reserved; preferring to keep to themselves, focus on documenting and organizing and simply observe the others. But unwilling to be resigned, has stepped up as the only one willing to call Michael on his bullshit, like refusing to officially promote Raph to second in command despite them already taking up all of Lucifer old duties; and even hesitantly but directly questioning their Father on some things, which is a lot for any of them. Does has a bit of an arrogance streak, doesn't enjoy reminders of what they don't know; especially that they are just as in the dark about God's big plan as anyone else.

Day 5: Gabriel

"the earth is filled with creatures"

Gabriel(all/they); the Herocall, Archangel of Strength, Keeper of Order in Heaven and Earth, Charged with the creation of creatures and their instincts.

Gabe is a bit of a Hermes figure, as in its better to ask what don't they do. Quick and always ecstatic to provide their services to anyone who asks; especially known for getting least minute tasks down for Michael. Their wings buzzing like a hummingbird at the speeds they fly. Flips like a switch between serious and playful. A gremlin when they get their mind set on something and regularly startled others out by clinging to walls or ceilings.

Day 6: Jophiel

humans are brought forth as caretakers of the earth

Jophiel(she/her); the Gracespector, Archangel of Beauty, Keeper of Emotion, Art and Interpretation, Charged with the creation of humanity

Highlight of every room she enters, quick-witted and an equal to Gabe, even a challenge to Michael on the battlefield. Always up for a good challenge, puzzle or debate. Dismissed as 'the artistry one' more often than she's prefer. Will defend the goodness in humanity to her last breath, a more and more controversial stand; she's pretty upset at never getting to finish humans since she lost a lot of control once free will was introduced, she still tries to influence them probably more than she's really technically allowed. Knows about politics.

Day 7: Zadkiel

creation was finished, and the day was blessed

Zadkiel(all/they); the Righteouspeace, Archangel of Grace, Keeper of the Holy day, Charged with miracles and blessings.

Detached and kinda smug but well meaning. They try but they don't really know how to interact with those of their equals. Spends by far the most amount of time on earth(Gabriel is a distant second) and has strong opinions on every individual sect of Christianity and how they build their churches. They are continually surprised by how out of touch their brothers and rest of Heaven is to the religion that worships them, come on guys at least Our Brother Down Under has an excuse.

Michael tries really hard to convince himself Lucifer is The Enemy (he can't live with the alternative) but the other five are of the opinion "He transgressed, he got punished, still being angry at this point is just petty" and still want to be in his life. However, they still don't really get what he was trying to do, Lucifer is also hung up on how none of them came to check on him.

He didn't see any of them for 5 000 years and when he did it was Michael holding a sword to his throat and demanding to know why he was on earth.

From Luci's perspective; the fall very nearly killed him and only didn't because the Sins found him before he bled out; it was then years of painful recovery that never quite healed right. It wasn't like there was anything in hell that could hold a candle to the power of an Archangel, he would know. There was nothing stopping them, he was always there for them when they needed him, but when he was scared and hurt, they just abandoned him.

From their perspective; archangels were, and still are, assumed unkillable, and practically indestructible. This was the first time Father had ever punished like this before and they were terrified. No one was willing to risk it now that Falling was on the table; now that they saw He absolutely was willing to sacrifice His children for the Plan, whatever it was.

From the dust of Earth, they created Adam and Lilith. Equals as the first of mankind, but despite this, Adam demanded control and Lilith refused to submit to his will. She fled the garden.

Drawn in by her fierce independence, Lucifer found her and the two rebellious dreamers fell deeply in love. Together, they wished to share the magic of free will with humanity, offering the fruit of knowledge to Adam's new bride, Eve, who gladly accepted. But this gift came with a curse. For with this single act of disobedience, evil finally found its way into Earth. With it, a new realm of darkness and sin. And the order Heaven had worked to maintain was shattered. As punishment for their reckless act, Heaven cast Lucifer and his love into the dark pit he had created, never allowing him to see the good that came from humanity, only the cruel and the wicked.

It's been a week since Charlie Morningstar started her Hazbin Hotel with the help of Alastor and his helpers. The hotel will start to gain more patrons as time progresses. The hotel however has gained the attention of certain individuals who are curious to what she's trying to accomplish.

The next Extermination draws near and Charlie will feel the loss of her people very deeply. During all of this her father was absent as well as her mother… That is where our story starts.

It's a reconstructed timeline, so there's a lot of custom aspects to our mesh story; it's Hyrule's founding era with BOTW merged in and other stuff added to it. So it still feels like Zelda but there's some twists and turns! We have FOUR Story Arcs planned with more in the works.

FIRST ARC UP? GANONDORF'S OF COURSE!

─ 16 YEARS AGO, when PRINCESS ZELDA was born, the first BLOOD MOON and monsters appeared. Overtime they began to increase, becoming an annoyance outside civilization borders. Recently they attacked HATENO VILLAGE, were used to attack GERUDO TOWN as well as CASTLE TOWN, HYRULE CASTLE and more to come. When these attacks affected trade between the GERUDO and the HYLIANS the trades altogether were ceased until they could combat this monster issue at the decree of KING RAURU. ─

─ GERUDO KING GANONDORF, unaware of the true nature to the halt in trade, urged the HYLIAN KINGDOM to restore the trade; a dinner was hosted at HYRULE CASTLE between both kings which ended very poorly. GANONDORF at this point was already dealing with the YIGA and MOLDUGA attacks; this lack of trade from their neighbor could cause his people to starve. Forced into a proverbial corner he decided to take matters into his own hands at the advice of his surrogate mother KOTAKE; after the failed dinner he kidnapped PRINCESS ZELDA and returned with her to the desert. ─

─ A GERUDO CIVIL WAR began, forcing GANONDORF to seek more power. The NINE SAGES are awakening/gathering at HYRULE CASTLE to rise against the evil; GANONDORF retrieves his MALICE TEAR, a Zonai Tear once wielded by the HATRED INCARNATE, HALERU, RAURU'S deceased brother. ─

When is InuYasha’s birthday?

I’ve been seeing everyone sharing that InuYasha’s birthday is April 1st 1479.

Let me first explain how that is wrong.

In 1996, Kagome traveled 500 years in the past to 1496. 1496 InuYasha had already been pinned to the tree of ages for 50 years.. 1479 was during the time he was pinned to the tree. How was he born while under Kikyou’s spell?

Lets break it down to something easier to believe.

The series starts off in 1996 Tokyo Japan, Kagome goes down into the well making that 500 years off of 1996, which leaves us at 1496 in Feudal Japan - The Sengoku Jidai.

When you remove the 50 years from 1496, that means InuYasha was sealed in 1446. Debunking “April 1st 1479”.

Did I mention that’s something that someone posted on a publicly edited website for April Fools? DEBUNKED. Even more so as we continue on in this post. You’ll see why -

No where in the series, the anime, manga, novelization, video games, Drama CD Audios, Artbook, and not even the InuYasha Profiles Book state any type of information as to what InuYasha’s birth date is. Until we look at one of the movies, which has the closest evidence for this and will help us be as accurate as possible to what InuYasha’s real date of birth is.

Looking towards the third installment of the InuYasha movies - “Swords of an Honorable Ruler” We get to see the beginning of InuYasha’s life. During this day it was snowing with a full moon, where InuYasha’s half brother Sesshoumaru and their father the Inu no Taishou are talking right before he runs in order to save Izayoi from Takemaru of Setsuna. With that we know that it takes place in Winter, and on a Full Moon leading onto a Total Lunar Eclipse.

In which even Takemaru of Setsuna says, and I quote directly:

“The night of a lunar eclipse. Excellent. It is the perfect time to slay a demon.”

During the viewing of the film we are granted with a few exchanged lines between Saya, Toutousai and Myouga in regards to the passing of InuYasha’s father, stating it had happened 200 years ago.

The same night that InuYasha is born, his father dies.

Taking off of what we have currently: 1496, reduces it down to the year 1296.

UPDATE:

In InuYasha Wide Edition 4, InuYasha is said to have taken place during the 1540s but that wouldn’t make him born around the 1340s and here’s why - As of Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon - Episode 21 - “Secret of the Rainbow Pearls” Summary from Animedia March 2021 added weight to this. It states that Taishou died in the Kamakura Period, which takes place during the years of 1185-1333.

Making it also Historically Accurate.

Now we have the following evidence in place

- The starting year for the series is 1996

- Traveling around 500 years back in time to the Sengoku Period during the 1540s

- The 200 years ago when the Inu no Taishou’s passes during the Kamakura Period is 1296

Making us closer to the most accurate answer for InuYasha’s date of birth.

I’ve compiled down this information from various Almanacs, which is an annual calendar containing important dates and statistical information such as astronomical data and tide tables. Meaning there was so much in terms of lunar cycle to sift through before I could get even far enough as to establish a definitive date. The one benefit here that we have, is that Japan is a small island and lunar eclipses only happen so often.

Narrowing it down to a handful of dates that the moon was visible enough to even see, let alone during a celestial event such as a lunar eclipse.

We were left with the most realistic date given that it’s winter in the area of the years around 1296, and on the correct moon cycle in Japan -

Total Lunar Eclipse of March 29th 1298

Partial Lunar Eclipse - October 2nd 1297

Partial Lunar Eclipse of May 18th, 1296

Total Lunar Eclipse - May 30th 1295

Leaving us with a total eclipse of the Moon occurring on December 4th 1294 with maximum eclipse at 10:44 UT. A dramatic total eclipse lasting 1 hour and 38 minutes plunged the full Moon into deep darkness, as it passed right through the centre of the Earth’s umbral shadow.

The penumbral eclipse lasted for 5 hours and 59 minutes. The partial eclipse lasted for 3 hours and 45 minutes. The total eclipse lasted for 1 hour and 38 minutes.

If we convert the 10:44 Universal Time to Japan time, that made it 7:44 PM. That would be the time that InuYasha was born. In the movie we hear his crying as soon as it becomes a Total Lunar Eclipse.

LEGEND OF ZELDA RP!

The server is BOOST LEVEL 3!

It's a reconstructed timeline, so there's a lot of custom aspects to our mesh story; it's Hyrule's founding era with BOTW merged in and other stuff added to it. So it still feels like Zelda but there's some twists and turns! We have FOUR Story Arcs planned with more in the works.

NO CALAMITY, MUMMY GANONDORF, GUARDIANS, DIVINE BEASTS, CALAMITY GANON, CHAMPIONS!

FIRST ARC UP? GANONDORF'S OF COURSE!

─ 16 YEARS AGO, when PRINCESS ZELDA was born, the first BLOOD MOON and monsters appeared. Overtime they began to increase, becoming an annoyance outside civilization borders. Recently they attacked HATENO VILLAGE, were used to attack GERUDO TOWN as well as CASTLE TOWN, HYRULE CASTLE and more to come. When these attacks affected trade between the GERUDO and the HYLIANS the trades altogether were ceased until they could combat this monster issue at the decree of KING RAURU. ─

─ GERUDO KING GANONDORF, unaware of the true nature to the halt in trade, urged the HYLIAN KINGDOM to restore the trade; a dinner was hosted at HYRULE CASTLE between both kings which ended very poorly. GANONDORF at this point was already dealing with the YIGA and MOLDUGA attacks; this lack of trade from their neighbor could cause his people to starve. Forced into a proverbial corner he decided to take matters into his own hands at the advice of his surrogate mother KOTAKE; after the failed dinner he kidnapped PRINCESS ZELDA and returned with her to the desert. ─

─ A GERUDO CIVIL WAR began, forcing GANONDORF to seek more power. The NINE SAGES are awakening/gathering at HYRULE CASTLE to rise against the evil; GANONDORF retrieves his MALICE TEAR, a Zonai Tear once wielded by the HATRED INCARNATE, HALERU, RAURU'S deceased brother. ─

─ THE WAR ON HYRULE IS ABOUT TO BEGIN! ─

Finally done with the Zonai

Have you noticed all of them have the same switch around the middle? even Mecha Mineru has one : D 1. Mecha Mineru is such a nice model : D Look, there is nice place for link to sit in with tiny handles for his tiny hands : D and even place for his tiny legs : D comfy place for a baby hero <3 2. The grey one is the training one you meet at some shrines.

3. Getting the bows for Captains for pain but the look so much better with bows than weird hands that as far as I know have one more other form? ugh 4. I tried to pose them a bit bc the t-pose for most of the robots is even worse than dranon's. Need to make proper IK rigs for them as even that simple thing was a mess 5. Oh and headcanon time The soldiers were left on the sky islands and some other places to protect them and in theory help future Hero, but they are still robots programmed to scan for malice and attack and guess who is still full of malice OUR BOY LINK! We can see bits of it leaving with every shrine and I don't think we are fully rid of it before the final fight with Dranon... That's why I posed them with Mineru and the Helper. All of them are Mineru Copper babies, some jus have a bad programming inside, needs update to the kill filter X"D
